The leg massage mechanism of claim 1, further comprising a fixed block and a movable block, wherein the fixed block is disposed on the mounting frame, a first rotating shaft and a second rotating shaft are disposed on the mounting frame, one end of the movable block is matched with the first rotating shaft, an eccentric bearing assembly is disposed on the second rotating shaft, the other end of the movable block is matched with the eccentric bearing assembly on the second rotating shaft, the shaft of the driving motor is matched with the second rotating shaft, the pressing air bags are disposed on the fixed block and the movable block, and the first rotating shaft and the second rotating shaft are in a parallel and non-contact state.

6. The leg massage mechanism of claim 1, further comprising a bracket, the bracket being disposed on the mounting bracket, a roller being disposed on the roller, a boss being disposed on a tread of the roller, the bracket being perpendicular to the mounting bracket.
7. The leg massage mechanism of claim 6, further comprising a rotation motor coupled to the roller.
8. The leg massage mechanism as recited in claim 6 wherein there are a plurality of rollers, each roller having a roller mounted thereon and the rollers being in a parallel configuration, the rollers having pulleys mounted thereon, the pulleys being provided with a belt.
9. The leg massage mechanism of claim 6, wherein the bracket is provided with a housing.
10. A massage chair comprising a leg massage mechanism as claimed in claims 1 to 9.
