The inventors found that: in the existing industrial personal computers, the outdoor industrial personal computers are generally configured with different wireless modules for uploading monitoring data or alarm data to a server, however, when the application scene of the outdoor industrial personal equipment is changed to the underground or some wireless signal places, the industrial personal computers cannot continuously communicate with the server or terminals, and of course, the scene change is not only from outdoor to indoor, but also some use scenes are included, and the existing industrial personal equipment still has the problem that communication with some equipment cannot be realized.
