Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of decorative materials, in particular to a polypropylene decorative film taking non-woven fabrics as a substrate.
Background
The conventional wallboard facing is mainly pvc, and has been gradually not adopted because of environmental protection problems, such as plasticizer, heavy metal, non-degradability and the like.
The polypropylene decorative film is a paint-free furniture and wall surface application decorative film prepared from polypropylene as a raw material, has visual effects comparable to those of wood veneer and marble Dan Dengxiang, and is very suitable for being flatly attached and coated on the surfaces of furniture and wall. The back of the polypropylene decorative film is generally coated with back glue, and the back glue is treated to enable the polypropylene decorative film and various workpieces to have a more adhesion promoting effect, so that the product is more durable, but the back glue is generally an organic matter and has low environmental protection.
The polypropylene comprises homo-polypropylene (PP-H) and block-copolymerized polypropylene (PP-B), wherein the homo-polypropylene (PP-H) is polymerized by a single propylene monomer, no ethylene monomer is contained in a molecular chain, the regularity of the molecular chain is very high, so that the crystallinity of the material is high and the shock resistance is poor, the block-copolymerized polypropylene (PP-B) is obtained by copolymerizing propylene and part of ethylene, the ethylene content is generally 7-15%, but the probability that two ethylene monomers and three monomers are connected together in the PP-B is very high, so that the ethylene monomer only exists in a block phase, the regularity of the PP-B is not reduced, and the block-copolymerized polypropylene has the advantage of better shock resistance.
The existing polypropylene decorative film has insufficient strength, such as tensile strength, impact strength, elongation at break and the like, is easy to break or is influenced by temperature difference change when being applied to the surface of furniture or a wall body, and needs to be continuously improved.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem that the existing polypropylene decorative film is insufficient in strength when being used as a coating film, and provides the polypropylene decorative film which uses non-woven fabrics as a substrate so as to strengthen the whole tensile strength and impact strength of a material and does not need to be coated with back glue.
The technical scheme adopted for solving the technical problems is as follows: the polypropylene decorative film with the non-woven fabric as the substrate comprises a polypropylene decorative layer and a non-woven fabric layer, wherein the polypropylene decorative layer comprises the following material components in proportion: 72-92% of main raw materials, 0.5-18% of color master batch, 2-12% of toughening agent, 0.1-0.5% of antistatic agent and 0.1-0.4% of dispersing agent; the main raw material is a mixed raw material formed by mixing one or two of homo-polypropylene and block-copolymerized polypropylene, and the ratio of the homo-polypropylene to the block-copolymerized polypropylene in the mixed raw material is 1:3, a step of; the material components of the polypropylene decorative layer are prepared according to a proportion, then are respectively placed into a casting machine, are melted and blended at the temperature of 180-220 ℃, are cast into the polypropylene decorative layer through a casting machine die head at the temperature of 180-210 ℃ and are thermally bonded with non-woven fabrics to form the polypropylene decorative film.
The main raw materials of the scheme adopt main raw materials (polypropylene resin) with 2 structures, and the block copolymerization polypropylene PP-B and the homopolymerization polypropylene PP-H show different physical and chemical properties due to different structures of the main raw materials, and the scheme combines the performance characteristics of polypropylene resins with different structures, and is verified by experiments to obtain the proportion of 2 structures so as to achieve good toughness, mechanical property and chemical stability.
As a preferable scheme of the invention, the color master batch is prepared by mixing a polypropylene carrier, toner and a coupling agent. In the scheme, the color master batch adopts a polypropylene carrier, toner and a coupling agent, so that the color master batch has strong tinting strength, good dispersibility, bright color and good temperature resistance, weather resistance and migration resistance. The aim is to colour the product to obtain a product of different colours.
As a preferable scheme of the invention, the toughening agent adopts one or two of nano barium sulfate, nano CaCO3 and POE. In the scheme, the toughening agent adopts one or two of nano barium sulfate, nano CaCO3 and POE to perform synergistic effect, thereby playing roles of reinforcing, toughening and resisting impact; the nanometer modified mother material uses superfine and high quality nanometer level powder as main material and through optimized combination with resin carrier and intermediate (assistant), the product has excellent compatibility and dispersivity with plastic material. The product can increase the toughness, the dimensional stability and the heat preservation of the application plastic product, can keep the high light transmittance, the surface brightness and the surface smoothness of the application plastic product, and is an environment-friendly functional master batch with high performance and low cost. The amount of toughening agent is an important factor. This is because the strength of the toughening agent is great and the addition to the composite material can act as a load bearing, thereby producing some reinforcement. However, when the content is too high, the matrix defect is increased due to the agglomeration phenomenon and the addition of inorganic particles in the composite material, so that the composite material is more easily broken, and the mechanical property of the composite material is deteriorated. Therefore, the addition must be carried out within the range of suitable mechanical properties.
As a preferable scheme of the invention, the antistatic agent adopts one or two of octadecyl dimethyl hydroxyethyl quaternary ammonium nitrate, glycerol monostearate and ethoxylated amine. The scheme adopts one or two of octadecyl dimethyl hydroxyethyl quaternary ammonium nitrate, glycerol monostearate and ethoxylated amine to generate antistatic effect; the static electricity is ubiquitous, the damage of the static electricity can be large or small, the static electricity can be generated when the polymer material is contacted with other objects due to friction, various problems can be caused when the static electricity is generated on the surface, the progress of production is greatly hindered, in addition, the spark caused by the static electricity can damage various integrated circuits of electronic equipment, and the spark can even cause explosion, so that life danger is generated, and public safety is endangered. The modified polymeric materials therefore require the addition of antistatic agents. Antistatic agents are a class of chemical additives that prevent static charge from developing, or effectively dissipate static charge. The invention adopts the synergistic effect of one or two antistatic agents, can be uniformly dispersed in a molten polymer material, gradually migrates to the surface of the material along with time, adsorbs water molecules in air, reduces the surface resistance, and reduces the charge density of the surface of the material, thereby enabling the material to have lasting antistatic effect. The two static agents are mixed in a ratio of 2:1 to have a synergistic effect, so that demolding is facilitated, and the product keeps good appearance effect.
As a preferable scheme of the invention, the dispersing agent adopts one of organosilicon polyether copolymer, double fatty acid amide, polycarboxylate and vinyl double stearamide. The scheme is that a plurality of resins are compatible with the auxiliary agent, and because of the nonpolar characteristic of the polypropylene resin, the polypropylene resin is not easy to be compatible with other chemical substances, uneven dispersion can cause flocculation or vertical streak fog when a product is cast to form a film, the quality of the product is seriously affected, and the dispersing agent is added in the invention to improve the defect, so that the dispersing agent mainly has dispersing and lubricating functions and has good dispersibility on the resin, the color master batch, the filler and the like. On the basis of difficult treatment, the system is endowed with good spreadability and wettability.
As a preferable scheme of the invention, the dispersing agent is finally added into a casting machine, and the casting machine mixes materials at a high speed at the temperature of 180-220 ℃. According to the scheme, after all raw materials are added, a dispersing agent is added, and the raw materials are uniformly mixed at a high speed for at least 5 minutes so as to promote flow and leveling property and increase the distribution and miscibility of a system.
As a preferable scheme of the invention, the nonwoven fabric is 30-80g/m < 2 >, and the thickness of the polypropylene decorative layer cast by the die head of the casting machine is 0.06-0.5 mm.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that: the environment-friendly polypropylene decorative film has the greatest advantages that the environment-friendly polypropylene decorative film is degradable during recycling, only water and carbon dioxide are released during combustion, no toxic gas is generated, good news is brought to the environment, the polypropylene decorative film takes non-woven fabrics as a substrate, and the polypropylene decorative layer is combined, so that the tensile strength, impact strength and the like of a product can be greatly improved, organic back glue is not needed, and the environment-friendly polypropylene decorative film is more environment-friendly and recyclable.
