Abstract

The invention provides a washing, screening and drying integrated building aggregate modularized sample selecting device, which is provided for the situation that a plurality of machines are called for common use in the current geotechnical test and the working efficiency is low, wherein the sample selecting device is divided into three areas, namely a screening and washing area, a discharging area and a drying area. The screening and washing area comprises a sample selecting device base, a lifting rod, a water injection pipe, a screen fixing ring and a conical screen, so that automatic screening and washing of building aggregate are realized, and the conical screen is easy to replace and convenient to use. The unloading area comprises a conveying belt, pulleys, a guide rail and a telescopic feeding port, the position of the guide rail and the height of the telescopic feeding port are accurately adjusted through the cooperation of the pulleys and the guide rail, and the automatic dumping of aggregates of screens with different particle sizes and independent transportation are realized. The drying area comprises a roller and an air heater, so that the building aggregate is dried and dehydrated, and the building aggregate can be directly used after discharging and cooling.
