As shown in fig. 6, the first air bubble assembly 45 and the second air bubble assembly 46 each comprise a first tube seat 470 and an air inlet tube 47 with an air cavity, wherein the lower ends of the air inlet tube 47 and the first tube seat 470 are respectively provided with a first supporting leg 48, the air inlet tube 47 and the first tube seat 470 are connected through a first air tube 49, one end of the first air tube 49 is communicated with the air inlet tube 47, the air inlet tube 47 is provided with a first connecting port, the air inlet tube 19 is communicated with the first connecting port, and the upper end of the first air tube 49 is uniformly provided with a plurality of air holes 50; the first bubble assembly 45 and the second bubble assembly 46 can be better fixed at the inner lower ends of the sterilizing tank 3 and the cleaning tank 4 so that the bubble temperature output can roll the liquid.
The disinfection air pipe part comprises an ozone generator and an ozone output pipe 52, the ozone generator is arranged at the outer side of the tank body 1, an ozone input port 16 is arranged at one side of the disinfection tank 3 close to the ozone generator, a second air blower 17 which is communicated with the ozone input port 16 is arranged on the ozone generator, a plurality of ozone output holes 53 are uniformly formed at the upper end of the ozone output pipe 52, a branch pipe 51 is communicated with one end of the ozone output pipe 52, and one end of the branch pipe 51 is communicated with the ozone input port 16; ozone generated is input into the ozone output pipe 52 through the second air blower 17, so that the ozone is sprayed into the liquid in the disinfection tank 3, fish fillets are disinfected by being contacted with the ozone-dissolved liquid, and meanwhile, the ozone output pipe 52 and the first air bubble assembly 45 are matched, so that the liquid in the disinfection tank 3 rolls more fully, the disinfectant is contacted with the fish fillets more uniformly, and the disinfection effect is improved.
The upper end cover of the disinfection tank 3 is provided with an air suction cover 8, and the upper end of the air suction cover 8 is provided with an air suction opening for installing an air suction fan so as to suck ozone gas overflowed from the disinfection tank 3.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 7, the first material pressing part 11 and the second material pressing part 13 of the present embodiment each include a supporting seat 22, a motor seat 23 is installed at the upper end of the supporting seat 22, the motor seat 23 is fixed at two sides of the upper end of the tank body 1 through the supporting seat 22, a gear box 24 is obliquely downward arranged at one end of the motor seat 23, a supporting rod is obliquely downward arranged at the other side, a pressing roller 25 is installed between the gear box 24 and the supporting rod through a shaft core, the lower end of the pressing roller 25 presses against the chain conveyer belt unit 9, the inside of the pressing roller 25 is hollow, a plurality of first anti-slip through holes 26 are formed in the roller body of the pressing roller 25, and a plurality of through grooves 27 are formed at two ends of the pressing roller 25; the motor cabinet 23 can be internally provided with a driving motor for driving a gear set in the gear box 24, so as to drive the press roller 25 to rotate, when the fish fillets are conveyed by the chain conveying belt unit 9, the press roller 25 presses the fish fillets on the chain conveying belt unit 9, so that the fish fillets are prevented from floating in liquid, meanwhile, a plurality of first anti-slip through holes 26 can be used for carrying out liquid exchange, the pressed fish fillets cannot be contacted with the liquid, and the phenomenon that the fish fillets are not tightly pressed due to slipping between the fish fillets and the press roller can be prevented.
As shown in fig. 8, the chain conveyer unit 9 of the present embodiment includes a first chain 28 and a second chain, a plurality of first connecting plates 29 and second connecting plates 30 adjacent to each other are hinged between the first chain 28 and the second chain, a hinge groove 31 and a hinge protrusion are provided on one side of each of the first connecting plates 29 and the second connecting plates 30, a plurality of second anti-slip through holes 32 are provided on each of the first connecting plates 29 and the second connecting plates 30, and gears corresponding to the first chain 28 and the second chain are provided in each of the input frame 5, the output frame 7, and the transition frame 6; the first chain 28 and the second chain are wound on gears in the input frame 5, the output frame 7 and the transition frame 6, so that a plurality of mutually adjacent first connecting plates 29 and second connecting plates 30 are used for conveying fish fillets, the fish fillets can be prevented from floating in liquid under the cooperation of the plurality of second anti-slip through holes 32 and the pressing rollers 25, meanwhile, the condition that the fish fillets slide in the conveying process is prevented, the second anti-slip through holes 32 can flow liquid, and the position where the fish fillets are contacted with the connecting plates can not be contacted with the liquid.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 9, the first spraying part 10 and the second spraying part 12 of the present embodiment each include a water pipe 55 and a second pipe seat 57, a plurality of spraying pipes 58 are installed between the water pipe 55 and the second pipe seat 57, the plurality of spraying pipes 58 are communicated with the water pipe 55, a plurality of nozzles 59 are uniformly installed at the lower ends of the plurality of spraying pipes 58, second supporting feet 54 are installed at the lower ends of the water pipe 55 and the second pipe seat 57, the second supporting feet 54 are installed at both sides of the upper end of the tank body 1, and water inlet connectors 56 are provided on the water pipe 55; the first spraying part 10 and the second spraying part 12 can better spray and clean or disinfect the input and output parts of the fish fillets, and can also circulate water in the disinfection tank 3 and the cleaning tank 4.
