Working principle: referring to fig. 1-9, when the fixator is used, medical staff aims at the position of the integrated ring 1 at the breast of a patient, stably places the integrated ring 1 at the breast of the patient through the attaching belt 37, after the integrated ring 1 is fixed, the medical staff pulls up the rotating ring 55 upwards to enable the inserting rod 53 to be inserted into the clamping groove 52, meanwhile, the operating rod 51 is pulled out from the limiting opening 56, then the rotating ring 55 is controlled to rotate, the inserting rod 53 is matched with the clamping groove 52 to enable the rotating ring 55 to be clamped with the driving ring 43, the driving ring 43 is driven to rotate in the rotating process of the rotating ring 55, the driving ring 43 drives the toothed ring 45 to rotate, and the driving gear 46 drives the winding roller 4 to rotate due to the meshing of the driving gear 46 and the toothed ring 45 to pull the radial line of the net pocket 34 towards the breast when the toothed ring 45 rotates, so that the radiotherapy compensator is tightly attached to the breast of the patient, the radiotherapy compensator can be controlled to be replaced only by the radiotherapy compensator according to the size of the breast of the patient, and the radiotherapy compensator is required to be replaced when the radiotherapy compensator is needed to be replaced from the radiotherapy compensator 35.

Claims (10)
1. A compensator holder for breast cancer radiation therapy, characterized by: the device comprises an integrated ring (1) for integrating mounting parts, wherein a rolling cavity (2) is formed in the upper surface of the integrated ring (1), a rolling device is arranged on the inner wall of the rolling cavity (2), a control device is arranged on the upper end surface of the integrated ring (1), and a mounting part is arranged on the upper end surface of the integrated ring (1);
the mounting component is used for mounting and placing a radiotherapy compensator and comprises a mounting cover (3) fixed on the upper surface of the integrated ring (1);
the winding device is used for adjusting the fit degree between the mounting component and the skin of a patient;
the control device is used for controlling the rotating state or the limiting state of the winding device.

A compensator holder for breast cancer radiation therapy according to claim 1, wherein: the inner surface of the installation cover (3) is provided with a net bag (34) formed by knitting twines, a side surface of the net bag (34) away from the installation cover (3) is fixedly connected with rubber blocks (35) which are uniformly distributed in an annular array, and the rubber blocks (35) are used for bonding the radiotherapy compensator.

A compensator holder for breast cancer radiation therapy according to claim 2, wherein: the inner wall fixedly connected with of integrated ring (1) is used for with separate protection ring (36) between string bag (34) and patient's skin, two the surface of integrated ring (1) is all fixed to have cup jointed laminating area (37), one side surface fixedly connected with water-fin gel piece (38) of laminating area (37).

A compensator holder for breast cancer radiation therapy according to claim 3, wherein: two laminating area (37) are connected through the eye-splice, anti-skidding groove (39) have been seted up on one side surface of laminating area (37), the inner wall fixedly connected with antislip strip (310) of anti-skidding groove (39).

A compensator holder for breast cancer radiation therapy according to claim 1, wherein: the winding device comprises a winding roller (4) which is arranged on the inner bottom wall of the winding cavity (2) through a bearing, and a lead groove (41) which is in an annular array and penetrates through the outer surface of the integrated ring (1) is formed in the inner wall of one side of the winding cavity (2).

A compensator holder for breast cancer radiation therapy according to claim 5, wherein: annular groove (42) have been seted up to the upper end inner wall of rolling chamber (2), the rotatory driving ring (43) that has cup jointed of inner wall of annular groove (42), control chamber (44) have been seted up to the lower surface of driving ring (43), the inside wall fixedly connected with ring gear (45) of control chamber (44) are used for the drive wind-up roll (4) carries out circumference rotation.
