Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of ship construction, in particular to a connecting device for main engine lubricating oil and an oil feeding method.
Background
The lubricating mode of the ship main engine lubricating oil system mainly comprises pressure lubrication and splash lubrication, and most of lubricating oil finally flows through a main engine oil pan, through a main engine oil return connection and a main engine oil return hole and enters a lubricating oil circulation oil tank for recycling.
In the ship construction process, the oil adding of the main engine lubricating oil is divided into an external circulation test stage of the main engine lubricating oil machine and an internal circulation acceptance stage after the test stage is completed. In any stage, the sump of the main engine needs to be connected with the lubricating oil circulation sump. In the off-board circulation test stage, the host position is only preliminarily determined, and in the on-board circulation acceptance stage, the host position is finally determined. The positions of the oil sump and the lubricating oil circulation oil sump are relatively changed due to the change of the positions of the main engine in the two stages.
In the prior art, the bottom shell of the oil tank and the lubricating oil circulation oil tank in the two stages are welded by welding communicating pipes. After the external test stage of the main engine lubricating oil machine is finished, the connecting pipe needs to be removed, and then the connecting pipe is welded according to the final position of the main engine. Repeatedly welding the main engine oil pan and the lubricating oil circulation oil tank, damage can be caused to the wall of the oil tank, and the service life is influenced; and the interval between the main engine oil pan and the lubricating oil circulation tank is smaller (interval is 250-400 mm), so that the welding process is inconvenient to operate, and safety risks such as explosion are caused.
