本发明涉及针织面料技术领域,特别涉及一种防水CVC针织面料。
背景技术
针织面料即是利用织针将纱线弯曲成圈并相互串套而形成的织物,针织面料与梭织面料的不同之处在于纱线在织物中的形态不同。针织分为纬编和经编,针织面料广泛应用于服装面料及里料,家纺等产品中,受到广大消费者的喜爱。
目前的针织面料主要存在以下缺点:1、基础的针织层不具备较好的防水透气性能,且不具备抗菌性能,进而外界的细菌以及出汗滋生的细菌长时间附着在面料内对人体的健康造成威胁;2、现有的针织面料不具备防静电的功能,导致其使用时产生静电,影响使用安全。故此,我们提出了一种防水CVC针织面料。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种防水CVC针织面料,可以有效解决背景技术中的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种防水CVC针织面料,包括亲肤层,所述亲肤层的上端设置有防静电层,所述防静电层的上端设置有防水透气层,所述防静电层的上端和下端均固定连接有回弹层,且下部的回弹层的下端与亲肤层固定连接,上部的回弹层的上端与防水透气层连接。
作为上述方案的进一步改进,所述防水透气层包括棉麻层,所述棉麻层的上端和下端均固定连接有春亚纺层,两个所述春亚纺层远离棉麻层的端面均固定连接有防水透气膜。

1、本发明中,采用天然棉纤维和亚麻纤维混纺拧合而成双股经线和双股纬线,将双股经线穿插于双股纬线的中心处制成亲肤层,天然棉纤维有较好的吸湿性,从而使得针织面料与皮肤接触处保持干爽,亚麻纤维具有吸湿散热,保健抑菌,防污抗静电,防紫外线,并且阻燃效果极佳,吸湿放湿速度快,能及时调节人体皮肤表层的生态温度环境,同时,在天然棉纤维和亚麻纤维的表面喷涂有抗菌剂,能够提高整个针织面料的抗菌性能,进而能够将外界进入的细菌以及出汗滋生的细菌进行有效清除,从而有利于身体健康,减少生病。
2、本发明中,由金属纤维和导电纤维经纬编织而成防静电层,能够减少针织面料表面产生静电,解决了现有的针织面料不具备防静电的功能,导致其使用时产生静电,影响使用安全的问题。
3、本发明中,通过在防静电层的上下两端设置回弹层,利用聚氨酯弹性体材质可以提升针织面料回弹性和抗折皱性能,在长时间穿着和洗涤后,柔韧性和抗拉伸性能好,在搓洗后能够快速恢复,不易出现断裂、缩水的现象。
4、本发明中,通过设计防水透气层,利用上下两层防水透气膜的设置,使针织面料的防水效果大大提升,通过在春亚纺层的上端设置透气孔,并在两个春亚纺层之间设置棉麻层,使得上下两侧的透气孔通过棉麻层连通,形成空气流通的通道,在防水透气层内形成了透气空间,保证了防水效果的同时保证了透气性,使得穿着起来效果更好,且春亚纺层平挺光滑,质地轻而坚牢耐磨、弹力和光泽度佳、不缩、易洗、快干、手感好,与回弹层相辅相成,进一步增强了针织面料的弹性和抗折皱性能。

实施例
一种防水CVC针织面料,如图1-6所示,包括亲肤层1,亲肤层1的上端设置有防静电层2,防静电层2的上端设置有防水透气层3,防静电层2的上端和下端均固定连接有回弹层4,且下部的回弹层4的下端与亲肤层1固定连接,上部的回弹层4的上端与防水透气层3连接。
在本实施例中,防水透气层3包括棉麻层5,棉麻层5的上端和下端均固定连接有春亚纺层6,两个春亚纺层6远离棉麻层5的端面均固定连接有防水透气膜7;两个春亚纺层6的上端均匀开设有呈排列状的上下穿通的透气孔8,上部的透气孔8通过棉麻层5与下部的透气孔8内部相通;春亚纺层6和棉麻层5的厚度比为0.3-0.4:0.1-0.2;通过设计防水透气层3,利用上下两层防水透气膜7的设置,使针织面料的防水效果大大提升,通过在春亚纺层6的上端设置透气孔8,并在两个春亚纺层6之间设置棉麻层5,使得上下两侧的透气孔8通过棉麻层5连通,形成空气流通的通道,在防水透气层3内形成了透气空间,保证了防水效果的同时保证了透气性,使得穿着起来效果更好,且春亚纺层6平挺光滑,质地轻而坚牢耐磨、弹力和光泽度佳、不缩、易洗、快干、手感好,与回弹层4相辅相成,进一步增强了针织面料的弹性和抗折皱性能。
在本实施例中,防静电层2由金属纤维和导电纤维经纬编织而成;由金属纤维和导电纤维经纬编织而成防静电层2,能够减少针织面料表面产生静电,解决了现有的针织面料不具备防静电的功能,导致其使用时产生静电,影响使用安全的问题。
在本实施例中,包括双股经线11和双股纬线12,且双股经线11穿插于双股纬线12的中心处,双股经线11和双股纬线12均由天然棉纤维和亚麻纤维拧合而成;天然棉纤维和亚麻纤维的表面喷涂有抗菌剂,抗菌剂为纳米银抗菌剂;采用天然棉纤维和亚麻纤维混纺拧合而成双股经线11和双股纬线12,将双股经线11穿插于双股纬线12的中心处制成亲肤层1,天然棉纤维有较好的吸湿性,从而使得针织面料与皮肤接触处保持干爽,亚麻纤维具有吸湿散热,保健抑菌,防污抗静电,防紫外线,并且阻燃效果极佳,吸湿放湿速度快,能及时调节人体皮肤表层的生态温度环境,同时,在天然棉纤维和亚麻纤维的表面喷涂有抗菌剂,能够提高整个针织面料的抗菌性能,进而能够将外界进入的细菌以及出汗滋生的细菌进行有效清除,从而有利于身体健康,减少生病。
在本实施例中,回弹层4的内部置有蜂窝状绵纶丝网41;回弹层4的材质为聚氨酯弹性体材质;通过在防静电层2的上下两端设置回弹层4,利用聚氨酯弹性体材质可以提升针织面料回弹性和抗折皱性能,在长时间穿着和洗涤后,柔韧性和抗拉伸性能好,在搓洗后能够快速恢复,不易出现断裂、缩水的现象。

1.一种防水CVC针织面料,包括亲肤层(1),其特征在于:所述亲肤层(1)的上端设置有防静电层(2),所述防静电层(2)的上端设置有防水透气层(3),所述防静电层(2)的上端和下端均固定连接有回弹层(4),且下部的回弹层(4)的下端与亲肤层(1)固定连接,上部的回弹层(4)的上端与防水透气层(3)连接;
所述防水透气层(3)包括棉麻层(5),所述棉麻层(5)的上端和下端均固定连接有春亚纺层(6),两个所述春亚纺层(6)远离棉麻层(5)的端面均固定连接有防水透气膜(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水CVC针织面料,其特征在于:所述包括双股经线(11)和双股纬线(12),且双股经线(11)穿插于双股纬线(12)的中心处,所述双双股经线(11)和双股纬线(12)均由天然棉纤维和亚麻纤维拧合而成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种防水CVC针织面料,其特征在于:所述天然棉纤维和亚麻纤维的表面喷涂有抗菌剂,所述抗菌剂为纳米银抗菌剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水CVC针织面料,其特征在于:两个所述春亚纺层(6)的上端均匀开设有呈排列状的上下穿通的透气孔(8),上部的所述透气孔(8)通过棉麻层(5)与下部的透气孔(8)内部相通。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水CVC针织面料,其特征在于:所述防静电层(2)由金属纤维和导电纤维经纬编织而成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水CVC针织面料,其特征在于:所述回弹层(4)的内部置有蜂窝状绵纶丝网(41)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水CVC针织面料,其特征在于:所述回弹层(4)的材质为聚氨酯弹性体材质。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水CVC针织面料,其特征在于:所述春亚纺层(6)和棉麻层(5)的厚度比为0.3-0.4:0.1-0.2。
