In addition, in the embodiment of the present application, when the first terminal detects that the SIM card of the first terminal is taken out, it is further determined that the SIM card of the first terminal is taken out for greater than or equal to a preset duration, because: in one scenario, the SIM is removed and not necessarily the handset is lost or stolen, e.g., the user removes the SIM card to complete the registration of the handset on another new handset. In this scenario, if the first terminal generates the first report information and broadcasts the first report information, not only the resources of the first terminal are occupied, but also the backup terminal of the first terminal always receives the position of the first terminal from the terminal recovery system (refer to the description of S307), which causes trouble to the user of the backup terminal of the first terminal.
Therefore, in the embodiment of the application, the first terminal detects that the SIM card of the first terminal is taken out, and when the first terminal is not networked and the SIM card of the first terminal is taken out for a time longer than or equal to a preset time (i.e., the SIM card is not inserted back into the first terminal for a long time), the first report information can be generated, so that the first position of the first terminal is repeatedly reported, and the problem that the user of the backup terminal of the first terminal is bothered is avoided.
S303, the first terminal broadcasts the first report information by adopting a wireless short-distance transmission mode.
The wireless short-range transmission mode can be understood as follows: the broadcast transmission mode can be transmitted without connecting with other terminals.
In one embodiment, the wireless short-range transmission mode may be: connectionless, non-directional broadcast (non-connectable undirected event type). In such an embodiment, the first report information may include a first identifier and a second identifier. For example, the first identifier may be an identifier characterizing a first location of the first terminal, and the second identifier may be an identifier characterizing an identifier of the first terminal. Both the first and second identifications may be universally unique identification codes (universally unique identifier, UUID).
In an embodiment, in order to indicate that the first report information is that the length of time for which the SIM card of the first terminal is taken out is greater than or equal to the preset length of time, the first terminal may carry indication information in the first report information, where the indication information is used to indicate that the length of time for which the SIM card is taken out is greater than or equal to the preset length of time. The indication information is also used for indicating the second terminal to report the first position of the first terminal and the identification of the first terminal to the terminal recovery system when the second terminal receives the first report information. In this embodiment, the first report information may include a third identifier, where the third identifier may be a UUID that characterizes that a duration in which the SIM card of the first terminal is taken out is greater than or equal to a preset duration.
That is, when the first terminal detects that the SIM card of the first terminal is taken out, and the first terminal is not networked, and the SIM card of the first terminal is taken out to be greater than or equal to a preset duration (i.e., the SIM card is not plugged back into the first terminal for a long time), bluetooth broadcast content may be configured, UUID1 representing the first location of the first terminal, UUID2 representing the identity of the first terminal, and UUID3 representing that the SIM card of the first terminal is taken out to be greater than or equal to the preset duration are written into bluetooth broadcast (i.e., the first report information), and the first report information is broadcast by adopting an unconnectable non-directional broadcast manner.
In one embodiment, the first terminal may call a startadvertisement function of a bluetooth application framework (framework) layer in the android system, and configure broadcast power and/or frequency to broadcast the first reporting information.
S304, the second terminal monitors whether the terminal adopts the reporting information broadcasted in a wireless short-distance transmission mode.
It should be understood that S304 and S301-S303 are not sequentially distinguished and may be performed simultaneously.
In one embodiment, the second terminal monitoring whether there is a report information broadcasted by the terminal in a wireless short-range transmission mode may be understood as: and monitoring the capability of reporting information.
In one embodiment, because the second terminal monitors whether there is a report information broadcast by the terminal in a wireless short-range transmission mode, it is necessary to consume energy of the second terminal. Therefore, the user can set the capability of turning on or off the second terminal to monitor the reported information on the second terminal. When the user turns on the capability of the second terminal to monitor the reported information, the second terminal can monitor whether the reported information broadcasted by the terminal in a wireless short-distance transmission mode exists, and when the user turns off the capability of the second terminal to monitor the reported information, the second terminal does not execute S304.
In this embodiment of the present application, the second terminal is a terminal that has started the ability to monitor the reported information, and may monitor whether there is a reported information broadcasted by the terminal in a wireless close range transmission manner. In one embodiment, the second terminal may monitor whether there is a report message broadcasted by the terminal in a wireless short-range transmission manner by using a preset power and/or frequency. Specifically, the second terminal may open bluetooth at random, call a startle function of the frame layer bluetooth adapter class to start monitoring whether there is a report information broadcast by the terminal in a wireless short-range transmission mode, and inject a monitoring result callback function.
If the second terminal does not monitor the report information broadcasted by the terminal in the wireless short-distance transmission mode within the preset monitoring time, the wireless short-distance transmission can be closed until the next monitoring period is entered, then the wireless short-distance transmission is opened, and whether the report information broadcasted by the terminal in the wireless short-distance transmission mode is monitored.
For example, taking wireless close range transmission as non-directional broadcasting that bluetooth cannot be connected, the preset monitoring duration of the second terminal is 10min, and a monitoring period is entered every 1h as an example, when the second terminal enters the monitoring period, the second terminal can open bluetooth to monitor whether there is a report information broadcasted by the terminal in a wireless close range transmission mode, if there is no report information broadcasted by the terminal in a wireless close range transmission mode monitored within 10min, the second terminal can close bluetooth, and after waiting for 1h, enter the next monitoring period, the second terminal opens bluetooth to continue to monitor whether there is a report information broadcasted by the terminal in a wireless close range transmission mode.
And S305, if the first report information broadcasted by the first terminal in the wireless short-distance transmission mode is monitored, analyzing the first report information, and acquiring the first position of the first terminal and the identification of the first terminal in the first report information by the second terminal.
If the second terminal is in the wireless close range transmission coverage area of the first terminal (i.e. the second terminal is around the first terminal), the second terminal can monitor the first report information broadcasted by the first terminal in the wireless close range transmission mode. When the second terminal monitors the first report information broadcasted by the first terminal in a wireless short-distance transmission mode, the first report information can be analyzed to obtain the first position of the first terminal and the identification of the first terminal, which are included in the first report information.
In one embodiment, the first terminal broadcasts the first report information in the form of a bluetooth packet by using a non-connectable non-directional broadcast method. Correspondingly, when the second terminal monitors the Bluetooth data packet, the Bluetooth data packet can be analyzed to obtain the first position of the first terminal and the identification of the first terminal included in the first report information. The parsing mode of the bluetooth data packet is related to the parsing mode preset in the second terminal.
S306, the second terminal reports the first position of the first terminal and the identification of the first terminal to the terminal retrieving system.
After the second terminal analyzes the first position of the first terminal and the identifier of the first terminal, the first position of the first terminal and the identifier of the first terminal can be reported to the terminal retrieving system. It should be understood that, in this embodiment of the present application, the second terminal is a networked terminal, and the second terminal may report, to the terminal recovery system, the first location of the first terminal and the identifier of the first terminal through a SIM card or other wireless network of the second terminal. In this embodiment, the second terminal may be a terminal that has registered with the terminal retrieval system.
In one embodiment, if the second terminal is not registered in the terminal recovery system, the first terminal may carry the address of the "terminal recovery system" in the first report information, so that after the second terminal parses the first report information, the first location of the first terminal and the identifier of the first terminal may be reported to the terminal recovery system according to the address of the "terminal recovery system" carried in the first report information.
S307, the terminal retrieving system sends the first position of the first terminal to the backup terminal of the first terminal.
The first terminal is a terminal registered to a terminal recovery system, and the terminal recovery system stores the identification of the first terminal, the identification of a backup terminal of the first terminal and the position of the first terminal reported before the first terminal does not take out the SIM card. In this embodiment of the present application, the terminal retrieving system may search for the backup terminal of the first terminal according to the identifier of the first terminal in response to receiving the first location of the first terminal and the identifier of the first terminal, and further send the first location of the first terminal to the backup terminal of the first terminal.
In one embodiment, the terminal recovery system may send a short message to a backup terminal of the first terminal, where the short message includes the first location of the first terminal.
In the embodiment of the application, the first terminal responds to the detection that the SIM card of the first terminal is taken out, the taken-out time length of the SIM card is greater than or equal to the preset time length, and when the first terminal is not networked, the first reporting information is broadcast in a wireless short-distance transmission mode, the networked second terminal which is positioned around the first terminal can replace the first terminal which cannot report the position, the first position of the first terminal and the identification of the first terminal are reported to the terminal recovery system, and the terminal recovery system can send the first position of the first terminal to the backup terminal of the first terminal, so that a user can recover the first terminal according to the first position of the first terminal. The embodiment of the application provides a method for indirectly reporting the position of the terminal to a terminal retrieving system for the terminal from which the SIM card is taken out, so that the terminal from which the SIM card is taken out can be retrieved conveniently.
The terminal registration terminal recovery system may be different if the vendors to which the terminal belongs are various. In an embodiment, in order to facilitate the second terminal to send the first location of the first terminal and the identifier of the first terminal obtained by analysis to the terminal retrieving system registered by the first terminal, the first terminal may carry the identifier of the manufacturer to which the first terminal belongs in the first report information when the first report information is generated. The first report information may include a fourth identifier, where the fourth identifier may be an identifier that characterizes a vendor to which the first terminal belongs, and the fourth identifier may be UUID4.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 4, the first report information in S302 may include: the method comprises the steps of representing UUID1 of a first position of a first terminal, representing an identifier UUID2 of the first terminal, representing UUID3 of a manufacturer to which the first terminal belongs, wherein the duration of a time period for which a SIM card of the first terminal is taken out is greater than or equal to a preset duration. Correspondingly, in S305, the second terminal parses the first reported information, and may obtain UUID1, UUID2, UUID3, and UUID4.
Referring to fig. 4, before S306, the information reporting method provided in the embodiment of the present application may further include:
S401, the second terminal determines a terminal recovery system corresponding to the manufacturer of the first terminal according to the identification of the manufacturer of the first terminal.
In this embodiment of the present application, after the second terminal analyzes the first report information, the identifier of the manufacturer to which the first terminal belongs may be obtained, and further, according to the identifier of the manufacturer to which the first terminal belongs, the terminal recovery system corresponding to the manufacturer to which the first terminal belongs is determined. For example, if the vendor to which the first terminal belongs is a, the terminal recovery system corresponding to the vendor to which the first terminal belongs may be an a server.
In an embodiment, in order to improve the security of the first reporting information, in this embodiment of the present application, after analyzing the first reporting information to obtain the identifier of the vendor to which the first terminal belongs, if it is determined that the vendor to which the first terminal belongs is different from the vendor to which the second terminal belongs, the second terminal may discard the first reporting information, that is, does not report the first position of the first terminal and the identifier of the first terminal to the terminal recovery system. When the manufacturer to which the first terminal belongs and the manufacturer to which the second terminal belongs are the same, the second terminal reports the first position of the first terminal and the identification of the first terminal to the terminal retrieving system. The embodiment can avoid the problem of information security caused by the fact that terminals belonging to different manufacturers access the same terminal recovery system.
In an embodiment, in order to further improve the security of the first report information, in this embodiment of the present application, only terminals of the same manufacturer may parse the content in the first report information. For example, when the first terminal broadcasts the first report information, the first terminal may use a preset encryption mode to encrypt, where bluetooth analysis modes corresponding to different manufacturers are different, and terminals of other manufacturers cannot analyze the first report information broadcast by the first terminal, and only a second terminal of the same manufacturer to which the first terminal belongs can analyze the first report information broadcast by the first terminal.
In this embodiment, the second terminal and the first terminal belong to the same manufacturer, and when the second terminal belonging to the same manufacturer monitors the first report information, the second terminal can successfully analyze and obtain the content in the first report information, so as to report the first position of the first terminal and the identifier of the first terminal to the terminal recovery system. If the third terminal and the first terminal belong to different manufacturers, the third terminal cannot analyze and obtain the content of the first report information when monitoring the first report information.
In the embodiment of the application, the terminal of other manufacturers can be prevented from analyzing the first reporting information broadcasted for the terminal, the malicious terminal is prevented from tampering with the first reporting information, and the safety of the first reporting information is improved.
The above embodiments are all described as follows: the first terminal broadcasts an example of the first reporting information when the first terminal detects that the SIM card of the first terminal is taken out. In one embodiment, in order to facilitate the backup terminal of the first terminal to obtain the latest position of the first terminal, the first terminal may periodically broadcast second report information, where the second report information includes the latest position of the first terminal.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 5, after S303 above, it is also possible to perform:
s501, the first terminal responds to the fact that the SIM card is not inserted back into the first terminal, and relocates the first terminal every preset period to acquire a second position of the first terminal.
It should be appreciated that FIG. 5 is an illustration of performing S501-S507 on the basis of the embodiment shown in FIG. 3, and that S501-S507 may also be performed on the basis of the embodiment shown in FIG. 4. S501-S507 are shown in fig. 5 after S307.
According to the description in S301, the first terminal may monitor the SIM card plug status broadcast "android.intent.action.sim_state_changed" broadcast by the android system, so as to detect whether the SIM card of the first terminal is plugged back into the first terminal after being taken out. For example, if the first terminal always receives a SIM card plug status broadcast with a "STATE" value of 5, the first terminal may determine that the SIM card of the first terminal is not plugged back into the first terminal.
In this embodiment of the present application, the first terminal may reposition the first terminal at intervals of a preset period in response to the SIM card not being inserted back into the first terminal, to obtain the second position of the first terminal. For example, the preset period may be 30s, that is, the first terminal may be repositioned every 30s to obtain the second position of the first terminal when the SIM card of the first terminal is taken out and not inserted back.
S502, the first terminal generates second report information, wherein the second report information comprises: a second location of the first terminal and an identification of the first terminal.
In one embodiment, the second report information may further include: indication information, and/or an identification of a vendor to which the first terminal belongs. The indication information, and the identity of the manufacturer to which the first terminal belongs, may be described with reference to the above embodiments.
S503, the first terminal broadcasts the second report information by adopting a wireless short-distance transmission mode.
S504, the second terminal monitors whether the terminal adopts the reporting information broadcasted in the wireless short-distance transmission mode.
And S505, if the second reporting information broadcasted by the first terminal in the wireless short-distance transmission mode is monitored, analyzing the second reporting information, and acquiring a second position of the first terminal and an identification of the first terminal, which are included in the second reporting information, by the second terminal.
S506, the second terminal reports the second position of the first terminal and the identification of the first terminal to the terminal retrieving system.
S507, the terminal retrieving system sends the second position of the first terminal to the backup terminal of the first terminal.
S503 to S507 can refer to the descriptions in S303 to S307.
In the embodiment of the application, after the first terminal broadcasts the first report information, the first terminal periodically locates and acquires the second position of the first terminal, and then carries the second position in the second report information for broadcasting.
Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of an information reporting apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application. The information reporting device may be the first terminal in the above embodiment, or a chip in the first terminal. As shown in fig. 6, the information reporting apparatus 600 includes: a detection module 601, a processing module 602, and a transceiver module 603.
The detecting module 601 is configured to detect whether a user identification SIM card of the first terminal is taken out.
The processing module 602 is configured to generate first report information if the SIM card of the first terminal is taken out, and a duration of the SIM card taken out is greater than or equal to a preset duration, and the first terminal is not networked, where the first report information includes: a first location of the first terminal and an identification of the first terminal.
The transceiver module 603 is configured to broadcast the first reporting information by using a wireless short-range transmission manner, so as to report the first location of the first terminal and the identifier of the first terminal to the terminal recovery system through a second terminal that is located around the first terminal and is connected to the network.
In one possible implementation, the first reporting information further includes: and/or an identification of a manufacturer to which the first terminal belongs, wherein the indication information is used for indicating that the time length for taking out the SIM card is greater than or equal to a preset time length.
In a possible implementation manner, the processing module 602 is further configured to locate the first terminal, and obtain a first location of the first terminal.
In one possible implementation, the transceiver module 603 is specifically configured to broadcast the first reporting information by using a preset power and/or frequency in a wireless close range transmission manner.
In a possible implementation manner, the processing module 602 is further configured to, in response to the SIM card not being inserted back into the first terminal, reposition the first terminal every preset period, and obtain a second position of the first terminal; generating second report information, wherein the second report information comprises: a second location of the first terminal and an identification of the first terminal.
The transceiver module 603 is further configured to broadcast the second reporting information by using a wireless short-range transmission manner, so as to report the second position of the first terminal and the identifier of the first terminal to the terminal retrieving system through the second terminal.
Fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of another information reporting apparatus provided in the embodiment of the present application. The information reporting device may be the second terminal in the above embodiment, or a chip in the second terminal. As shown in fig. 7, the information reporting apparatus 700 includes: a listening module 701, a processing module 702 and a transceiving module 703.
And the monitoring module 701 is configured to monitor whether a terminal uses a wireless short-distance transmission mode to broadcast the report information.
And the processing module 702 is configured to, if the monitoring module monitors the first report information broadcasted by the first terminal in the wireless short-range transmission manner, analyze the first report information, and obtain a first location of the first terminal and an identifier of the first terminal included in the first report information.
The transceiver module 703 is configured to report the first position of the first terminal and the identifier of the first terminal to the terminal recovery system, so that the terminal recovery system sends the first position of the first terminal to the backup terminal of the first terminal.
In one possible implementation, the first reporting information further includes: and/or the identification of the manufacturer to which the first terminal belongs, wherein the indication information is used for indicating that the duration of the time when the user of the first terminal recognizes that the SIM card is taken out is longer than or equal to the preset duration.
In one possible implementation manner, the processing module 702 is specifically configured to parse the first report information to obtain the first location of the first terminal, the identifier of the first terminal, the indication information, and the identifier of the manufacturer to which the first terminal belongs.
In one possible implementation manner, the processing module 702 is further configured to determine, according to the identifier of the vendor to which the first terminal belongs, a terminal recovery system corresponding to the vendor to which the first terminal belongs.
In one possible implementation manner, the transceiver module 703 is specifically configured to report, according to the identity of the vendor to which the first terminal belongs, the first location of the first terminal and the identity of the first terminal to the terminal recovery system if it is determined that the vendor to which the first terminal belongs is the same as the vendor to which the second terminal belongs.
In one possible implementation manner, the monitoring module 701 specifically uses preset power and/or frequency to monitor whether a terminal uses a wireless close range transmission mode to broadcast the report information.
In one possible implementation manner, the processing module 702 is further configured to close the wireless close range transmission if no report information broadcast by the terminal in the wireless close range transmission manner is monitored within a preset monitoring duration, until the next monitoring period is entered.
In a possible implementation manner, the processing module 702 is further configured to, if it is monitored that the first terminal uses the second reporting information broadcasted in the wireless short-range transmission manner, parse the second reporting information, and obtain the second location of the first terminal and the identifier of the first terminal included in the second reporting information.
The transceiver module 703 is further configured to report the second position of the first terminal and the identifier of the first terminal to the terminal recovery system, so that the terminal recovery system sends the second position of the first terminal to the backup terminal of the first terminal.
The information reporting device provided in this embodiment is similar to the principle and technical effects achieved by the information reporting method described above, and will not be described in detail herein.
Fig. 8 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device provided in the present application. The electronic device may be, for example, the first terminal and the second terminal in the above embodiments. As shown in fig. 8, the electronic device 800 includes: a memory 801 and at least one processor 802.
A memory 801 for storing program instructions.
The processor 802 is configured to implement the information reporting method in this embodiment when the program instruction is executed, and the specific implementation principle can be seen from the above embodiment, which is not described herein again.
The electronic device 800 may also include and input/output interface 803.
The input/output interface 803 may include a separate output interface and input interface, or may be an integrated interface that integrates input and output. The output interface is used for outputting data, the input interface is used for acquiring input data, the output data is the generic name output in the method embodiment, and the input data is the generic name input in the method embodiment. In one embodiment, the input/output interface 803 may be understood as the transceiver module in fig. 6 and 7.
The application also provides a readable storage medium, in which an execution instruction is stored, when at least one processor of the electronic device executes the execution instruction, and when the computer execution instruction is executed by the processor, the information reporting method in the above embodiment is implemented.
The present application also provides a program product comprising execution instructions stored in a readable storage medium. The at least one processor of the electronic device may read the execution instructions from the readable storage medium, and execution of the execution instructions by the at least one processor causes the electronic device to implement the information reporting method provided by the various embodiments described above.
In the several embodiments provided in this application, it should be understood that the disclosed apparatus and method may be implemented in other ways. 1. The information reporting method is characterized by being applied to a first terminal, and comprises the following steps:
detecting whether a Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) card of the first terminal is taken out;
if the SIM card of the first terminal is taken out and the duration of the SIM card taken out is greater than or equal to a preset duration, and the first terminal is not networked, generating first report information, where the first report information includes: a first location of the first terminal and an identification of the first terminal;
and broadcasting the first reporting information in a wireless short-distance transmission mode so as to report the first position of the first terminal and the identification of the first terminal to a terminal retrieving system through a networked second terminal positioned around the first terminal.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the first reporting information further comprises: and/or an identifier of a manufacturer to which the first terminal belongs, where the indicator is used to indicate that the duration of taking out the SIM card is greater than or equal to the preset duration.
3. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein before generating the first report information, further comprising:
and positioning the first terminal to acquire a first position of the first terminal.
4. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein broadcasting the first report information by wireless short-range transmission includes:
and broadcasting the first reporting information in the wireless short-distance transmission mode by using preset power and/or frequency.

generating second report information, the second report information comprising: a second location of the first terminal and an identification of the first terminal;
And broadcasting the second reporting information in a wireless short-distance transmission mode so as to report the second position of the first terminal and the identification of the first terminal to the terminal retrieving system through the second terminal.
6. The information reporting method is characterized by being applied to a second terminal, and comprises the following steps:
monitoring whether a terminal adopts a wireless short-distance transmission mode to broadcast reporting information;
if the first report information broadcasted by the first terminal in a wireless short-distance transmission mode is monitored, analyzing the first report information to acquire a first position of the first terminal and an identification of the first terminal, wherein the first position and the identification are included in the first report information;
