Detailed Description
Various embodiments of the invention are disclosed in the accompanying drawings, and for purposes of explanation, numerous practical details are set forth in the following description. However, it should be understood that these practical details are not to be taken as limiting the invention. That is, in embodiments of the present invention, these practical details are not necessary. Furthermore, for the purpose of simplifying the drawings, some well known and conventional structures and elements are shown in the drawings in a simplified schematic manner.
Fig. 1 is an expanded plan view of a package according to an embodiment of the present invention. The package is formed by integrally folding the sheet 10. As shown in fig. 1, the sheet 10 includes a main sheet 100, two first side plate regions 110 and two second side plate regions 120. The main sheet 100 includes a connecting lug 101, two first panel regions 102 and two second panel regions 103. The first panel regions 102 and the second panel regions 103 are staggered along a linear direction (e.g., X-axis), and a first crease S1 is formed between any two adjacent first panel regions 102 and 103. The connecting ear 101 is integrally connected to one side of one of the second panel regions 103. The first side plate area 110 and the second side plate area 120 are located at one side of the main plate 100, and are disposed at the same side of the main plate 100 in a staggered manner. Each first side panel region 110 is integrally connected to one of the first panel regions 102, and a second crease S2 is formed between the first side panel region 110 and the corresponding first panel region 102.
Each first side plate region 110 has an elongated gap 111. The long axis direction (e.g., Y axis) of the slit 111 is orthogonal to the long axis direction (e.g., X axis) of the second fold S2. In the present embodiment, the slit 111 connects the second fold S2, in other words, the length L1 of the slit 111 is equal to the width W of the first side board area 110. However, the present invention is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the slit 111 may be shorter than the second fold S2.
Each second side panel region 120 is integrally connected to one of the second panel regions 103. Each second side panel 120 has a first section 121, a second section 122 and a crease 123. The crease 123 is located between the first section 121 and the second section 122, and directly connects the first section 121 and the second section 122. The first section 121 is integrally connected to one of the second panel regions 103, and a third crease S3 is formed between the first section 121 and the corresponding second panel region 103.
More specifically, the sheet 10 further includes two third side panel regions 130 and two fourth side panel regions 140. The third side plate area 130 and the fourth side plate area 140 are located at the other side of the main sheet 100 and are disposed at the same side of the main sheet 100 in a staggered manner. Each third side panel region 130 is disposed opposite to the first side panel region 110, and integrally connected to one of the first panel regions 102, and a fourth fold S4 is disposed between the third side panel region 130 and the corresponding first panel region 102, and the fourth fold S4 and the second fold S2 are parallel to each other. Each fourth side panel region 140 is disposed opposite to the second side panel region 120 and integrally connected to one of the second panel regions 103, and a fifth crease S5 is formed between the fourth side panel region 140 and the corresponding second panel region 103. The fifth fold S5, the third fold S3, and the fold 123 are parallel to each other.
It should be understood that the main panel 100, the first side panel region 110, the second side panel region 120, the third side panel region 130 and the fourth side panel region 140 are integrally formed, and the surfaces of the main panel 100, the first side panel region 110, the second side panel region 120, the third side panel region 130 and the fourth side panel region 140 are flush with each other, however, the present invention is not limited thereto. Further, for example, the sheet 10 includes paper, plastic, or wood, however, the present invention is not limited to the kind of material of the sheet 10.
Fig. 2A to 2E are continuous assembly views of the packing box 200 of fig. 1. The package 200 of fig. 2A-2E is presented in an upside down manner. As shown in fig. 1 and 2A, when a user wants to integrally fold the sheet 10 into a package box 200, the user sequentially folds the first panel region 102 and the second panel region 103 along each first fold S1, and then attaches the connecting tab 101 to the other second panel region 103, so that the first panel region 102 and the second panel region 103 together enclose a box 210. The case 210 has a first opening 211, a second opening 212 and an inner space 213. The first opening 211 and the second opening 212 are respectively located at opposite sides of the case 210. The inner space 213 is located in the case 210 and connects the first opening 211 and the second opening 212. At this time, the first side plate regions 110 are located at opposite sides of one side of the case 210, and the second side plate regions 120 are located at the other opposite sides of the same side of the case 210.
Next, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2B, the two first side board areas 110 are respectively folded along the second folds S2 thereof toward the second opening 212, so as to form a first folding board 220 capable of partially covering the second opening 212.
Next, as shown in fig. 1 and 2C, one of the second side plate regions 120 is folded along the third crease S3 toward the second opening 212, and the second section 122 is folded along the crease 123 toward the first section 121, so that the second section 122 of the second side plate region 120 can be inserted into the slit 111, and thus, extend into the inner space 213 of the case 210 through the slit 111, so as to form a second folding plate 230 capable of covering the corresponding first folding plate 220. Specifically, the first section 121 of the second flap 230 covers the second opening 212 and the underlying first flap 220.
As shown in fig. 1, 2D to 2E, the above-described operations are repeated such that the second section 122 of the other second side plate region 120 is inserted into the slit 111 so as to extend into the inner space 213 of the case 210 through the slit 111 to form the other second folding plate 230 capable of covering the corresponding first folding plate 220. In this way, since a portion of the second flap 230 extends into the case 210 through the slit 111, the bottom surface of the case can reduce the chance of being torn by the adhesive tape, thereby improving the reuse rate.
In addition, the user turns over the third side plate area 130 and the fourth side plate area 140 in order to cover the first opening 211 of the case 210. Since the top of the case 210 is covered in a known manner, the description thereof will not be repeated here.
Fig. 3 is a schematic view from above of the package 200 of fig. 2E. As shown in fig. 3, when the first opening 211 of the box 210 is exposed after the package box 200 of fig. 2E is turned over, the user turns over the second sections 122 located in the box 210 onto the first folding plates 220, respectively, and directly abuts against the inner wall 214 of the package box 200.
In this way, since the same side surfaces of the second sections 122 of the second flaps 230 are flush with each other, the flatness of the bottom of the case 210 can be maintained, thereby reducing the chance of toppling or skewing of the contents thereof. In addition, since the second sections 122 of the second folding plates 230 are fastened to the bottom of the case 210, the user can also choose to fix the second folding plates 230 to the bottom of the case 210 without using adhesive tape to seal the bottom of the case 210, thereby achieving the purposes of saving material cost and time for sealing and unpacking.
Fig. 4 is a perspective view of a package 200 according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 5 is a cross-sectional view of the package 200 of fig. 4 taken along line AA. As shown in fig. 2A and 5, the package 200 of the embodiment includes a case 210, two first flaps 220, and two second flaps 230 (fig. 2A). The case 210 has a first opening 211, a second opening 212 and an inner space 213. The inner space 213 connects the first opening 211 and the second opening 212. The first folding plates 220 are connected to the case 210 and cover the second openings 212, respectively. Each first folding plate 220 has a first protrusion 221 and a second protrusion 222 separated from each other. After the first section 121 and the second section 122 of each second flap 230 are folded in half along the fold line 123, the first lug 221 is sandwiched between the first section 121 and the second section 122 of one second flap 230, the second lug 222 is sandwiched between the first section 121 and the second section 122 of the other second flap 230, and the second flaps 230 are located between the first lug 221 and the second lug 222.
More specifically, in the present embodiment, the surface areas of the first and second protrusions 221 and 222 of the first folding plate 220 are equal to each other, that is, the slit 111 is located at the middle of the second folding plate 230. However, the present invention is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the surface areas of the first lug 221 and the second lug 222 may be different from each other.
Fig. 6 is a schematic view of a first folding plate 220A of a packaging case according to an embodiment of the invention. The difference between the first folding plate 220A of fig. 6 and the first folding plate 220 of the above embodiment is that the slit 111A does not completely separate the first folding plate 220A, i.e. the slit 111 is located at one side E1 of the first folding plate 220A and extends toward the other side E2 of the first folding plate 220A, but does not reach the other side E2 of the first folding plate 220A, or the length L2 of the slit 111 is smaller than the width W of the first side plate region 110.
Finally, the embodiments disclosed above are not intended to limit the invention, but one skilled in the art can make various modifications and adaptations without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. The protection scope of the present invention is therefore defined by the claims.
