The license plate issuing devices 140 may be distributed in different places, so that users in different areas may obtain the license plate through the license plate issuing devices 140, and the license plate issuing devices 140 may be set for different types of license plates, for example, a device for issuing a temporary license plate, a device for issuing a formal license plate, a device for issuing a fuel type license plate, and a device for issuing a new energy license plate such as electric license plate.

The online filing method provided by the embodiment of the disclosure is applied to the first terminal shown in fig. 1, and the method comprises the following steps:

The pre-input information is information which is input into the line record system in advance through the second terminal before the user performs vehicle inspection. The pre-entry information includes user information and vehicle information.
Further, the user information may include one or more of personal information such as name, gender, age, driving license information, etc. of the user.
The vehicle information may include one or more of vehicle related information such as a vehicle model number, transaction information of the vehicle, transit information of the vehicle, production information of the manufactured vehicle, vehicle pass certificate information, vehicle insurance information, and the like.
Specifically, in some possible embodiments, S201 includes:
acquiring an information identification code displayed by the second terminal; and determining a target vehicle to be detected based on the information identification code, and acquiring pre-input information of the target vehicle from the record management server.

In addition, the determining the target vehicle to be detected based on the information identification code may be the determining the target vehicle to be detected by identifying the information of the target vehicle in the information identification code, but is not limited thereto, and the record management server may issue a plurality of vehicle detection tasks to the first terminal, obtain the information identification code through the first terminal, and obtain the target vehicle in the target task through matching between the information identification code and the plurality of vehicle detection tasks.

Furthermore, through the realization of the online flow, the user can timely learn the information such as the place and time of the vehicle inspection and the vehicle inspection result, is simple and quick, and can further save the time and energy consumed in the vehicle inspection process.

Here, the license plate number may be a number selected by the record management server for the target vehicle at random, or may be a number selected by the user according to the selection of the user.
The location information of the target device used for issuing the license plate for the target vehicle in the license plate issuing devices and the time information for acquiring the license plate can be selected by a user independently, specifically, a notification can be sent to the user to inform the user of selection, so that the selection operation of the user is received, and the location information of the target device used for issuing the license plate for the target vehicle in the license plate issuing devices and the time information for acquiring the license plate are determined based on the selection operation of the user.
The record management server may also determine the location information and the time information matched for the user according to the situation of the user and in combination with the situations of the license plate issuing devices, specifically, may determine the location information and the time information based on the address information indicated in the user information.
For example, the location information of the target device closest to the user in the license plate issuing devices can be matched for the user according to the address information such as the home address and the company address of the user, and meanwhile, the information such as the number of license plates to be issued currently in the target device can be combined, so that the time for making and issuing the license plates for the user can be determined.
For example, the device with the smallest number of license plates to be issued can be selected as the target device according to the number of license plates to be issued in each license plate issuing device in the plurality of license plate issuing devices, so that the position information of the target device can be obtained, and the time for making and issuing the license plates for the user can be determined by combining the number of license plates to be issued in the target device and other information.
For example, when the license plate issuing devices are license plate type issuing, that is, each license plate issuing device can issue one type of license plate or can issue only some types of license plates, or first select candidate devices capable of issuing the license plate type of the target vehicle from the license plates according to the license plate type of the target vehicle, then match the location information of the nearest target device to the user from the candidate devices according to the home address, company address and other address information of the user, and combine the information of the number of currently to-be-issued license plates in the target device to determine the time capable of making and issuing the license plates for the user.
For example, when the license plate issuing devices are license plate type issuing devices, that is, each license plate issuing device can issue one type of license plate or can issue only some types of license plates, candidate devices capable of issuing the license plate types of the target vehicle can be selected from the license plates according to the license plate types of the target vehicle, then the device with the smallest number of the license plates to be issued is selected as the target device according to the number of the license plates to be issued in each candidate device, and then the position information of the target device can be obtained, and the time for making and issuing the license plates for the user can be determined by combining the information of the number of the license plates to be issued currently in the target device and the like.
Finally, license plate acquisition information can be generated according to the determined position information and the determined time information, and the license plate acquisition information is sent to the second terminal, wherein the license plate acquisition information comprises the position information, the time information and the license plate information.
Further, after the target device and the time information are determined, the time information and the license plate information can be sent to the target device, so that the target device can manufacture a license plate according to the license plate information and the time information, and self-help acquisition of the license plate is provided for a user.
S404: and registering and recording the target vehicle based on the vehicle checking result, the user information and the vehicle information.
In the step, after the vehicle inspection result, the user information and the vehicle information are obtained, the vehicle inspection result, the user information and the vehicle information can be bound with the target vehicle and stored, so that the registration record of the target vehicle is realized.
The on-line recording method provided by the embodiment of the disclosure can accept the pre-input information and the information identification code of the vehicle at the recording management server side, so that the vehicle inspection task can be distributed, and the vehicle can be recorded after the vehicle inspection result uploaded by the first terminal is received, so that the user can perform the pre-input of the information by himself through the internet on-line flow, the service applications such as the reporting and reservation of the vehicle registration are realized, the information identification code of the user service reservation list (the information identification code of the vehicle) is used as a bridge when the vehicle inspection is performed, the reported person and vehicle detailed information can be automatically acquired, the vehicle inspection and verification can be directly performed, the vehicle registration is realized after the information is reported to the management server, the vehicle registration and recording process can be effectively shortened for each process and link of the vehicle registration and recording, the time waste caused by off-line queuing is greatly reduced, the manpower and material resource consumption is reduced, and the vehicle registration and recording efficiency is effectively improved.

determining a vehicle inspection result of the target vehicle;
and sending the vehicle inspection result, the vehicle information and the user information to the record management server so that the record management server registers and records the target vehicle according to the vehicle inspection result, the vehicle information and the user information.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the determining, by the second terminal, the target vehicle to be detected and the pre-entry information of the target vehicle includes:
acquiring an information identification code displayed by the second terminal;
and determining a target vehicle to be detected based on the information identification code, and acquiring pre-input information of the target vehicle from the record management server.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the determining the vehicle inspection results of the target vehicle comprises:
acquiring vehicle acquisition information of the target vehicle in a vehicle inspection site;
And determining a vehicle check result of the target vehicle based on the vehicle information, the user information and the vehicle acquisition information, wherein the vehicle check result comprises a vehicle check passing and a vehicle check failing.

5. The method of claim 1, wherein the determining the vehicle inspection results of the target vehicle comprises:
and acquiring a vehicle check result input by a worker in a vehicle check site, wherein the vehicle check result comprises a vehicle check passing and a vehicle check failing.

An on-line recording method for a vehicle, which is characterized by being applied to a second terminal in an on-line recording system of the vehicle, wherein the on-line recording system of the vehicle comprises a first terminal, the second terminal, a recording management server and a plurality of license plate issuing devices, and the first terminal, the second terminal and the license plate issuing devices are respectively in communication connection with the recording management server, and the method comprises the following steps:
Determining a target vehicle to be detected and pre-input information of the target vehicle based on input operation of a user, wherein the pre-input information comprises user information and vehicle information;
the pre-input information is sent to the record management server so as to reserve the registration record of the target vehicle;
and acquiring the vehicle detection place and the vehicle detection time fed back by the record management server.
7. The method according to claim 6, wherein after the target vehicle to be detected and pre-entry information of the target vehicle are determined based on the user's input operation, the method comprises:
and generating an information identification code of the target vehicle so that the first terminal can determine the target vehicle according to the information identification code and acquire the pre-input information.

and registering and recording the target vehicle based on the vehicle checking result, the user information and the vehicle information.

determining position information of target equipment used for issuing license plates for the target vehicle and time information for acquiring the license plates in the license plate issuing equipment based on selection operation of a user; or alternatively
