as an example, the power conversion bin access configuration method may be applied to a power conversion bin access configuration device, where the power conversion bin access configuration device belongs to a power conversion bin access configuration system, and the power conversion bin access configuration system belongs to a power conversion bin access configuration device.
As an example, the cabin control board is a main control module of the power changing cabin, and in the internal communication process of the cabinet control board and the cabin control board, an instruction is sent to the cabin control board through the cabinet control board, so that the operation of the power changing cabin is completed.
As an example, a schematic diagram of a system frame of a cabinet control board and a cabin control board is shown in fig. 2, the cabinet control board comprises a MAC address and cabin number management module and a WIFI AP management module, the cabin control board comprises a cabin number management module and a peripheral management module, the MAC address and cabin number management module provides a cabin control board access configuration function and a cabin control board cabin number setting function, the WIFI AP management module provides a cabin control board MAC address collection and MAC address access permission function, the cabin number management module is used for storing a cabinet control board SSID (Service Set Identifier) accessed by the cabin control board and an allocated cabin number, the peripheral management module is used for displaying a cabinet control board WIFI AP connection state, a cabin number allocation state and reset cabin number allocation information, the cabin number is a code number of each power conversion cabin, and the access configuration process of the cabinet control board and the cabin control board is completed through data interaction among the modules.
As an example, the bin controllers periodically scan WIFI APs in peripheral bin control boards, and the manner of acquiring MAC addresses of a plurality of bin control boards may be that the WIFI AP management module in the bin control board records the MAC address of the bin control board and the MAC address already accessed.
As an example, the MAC address is unique and secure as a unique identifier corresponding to each of the bins.
Step S20, selecting an MAC filter address which meets preset filter conditions from the MAC addresses;
as an example, preset filtering conditions are used to screen the MAC addresses that need to be connected, so as to avoid the occurrence of multiple connections and misconnections.
As an example, the preset filter condition may be the first half character of the MAC address, for example, the preset filter condition may be 4e:4b:10, which can be specifically modified according to the needs of the user, is not specifically limited.
As an example, as shown in fig. 4, the access configuration interface is filtered through the MAC address, and then the access status (accessed/not accessed) of the MAC address is displayed, so as to provide access prohibition or access permission operation, where the access configuration interface is located on the display screen of the cabinet control board, and the user can determine whether to access the corresponding MAC address in the access configuration interface; the access configuration interface acquires a Station Mac List (MAC address List) from the WIFI AP module, acquires a Door Mac List (cabinet control address List) of the accessed cabin control board recorded by the WIFI AP module, provides a MAC address filtering function, selects Station Filter Mac List (filtering MAC address List) meeting filtering conditions from the Station Mac List, and further displays a union of Station Filter Mac List and the Door Mac List on the access configuration interface, wherein the MAC filtering addresses comprise Station Filter Mac List and the Door Mac List, marks the MAC addresses in the Door Mac List as accessed, and provides access prohibition operation; other MAC addresses are marked as unaccessed, providing access-allowed operations.
And step S30, determining whether the subsequent MAC filter address is allowed to be accessed according to the MAC filter address and the current access state of the cabinet control board, wherein the cabinet control board is used for connecting a plurality of cabinet control boards and executing control operation on the cabinet control boards.
As an example, the MAC address includes a MAC address of a non-accessed barrier and an already accessed MAC address, and thus, the access status may be classified into a non-accessed and an accessed one.
As an example, for MAC addresses of non-access-to-the-cabinets, access-allowed operations are provided, and for MAC addresses of accessed-to-the-cabinets, access-forbidden operations are provided.
As an example, the cabinet control board is a main control module of the whole power conversion cabinet, and the cabinet control board can be connected with a plurality of power conversion bins belonging to the same power conversion cabinet.
And if the access states of the MAC filter address and the cabinet control board are judged to be accessed, prohibiting the access of the MAC filter address, wherein the method comprises the following steps:
a1, if the bin control board is detected to be in a state of being connected with the cabinet control board, receiving a reset instruction of a user;
and step A2, based on the reset instruction, disconnecting the connection with the bin control board.
As an example, the user may select a corresponding subsequent operation according to the connection state of the deck control panel.
As an example, when a user needs to disconnect the connection between the cabinet control board and the cabin control board, a reset operation is performed through a reset key of the external device, thereby disconnecting the connection between the cabinet control board and the cabin control board.
Compared with the method that a cabinet control board controls a cabin control board in a wired connection mode and the access mode is unsafe, in the method, MAC addresses of a plurality of cabin control boards are obtained, wherein each cabin control board corresponds to one MAC address, and the cabin control board is used for executing control operation on a power conversion cabin; selecting an MAC filter address which meets preset filter conditions from the MAC addresses; and determining whether the subsequent access to the MAC filter address is allowed or not according to the MAC filter address and the current access state of the cabinet control board, wherein the cabinet control board is used for connecting a plurality of cabinet control boards and executing control operation on the cabinet control boards. In the method, through acquiring the MAC addresses of a plurality of bin control boards, each bin control board corresponds to one MAC address, based on preset filtering conditions, the MAC filtering addresses meeting the preset filtering conditions are selected, the MAC addresses are filtered through the preset filtering conditions, the MAC addresses needed by an access user are selected, other illegal MAC addresses are prevented from being accessed, whether the subsequent access operation is allowed or not is determined according to the access states of the MAC addresses and the bin control boards, furthermore, the access configuration process of the bin control boards and the bin control boards is completed, the MAC addresses have uniqueness, after the MAC addresses are filtered through the preset filtering conditions, the bin control boards corresponding to the MAC addresses can be selectively accessed through the access prohibition and access permission operation, and therefore the safety of connection can be ensured.
Further, based on the first embodiment of the present application, another embodiment of the present application is provided, in this embodiment, the step of determining whether to allow access to the MAC filter address according to the current access states of the MAC filter address and the console includes:
step B1, if the access states of the MAC filtering address and the cabinet control board are judged to be unaccessed, the MAC filtering address is allowed to be accessed, wherein a set formed by the MAC filtering addresses allowed to be accessed is a first MAC address list;
as an example, when the access states of the MAC filter address and the console are not accessed, then the access to the MAC filter address is allowed.
As an example, when it is determined that the access states of the MAC address list and the console are not accessed, an access permission option is provided to the user.
As an example, the first MAC address list includes a plurality of MAC addresses filtered by a preset filtering condition that have not been accessed to the console.
And B2, if the access states of the MAC filter address and the cabinet control board are judged to be accessed, prohibiting access to the MAC filter address, wherein a set formed by the MAC filter addresses prohibited from being accessed is a second MAC address list.
As an example, when it is determined that the access states of the MAC filter address and the console are accessed, an access prohibition option is provided to the user.
As an example, the corresponding MAC address that needs to be accessed is determined by allowing access and disabling access options.
And if the access state of the MAC filter address and the cabinet control board is judged to be unaccessed, allowing to access the MAC filter address, wherein the step of allowing to access the MAC filter address comprises the following steps:
step C1, if the access states of the MAC filter address and the cabinet control board are judged to be unaccessed, adding the MAC address in the first MAC address list to the cabinet control address list;
and step C2, accessing the MAC addresses in the cabinet control address list, wherein the cabinet control address list is a set of MAC addresses which are allowed to be connected.
As an example, when it is determined that the access state of the MAC address is unaccessed, the unaccessed MAC address is added to the list of the cabinet addresses, thereby completing the access procedure.
As an example, the gating address list is specifically a set of connected MAC addresses, and the access configuration process may be completed by adding an unconnected MAC address to the gating address list, where the gating address list includes a second MAC address list.
As an example, the cabinet address list is recorded by the WiFi AP module in the cabinet pad, and the cabinet address list is set to a MAC address list allowing connection.
As an example, a schematic diagram of a access allowed flow of the control board is shown in fig. 5, and as can be obtained from fig. 5, the access allowed flow of the control board is:
step one: allowing the warehouse control board to be connected;
1a) The MAC address and bin number management module informs the WIFI AP module to allow the MAC address corresponding to the bin control board to be accessed,
1b) And when the WIFI AP module detects the MAC access corresponding to the bin control board, the MAC address and the bin number management module are informed that the bin control board is accessed.
In particular, if the timeout bin control board is not connected, the execution flow is terminated.
Step two: notifying the warehouse control board that the warehouse control board is accessed;
2a) The MAC address and bin number management module informs the bin number management module that access is ready to be allowed;
2b) The bin number management module informs the peripheral management module that the LED output is set to be yellow flashing to prompt that the process of allowing the access number is entered;
2c) The bin number management module informs the MAC address and the bin number management module that the access number allowing process is carried out;
2d) The MAC address and bin number management module adds the bin control board MAC address into a Door Mac List (cabinet control address List);
2e) The MAC address and bin number management module informs the bin number management module that the access permission process is finished;
2f) The bin number management module informs the peripheral management module to set the LED output to yellow to indicate that the access is allowed.
Particularly, under the condition that the cabinet has no display screen, the access configuration interface is arranged on the cloud management platform, and the access flow is completed through communication cooperation with the MAC address and the bin number management module on the cabinet control.
And if the access states of the MAC filter address and the cabinet control board are judged to be accessed, prohibiting the access of the MAC filter address, wherein the step comprises the following steps:
step D1, if the access states of the MAC filter address and the cabinet control board are judged to be accessed, selecting a cabin control board MAC address which is forbidden to be accessed from the second MAC address list;
as an example, from the second MAC address list, a deck MAC address is selected that requires access to be disabled, the deck control board MAC address may be one or more MAC addresses.
As one example, a user may perform a banned access operation through a banned access option of an access configuration interface.
And D2, receiving an access prohibition instruction of a user, deleting the MAC address of the bin control board in the second MAC address list and the allocation record of the corresponding MAC address of the bin control board according to the access prohibition instruction, and prohibiting access to the MAC address of the bin control board.
As an example, the access prohibition instruction may be obtained by selecting a generated instruction issued after the access prohibition option by the user, and receiving the instruction.
As an example, according to the access prohibition instruction, the MAC addresses of the control boards in the cabinet control address list or the second MAC address list are cleaned and deleted, and the corresponding MAC address allocation record is deleted, so that the MAC address of the control board that needs access prohibition is disconnected from the cabinet control board.
As an example, after the disconnection operation is completed, the process of prohibiting access to the MAC address in the corresponding list of the cabinet control addresses is also completed accordingly.
As an example, as shown in fig. 6, the access prohibition flow of the deck control board is:
step one: clearing configuration data of the bin control board;
1a) After the user clicks the access prohibition button, the MAC address and bin number management module sends a request for preparing to clear the bin number to the bin number management module,
particularly, if the cabin control board is in an unconnected state, executing the second step;
1b) The bin number management module informs the peripheral management module to set the LED output to be red flashing to prompt that the process of cleaning the bin number has been entered;
1c) The bin number management module informs the MAC address and the bin number management module that the bin number clearing request is received;
1d) The MAC address and bin number management module informs the bin number management module of officially clearing the bin number;
1e) The bin number management module is used for enabling the bin number allocation state to be unallocated;
step two: the access of the warehouse control board is forbidden;
2a) Marking the corresponding bin control board in a non-access state by the MAC address and the bin number management module, deleting the MAC address of the bin control board in the Door Mac List, and cleaning the corresponding bin number allocation record;
2b) The MAC address and bin number management module informs the WIFI AP module to prohibit access of the MAC address corresponding to the bin control board;
step three: the bin control board switches the bin number allocation state;
3a) When the bin control board detects the disconnection state of the WIFI AP, the peripheral management module is informed of setting the LED output to be red to prompt that the bin number is not allocated;
particularly, under the condition that the cabinet has no display screen, the access configuration interface is arranged on the cloud management platform, and the access flow is completed through communication cooperation with the MAC address and the bin number management module on the cabinet control.
In this embodiment, by providing the access prohibition and access permission options for the access and non-access control board MAC addresses, a user may access a corresponding power conversion cabin according to his own needs, so as to prevent the external power conversion cabin from being accessed, and increase the security of the cabinet control board in performing the corresponding operation on the access control board.
Further, based on the first embodiment and the second embodiment in the present application, another embodiment of the present application is provided, in this embodiment, before the step of adding the MAC address in the first MAC address list to the cabinet control address list if it is determined that the access state of the MAC filter address and the cabinet control board is not accessed, the method includes:
e1, sending an access permission instruction to the bin control board, and outputting an LED display to initiate an access state based on an LED module of the bin control board;
as one example, initiating the access state is specifically displaying that the LED light is continuously flashing yellow.
As an example, when the access to the MAC address corresponding to the access control board is allowed, the MAC address and bin number management module notifies the WIFI AP module to allow the access to the MAC address corresponding to the access control board, and at this time, the MAC address and bin number management module notifies the bin number management module that the access is allowed; the bin number management module informs the peripheral management module that the LED output is set to be yellow flashing to prompt that the access permission flow is entered.
As an example, an LED lamp corresponding to the LED module is disposed outside the battery exchange bin, for prompting the user that the access procedure is ready to be allowed.
After the step of accessing the MAC address in the cabinet address list, the method includes:
and M1, outputting an LED to display as an access completion state based on the LED module of the bin control board when the connection with the bin control board is detected.
As an example, the access completion status is specifically showing that the LED lamp is yellow.
As an example, when the connection between the cabinet control board and the cabin control board is completed, the MAC address and cabin number management module notifies the cabin number management module that the access permission process is completed; the bin number management module informs the peripheral management module to set the LED output to yellow, and prompts that the access is allowed.
As an example, the dock leveler prompts the user that the access process is complete by displaying a yellow indicator light.
The step of deleting the bin control board MAC address in the second MAC address list and the allocation record of the corresponding bin control board MAC address according to the access prohibition instruction, and prohibiting access to the bin control board MAC address includes:
and R1, based on the bin control board, if the bin control board is detected to be in a disconnection state with the cabinet control board, outputting the LED to display the disconnection state.
As an example, the disconnected state is specifically to show that the LED lamp is red.
As an example, when the bin control board detects that the bin control board is disconnected with the WIFI AP module in the cabinet control board, the peripheral management module is informed to set the LED output to red, and the bin number is not allocated;
as an example, the user is prompted that the bin control board and the cabinet control board are disconnected by the output LED being red.
In the embodiment, through the LED lamp display of different colors of output, the connection state that user's storehouse accuse board and cabinet accuse board are located is more intuitively prompted, simultaneously, the user of also being convenient for carries out follow-up operation according to the connection state.
