Abstract
The invention relates to a personalized immediate restoration device after immediate implantation, which comprises an absorbable film material, a temporary dental crown and a bridge-like connecting device, wherein the absorbable film material isolates the temporary dental crown from an implant, the temporary dental crown comprises an supragingival part and a subgingival part, the bridge-like connecting device is positioned at two sides of the temporary dental crown and extends in a wing shape, the temporary dental crown is fixedly connected with adjacent teeth at two sides through light-cured resin, and the absorbable film material isolates the temporary dental crown from the implant and blocks the conduction of force so as to ensure that the implant completes bone bonding without interference. The invention can close the wound which is opened immediately after implantation, recover the dentition defect after tooth extraction, relieve the inconvenience of the patient in the period from the implantation operation to the completion of bone integration by the implant, maintain the natural form of the gingiva at the site of the missing tooth, and play an important role in the aesthetic effect of final restoration after the later-stage implantation.

The bridge-like connecting device 2 comprises fixing parts which are respectively fixed on the surfaces of the supragingival part 11 and the adjacent teeth 5 at two sides through light-cured resin 3, and the fixing parts are connected through dental steel wires or resin fiber bands. The light irradiation time of the photocurable resin 3 is about 20s.
The following details the use flow of the invention:
after minimally invasive tooth extraction under local anesthesia, fully cleaning tooth extraction sockets, removing residual granulation tissues attached to soft and hard tissues around the tooth extraction sockets, implanting a bone horizontal implant in the tooth extraction sockets according to a standard implantation procedure, using a closed screw, placing a bone substitute material with low metabolic rate such as artificial bone powder and the like in a jump gap according to the standard procedure, covering a membranous material such as an absorbable collagen film and the like, placing the temporary crown of the invention on the membranous material of an implant wound immediately after tooth extraction, requiring the temporary crown to be contacted with the membranous material without obvious pressure, using 15-35% phosphoric acid to be coated at 1/3 parts of all the temporary crowns required to be fixed and the tooth surfaces of adjacent teeth on two sides, and washing and blow-drying after 15-20 seconds. The enamel adhesive is coated on the tooth surface after acid etching, the adhesive is blown uniformly, and the light is irradiated for 20 seconds. The method comprises the steps of coating light-cured resin on all temporary crowns and tooth surfaces of adjacent teeth on two sides, placing a fixing device prepared from commercial resin fiber bands or bent by dental steel wires, illuminating in a sectional manner, pre-illuminating each tooth surface for 5 seconds to perform initial fixing, then coating light-cured resin on the fixed fiber band surface in a dot-like manner again, and illuminating all temporary crowns and tooth surfaces of adjacent teeth on two sides for 20 seconds again. The face of the tooth is polished, occlusion is checked, and the temporary crown is adjusted to a state of no contact with the occlusion of the opposite jaw tooth.
