Referring to fig. 3 and 5, after the cleaning device 1 cleans one of the brake bases of the finished motor train, the rotating motor 381 is started, the rotating motor 381 drives the first moving block 33 to move along the side wall of the first supporting rod 36 through the auxiliary rod 382 and the linkage rod 383, so as to drive the first connecting rod 31 to rotate, and the first connecting rod 31 drives the second moving block 34 to move along the side wall of the second supporting rod 37 through the second connecting rod 32; so that the moving plate 22 is moved in a vertical direction, thereby moving the moving plate 22 to the lower side of the filter plate 21; then, the rotary cylinder 41 is started, and the rotary cylinder 41 lifts one side of the box 11 so that the impurities on the filter plate 21 move to the moving plate 22; finally, starting the pushing motor 71, and driving the sliding block 75 to move along the inside of the control frame 76 by the pushing motor 71 through the butt joint rod 72, the fixing rod 73 and the mounting rod 74 so as to enable the sliding rod 61 to move along the inside of the stabilizing block 611; thereby driving the pushing plate 6 to move along the horizontal direction, and further enabling the pushing plate 6 to scrape the upper surface of the moving plate 22, so that the impurities on the moving plate 22 move to the bottom wall of the cleaning cavity 111.
The implementation principle of the processing technology of the high-precision motor car brake base is as follows: the blank is die-cast to obtain a finished product, the finished product is placed on the placing frame 14, the finished product is fixed through the positioning plate 15 and the abutting plate 16, the connecting rod 192 is driven to move along the horizontal direction through the movement of the piston rod of the driving cylinder 191, and the connecting rod 192 drives the driving rack 193 to synchronously move so as to realize the rotation of the rotating rod 13; thereby adjusting the alignment surface between the finished motor car brake base on the placement frame 14 and the transducer 12, and further improving the cleaning effect of the finished motor car brake base on the placement frame 14.
