When the product extruded into the inner cylinder 11 needs to be subjected to constant temperature treatment, heat exchange liquid is injected into the heat preservation tank from the heat exchange liquid inlet 121, and the heat exchange liquid can be higher-temperature liquid for heating the product or lower-temperature liquid for cooling the product.

The spiral angle of the heat preservation groove 2 is 30-60 degrees, heat preservation grooves with different spiral angles are selected according to the performance of heat exchange liquid, the flowing speed and the flowing path of the heat exchange liquid are adjusted, and the constant temperature of the product is ensured.
The die also comprises a supporting device for supporting the die, the supporting device comprises a supporting seat 51 positioned at the head end and a supporting plate 52 positioned at the tail end, and a supporting rod 53 is arranged between the supporting seat 51 and the supporting plate 52.
The shape of the inner cylinder 11 is a cylinder or a polygon, and the change of the shape is determined according to the actual requirement of the user, for example, a product with a round bar shape is needed, and the shape of the inner cylinder 11 is designed to be a cylinder.
The heat exchange liquid is water with proper temperature, and of course, if the heat release is needed to be larger, other heat exchange liquids can be changed.

Taking round bar shape (diameter 15 cm) prepared by POM material as an example, adopting a traditional die and the constant temperature die provided by the invention for extrusion molding (before improvement and after improvement), accurately adjusting the constant temperature of a sectional control area to 82-85 ℃ (temperature setting is carried out according to material and product size, different products and temperature), and then adopting an intra-line standard method for the products before improvement and after improvement to carry out performance test, wherein the test results are as follows:
