In actual operation, whether the connector 300 can be inserted into connection with the socket 40 may determine whether the circuit board 30 abuts the third lock portion 23, i.e., whether the terminal assembly 20 completes the secondary locking.
Referring to fig. 25 and 26, the charging stand of the present embodiment further includes a clamping member 70, and the clamping member 70 is fixedly sleeved on the outer periphery of the housing 10 at one end of the fourth cavity 140 near the cable 62. The clamping member 70 includes a sixth fixing portion 71 and a third through hole 72, the clamping member 70 being fixed to an end of the second housing 12 remote from the first housing 11, the third through hole 72 allowing the cable 62 to pass therethrough; the second casing 12 is correspondingly provided with a fifth fixing part 123, the sixth fixing part 71 is matched with the fifth fixing part 123, and the clamping piece 70 is buckled on the second casing 12; in other embodiments, the second housing 12 is provided with a fastening hole structure, and the fastening member 70 is provided with a fastening structure, and the fastening structure are fastened and fixed; of course, the second housing 12 and the clamping member 70 may be fixed to each other by other conventional fixing methods. Further, the clamping member 70 further includes a second extension portion 73, the second extension portion 73 extends from an edge of the clamping member 70 toward the second housing 12 and is attached to an outer wall of the second housing 12, and the sixth fixing portion 71 is located on the second extension portion 73.
Further, as shown in fig. 6, 9, 11 and 25, the connector 300 is inserted from above the second housing 12, the first cavity 110 is provided with a first limiting member 124, the outer side of the first cavity 110 of the second housing 12 is provided with a second limiting member 125, the first limiting member 124 and the second limiting member 125 are used for limiting the state of the connector 300 when being inserted, the connector 300 is provided with a first coordination portion (not shown) corresponding to the first limiting member 124, the connector 300 is provided with a second coordination portion 301 corresponding to the second limiting member 125, and the second coordination portion 301 is matched with the second limiting member 125.
In summary, compared with the prior art, the charging stand of the present invention has the following advantages: through the primary locking of the first locking part 141 and the second locking part 22, and the secondary locking of the third locking part 23 and the fourth locking part, the terminal is radially limited in the fourth cavity 140, and the primary locking and the secondary locking are respectively limited in the positive and negative directions of the axial direction of the terminal, so that the omnibearing locking of the terminal is realized, the terminal is not easy to be accidentally unlocked, and the reliability of the locking of the terminal is ensured. This charging seat sets up simple structure cooperation on original spare part and realizes the secondary locking to the terminal, has replaced the function of current terminal clamp plate, and need not to increase other parts to the cost is reduced, and locking and the unblock easy operation of terminal need not to judge easily whether the terminal accomplishes the secondary locking with the help of special instrument.
The above embodiments are only for illustrating the present invention and not for limiting the technical solutions described in the present invention, and it should be understood that the present invention should be based on those skilled in the art, and although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the above embodiments, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that modifications or equivalent substitutions can be made to the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention and modifications thereof should be covered by the scope of the claims of the present invention.
