Abstract
The invention provides an artificial nail and an artificial nail component with high shaping freedom and comfortable wearing, wherein the front end of the artificial nail can be shaped. The artificial nail (1) comprises: a base (2) formed as a nail sticker for adhering to a human nail (4), the base (2) being formed so as to be not fully cured before use, and capable of being photo-cured upon use; and a shaping portion (3) formed as a hard nail for being joined to the front end of the base portion (2) in use for shaping the front end of the artificial nail (1).
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to an artificial nail, and more particularly, to an artificial nail having a sectional structure. In addition, an artificial nail assembly is also described.
Background
As a cosmetic industry, nail art has recently come up. As a nail-beautifying method, nail polish may be used to color the fingernails of a human body, or various ornaments may be attached to the fingernails after trimming the fingernails. In addition, as a nail-beautifying method, there is a technique of attaching an artificial nail to a fingernail of a human body.
At present, a light-curable nail sticker is popular in the market, and is soft when sold, when in use, a user sticks the nail sticker to the fingernail of a human body, cuts and removes the part beyond the fingernail of the human body, and irradiates ultraviolet rays to cure the nail sticker to form the artificial fingernail. Such a nail sticker is soft, and therefore can be completely attached to the fingernail of a human body without giving a user a foreign body sensation.

According to an aspect of the present invention, an artificial nail includes: a base formed as a nail sticker for adhering to a human nail, the base being formed to be not fully hardened before use, and capable of being photo-cured at the time of use; and a styling part formed as a hard nail for being engaged to the front end of the base part in use for front end styling of the artificial nail.
Preferably, the base has a curvature similar to that of the human nail.
Preferably, the base is formed using a glue-pressed material.
Preferably, the material for preparing the molding part comprises at least one of acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene, polymethyl methacrylate, acrylonitrile-styrene, polycarbonate and soft materials as additives.
Preferably, the molding part includes a molding part body and a molding part step located at a rear end of the molding part body, the thickness of the molding part step being smaller than that of the molding part body, and the molding part is joined to the base by joining the molding part step to a front end of the base in use.
Preferably, the base comprises a base body and a base step at a front end of the base body, the base step having a thickness less than a thickness of a portion of the base body closer to the front end, and in use, the molding portion is joined to the base by pressing or bonding the molding portion step to the base step.
Preferably, the size of the base step in the front-rear direction is 1mm to 8mm.
Preferably, the base is formed with a front end recess recessed inward from a front end surface of the base and a recess holding portion into which the front end recess is detachably inserted, and the dimension of the molding step in the front-rear direction is the same as the dimension of the front end recess of the base in the front-rear direction, or the dimension of the molding step in the front-rear direction is smaller than the dimension of the front end recess of the base in the front-rear direction, and the molding is joined to the base by removing the recess holding portion from the front end recess of the base and inserting the molding step into the front end recess when in use.
Preferably, the shaping portion includes a grip portion that a user can grip when using the artificial nail.
According to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided an artificial nail assembly capable of being combined into a plurality of the above artificial nails, the artificial nail assembly comprising: a plurality of said bases of the same or different shape, size; and a plurality of modeling parts with the same or different shapes and sizes.
According to the present invention, an artificial nail and an artificial nail module having a front end capable of being molded, having a high degree of freedom in molding, and being comfortable to wear can be provided.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, an artificial nail according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
It should be noted that, in the drawings, there may be a case where the dimensions of each component are not identical to the actual dimensions, and consideration needs to be given to the actual case. The embodiments described below are merely examples for illustrating the present invention, and the present invention is not limited thereto, and modifications, variations, and the like, which are included in the scope of the present invention, are included in the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the side of the artificial nail 1 that is fixed to the human nail 4 in use is sometimes referred to as the inner surface, and the side opposite to the inner surface is sometimes referred to as the outer surface. Also, the end of the artificial nail 1 that is closer to the root of a human finger in use (i.e., the end closer to the palm) is sometimes referred to as the rear end, and the end that is farther from the root of a human finger is sometimes referred to as the front end. The direction of the artificial nail 1 that coincides with the longitudinal direction of the human finger when in use is sometimes referred to as the longitudinal direction, and the direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction is sometimes referred to as the lateral direction.
In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, an artificial nail 1 is formed in a two-stage structure. Specifically, the artificial nail 1 includes a base 2 and a shaping portion 3. The base 2 is a nail sticker, is soft, and preferably has an adhesive property for adhering to a human nail 4, and the molding portion 3 is a normal nail, is hard, and is used for molding the front end of the artificial nail 1.
The base 2 and the shaping portion 3 of the artificial nail 1 may be kept in the outer package independently of each other before use. In general, the outer package has a plurality of bases 2 having different sizes, shapes, or types and a plurality of molding portions 3 having different sizes, shapes, or types, so as to be able to cope with different needs of users. In the present invention, since the base 2 is soft, the base 2 can be stored on a model matching its shape to prevent its deformation. Further, since the base 2 has tackiness, the surface of the base 2 is covered with a protective film.
In use, the base 2 may be attached to the human nail 4, the molding portion 3 may be pressed or adhered to the base 2, and then the seal may be applied, for example, by brushing a transparent resin or the like. Finally, the artificial nail 1 with the brushed sealing layer is placed under ultraviolet light for example, and is cured by baking, thereby fixing the artificial nail 1 on the human nail 4. However, the method is not limited thereto, and the steps may be changed as needed.
As shown in fig. 1, the inner surface of the base 2 can be adhered to the outer surface of the human nail 4, and adhered to the human nail 4 in a shape matching the surface shape of the human nail 4. In the present invention, the base 2 is formed to be soft and preferably to have tackiness. Therefore, the base 2 does not give a user a sense of foreign matter, and can be attached to the human nail 4 by the tackiness of the base 2 itself. However, the present invention is not limited thereto, and an additional adhesive, double-sided tape, or the like may be added between the base 2 and the human nail 4 as needed.
In addition, the base 2 has high plasticity, so that the base 2 can be adjusted to conform to the surface curvature of the molding part 3, including the transverse curvature and the longitudinal curvature, when in use, thereby improving the aesthetic appearance of the artificial nail 1.
Specifically, in use, when the outer surface of the molding portion 3 is located outside the outer surface of the base portion 2, the molding portion 3 may be pressed, and the material of the portion of the base portion 2 pressed by the molding portion 3 may be caused to flow around, so that the surface curvature of the molding portion 3 matches the surface curvature of the base portion 2. When the outer surface of the molding portion 3 is located further inside than the outer surface of the base portion 2, the base portion 2 can be pressed to cause the material of the base portion 2 to flow along the human nail 4, thereby conforming the surface curvature of the base portion 2 to the surface curvature of the molding portion. In actual products, the artificial nail may be designed such that the outer surface of the molding part 3 is slightly outside than the outer surface of the base part 2, or the outer surface of the molding part 3 is coplanar with the outer surface of the base part 2. In this way, in actual use, the outer surface of the molding portion 3 is less likely to be located inside than the outer surface of the base portion 2.
In the present invention, the base 2 may be made of any material as long as it is made of a soft material having high adhesiveness and high plasticity. For example, a glue dropping material, a glue pressing material, or the like may be employed.
As the adhesive material, for example, an adhesive material disclosed in patent CN113004855B of the present applicant, which has a viscosity of 1500 to 2000pa·s at 60 ℃ and 500 to 800pa·s at 80 ℃, can be used. The glue-dropping material also enables the surface of the base 2 to naturally arc-transition from the center to the edge, so that hand scraping can be prevented.
As the adhesive material, for example, an adhesive material disclosed in patent CN113004855B of the present applicant, which has a viscosity of 1000000 ~ 2000000pa·s at 60 ℃ and a viscosity of 500000 ~ 800000pa·s at 80 ℃, for example, can be used.
Moreover, when the base 2 is prepared by using the adhesive pressing material, the natural radian transition can be realized, the edge is smooth, and meanwhile, the nail flatness and the simulation effect are good, and the nail is soft and has no toughness loss. When the adhesive material is used, the base 2 which is not completely hardened can be attached to the outer surface of the human nail 4, and after the ultraviolet lamp light irradiates, the attachment between the base 2 and the human nail 4 is good. Therefore, the base 2 is more preferably prepared using a paste material than a paste material.
As shown in fig. 1, the base 2 is formed to have a curvature similar to that of a human nail 4. The thickness of the base 2 may be, for example, 0.5mm to 3mm. The thickness of the base 2 is preferably not constant, for example, the thickness of the portion of the base 2 near the edge of the human nail 4 is smaller than the thickness of the center, whereby the structure can be more attached to the human nail 4, and the formation of a height difference between the artificial nail 1 and the human finger skin can be avoided, thereby improving the aesthetic appearance. However, the thickness of the base body 21 is not limited thereto, and may be designed to be constant according to actual needs.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the base 2 includes a base body 21 and a base step 22 at a front end of the base body 21. The thickness of the base step 22 is smaller than that of the portion of the base body 21 near the front end, for example, as shown in fig. 1, the inner surface of the base step 22 is coplanar with the inner surface of the base body 21, but the outer surface of the base step 22 is located inside the outer surface of the base body 21, forming a step between the outer surface of the base step 22 and the outer surface of the base body 21. The dimension of the base step 22 in the front-rear direction may be, for example, 1mm to 8mm. The base 22 can be engaged with the molding portion 3 by the base step 22, which will be described in detail later.
Modeling part 3
In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, in use, the styling part 3 is located at the front end of the base 2 for performing front end styling of the artificial nail 1. Specifically, for example, after the base 2 is attached to the nail 4 of the human body, an appropriate molding portion 3 is selected and joined to the distal end of the base 2. However, the present invention is not limited thereto, and the molding portion 3 may be previously bonded to the distal end of the base 2 before use.
After the artificial nail 1 is fixed to the human nail 4 through the subsequent steps such as brushing the seal layer and curing the baking lamp, various operations such as trimming and polishing may be performed on the molding portion 3 as needed. However, the present invention is not limited thereto, and the tip of the molding portion 3 may be subjected to various operations such as trimming and polishing before the molding portion 3 is joined to the base portion 2.
In the present invention, the molding portion 3 can be made of any material as required, as long as it can be made into a hard nail, preferably, it has high strength, good toughness, and easy processing. For example, the molding portion 3 may be prepared from at least one of acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene (ABS), polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA), acrylonitrile-styrene (AS), and Polycarbonate (PC) AS a raw material. In order to improve wearing comfort, it is preferable to add 5 to 20% by weight of a soft material to the raw material, and examples of the soft material include methyl methacrylate, butadiene, styrene terpolymer (MBS), hydrogenated styrene-butadiene block copolymer (SEBS), thermoplastic elastomer (TPE), polyurethane (PU), high rubber powder, and nitrile rubber.
As shown in fig. 1, the modeling portion 3 is formed to have a curvature similar to that of the human nail 4. The thickness of the molding portion 3 may be, for example, 1mm to 3mm, and the thickness of the molding portion 3 may be constant or variable.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the molding part 3 includes a molding part body 31, a molding part step 32 located at a rear end of the molding part body 31, and a grip 33 located at a front end of the molding part body 31. The thickness of the molding step 32 is smaller than the thickness of the molding body 31, for example, as shown in fig. 1, the outer surface of the molding step 32 is coplanar with the outer surface of the molding body 31, but the inner surface of the molding step 32 is located outside the inner surface of the molding body 31, and a step is formed between the inner surface of the molding step 32 and the inner surface of the molding body 31. The dimension of the molding step 32 in the front-rear direction may be, for example, 1mm to 8mm. The molding portion 3 can be engaged with the base 2 by the molding portion step 32.
As shown in fig. 1, in an embodiment of the present invention, the base 2 and the molding 3 can be joined together by fitting the inner surface of the molding step 32 to the outer surface of the base step 22, thereby forming the artificial nail 1.
For example, the inner surface of the molding step 32 may be pressed against the outer surface of the base step 22, and the base 2 and the molding 3 may be joined together by the tackiness of the base step 22 itself. Further, an adhesive may be applied to at least one of the outer surface of the base step 22 and the inner surface of the molding step 32, and the inner surface of the molding step 32 may be adhered to the outer surface of the base step 22, thereby joining the base 2 and the molding 3 together. In addition, a double-sided tape may be interposed between the base step 22 and the molding step 32, and the both may be joined together by the double-sided tape. However, the present invention is not limited thereto, and other means may be employed as long as the base portion 2 and the molding portion 3 can be joined together, depending on the actual situation.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in one embodiment of the present invention, a grip 33 is provided at the tip of the molding portion body 31. The grip portion 33 may be integrally injection molded with the molding portion main body 31, or may be fixed to the molding portion main body 31 by other means such as adhesion. The material of the grip portion 33 may be the same as or different from that of the molding portion 31.
In use, the user can hold the holding portion 33 and then fix the artificial nail 1 to the human nail 4, and then remove the holding portion 33 by a clipping operation or the like. The grip portion 33 can improve operability when the artificial nail 1 is used, and can prevent contamination of the molding portion 3.
The grip 33 is not limited to being provided at the front end of the molding portion body 31, and may be provided at other positions of the molding portion 3 as needed, for example, at one or both lateral edges of the molding portion body 31. The shape, size, etc. of the grip portion 33 may be arbitrarily designed according to actual needs.
As shown in fig. 3, according to the present invention, a user can select a desired molding portion from a group of molding portions having different shapes, sizes, or types, as necessary, corresponding to the same base portion 2, and join the desired molding portion to the base portion 2. Therefore, the artificial nail 1 of the present invention has a high degree of freedom in design.
Effects of action
In the present invention, as described above, the artificial nail 1 is formed in a two-stage structure including the base 2 and the molding part 3. The base 2 and the shaping portion 3 are joined together to form the artificial nail 1. Further, different molding portions 3 can be selected corresponding to the same base portion 2. Accordingly, the user can select or design different nail shapes and styles, and thus, the degree of freedom in shaping the artificial nail 1 of the present invention is high.
In addition, in the present invention, the base 2 has tackiness and plasticity. Therefore, the base 2 itself can be adhered to the nail 4 by its viscosity, and the surface curvature of the base 2 can be adjusted to match the surface curvature of the molding portion 3, thereby improving the overall aesthetic appearance. In addition, the base 2 of the present invention is soft, and thus does not give a user a feeling of foreign matter.
In the present invention, the molding portion 3 is made hard, has high wear resistance, is easy to machine, and allows various operations such as trimming and polishing to be performed on the molding portion 3, thereby further improving the degree of freedom in molding the artificial nail 1 of the present invention.
In the present invention, the manikin 1 of the present invention has improved operability by providing the grip portion 33 to the shaping portion 3, and can prevent contamination of the shaping portion 3 during operation.

The dimension of the rear end projection of the molding portion 3 in the front-rear direction may be the same as the dimension of the front end recess of the base portion 2 in the front-rear direction, or may be smaller than the dimension of the front end recess of the base portion 2 in the front-rear direction.

Claims (10)
1. An artificial nail, characterized in that the artificial nail (1) comprises:
a base (2) formed as a nail sticker for adhering to a human nail (4), the base (2) being formed so as to be not fully cured before use, and capable of being photo-cured upon use; and
a styling part (3) formed as a hard nail for engagement in use with the front end of the base (2) for front end styling of the artificial nail (1).
2. The artificial nail of claim 1, wherein the artificial nail comprises,
the base (2) has a similar curvature as the human nail (4).
3. The artificial nail of claim 2, wherein the artificial nail comprises,
the base (2) is formed by means of a glue-pressing material.
4. The artificial nail of claim 1, wherein the artificial nail comprises,
the material for preparing the molding part (3) comprises soft materials used as additives and at least one of acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene, polymethyl methacrylate, acrylonitrile-styrene and polycarbonate.

8. The artificial nail of claim 5, wherein the artificial nail comprises,
a front end recess recessed inward from a front end surface of the base (2) and a recess holding portion detachably inserted into the front end recess are formed in the base (2),
the dimension of the molding step (32) in the front-rear direction is the same as the dimension of the front end concave portion of the base (2) in the front-rear direction, or the dimension of the molding step (32) in the front-rear direction is smaller than the dimension of the front end concave portion of the base (2) in the front-rear direction,
in use, the molding part (3) is joined to the base (2) by removing the recess holding part from the front end recess of the base (2) and inserting the molding part step (32) into the front end recess.

the shaping part (3) comprises a holding part (33), and a user can hold the holding part (33) when using the artificial nail.
