when the locking piece rotates in the unlocking direction, the locking clamping block is separated from the full-locking clamping position, and the limiting end is abutted with the snow load clamping position under the driving of the third resetting device;
the lock tongue is provided with a tilting insert block which is used for extending into a gap between the pressing end and the substrate, and the extending end of the tilting insert block is provided with a tilting inclined plane; when the half-locking clamping position is in a reset motion state and passes over the locking clamping block, the tilting inclined surface stretches into a gap between the pressing end and the base plate, so that the limiting end swings and is separated from the snow load stop block.
