Background
In order to improve the freedom of design such as the gravity center and moment of inertia (Moment Of Inertia, MOI) of the golf club head, some golf club heads adopt a structure of partial carbon fiber composite materials or adopt a technical means such as casting thin crown (crown), thereby reducing the weight of a part of the club head body in the club head, so that the reduced weight can be transferred to other parts of the club head to change the gravity center of the club head and the moment of inertia during swing.
In the known wood club head structure of composite material, a club head base with an opening at the front end is integrally formed by adopting a carbon fiber composite material, a ball striking plate formed by adopting a carbon fiber composite material or a metal material is fixedly connected to the front end of the carbon fiber composite material club head base, and a counterweight component and the like are arranged at the bottom or the rear end of the carbon fiber composite material club head base.
In the wood head structure of the carbon fiber composite, the weight of the carbon fiber composite-molded head base can be reduced and transferred as a weight, but the wood head structure of the striking plate in which the metal material-molded striking plate is fixedly attached to the front end of the carbon fiber composite-molded head base has a limited weight and a limited margin for transferring to the weight, and in general, the weight of the weight is about 20g, and thus the degree of freedom in designing the weight is limited. In the wood head structure formed by adhering the carbon fiber composite material to the front end of the head base, the weight reduction of the head base can be improved as compared with the wood head structure formed by joining the metal striking plate, but in the structure formed by adhering the carbon fiber composite material to the front end of the head base, there is a problem that the rigidity (flexible) design is difficult to be diversified.
