In detail, the bio-information includes, but is not limited to, fingerprint, facial image, sound signal, etc., and the content included in the bio-information is not particularly limited herein.
Through the arrangement of the channel integration system, the embodiment can realize the interaction of the off-line channel and the on-line electronic channel, and further acquire the user information and the target account information by means of the on-line electronic channel, so that the off-line channel card-free business transaction of the user is completed.
In an embodiment herein, an off-line channel card-free service processing method applied to a channel integration system is provided, as shown in fig. 3, including:
step 301, receiving a card-free service request sent by a service handling device in an off-line channel.
Wherein the service impossible request includes at least service handling device information such as device name, IP address, etc.
And step 302, generating a two-dimension code for logging in a client service handling server according to the card-free service request, and sending the two-dimension code to the service handling device for display.
The two-dimensional code comprises a unique identification code, wherein the unique identification code is an index for searching the service request, the service handling device, the subsequent user information and the target account information. And generating the two-dimensional code and storing the association relationship between the service handling device information and the unique identification code.
The two-dimensional code is used for sending the user side login information and the unique identification code to the client side business handling server after the user side scans, so as to trigger the client side business handling server to acquire the user information and the target account information, establish the association relationship among the unique identification code, the user information and the target account information, and forward the association relationship to the channel integration system.
Specifically, the implementation process of the step comprises the following steps:
and 3021, generating a unique identification code according to the card-free service request, and storing the unique identification code into a database.
When the step is implemented, the unique identification code can be randomly generated according to a preset algorithm, and the generation algorithm of the unique identification code is not limited in this text.

The implementation of this step can adopt an SM4 algorithm in the national encryption algorithm, and the encryption key length of the SM4 algorithm is 128 bits.
And 3023, generating a two-dimension code for logging in the client business handling server according to the two-dimension code information.
Step 303, receiving and verifying the user information and the target account information in the association relationship sent by the client service handling server, and forwarding the user information and the target account information to the service handling device according to the unique identification code in the association relationship after verification.
In a further embodiment, the step 302 generates the two-dimension code and generates the return time, and sends the two-dimension code and the return time to the service handling device, so that the service handling device starts counting down when receiving the return time, and resends the card-free service request to the channel integration system when the counting down returns to zero.
According to the embodiment, the two-dimension code can be prevented from being sent to the client business handling server maliciously frequently by setting the return time of the two-dimension code.
In an embodiment herein, there is further provided a method for processing an offline channel card-less service applied to a service handling device, as shown in fig. 4, including:
step 401, sending a two-dimension code generation request to a channel integration system.
Step 402, receiving and displaying the two-dimension code including the unique identification code sent by the channel integration system.
The two-dimension code is used for sending the user end login information and the unique identification code to the client end service handling server after the user end scans, so as to trigger the client end service handling server to acquire the user information and the target account information, establish the association relationship among the unique identification code, the user information and the target account information, and forward the association relationship to the channel integration system.
Step 403, receiving user information and target account information sent by the channel integration system.
Step 404, collecting biological information of the user.
Step 405, verifying whether the user biological information is consistent with the user information, and if so, responding to the transaction request sent by the user to the target account.
In a further embodiment, the step 402 further receives a return time when receiving the two-dimensional code sent by the channel integration system, and starts counting down based on the return time when displaying the two-dimensional code, and resends the card-free service request to the channel integration system when the counting down returns to zero; and counting the number of times of resending the card-free service request, and when the number of times is larger than a preset value, not sending the card-free service request.
In practice, the return time may be set according to practical requirements, for example, 60 seconds, and the specific value is not limited herein.
By setting the return time of the two-dimension code, the embodiment can ensure the safety of card-free service handling, and avoid that malicious attackers frequently initiate card-free service handling requests, thereby influencing normal service handling.
In this embodiment, when the user biometric information is collected in step 404, a data acquisition request is further sent to the video collection device around the service handling device, the video information sent by the video collection device is received, and the video information and the target account information are sent to the client service handling server for storage.
The video image collected by the video collecting equipment around the service handling device is reserved, so that the card-free service handling can be circulated when disputes occur, the consistency of card-free service handling personnel and target accounts is ensured, and non-target account personnel are prevented from impersonating and handling the card-free service.
In an embodiment herein, there is further provided a method for processing offline channel card-less service applied to a client service handling server, as shown in fig. 5, including:
step 501, receiving user login information and a unique identification code sent by a user through scanning a two-dimensional code provided by a channel integration system.
Step 502, verifying the unique identification code, generating a target account configuration page according to the user side login information after verification is passed, and sending the target account configuration page to the user side for display.
Step 503, receiving the target account and verification information sent by the user terminal.
In some embodiments, the authentication information is, for example, an account password.
Step 504, verifying the target account according to the verification information, obtaining the user information and the target account information according to the target account after verification, establishing the association relationship of the unique identification code, the user information and the target account information, and transmitting the association relationship to the channel integration system.
The step is implemented by acquiring user information and target account information from a data storage device storing user data, wherein the data storage device at least comprises a user information storage device and an account information storage device. The user information storage device stores user information and the account information storage device stores target account information.
In an embodiment herein, in order to ensure security, step 504 acquires the user information and the target account information according to the target account, then encrypts the user information and the target account information, and sends the encrypted information to the channel integration system. In the specific implementation, the channel integration system needs to agree with an encryption and decryption method in advance with the client business handling server, and the two-dimensional code and the user information can respectively adopt different encryption and decryption algorithms.
In one embodiment herein, there is also provided a channel integration system, as shown in fig. 6, including:
the request receiving unit 601 is configured to receive a card-free service request sent by a service handling device in an offline channel.
The two-dimensional code processing unit 602 is configured to generate a two-dimensional code for logging in a client service handling server according to the cardless service request, send the two-dimensional code to the service handling device for display, where the two-dimensional code includes a unique identification code, and is configured to send, after being scanned by a user, user login information and the unique identification code to the client service handling server, so as to trigger the client service handling server to obtain user information and target account information, establish an association relationship between the unique identification code, the user information and the target account information, and forward the association relationship to the channel integration system.
The client information processing unit 603 is configured to receive and verify the user information and the target account information in the association relationship sent by the client service handling server, and forward the user information and the target account information to the service handling device according to the unique identification code in the association relationship after verification is passed.
In specific implementation, the channel integration system further comprises a main control unit, and the main control unit is used for realizing information interaction of all units in the channel integration system.
In an example herein, there is further provided a service handling apparatus, as shown in fig. 7, including:
a request unit 701, configured to send a two-dimension code generation request to the channel integration system.
The information receiving unit 702 is configured to receive and display a two-dimensional code including a unique identifier sent by the channel integration system, where the two-dimensional code is used for sending user login information and the unique identifier to a client service handling server after being scanned by a user, so as to trigger the client service handling server to obtain user information and target account information, establish an association relationship between the unique identifier, the user information and the target account information, and forward the association relationship to the channel integration system.
An information acquisition unit 703 for acquiring biological information of the user.
And the verification unit 704 is used for verifying whether the biological information of the user is consistent with the user information, and if so, calling the service processing module to respond to the transaction request sent by the user to the target account.
When the method is implemented, the service handling device further comprises a main control unit which is used for realizing information interaction of all units in the service handling device.
In an embodiment herein, there is further provided a client service transacting server, as shown in fig. 8, including:
An information obtaining unit 801, configured to receive user login information and a unique identifier sent by a user through scanning a two-dimensional code provided by a channel integration system;
the account configuration unit 802 is configured to verify the unique identification code, generate a target account configuration page according to the login information of the user terminal after verification is passed, and send the target account configuration page to the user terminal for display; receiving target account and verification information sent by a user terminal;
the account verification and information interaction unit 803 is configured to verify the target account according to the verification information, obtain the user information and the target account information according to the target account after the verification is passed, establish an association relationship among the unique identification code, the user information and the target account information, and send the association relationship to the channel integration system.
In specific implementation, the client service handling server further comprises a main control unit, and the main control unit is used for realizing information interaction of all units in the client service handling server.
In an embodiment herein, a computer device is also provided, as shown in fig. 9, the computer device 902 may include one or more processors 904, such as one or more Central Processing Units (CPUs), each of which may implement one or more hardware threads. The computer device 902 may also include any memory 906 for storing any kind of information, such as code, settings, data, etc. For example, and without limitation, the memory 906 may include any one or more of the following combinations: any type of RAM, any type of ROM, flash memory devices, hard disks, optical disks, etc. More generally, any memory may store information using any technique. Further, any memory may provide volatile or non-volatile retention of information. Further, any memory may represent fixed or removable components of computer device 902. In one case, when the processor 904 executes associated instructions stored in any memory or combination of memories, the computer device 902 can perform any of the operations of the associated instructions. In particular, the memory 906 has stored thereon a computer program executable on the processor 904, which when executed by the processor 904 implements the method described in any of the preceding embodiments, the computer device 902 further comprising one or more drive mechanisms 908 for interacting with any of the memories, such as a hard disk drive mechanism, optical disk drive mechanism, etc.
The computer device 902 may also include an input/output module 910 (I/O) for receiving various inputs (via an input device 912) and for providing various outputs (via an output device 914). One particular output mechanism may include a presentation device 916 and an associated graphical user interface 918 (GUI). In other embodiments, input/output module 910 (I/O), input device 912, and output device 914 may not be included, but merely as a computer device in a network. The computer device 902 may also include one or more network interfaces 920 for exchanging data with other devices via one or more communication links 922. One or more communication buses 924 couple the above-described components together.
The communication link 922 may be implemented in any manner, for example, through a local area network, a wide area network (e.g., the internet), a point-to-point connection, etc., or any combination thereof. Communication link 922 may include any combination of hardwired links, wireless links, routers, gateway functions, name servers, etc., governed by any protocol or combination of protocols.
Embodiments herein also provide a computer readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by a processor, performs the steps of the method of any of the embodiments described above.
Embodiments herein also provide a computer readable instruction, wherein the program therein causes the processor to perform the steps of the method of any of the embodiments described above when the processor executes the instruction.
It should be understood that, in the various embodiments herein, the sequence number of each process described above does not mean the sequence of execution, and the execution sequence of each process should be determined by its functions and internal logic, and should not constitute any limitation on the implementation process of the embodiments herein.
It should also be understood that in embodiments herein, the term "and/or" is merely one relationship that describes an associated object, meaning that three relationships may exist. For example, a and/or B may represent: a exists alone, A and B exist together, and B exists alone. In addition, the character "/" herein generally indicates that the front and rear associated objects are an "or" relationship.

Claims (14)

1. An off-line channel card-free service processing method, which is characterized by being applied to a channel integration system, comprising the following steps:
receiving a card-free service request sent by a service handling device in an off-line channel;
generating a two-dimensional code for logging in a client service handling server according to the card-free service request, sending the two-dimensional code to the service handling device for display, wherein the two-dimensional code comprises a unique identification code and is used for sending user login information and the unique identification code to the client service handling server after a user scans so as to trigger the client service handling server to acquire user information and target account information, establishing an association relationship of the unique identification code, the user information and the target account information, and forwarding the association relationship to the channel integration system;
And receiving and verifying the user information and the target account information in the association relation transmitted by the client service handling server, and forwarding the user information and the target account information to the service handling device according to the unique identification code in the association relation after verification.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein generating a two-dimensional code for logging into a client-side business transaction server from the cardless business request comprises:
generating a unique identification code according to the card-free service request, and storing the unique identification code into a database;
after the unique identification code and the login verification interface are encrypted, two-dimensional code information is generated;
and generating a two-dimension code for logging in the client service handling server according to the two-dimension code information.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein generating the two-dimensional code further generates a return time, transmitting the two-dimensional code and the return time to the business transaction device, such that the business transaction device starts counting down when receiving the return time, and resends the card-free business request to the channel integration system when the counting down returns to zero.
4. An off-line channel card-free service processing method, which is characterized by being applied to a service handling device, comprising the following steps:
Sending a two-dimension code generation request to a channel integration system;
receiving and displaying a two-dimensional code which is sent by the channel integration system and contains a unique identification code, wherein the two-dimensional code is used for sending user side login information and the unique identification code to a client side business handling server after being scanned by a user side so as to trigger the client side business handling server to acquire user information and target account information, establishing an association relationship of the unique identification code, the user information and the target account information, and forwarding the association relationship to the channel integration system;
receiving user information and target account information sent by the channel integration system;
collecting biological information of a user;
and verifying whether the biological information of the user is consistent with the information of the user, and if so, responding to a transaction request sent by the user to the target account.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein receiving the two-dimensional code transmitted by the channel integration system further receives a return time;
when the two-dimensional code is displayed, starting counting down based on the return time;
when the countdown returns to zero, resending the card-free service request to the channel integration system;
and counting the number of times of resending the card-free service request, and when the number of times is larger than a preset value, not sending the card-free service request.
6. The method of claim 4, wherein the step of collecting the biological information of the user further comprises sending a data acquisition request to video collection equipment around the business transaction device;
and receiving video information sent by the video acquisition equipment, and sending the video information and the target account information to a client service handling server for storage.
7. The off-line channel card-free service processing method is characterized by being applied to a client service handling server and comprising the following steps of:
receiving user side login information and a unique identification code which are sent by a user side through scanning a two-dimensional code provided by a channel integration system;
verifying the unique identification code, generating a target account configuration page according to the user side login information after verification is passed, and sending the target account configuration page to a user side for display;
receiving target account and verification information sent by a user terminal;
and verifying the target account according to the verification information, acquiring user information and target account information according to the target account after verification, establishing an association relationship among the unique identification code, the user information and the target account information, and transmitting the association relationship to the channel integration system.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein the user information and the target account information are encrypted after the user information and the target account information are obtained according to the target account.
9. A channel integration system, comprising:
the request receiving unit is used for receiving a card-free service request sent by a service handling device in an off-line channel;
the two-dimension code processing unit is used for generating a two-dimension code for logging in a client-side business handling server according to the card-free business request, sending the two-dimension code to the business handling device for display, wherein the two-dimension code comprises a unique identification code and is used for sending user-side login information and the unique identification code to the client-side business handling server after being scanned by a user side so as to trigger the client-side business handling server to acquire user information and target account information, establishing an association relationship of the unique identification code, the user information and the target account information, and forwarding the association relationship to the channel integration system;
and the client information processing unit is used for receiving and verifying the user information and the target account information in the association relation transmitted by the client service handling server, and forwarding the user information and the target account information to the service handling device according to the unique identification code in the association relation after verification is passed.
10. A business transaction apparatus, comprising:
The request unit is used for sending a two-dimension code generation request to the channel integration system;
the information receiving unit is used for receiving and displaying the two-dimensional code which is sent by the channel integration system and contains the unique identification code, wherein the two-dimensional code is used for sending the user side login information and the unique identification code to the client side business handling server after being scanned by the user side so as to trigger the client side business handling server to acquire the user information and the target account information, establish the association relationship among the unique identification code, the user information and the target account information and forward the association relationship to the channel integration system;
the information acquisition unit is used for acquiring biological information of the user;
and the verification unit is used for verifying whether the biological information of the user is consistent with the user information, and calling the service processing module to respond to the transaction request sent by the user to the target account if the biological information of the user is consistent with the user information.
11. A client-side business transaction server, comprising:
the information acquisition unit is used for receiving user side login information and a unique identification code which are sent by a user side through scanning the two-dimensional code provided by the channel integration system;
the account configuration unit is used for verifying the unique identification code, generating a target account configuration page according to the user side login information after verification is passed, and sending the target account configuration page to the user side for display; receiving target account and verification information sent by a user terminal;
And the account verification and information interaction unit is used for verifying the target account according to the verification information, acquiring the user information and the target account information according to the target account after verification, establishing an association relationship among the unique identification code, the user information and the target account information, and transmitting the association relationship to the channel integration system.
