Fig. 3 is a schematic view illustrating an internal structure of the execution assembly 2 in the ultrasonic cleaning machine 100. Fig. 4 is a schematic perspective view of a control assembly 1 in an ultrasonic cleaning machine 100. Fig. 5 is a schematic view showing an internal structure of the control box 11 in the ultrasonic cleaning machine 100.
The application provides an ultrasonic cleaner 100 which is convenient to operate and occupies a small space, and comprises a control assembly 1 and an execution assembly 2 which is electrically connected with the control assembly 1 and can generate ultrasonic waves, wherein the execution assembly 2 comprises a closed box 21; a plurality of generators 27 capable of emitting ultrasonic waves are fixedly arranged on one side wall in the closed box 21; a liquid level sensor 25 which can detect the cleaning liquid level and is in communication connection with the control assembly 1 is arranged in the closed box 21.
It will be appreciated that the enclosure 21 referred to herein is relatively airtight, not completely isolated from the atmosphere, i.e. the location at which the enclosure 21 communicates with the atmosphere is very small, so that a relatively isolated, independent space is formed within the enclosure 21. In this embodiment, there is no gap between the side walls of the closed casing 21. When the generator 27 generates an ultrasonic wave of a high-frequency oscillation signal therein, the ultrasonic wave propagates into the cleaning liquid in the water tank by high-frequency mechanical oscillation, and the liquid is vibrated together with the water tank at the ultrasonic frequency, and the ultrasonic wave is transmitted to the liquid in a high-frequency conversion system of the interactivity of the compression force and the decompression force of two tens of thousands times per second. Ultrasonic waves radiate forwards in a dense and alternate manner in the cleaning liquid, so that the liquid flows to generate tens of thousands of vacuum nuclear bubbles with the diameter of 50-500 mu m, and the vacuum nuclear bubbles in the liquid vibrate under the action of a sound field. These bubbles form and grow in the negative pressure zone where the ultrasonic waves propagate longitudinally, and in the positive pressure zone, when the sound pressure reaches a certain value, the bubbles rapidly increase and then suddenly close. When the vacuum nuclear bubble is crushed by pressure, a strong impact force is generated, and insoluble dirt on the articles to be cleaned is destroyed to disperse the articles. And when the bubbles are closed, shock waves are generated, thousands of atmospheric pressures are generated around the bubbles, and when the group particles are wrapped by the greasy dirt and adhered to the surface of the object to be cleaned in the cleaning liquid, the oil is emulsified, and the solid particles are separated, so that the dirt on the surface of the object to be cleaned is peeled off, and the purpose of precise cleaning is achieved.

Specifically, 5 generators 27 are provided, and each generator 27 is fixed to the same side wall of the closed casing 21 by magnetic attraction. In this way, the generator 27 is fixedly arranged on the same side wall of the closed box 21, and the vibration of each side wall is not affected mutually, so that the vibration of the generator 27 and the vibration of the side wall are same in frequency, the generator 27 is not easy to loose and fall off from the inner wall of the closed box 21, and the stable connection of the generator 27 is effectively ensured. It will be appreciated that it is also possible to weld the individual heat-generating bodies 27, and to bond them to the inside of the closed casing 21.
In order to save space and reduce interference between the generators 27, five of the generator 27 members in the present embodiment are staggered in the lateral direction, i.e., staggered in the vertical direction, inside the closed casing 21. Thus, the occupied space is minimized, so that the space volume of the whole execution assembly 2 is reduced, and the use and the carrying are convenient.
Further, a gas generator, preferably a nitrogen generator, is arranged in the closed box 21, so that the ultrasonic generator 27 is cooled better, and part of vibration can be absorbed at the same time, so that noise decibels of a use environment are reduced, and the use experience comfort of the product is greatly improved.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, a conduit 23 is outwardly disposed above the closed casing 21, and the conduit 23 is configured to be penetrated by a connecting wire 3, and electrically connects the control assembly 1 and the closed casing 21 through two ends of the connecting wire 3. Thus, the connection is reliable, and the cleaning liquid can be prevented from being splashed into the closed box 21 by vibration when the articles to be cleaned are cleaned. It will be understood that in this embodiment, after the connecting wire 3 is inserted into the connection sealing box 21, the short space of the conduit 23 may be sealed, for example, by glue sealing.
In the embodiment, the closed casing 21 is made of a stainless steel material in order to achieve both the vibration frequency and the corrosion resistance. Specifically, the closed casing 21 is formed by welding a bottom casing 111 and a cover sheet. The bottom case 111 is manufactured, the generator 27 is fixedly mounted on one side wall of the bottom case 111, the liquid level sensor 25 is mounted on a fixing bracket 24, the fixing bracket 24 is usually connected to the generator 27 and mounted on the same side wall of the closed case 21 slightly above the middle, after the end line connection of the connecting line 3 is completed, a cover sheet is covered on the bottom case 111, and the joint between the bottom case 111 and the periphery of the cover sheet is sealed by welding. Thus, the stainless steel material is easy to obtain, the cost is controllable, and the manufacturing is easy.
In order to facilitate better lifting and placing, in this embodiment, a handle 22 is disposed at the upper portion of the bottom box 111, the handle 22 is formed by bending a strip, and two ends of the handle 22 are welded to the upper portion of the bottom box 111, so that a gap for facilitating lifting and placing is formed between the handle 22 and the upper portion of the bottom box 111.

Therefore, the connection operation can be facilitated, the structural acceptance balance is easy to realize, and the stability of the product is ensured.
In order to facilitate the fixing of the control panel 12 on the control box 11, a plurality of mounting fixing posts 17 are provided around the control box 11, and the control panel 12 is fixed on the control box 11 by inserting screws from the bottom of the control box 11, so that the connection strength of the control panel 12 is ensured, and meanwhile, screw holes cannot be seen on the surface of the control panel 12, thereby ensuring the aesthetic degree of the whole control assembly 1 and facilitating the market popularization and sales.
In order to ensure the reliability of use, in this embodiment, a plurality of heat dissipation holes 14 are further provided on the side wall of the control box 11, and the heat generated on the circuit board 15 can be dissipated through the heat dissipation holes 14. Specifically, the side wall provided with the heat dissipation holes 14 is located between the two side walls provided with the control interface 13 and the power interface 16. Thus, the beauty of the product can be ensured. It will of course be appreciated that it is also possible to provide the heat dissipation apertures 14 in other side walls.
