Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of manufacturing equipment of disposable sanitary products, in particular to a baby diaper, an adult diaper and the like, and particularly relates to a folding system of elastic left and right waist patches of a diaper and a manufacturing method thereof.
Background
As shown in fig. 1, a plan view of a disposable diaper in the prior art is shown, the disposable diaper S has a diaper body S1 and a pair of left and right waist patches S2 disposed at both ends of the rear side of the diaper body S1, and when worn, the left and right waist patches S2 are fixed to a front waist patch S3 at the front end of the diaper body S1, so that the disposable diaper S is in a closed state, thereby forming a pant shape with one waist opening and two leg openings. In general, the left and right waist patches S2 are formed by combining a spun-bonded nonwoven fabric S21' (or SMS composite nonwoven fabric) and a hook S22, and the hook S22 is a hook-shaped fabric on one side. The front waist patch S3 is a non-woven fabric or a PP film and the like matched with the magic hook S22, and the front waist patch S3 and the PP film are pasted together to generate natural adhesion, and can be naturally separated by pulling the front waist patch by hand, so that the disposable diaper wearing and taking-off performances are met.
In the disposable diaper manufacturing process, in order to put the product in the bag at the later stage, a pair of left and right waist patches S2 on two sides need to be folded towards the diaper body S1 side, when the left and right waist patches S2 are of spun-bonded non-woven fabrics S21' (or SMS composite non-woven fabrics) and magic hooks S22, due to the hardness of the material, after the cutter unit cuts the left and right waist patches on two sides into a preset length, a hammer roller is arranged below the cutter unit and used for conveying and attaching (transferring) the left and right waist patches S2 on two sides after cutting to the diaper body S1, and then the diaper can smoothly enter a wrapping and folding device, and the left and right waist patches S2 on two sides are folded towards the diaper body S1 side by utilizing a wrapping and folding plate in the wrapping and folding device.
The use of an off-line elastic material instead of a spunbond nonwoven (or SMS composite nonwoven) as a substrate for the left and right waist patches S2 to form an elastic composite is now on the market, wherein the elastic material includes structures such as an elastic film and an elastic rubber band. Because the elastic composite material has the expansion and contraction characteristics, the left and right waist sticks S2 which are relatively inelastic are poor in stiffness (rigidity), the material is often thinner, and the elastic material is easy to deform, unstable in tension and the like during conveying. Therefore, when the left and right waist patches S2 are cut and folded by the original process, the stiffness of the elastic material is insufficient (reduced by half compared with the stiffness of the conventional spun-bonded non-woven fabric material), after the cutter unit is cut, the tension is broken, the left and right waist patches S2 are easily wrinkled, and the CD direction position is shifted (the CD direction is the direction perpendicular to the main process direction), thereby causing poor transfer. And when the belt enters the folding device for folding, the left and right waist pastes S2 generate irregular fluctuation in the running process of equipment due to insufficient material rigidity, so that the folding performance is poor, and the folding quality and precision are greatly influenced.

When the handle is rotated, the adjusting rod drives the second vacuum box and/or the third vacuum box to move along the direction perpendicular to the first conveying path.
13. The folding system according to claim 1, characterized in that the first conveying path further comprises a second free roller for guiding the transport path of the pant diaper body blank continuum/the pant diaper blank;
and the second free roller positioned on the downstream side of the folding unit turns the semi-finished diaper product positioned on the side face of the skin downwards into the semi-finished diaper product positioned on the side face of the skin upwards, and conveys the semi-finished diaper product to the downstream side.
14. A manufacturing method of an elastic left and right waist patch of a paper diaper is characterized by comprising the following steps:
elastic left and right waist paste treatment procedure: processing a pair of elastic left and right waist patch continuous bodies with magic hooks combined on one surface on a second conveying path, and conveying the elastic left and right waist patch continuous bodies to the first conveying path;
and (3) a paper diaper semi-finished product processing procedure: and processing the semi-finished product continuous body of the paper diaper body conveyed on the upstream side on the first conveying path to form a semi-finished product of the paper diaper.
15. The method for manufacturing the elastic left and right waist patches of the diaper according to claim 14, wherein:
Cutting a pair of elastic left and right waist patches with magic hooks combined on one surface into a pair of elastic left and right waist patches with preset lengths on a second conveying path, and conveying and attaching the elastic left and right waist patches to two sides of a semi-finished product continuous body of the paper diaper body on the first conveying path to form a paper diaper composite semi-finished product, wherein a part of the pair of elastic left and right waist patches is positioned at a position outside an edge line of the outer side of the semi-finished product continuous body of the paper diaper body, and the skin of the paper diaper composite semi-finished product faces downwards;
and on the first conveying path, gradually adsorbing and overturning the pair of elastic left and right waist pastes positioned at the part outside the edge line of the outer side of the semi-finished product continuous body of the paper diaper body by 180 degrees, and folding the elastic left and right waist pastes at the skin side of the semi-finished product continuous body of the paper diaper body to form the semi-finished product of the paper diaper.
16. The method for manufacturing the elastic left and right waist patches of the diaper according to claim 15, wherein:
and on the first conveying path, gradually adsorbing and overturning the pair of elastic left and right waist pastes positioned at the outer part of the edge line of the semi-finished product of the paper diaper body by 180 degrees in a negative pressure adsorption mode, and folding the elastic left and right waist pastes at the skin side of the semi-finished product of the paper diaper body to form a semi-finished product of the paper diaper.
17. The method for manufacturing the elastic left and right waist patches of the diaper according to claim 16, wherein:
the method also comprises the overturning procedure: and turning the semi-finished diaper product with the downward skin side into the semi-finished diaper product with the upward skin side, and conveying the semi-finished diaper product to the downstream side.
