Detailed Description
The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration and not of limitation. It should be further noted that, for convenience of description, only some, but not all of the structures related to the present invention are shown in the drawings.
It should be noted that, for the sake of brevity, this specification is not exhaustive of all of the alternative embodiments, and after reading this specification, one skilled in the art will appreciate that any combination of features may constitute an alternative embodiment as long as the features do not contradict each other.
The following describes each embodiment in detail.
Fig. 1 is a method flowchart of a collaborative interaction method provided by an embodiment of the present invention, where as shown in the drawing, the collaborative interaction method includes:
step S110: and receiving a theme creation operation at an application interface of the collaborative interaction, wherein the theme creation operation is used for creating a collaborative interaction theme in which at least one user identification participates, and corresponding user identifications of the collaborative interaction theme establish collaborative association through a server.
In the multi-person interaction scenes such as conferences, teaching, discussions, brainstorms and the like, information transmission among a plurality of participants is realized through speaking, vision and hearing in a long historical period, and the information transmission can provide good communication experience for the participants, but the information recording in the communication process depends on the recording of the participants according to personal habits and abilities, and the actually transmitted information can be lost.
With the development of information technology, more abundant means are provided for information display and information recording in a multi-person interaction scene, particularly multi-person interaction based on an interaction panel, each participant can concentrate the content to be displayed on the interaction panel for display, and various information in the cooperative communication process is received and stored by the interaction panel.
The interactive flat board in the scheme can be integrated equipment for controlling the content displayed on the display flat board and realizing man-machine interaction operation through a touch technology, and integrates one or more functions of a projector, an electronic whiteboard, a curtain, sound equipment, a television, a video conference terminal and the like.
Generally, as shown in FIG. 2, the interactive tablet 11 includes at least one display screen 12. For example, the interactive tablet 11 is configured with a touch-enabled display screen 12, and the display screen 12 may be a capacitive screen, a resistive screen, or an electromagnetic screen. In this embodiment, further, the user may touch the display screen 12 with a finger or a stylus, and accordingly, the interactive panel 12 detects a touch position and responds according to the touch position to implement a touch function. Typically, the interactive tablet 11 is installed with at least one operating system, wherein the operating system includes, but is not limited to, an android system, a Linux system, and a Windows system.
The interaction panel is used as interaction equipment mainly used for supporting a multi-person communication scene, and the software is mainly used for realizing functional requirements in the multi-person communication scene. For example, the interactive tablet may install at least one application program with a presentation function, where the application program may be an application program that is self-contained in an operating system; at the same time, applications downloaded from a third party device or server are also installed. Optionally, the program with the manuscript demonstration function has the basic function of displaying edited content, and also has the editing functions in other demonstration processes, such as the functions of inserting a form, inserting a picture, drawing a form, drawing a picture and the like, so that the real-time display of user information input and input content in the information display process is realized, and the information display and interaction effect in the manuscript demonstration process is further improved. For example, the interactive tablet may be provided with at least one application program having a whiteboard function, and the user may implement real-time writing recording, modification and saving in the multi-user cooperative communication scene based on the application program. The multi-user communication implementation based on the interactive flat board only needs to concentrate the content files for display in the communication process to the interactive flat board, then open the display one by one on the interactive flat board, record comments and the like based on the white board in the communication process, and each content file still exists as a discrete file.
To further improve the convenience in file transfer in the multi-person communication scenario, the interactive tablet 11 may install an application program to implement receiving and displaying of the screen-casting picture, so that the architecture shown in fig. 3 is used to support data transmission in the multi-person communication scenario, that is, one or more of the participants in the multi-person communication, and connect the personal terminal to the interactive tablet. In the specific scenario illustrated in fig. 3, the personal terminal may be the personal computer 21 or the mobile terminal 22, and a single participant may be connected to only the personal computer 21 or the mobile terminal 22, or may be connected to both the personal computer 21 and the mobile terminal 22. The participant sends the content file to be displayed on the interactive pad 11 to the interactive pad 11 or directly displays it on the personal terminal and drops the screen to the interactive pad 11 for display. Under the support of the architecture, the multi-user communication is not focused on the communication of the interaction panel 11, but all participants operate on the respective personal terminals to achieve better communication effect, and the multi-user communication process is also a collaborative interaction process. In this scheme, an exemplary description is made to operate by a mouse based on the personal computer 21.
Whether the interaction tablet is based on multi-person communication or based on multi-person communication in which the personal terminal is connected with the interaction tablet, different application programs in the interaction tablet can be matched for use in order to better support multi-person communication, for example, when the manuscript demonstration is carried out, supplementary explanation can be implemented on the manuscript demonstration picture through the real-time input function of the whiteboard function. Based on the prepared content file, a new content file is generated in the communication process, or the existing content file is updated.
In the file management system under the existing multi-person communication scene, as shown in fig. 4, each content file is an independent individual, for example, a conference schedule can generate a conference file to be managed by software of an online conference; the whiteboard file generated in the whiteboard using process is stored in the interactive flat board; various files correspondingly generated by various file editing software are also saved to the interaction panel; yun Bai board generates a whiteboard file to save to cloud disk. Under the file management system, the help of the information technology to the communication of multiple people is limited to the recall and preparation before the communication and the display of the content during the communication. The playback of the multiple discs after communication is obviously insufficient, as shown in fig. 4, based on the interactive flat-panel matching software, in the process of using the interactive flat panel for multi-user communication, a plurality of files of different types may be generated, if the files are to be obtained after the communication is finished, the plurality of content files need to be obtained one by one from the local interactive flat panel and/or the cloud disc to access different storage paths, the content files are sorted and summarized, the sorting and summarization of the content files need to be circulated through a lengthy operation link, and the information circulation efficiency is low.
For users, the data management of collaborative interaction is mainly implemented in personal terminal equipment, and in the specific implementation of the scheme, the description is mainly implemented in a mouse operation mode based on the terminal equipment, but it is understood that the implementation of the scheme is not affected and the same technical effects are achieved based on touch control equipment.
In the scheme, in order to further optimize a data processing mechanism in the collaborative interaction process, as shown in fig. 5, a collaboration platform is built on the basis of the existing hardware connection framework in fig. 3 to serve as a basis for data management optimization in the collaborative interaction process. That is, the personal terminals used by each participant no longer only perform data transmission with the interactive tablet 11, and the interactive tablet 11 is no longer the only data collection point in the multi-user communication scenario. Each personal terminal needs to be connected with the data of the collaboration platform while keeping necessary connection with the interaction panel 11, so that the operation of each personal terminal in the process of multi-person communication and the corresponding data are comprehensively recorded and managed in the collaboration platform, and the collaboration platform is built on the server 31. The collaboration platform can be understood as a platform for performing background management on all operations and corresponding data in the collaboration interaction process, and the application interface of the collaboration interaction can be understood as an interface of the data in the background management platform for user interaction in the personal terminal.
In collaborative interaction, management bands among all data are collaborative topics, each collaborative topic corresponds to a group consisting of one or more participants, one group comprises one or more user identifiers corresponding to one participant respectively, and one user identifier can be added into different groups. On an application interface of the collaborative interaction corresponding to the user identifier, the user can realize the creation of the collaborative interaction theme through theme creation operation.
Specifically, the theme creation operation in step S110 may be implemented through steps S111 to S114.
Step S111: and receiving a first triggering operation for creating the control on the application interface of the collaborative interaction.
Step S112: and displaying a theme editing area on the application interface according to the first triggering operation.
Step S113: and receiving collaborative theme information and/or associated data in the theme editing area.
Step S114: and receiving a creating completion operation on the application interface of the collaborative interaction, and switching and displaying the theme editing area as a corresponding partition display.
Referring to fig. 6, in the application interface 13 of collaborative interaction, a toolbar 131 is arranged on top, and a plurality of operation controls 133 with higher frequency of use, such as a closing control, a minimizing control, etc., are normally displayed in the toolbar 131, and a user identifier of current login may also be displayed, for example, the user identifier of current login is "Max" in fig. 6. In fig. 6, the operation control 133 corresponding to "+" in the toolbar 131 is a creation control, and when a trigger operation is detected in the creation control, it is confirmed that the first trigger operation is detected. When the first trigger operation is received, a theme editing area is displayed on the application interface 13, where the theme editing area may be a newly created small window on the application interface, and the newly created collaborative interaction theme is edited in the small window, or a partition may be newly divided under the toolbar 131 of the application interface 13, and the editing of the newly created collaborative interaction theme is performed in the partition, and fig. 6 shows a manner of newly dividing a partition.
Collaborative topic information of a collaborative interaction may be received in a topic editing area, as well as associated data. The collaborative topic information comprises topic names and user identifications participating in collaborative interaction topics, and in the creation stage of the collaborative interaction topics, the core topics of collaborative interaction are confirmed firstly and correspond to the topic of collaborative interaction, for example, an 'AB project discussion'; secondly, confirming participants of the cooperative interaction, namely confirming the application identification of each participant for the application of the cooperative interaction. In the implementation shown in fig. 6, the input location of the collaborative interaction topic and the confirmation location of the user identity participating in the collaborative interaction topic are indicated by visual cues. It should be noted that, although the collaboration topic information includes a user identifier, not every collaboration interaction topic necessarily confirms the user identifier of the participant, and the creator may not confirm the user identifiers of other participants, i.e. select the collaboration interaction topic to be visible only by himself, and the collaboration interaction topic is only used for data recording by himself.
While creating the collaborative interaction topic, the creator may complete the initial input of the associated data for the collaborative interaction. Associated data of the collaborative interaction topic refers to various data sets and distributions for improving collaborative interaction efficiency, such as time and place of real-time collaborative interaction agreed before collaborative interaction; files and text outline used for discussion in the collaborative interaction process and prepared before the collaborative interaction; notes recorded in the collaborative interaction process; task allocation resulting from collaborative interactions, etc. In terms of the recording form of the data, the data can be divided into file data and content data, wherein the file data is recorded in the form of application interface attachment by uploading files by a user as associated data; the content data is that a user directly edits specific content on an application interface, and the essential content can be directly seen on the application interface.
The uploading of file data is performed by triggering "+" in the theme editing area in fig. 6 to pop up a menu of data types to be added, and four data types of tasks, notes, files and conferences are shown in fig. 6, if a file menu option is selected, a window for uploading files is popped up, each file storage path can be accessed in the window to select a file to be uploaded, and the file can also be directly dragged to the window from an opened local folder to be directly uploaded. And for the content data, corresponding triggering menu options, corresponding content editing can be directly carried out in the theme editing area, and specific content is directly displayed later.
Regardless of whether initial input of associated data exists in the process of creating the collaborative interaction theme or whether relevant information of the collaborative interaction theme is input, when a creation completion operation is received, the theme editing area can be switched and displayed as a corresponding partition display. The receiving of the creation completion operation may be receiving a trigger operation of a specific control (e.g., the "completion" control in fig. 6), or receiving an operation of a corresponding partition of other collaborative interaction topics. For example, on the basis of the existing collaborative interaction theme of 'AB item combing', additionally creating a collaborative interaction theme of 'AB item discussion', wherein the creation of 'AB item discussion' is realized in a theme editing area, if a triggering operation of a 'completion' control is detected in the creation process or an operation of a corresponding partition of the collaborative interaction theme of 'AB item combing' is detected, the creation completion operation is confirmed to be received, the theme editing area is switched and displayed as a corresponding partition display, and the display effect of the two collaborative interaction themes on an application interface of collaborative interaction after the switching is shown in fig. 7.
In the scheme, the collaborative interaction topics are managed and maintained through the special server, namely, the user identifications corresponding to the same collaborative interaction topics are associated through the server, and the associated collaborative interaction topics can be displayed on the application interfaces of the respective collaborative interactions.
Step S120: and displaying the collaborative interaction theme in the application interface partition, and displaying the theme name of the collaborative interaction theme as the title of the corresponding partition.
In the interface shown in fig. 7, the areas indicated by the two dotted boxes correspond to the two sections 134 for the interaction topic of "AB project discussion" and "AB project grooming", respectively. In the specific display process, not only the collaborative interaction theme correspondingly created by the user identifier is displayed, but also the created collaborative interaction theme and the collaborative interaction theme participated in can be displayed in the application interface partition. For example, in fig. 7, "AB project study" is created by a user "Max", and 27 persons participate in the collaborative interaction theme including "Max", and then a partition corresponding to "AB project study" is also displayed in an application interface of the collaborative interaction of 26 persons other than "Max". Of course, if the cooperative interaction theme created by other people exists, the 'Max' is a participant, and the application interface of the cooperative interaction corresponding to the 'Max' is also displayed in a partitioned manner.
The partitions corresponding to the collaborative interaction topics are displayed on the application interface according to the creation time sequence by default, and generally, the later the creation time is, the higher the display position is. Besides the default display, the user can also perform sorting adjustment according to actual needs, for example, sorting in reverse according to time sequence, sorting according to the number of participants, and the like, and the specific sorting is not particularly limited. When a specific collaborative interaction theme is displayed, not only the theme name of the collaborative interaction theme is displayed as the title of the corresponding partition, but also the basic state of the collaborative interaction theme, such as the number of participants, etc. The title may be displayed above the corresponding partition, or may be displayed on the left side of the corresponding partition, and is not limited in particular, and other collaboration theme information is usually displayed following the title, but is not the only display strategy.
Step S130: and receiving interaction operation based on the collaborative interaction theme, generating corresponding association data according to the interaction operation, and sending the association data to the server to be stored corresponding to the collaborative interaction theme.
The interactive operation in the scheme is realized through various interactive controls, particularly a data adding control, and the generation of the associated data is realized through the triggering operation of the data adding control. In a specific implementation process, considering that the data adding control corresponds to a specific collaborative interaction theme, the data adding control can be displayed in a normalized mode corresponding to each collaborative interaction theme; the method comprises the steps that when a toolbar is displayed in a disabled state in a normalized mode, a certain collaborative interaction theme is selected, the toolbar is switched to an enabled state; the data addition control may also be displayed upon confirmation of operation of a certain collaborative interaction theme. As shown in fig. 7, in the display state when there is no operation, the data addition control is not displayed; as shown in fig. 8, when the cursor is moved to the title position of the partition ("display area of AB project discussion"), a series of operation controls, including a data addition control, are triggered to be displayed under the title. In the implementation process of the collaborative interaction method, a lot of time is spent on managing and displaying the associated data generated in the collaborative interaction process, and the operation control display strategy shown in fig. 8 can better highlight the display effect, reduce the interference of other display contents on the display of the associated data, and realize a more concise and clear associated data display interface. On the basis of the data adding control, the associated data can be increased through the step S131 and the step S132.
Step S131: receiving a second triggering operation of the data adding control on the application interface of the collaborative interaction;
step S132: and adding corresponding associated data according to the second triggering operation.
The process of adding the association data in detail in step S131 and step S132 is substantially the same as the process of adding the association data when creating the collaborative interaction theme in step S110, and a description thereof will not be repeated.
In addition, during the process of collaboration interaction, task assignment and meeting are usually related to other users, corresponding to the process of adding specific associated data, when the associated data of the collaboration task and meeting reservation are added, user identification is generally input, that is, the information of the collaboration task and meeting reservation includes the associated user identification, on the basis, if the added associated data is the collaboration task or meeting reservation, the method further includes step S133 after step S312:
step S133: and sending a collaboration reminder or a meeting reminder to the associated user identification.
Based on the association between the user identifications established by the server, when the associated user identification exists in the information of the collaboration task or the conference reservation, the corresponding collaboration reminder or conference reminder can be directly sent to the associated user identification, so that the user corresponding to the user identification can complete or participate in the corresponding collaboration interaction in the evening.
Corresponding to the sending of the collaboration reminder and the meeting reminder, the quick and batch viewing of the reminder can be further realized through the step S134 and the step S135.
Step S134: and receiving a fifth triggering operation of the priority preview control on the application interface of the cooperative interaction.
Step S135: and displaying the associated data of the priority preview according to the fifth triggering operation, wherein the associated data of the priority preview comprises the associated data of the marked priority, the associated data of the time priority and the associated data of the processing priority.
In order to improve the processing pertinence of the collaborative interaction, as shown in fig. 9, a priority preview control 133 is provided on the application interface 13 of the collaborative interaction, when the priority preview control 133 is triggered, that is, when a fifth triggering operation on the priority preview control is received, the associated data of the priority preview is displayed, specifically including the associated data of the marked priority (implemented by step S141 and step S142), the associated data of the time priority (for example, the associated data of which the set processing deadline is relatively close), the associated data of the processing priority (for example, tasks, conferences, replies to tasks) and the like, the corresponding number of the associated data of each type of the priority preview may be displayed first, and when the associated data of a certain type of the priority preview is clicked, the corresponding specific content is previewed. For example, when "received task" is clicked in fig. 9, specific contents corresponding to the received 4 pieces of tasks are displayed.
Step S140: and displaying the associated data of the participated cooperative interaction theme in the corresponding partition according to the generation time sequence.
And the associated data corresponding to the same collaborative interaction theme are displayed in the corresponding subareas according to the generation time sequence. As shown in fig. 7, it may be considered that a partition 134 is divided into a plurality of sub-regions 135, and each sub-region 135 displays an associated data, and there may or may not be a clear boundary between the sub-regions 135 (as shown in fig. 7). As shown in the foregoing, the associated data includes both file data and content data according to the manner of presentation of the essential content. The file data is displayed in the form of an attachment, i.e., the presence of an attachment is displayed in the sub-area 135, and the file name, type, size, etc. of the attachment are displayed (for example, the file format of the file 0829 product solution report document in fig. 7 is pdf, and the size is 1.2M). The content data is displayed in a content recording manner, i.e. in the sub-area 135, substantial content is displayed, such as meeting time, meeting place, task content, task performer, task deadline. The content data may be further subdivided into collaboration tasks, meeting appointments, and collaboration notes, for example, the first associated data in "AB project discussion" in fig. 7 is a meeting appointment, the second associated data is a collaboration task, and the fourth associated data is a collaboration note.
In the application interface of the collaborative interaction, the substantial content of the file data can also be directly checked through the step S141 and the step S142.
Step S141: and receiving a third triggering operation in a display area corresponding to the file data.
Step S142: and displaying a preview window according to the third triggering operation, and displaying corresponding accessory content in the preview window.
The file data displays the attachment in the corresponding display area in the form of a hyperlink, wherein only the information such as the file name, the type and the size of the attachment is displayed in the hyperlink, and when the triggering operation is detected in the hyperlink, the detection of the third triggering operation is confirmed. And according to the third triggering operation, displaying a preview window, and displaying corresponding accessory content in the preview window, namely temporarily opening the file in a preview window mode. A download control may be further set in the preview window, and when the download control is triggered, the file displayed in the preview window is downloaded correspondingly.
A data adjustment control is arranged in a display area corresponding to the associated data on the collaborative interaction interface; the data adjustment controls include a copy control, a move control, a mark control, and a delete control. In general, the data adjustment control is used for adjusting the display state of the existing associated data, and the adjustment includes adjustment of displaying the other collaborative interaction topics again (realized by the copy control), adjustment of changing the corresponding collaborative interaction topics to be displayed (realized by the move control), adjustment of changing the display prominence (realized by the mark control), and adjustment of ending the display state (realized by the delete control).
On the basis of the data adjustment control, the collaborative interaction method further comprises the following steps:
step S143: a fourth trigger operation is received for the data adjustment control.
Step S144: and according to the fourth triggering operation, adjusting the display state of the associated data.
When a fourth triggering operation corresponding to the data adjustment control is received, the associated data are subjected to copying, moving, marking, deleting and other operations according to the type of the specific data adjustment control, so that various changes of the associated data in the collaborative interaction theme are realized, and various data processing requirements in the collaborative interaction process are met.
In a specific display process, when the associated data of a cooperative interaction theme reaches a preset threshold value, the corresponding display state can be adjusted through step S145 and step S146.
Step S145: when the quantity of the associated data corresponding to the collaborative interaction theme reaches a preset threshold value, displaying a thumbnail display control in a partition corresponding to the collaborative interaction theme;
step S146: and switching the thumbnail display state of the associated data corresponding to the collaborative interaction theme according to a sixth triggering operation received by the thumbnail display control.
As shown in fig. 10, the number of associated data of "AB project study" reaches 20, if normal display of 20 associated data is always maintained, only one associated data of "AB project study" for a collaborative interaction topic may be displayed in the display screen, and at this time, a thumbnail display control may be displayed in a partition corresponding to the collaborative interaction topic of "AB project study", that is, "see more v" in fig. 10. When detailed viewing of the related data of "AB project study" is not required, the display is as shown in fig. 10; when the user needs to check in detail, the user triggers the thumbnail display control, expands all 20 pieces of related data to display, ends the thumbnail display state, can correspondingly adjust the content displayed by the thumbnail display control at the moment, and returns to the display of fig. 10 to enter the thumbnail display state when the triggering operation is detected again.
In addition, each piece of associated data may be differentiated between a thumbnail display and a complete display, for example, in fig. 10, the key technical point is that the content is a collaboration note, and when the corresponding complete content does not need to be checked, only the content of the first row may be displayed as shown in fig. 8, and when the collaboration note is triggered, the complete content may be displayed as shown in fig. 10.
It should be noted that, in the present solution, step S110-step S140 are not processes that must exist or be sequentially executed on the corresponding application interface of each user identifier in one collaborative interaction process, but are a complete solution, where implementing a given collaborative interaction effect in the present solution should implement a corresponding operation process, for example, a certain user identifier is not always based on a process of creating a collaborative interaction theme in step S110, but does not affect a participant who is a collaborative interaction theme created by another person, and operations in step S120-step S140 may be implemented in the corresponding application interface, and when it is required to create a collaborative interaction theme, the creation operation in step S110 may be implemented. That is, step S110-step S140 in the present solution is a description of the overall policy implementation of the solution, rather than the necessary implementation of the application interface corresponding to each user identifier during the interaction of a single collaborative interaction topic. The definition of the other implementation steps is similar to that of step S110 to step S140. Moreover, the literal identification of the various controls in the figures is merely exemplary and is not intended to be limiting.
Receiving a theme creation operation at an application interface of collaborative interaction, wherein the theme creation operation is used for creating a collaborative interaction theme in which at least one user identifier participates, and the corresponding user identifier of the collaborative interaction theme establishes a collaborative association through a server; displaying the collaborative interaction theme in the application interface partition, and displaying the theme name of the collaborative interaction theme as the title of the corresponding partition; receiving interaction operation based on the collaborative interaction theme, generating corresponding associated data according to the interaction operation, and sending the associated data to the server to be stored corresponding to the collaborative interaction theme; and displaying each piece of associated data of the participated cooperative interaction theme in the corresponding partition according to the generation time sequence. The collaborative interaction topics are subjected to partition display management through the application interfaces of the collaborative interaction, the associated data generated in the collaborative interaction process of the collaborative interaction topics are displayed by each partition in real time, each user can add and view the associated data of the collaborative interaction topics participated in by the user in the corresponding application interface according to the user identification, the data circulation is avoided through multiple lengthy operation links before and after the collaborative interaction, and the information circulation efficiency is improved.
