step 110, configuring basic parameters of international logistics; wherein the basic parameters comprise a basic address library and basic charging parameters.
Optionally, the basic parameters further comprise a special address library, and all addresses in the international logistics transportation range are divided into the basic address library and the special address library.
Wherein, according to the basic address library, a corresponding basic charging scheme is configured, optionally, the charging scheme can be determined according to the corresponding relation between the distance and the cost, when the distance is increased by a set distance, the cost is increased by a set cost, for example, when the distance is increased by 100 km, the cost is increased by 5 yuan; the area of foreign logistics can be divided into a plurality of expense areas, when the address is in a certain area, a charging expense scheme corresponding to the area is obtained, and for example, europe can be divided into eastern europe, western europe, south europe and north europe, different areas correspond to different expenses, and when the conveying area of international logistics is eastern europe, the expense corresponding to eastern europe is obtained; the foreign logistics areas can be divided according to the longitude and latitude, and a charging fee scheme is formulated according to the longitude and latitude.
It will be appreciated that in the preparation of the actual basic charging parameters, not only the address needs to be considered, but also other parameters need to be taken together as charging criteria to prepare a charging scheme, and optionally, the basic charging parameters also include the transportation mode, the volume quality of the logistics articles, the category of the logistics articles, and other miscellaneous charges of the logistics articles.
Illustratively, when international logistics are distributed to different address areas, the areas are subjected to charging schemes in combination with the volume quality of the logistics items and/or the category of the logistics items in a transportation mode.
The basic parameters also comprise a special address library, and corresponding special charging rules are configured according to the special address library; dividing the special address library into a plurality of special address areas for charging, wherein different special address areas have respective special charging parameters, and the special charging rules are to increase the special charging according to the special charging parameters on the basis of the mail sending cost obtained by the basic charging template; it will be appreciated that the charging parameters may be formulated according to specific requirements, and the embodiments of the present application are not limited thereto.
Acquiring all special addresses in the special address library, and acquiring the longitude and latitude of all the special addresses; selecting one of the special addresses, calculating the distance d between the special address and each of the rest special addresses based on longitude and latitude, and setting the distance dividing parameter as w; if d is less than or equal to w, classifying the special address with the satisfied distance into a special address area; acquiring other special addresses in the special address area, and calculating the distance d1 between each special address and each of the rest special addresses which are not included in the special address area in the special address book; if d1 is less than or equal to w, classifying the special address with the satisfied distance into a special address area; until no new special address belongs to the special address area, calculating the center point and the radius of the special address area, and calculating the special address density g of the special address area based on the radius, wherein the special address density g has a calculation formula as follows:
g=n/π·r 2
Wherein n represents the number of special addresses in the special address area, and r represents the radius of the special address area;
it will be appreciated that the charging parameters for the special address area may be formulated based on the number of special addresses for the special address area and the radius and density of the special address area.
And 120, establishing a basic charging rule and a basic charging template of the international logistics based on the basic parameters.
Specifically, the basic charging rule comprises a plurality of settlement terms, and each settlement term forms a corresponding charging rule; formulating a basic charging template according to the basic charging rule, wherein the basic charging template meets the following conditions:
the cost of international logistics is: t=a+b x1+c;
where a represents the initial flow cost, b represents the added weight, x1 represents the flow cost per added weight of b, and c represents the other costs.
Optionally, the initial logistic cost comprises a category logistic cost determined according to the category of the consignment item and/or an address logistic cost determined according to the logistic address. Alternatively, other fees include fuel fees, packaging fees, and other additional fees.
Illustratively, the address logistics cost is determined according to the distribution distance of the international logistics, and the category logistics cost is determined according to the category of the mail items of the international logistics; the address logistics cost has settlement terms, different addresses have a set of corresponding address-cost terms, the address-cost terms are substituted into the distribution address of the international logistics to obtain the address logistics cost, different mail item categories have a set of corresponding category-cost terms, the address-cost terms are substituted into the category of the mail item to obtain category logistics cost, and the initial logistics cost is obtained by combining the address logistics cost and the category logistics cost.
Referring to fig. 2, a basic billing template is shown, including initial logistic costs, weight logistic costs, including category logistic costs and address logistic costs, weight logistic costs, including increased weight and logistic costs per unit weight, and other costs, including fuel costs, packaging costs, and other additional costs.
Step 130, obtaining user mail information and article weight information of the logistics order.
Specifically, sender information, type and size of a mail item, recipient information, a mail mode and a mail service provider of a logistics order are obtained; the sender information comprises a sender name, a contact way and a sender address, and the receiver information comprises a receiver name, a contact way and a receiver address; the item weight information includes the volume and mass of the item.
Specifically, according to the size of the mail item, the volume information of the mail item is automatically calculated, and according to the volume information of the mail item and the type of the mail item, the quality information of the mail item is obtained based on an item type-quality comparison table; optionally, according to the type of the mail item, obtaining the density of the mail item based on an item type-quality comparison table, and calculating to obtain quality information through the volume and the density of the mail item; the volume of the mail item can be calculated according to the size of the mail item filled by a user, such as the volume obtained by multiplying the length, the width and the height of the mail item.
Optionally, determining the size of the volume and the mass of the article, selecting one of the larger parameters as the weight parameter of the article, and if the volume parameter of the article is larger than the mass parameter, selecting the volume parameter as the weight parameter of the article.
And 140, calculating to obtain the posting cost based on a basic billing template according to the user posting information and the article weight information.
Optionally, if the user mail address is in the base address library, charging the user mail according to the base charging rule; and obtaining the category of the user mail items, the user mail address and the item weight information, substituting the information into a basic charging template for calculation, and obtaining mail expense.
If the user mail address is not in the basic address library, judging whether the user mail address is in the special address library, and charging the user mail according to a preset special charging rule;
in some embodiments, based on the logistics administrative division to which the mail address belongs, a first basic address vector under the same division level in the logistics administrative division is obtained, cosine similarity calculation is carried out on the special address vector and the first basic address vector, and a suspected special address is determined according to a calculation result; the first basic address vector comprises the longitude and latitude of the first basic address, and the special address vector comprises the longitude and latitude of the mail address.
Adding the mailing cost of the first basic address to the mailing cost of the special address to obtain the mailing cost of the special address; the special address cost is determined according to the distance between the special address and the first basic address and the longitude and latitude of the special address; it can be understood that the preset special charging rule is formulated with a charging scheme of the distance between the special address and the first basic address and a charging scheme of longitude and latitude, wherein the charging scheme of the special address is as follows: t2=50%t1+50%t2, where T1 represents the cost of the distance between the special address and the first base address, and T2 represents the charging cost of the latitude and longitude of the special address.
And step 150, verifying the consignment cost based on the basic charging rule.
Specifically, if the posting expense accords with the basic charging rule, the posting expense is sent to the user; if the mail sending expense does not accord with the basic charging rule, recalculating the mail sending expense and judging whether the recalculated data meet the basic charging rule; checking the consignment cost according to the basic charging rule, including whether the cost detail accords with the settlement terms, and whether the miscalculated or miscalculated cost exists, so as to realize verification of the consignment cost.
Optionally, automatically acquiring each cost parameter keyword of a basic charging rule to obtain a first parameter keyword, acquiring each parameter cost keyword of a mailing bill to obtain a second parameter keyword, and comparing and verifying the first parameter keyword and the second parameter keyword;
randomly selecting X sections of data from the first parameter keywords and taking the X sections of data as verification subsets; generating a verification value from the X-segment data, wherein the verification value is a tag private key s;
matching a corresponding public key Q according to the second parameter keyword, and taking the value of the public key Q as Y;
selecting m elements from X-section data of a verification subset, forming a verification value by the m elements, wherein the verification value is a challenge subset p, generating a random number V from the challenge subset p, and taking the random number V as a tag private key s;
extracting a tag verification value L and a data verification value Z from the second parameter key according to the tag private key s; matching the random number according to the tag verification value L and the data verification value Z and generating verification information H aiming at the challenge subset p;
after f pieces of verification information H aiming at the challenge subset p are repeatedly obtained, sequentially verifying the f pieces of verification information, and determining whether the verification is passed; if the verification is passed, judging whether the first parameter keywords are matched with the second parameter keywords;
Verifying the f verification information according to the following formula:
Figure BDA0004066624570000091
wherein k is the verification times; h is verification information; e is a constant; x= (X1, X2 … xn); y is the value of the public key Q; l is a tag verification value; z is a data verification value, and V is a random number; p is the challenge subset;
if the formula (1) is established, judging that the first parameter keyword and the second parameter keyword are matched, wherein the mail sending expense accords with a basic charging rule; if the formula (1) is not established, the first parameter keyword and the second parameter keyword are judged to be unpaired, and the consignment cost does not accord with the basic charging rule.
It can be understood that when the user mailing address is in the special address library, the user mailing cost is verified based on the special charging rule, and the verification method is the same as the verification method of the user mailing cost based on the basic charging rule.
And 160, when the quantity accumulation of the logistics orders reaches the set quantity, carrying out statistical analysis on the mail sending cost of the logistics orders with the set quantity so as to improve the basic charging rules and the basic charging templates.
Specifically, when the quantity accumulation of the logistics orders reaches the set quantity, counting the consignment cost of the logistics orders with the set quantity, analyzing whether the cost settlement terms are required to be increased or whether the cost settlement terms are required to be improved, and acquiring the latest international logistics parameter information through the crawler module to improve the basic charging rules and the basic charging templates.
It can be understood that when the number of the physical distribution orders with the customer mailing address being the special address reaches the set number, the mailing cost of the physical distribution orders with the set number is statistically analyzed to improve the special billing rule.
On the basis of the above embodiment, fig. 3 shows a flowchart of another international logistics charging statistical method provided in the embodiment of the present application. The international logistics charging statistical method is a concrete implementation of the international logistics charging statistical method. Referring to fig. 3, the international logistics charging statistical method includes:
1401. and distributing the logistics lines to the user based on a default matching sequence and the priority level of each logistics line according to the user mail information and the article weight information.
Specifically, according to the category, the mailing address and the weight information of the mailing object of the user, the transportation mode and the logistics current limit are matched based on the default matching sequence, and a priority line is arranged for the user, so that the corresponding mailing cost is obtained. For example, if the quality guarantee period of the category of the user mailing item is longer, the weight of the item is larger, and the mailing address is in the area with developed shipping, shipping is matched, and meanwhile, a proper shipping route is planned, so that mailing cost is obtained.
1402. If the logistics order has a designated logistics service provider, the logistics order is shipped according to the designated logistics service provider.
Specifically, if the logistics order has a designated logistics service provider, whether the designated logistics service provider is preferable or not can be analyzed according to the user mail information and the article weight information, if not, a preferable suggestion can be given and fed back to the user, and meanwhile, the user can carry out shipment according to the designated logistics service provider according to the final opinion of the user.
1403. If the logistics order does not specify a logistics service provider, calculating the volume and the mass of the consignment object according to the object weight information and different placing modes, substituting the volume and the mass into a basic charging template to obtain an optimal solution, and delivering the order according to the logistics service provider of the optimal solution.
Specifically, according to the weight information of the articles, calculating the volume and the mass of the mail articles according to different placing modes, and obtaining the parameters with minimum volume or minimum mass according to the placing modes; in addition, according to the category of the user mailing item, the mailing address and the item weight information, the transportation mode and the logistics current limit are matched based on the default matching sequence, a priority line is arranged for the user, the parameters are substituted into a basic charging template, the optimal solution is obtained, and the order is shipped according to the logistics service provider of the optimal solution.
Illustratively, by configuring the base parameters of the international logistics; wherein, the basic parameters comprise a basic address library and basic charging parameters; based on the basic parameters, establishing a basic charging rule and a basic charging template of the international logistics; acquiring user mail information and article weight information of a logistics order; calculating to obtain the mail sending expense based on a basic charging template according to the user mail sending information and the article weight information; verifying the mail sending expense based on basic charging rules; when the quantity accumulation of the material flow orders reaches the set quantity, carrying out statistical analysis on the mail sending cost of the material flow orders with the set quantity so as to improve the basic charging rules and the basic charging templates
In example 1, basic parameters of international logistics are configured, corresponding basic charging schemes are configured according to a basic address library, charging schemes are determined according to the corresponding relation between distance and cost, when the distance between a consignment address and a consignement address is increased by a set distance, the cost is increased by a set cost, if the adopted transportation mode is shipping, the distance logistics cost is a1, in addition, the class logistics cost is a2, the fuel cost is c1, and the packaging cost is c2, the cost of the international logistics is: t=a1+a2+b x1+c1+c2; if the transportation mode adopted is sea transportation, the distance logistics cost is a3, and the international logistics cost is: t=a3+a2+b x1+c1+c2; comparing and verifying the cost of the international logistics with the basic charging rule, and if the cost of the international logistics accords with the basic charging rule, sending the cost of the international logistics to a user; if the cost of the international logistics does not accord with the basic charging rule, recalculating the cost of the international logistics and judging whether the recalculated data meet the basic charging rule.
When the number of the international logistics orders reaches 200, counting the shipping costs of the 200 international logistics orders, analyzing whether the costs such as distance logistics cost, category logistics cost, weight logistics cost, fuel cost, packaging cost and the like are reasonable, whether the cost settlement terms are required to be increased or whether the specific cost settlement terms are required to be improved.
