At present, the supervision task is mainly executed by making a specific task plan through an upper department, then issuing the made task plan to a basic execution unit, and assigning corresponding inspectors to perform directional inspection on each target enterprise to be inspected by the basic execution unit. However, since massive data is generated in the complete process flow from task formulation to inspection result collection of the supervisory task, the related task data of the supervisory task is managed according to the existing traditional archive management manner, so that the related task data is easy to lose and the management efficiency is low.
Based on this, the embodiments of the present application provide a method, an apparatus, a device, and a storage medium for managing a task, which allocate different user management rights to each management node involved in a task management flow of the task to be managed, and dock users with different management rights to a unified intelligent management platform, so that all users can quickly complete specific task contents that need to be processed by accessing the intelligent management platform, thereby improving management efficiency for different related data and task processing efficiency for different users.
The following describes in detail a method, an apparatus, a device, and a storage medium for managing a supervisory task provided in an embodiment of the present application.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 shows a flow chart of a management method for supervisory tasks provided by an embodiment of the present application, where the management method is applied to an intelligent management platform, and the intelligent management platform is docked with a plurality of users with different management rights, and the management method includes steps S101-S103; specific:
s101, displaying task creation entries corresponding to supervision tasks of various different task types in a first user interface of a first user.
In the embodiment of the application, the intelligent management platform can integrally manage each management node involved in the complete task management flow of the supervisory task, each management node is connected with users (specific users with variable quantity) with one management authority in a butt joint mode, each user can log in and access the intelligent management platform through terminal equipment (including a mobile terminal or a fixed terminal) held by the user, wherein based on different management authorities corresponding to different users, after logging in the intelligent management platform, the intelligent management platform only displays related data content conforming to the self management authority of the user in a user interface of the user.
Here, the above-mentioned intelligent management platform provided in the embodiment of the present application may be created for a task management flow of a supervisory task in a target field, where the target field includes, but is not limited to: food safety field, environmental monitoring field, etc.; the embodiments of the present application are not limited in any way as to the specific domain type of the target domain (corresponding to the specific regulatory domain corresponding to the above-mentioned regulatory task).
Here, no matter what kind of supervision domain the above supervision task specifically corresponds to, in a general supervision task management scenario, a task management flow of the supervision task may be mainly divided into: a task creation node, a task execution node and a data management node; the upper department needs to create a corresponding supervision task at the task creation node according to the task related data (stored in the intelligent management platform) (i.e. the user corresponding to the task creation node can be the upper department, and the specific administrative county division corresponding to the upper department is not limited in the application); the supervisory task established by the upper department can be issued to a user system of a designated basic level inspector through an intelligent management platform (the specific basic level inspector and a specific unit department to which the basic level inspector belongs are designated by the upper department when the supervisory task is established), at this time, after the basic level inspector (corresponding to a user corresponding to a task execution node) logs in the intelligent management platform, the issued specific supervisory task can be seen in a backlog of an individual, and after the supervisory task is executed, the specific task execution result of the supervisory task is recorded and stored in the intelligent management platform; in addition, the user corresponding to the data management node has data management authority (including but not limited to authority such as data modification, data deletion and data new creation) for the task related data (i.e. the data required to be referred to for creating the supervisory task) stored in the intelligent management platform, each created specific supervisory task and the task execution result corresponding to each supervisory task, and based on the difference of the specific data types managed, the data management node can be subdivided into a plurality of data management branches for managing different types of data, and the user corresponding to each data management branch can also have different data management authority (i.e. only have the data management authority under the data management branch corresponding to the user).
Based on the introduction about the task management flow, specifically in step S101, the first user characterizes the user with the authority to supervise task creation; that is, the first user can create specific supervision tasks with different task types in the intelligent management platform; the specific department level represented by the first user and the specific number of users corresponding to the first user are not limited in any way.
In particular, in embodiments of the present application, specific supervisory tasks of different task types may include, but are not limited to, at least one of:
1. daily supervision tasks of a daily task type; wherein the daily supervision task characterizes a routine supervision-type task performed based on daily supervision work, such as periodic food sanitation inspection, etc.
2. A specialized supervisory task of a specialized task type; the special supervision task characterizes a specific supervision task (a specific supervision object, a supervision task deadline, specific supervision examination content and the like can be determined according to the specific established special supervision plan) performed according to the current established special supervision plan.
3. Double random supervisory tasks of double random task types; the dual random supervisory task refers to a supervisory task of randomly extracting a supervisory object (i.e., an inspection object) in a supervisory process and randomly dispatching an inspection person (i.e., a specific task execution object of the supervisory task).
4. Flight supervision tasks of the flight task type; the flight supervision task mainly refers to an on-site inspection task which does not inform specific supervision objects in advance.
It should be noted that, in the first user interface of the first user, each task type of supervisory task corresponds to a task creation portal, that is, the number of the task creation portals displayed in the first user interface may be determined according to the number of task types corresponding to the supervisory task; the task creation portal may be a virtual control/virtual button displayed in the first user interface, and the embodiment of the application is not limited in any way regarding the specific number of displays and the specific display form of the task creation portal.
S102, responding to clicking operation of a target task creation portal, and displaying a task creation page for creating a target supervision task of a target task type in the first user interface.
Here, the above-described task creation page displays therein guide operation information related to creation of the target supervisory task and various task elements for composing the target supervisory task; the task elements are task related data which are required to be referred by creating a supervisory task, task element types corresponding to supervisory tasks of different task types can be the same, but specific element contents corresponding to supervisory tasks of different task types under the same task element are different, so that in a first user interface, when a first user clicks a target task creation entry, for each task element, when the first user actually selects the specific element content under the task element, the intelligent management platform only displays the element content which accords with the target task type to the first user, thereby effectively reducing the data selection error rate of the first user, being beneficial to improving the creation efficiency of the first user on the target supervisory task and improving the management efficiency of the first user on different task element data.
In the embodiment of the present application, the plurality of task elements at least include: a supervision item, a supervision object range, and a task execution object list; wherein the administration items are used for determining task content (corresponding to specific items which need to be administered/checked) of the administration task; the supervision object scope is used for determining the supervision object of the supervision task (which is equivalent to specifically supervising/checking which enterprises in which regional scope); the task execution object list is used for determining task execution objects (corresponding to specific inspectors assigned at this time) of the supervisory task.
The specific types of the task elements and the specific element contents included in each task element are not limited in any way.
S103, responding to a first selection operation of target element contents under each task element, and generating the target supervision task according to each target element content selected by the first selection operation.
Here, the target supervisory task includes at least: a target supervision object, a target task execution object and a target check list; the target task execution object is used for checking the target supervision object according to the target check list; the specific form content of the target check list is equivalent to the target element content selected by the first user from the 'supervision matters' in the task elements through the first selection operation; the target supervision object is equivalent to the target element content selected by the first user from the supervision object range in the task elements through the first selection operation; the target task execution object corresponds to target element content selected by the first user from the task execution object list in the task elements through a first selection operation.
Specifically, taking a daily supervision task of which the target supervision task is a daily task type as an example, fig. 2 shows a page schematic diagram of a task creation page provided in the embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 2, in a first user interface 201 of a first user, a task creation entry (i.e. a daily supervision task, a special supervision task, a double-random supervision task and a flight supervision task shown in fig. 2) corresponding to each of a plurality of different task types of supervision tasks is displayed in a first display area 210, in response to a clicking operation of the first user on the target task creation entry 211 (i.e. a daily supervision task), a task creation page for creating the daily task type is displayed in the first user interface 201 as shown in fig. 2, in which guiding operation information (i.e. "01 task information", "02 select checklist", "03 select supervision object", "04 select task execution object") related to create each task element is displayed in a second display area 220, the specific target element content selected by the first user is displayed in a third display area 230 each time, and the specific target element content selected by the first user can be returned to the page through a next step button by a next step of selecting the page below the page, and the page is saved by a next step of the page is sequentially selected.
The following details of the specific implementation process of each step are respectively described in detail:
in combination with the above description of steps S101-S103, it is known that the first user needs to refer to part of task related data (e.g., data related to each task element) when formulating the target supervisory task, where in the actual application scenario, the supervisory task is mostly not temporarily created, and in more cases, multiple supervisory tasks are created in a planned manner to support the supervisory plan, usually based on a supervisory plan formulated in advance; at this time, as an optional embodiment, besides the data related to each task element, multiple supervision plans for making different supervision tasks may be stored in the intelligent management platform, so that the stored supervision plans may be used as a task basis for the first user to select when making the target supervision task.
Based on this, before formulating the target supervisory task according to the method described in the above steps S101 to S103, the first user may further quickly query the target supervisory plan capable of being the task basis of the target supervisory task from all supervisory plans stored in the intelligent management platform according to the method described in the following steps a1 to a3, so as to further determine the specific task content (e.g., the target supervisory object, the target task execution object, and the target inspection list) of the target supervisory task according to the queried target supervisory plan content, specifically:
And a step a1 of responding to clicking operation of the first user on a plan management entry, and displaying a plan query page corresponding to the supervision plan in the first user interface.
Here, in addition to the task creation portal described above, a planned management portal may be displayed in the first user interface; wherein the plan management portal characterizes a portal control/portal button for entering the above-mentioned plan query page.
And a step a2 of responding to clicking operation of a display control in the plan query page, and displaying a query condition list in the plan query page.
Here, the display control belongs to a virtual control/virtual button displayed on the first user interface, and a plurality of different query conditions are displayed in the query condition list; the specific query condition content and the specific query condition number that can be displayed in the query condition list may be set according to the actual plan management requirement, which is not limited in any way.
Specifically, fig. 3 shows a page schematic diagram of a plan query page provided in an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 3, where, in response to a click operation of a first user on a plan management portal 310, a plan query page corresponding to a supervision plan is displayed in a first user interface 201 of the first user, as shown in fig. 3; the first user can input keywords to be queried in a list of the plan names, at this time, the intelligent management platform responds to clicking operation of the first user on a query control, one or more supervision plans with the plan names matched with the keywords input by the first user can be screened out from all supervision plans stored in the intelligent management platform, and the screened supervision plans are displayed in a current page.
For example, as shown in fig. 3, the first user may directly click the presentation control 300 without inputting any keyword related to the plan name, at this time, the intelligent management platform responds to the click operation of the first user on the presentation control 300, and displays a query condition list 301 in the first user interface 201, where the query conditions displayed in the query condition list 301 may include: the type of the project to which the supervision project belongs, the year to which the supervision project belongs, the project period, etc.; the first user can click on the corresponding triangle identifier behind each query condition to check a plurality of specific condition ranges which are corresponding to the query condition and can be set.
And a3, responding to a second selection operation aiming at the query condition list, inquiring a target supervision plan meeting all target query conditions from all stored supervision plans according to each target query condition selected by the second selection operation, and displaying each inquired target supervision plan in the plan query page.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, in the query condition list 301, if the first user clicks the triangle identifier displayed behind the query condition "year to which the first user belongs" in the query condition list 301, then a plurality of specific year ranges that can be selected corresponding to the query condition can be checked, at this time, taking the specific year range selected by the first user as an example (i.e., the target query condition is that the year to which the supervision plan belongs is between 2019 and 2021), even if the first user does not input any keyword related to the plan name, the intelligent management platform can still query the target supervision plans that meet the target query condition from all stored supervision plans according to the target query condition set by the first user, and display each queried target supervision plan in the page area 320 of the plan query page.
It should be noted that, the first user may select one target query condition through the second selection operation, or may select a plurality of target query conditions simultaneously to perform a screening query on all the stored supervision plans, and the specific condition number of the target query conditions selected by the first user is not limited in any way.
It should be noted that, when the first user queries the target supervision plan, in addition to using the query conditions displayed in the query condition list to query, as shown in fig. 3, the first user may select a current level plan (characterizing the supervision plan to only involve one participating department) or a multi-level plan (characterizing the supervision plan to involve multiple participating departments) from the plan hierarchy displayed in the plan query page, so as to query different supervision plans in a finer granularity from the dimension of the plan hierarchy, thereby improving the query efficiency of the target supervision plan.
Here, as shown in fig. 3, a "reset" control may also be displayed in the plan query page, so that the first user may reset all currently selected target query conditions by clicking the reset control, thereby simplifying the page operation of the first user.
It should be noted that, unlike the first user, the user having the data management authority of the supervision plan may implement the query operation for the supervision plan according to the query method described in the above steps a1 to a3, and may perform other types of data management operations such as modification, creation, deletion, and the like for the supervision plan stored in the intelligent management platform.
In the process of creating the target supervisory task in steps S101 to S103, similar to the plan hierarchy shown in fig. 3, when the target supervisory task is created, from the viewpoint of task hierarchy division, the created target supervisory task has two branches of a current level task and a multi-level task as well; unlike the present-level task, since more than one participating department is involved in the multi-level task, whether the multi-level task can complete creation often requires further auditing by a branch leader.
Based on this, after the execution of the above step S103, if the generated target supervisory task belongs to the present-stage task, at this time, as an alternative embodiment, the sending object of the target supervisory task may be determined in the following manner in step b1, specifically:
And b1, when the target supervision task belongs to the current-level task, sending the generated target supervision task to the target task execution object, and displaying the target supervision task on a second user interface of the target task execution object.
Here, the task characterization of the present level only has one supervision task of the participating departments, that is, when the target supervision task belongs to the present level task, the creation of the target supervision task does not need to be checked by the sub-management leader and can be directly sent to the target task execution object for executing the target supervision task.
After the step S103 is performed, if the generated target supervisory task belongs to a multi-level task, at this time, as another alternative embodiment, the sending object of the target supervisory task may be determined in the manner described in the following steps b2-b3, specifically:
and b2, when the target supervision task belongs to a multi-level task, sending the generated target supervision task to a second user with task auditing authority.
And b3, responding to the second user to audit the target supervision task, and forwarding the target supervision task after the second user is audited to the target task execution object.
Here, the multi-level task characterization has multiple supervisory tasks of the participating departments, that is, when the target supervisory task belongs to the multi-level task, the creation of the target supervisory task may be transmitted to the target task execution object for executing the target supervisory task after the verification of the sub-management leader (i.e., the second user) is passed.
After the generated target supervision task is sent to the second user, the intelligent management platform displays the to-be-checked information corresponding to the target supervision task in a user interface of the second user, and when the second user selects to refute the target supervision task, the refuted target supervision task is resent to the previous user node (namely the first user for creating the target supervision task), and the first user is prompted to modify the created target supervision task according to the audit opinion of the second user.
In this embodiment of the present application, after the target task execution object receives the target supervisory task (i.e., after the target supervisory task is displayed on the second user interface of the target task execution object), as an optional implementation, fig. 4a shows a flowchart of a processing method of the target supervisory task provided in this embodiment of the present application, where, as shown in fig. 4a, the processing method includes steps S401 to S403; specific:
S401, responding to clicking operation aiming at the target supervision task, and displaying a task detail page of the target supervision task in the second user interface.
Here, the task detail page is displayed with: the task execution deadline of the target supervision task, the target supervision object, the target check list, the first control and the second control.
Specifically, the task execution deadline includes: task start time and task end time of the target supervision task, task execution deadline is used for restraining task execution time of the target supervision task; the target supervision object represents a specific supervision object aimed by the target supervision task; the target inspection list represents specific inspection content which needs to be inspected on the target supervision object in the target supervision task; the first control means that the target supervisory task can be executed (i.e., the target supervisory object can be checked according to the target check list within the task execution period), and the second control means that the target supervisory task cannot be executed.
Specifically, fig. 4b shows a page schematic diagram of a task detail page provided in the embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 4b, where the intelligent management platform responds to a click operation for the target supervisory task w1, and displays the task detail page of the target supervisory task w1 in the second user interface 202, where the task detail page is displayed in: target supervision object (i.e., food enterprise x 1), task detail information 400 for target supervision task w1 (including but not limited to: task start time, task end time, task type, and task name shown in fig. 4 b); a first control 401, a second control 402, and a target checklist 403.
It should be noted that the specific information content in the target checklist 403 shown in fig. 4b is merely used as a specific example of one target checklist provided in the present application, and the embodiment of the present application is not limited in any way to specific form information in the target checklist.
S402, receiving check information input by the target task execution object aiming at the target check list in response to clicking operation aiming at the first control, and filling the check information into the target check list to obtain a target check list to be submitted.
For example, as shown in fig. 4b, the intelligent management platform may receive the inspection information (specific inspection information content is determined according to an actual inspection result) input by the inspector for the target inspection table 403 in response to the clicking operation of the inspector (i.e., the target task execution object) for the first control 401 (i.e., the inspector confirms that the current target supervision object can be executed on schedule for the target supervision object), and fill the received inspection information into the target inspection table 403; for example, according to the actual inspection result, when the inspection result belongs to a reasonable item shortage condition, an inspector is required to enter a specific proving material capable of proving that the condition of the food enterprise x1 (i.e. the target supervision object) is true in the target inspection list 403.
S403, responding to the submitting operation aiming at the target check list to be submitted, storing the target check list to be submitted as a task completion result of the target supervision task into a task database corresponding to the target task type, and updating the task state corresponding to the target supervision task into a completed state.
For example, as shown in fig. 4b, the intelligent management platform responds to the click operation of the inspector on the "submit" button (i.e. the submitting operation described above), and can confirm that the target supervisory task w1 is completed, store the submitted complete target checklist in the task database corresponding to the daily task type (i.e. the task type of the target supervisory task w1 in fig. 4b is the daily task type), and update the task status of the target supervisory task w1 from "in execution" to "completed".
Here, considering that in the actual supervisory task execution scenario, sometimes, the objective factor affects, there may be a case where the target supervisory task cannot be executed (e.g., the target supervisory task cannot be executed according to the task execution deadline, the target supervisory task cannot be executed according to the target checklist, etc.), at this time, after the execution of the above step S401, as an optional embodiment, the inspector may further select, by means of the above second control displayed in the task detail page, a specific reason that the target supervisory task cannot be executed and upload related proving materials, as an alternative embodiment, by using the method described in the following steps c1-c3, specifically:
And c1, responding to clicking operation aiming at the second control, and displaying a plurality of alternative reasons for representing the incapability of checking the target supervision object in the task detail page.
Specifically, fig. 4c shows a page schematic diagram for displaying alternative reasons provided in the embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 4c, the intelligent management platform responds to the click operation of the inspector (i.e. the target task execution object) on the second control 402 (i.e. the inspector confirms that the current target supervision task cannot be executed on the target supervision object), and displays multiple alternative reasons in the page display area 404 in the task detail page: stopping production, transferring, moving, temporarily not operating, closing the operation, switching on and off, and refusing to accept inspection; each of the alternative reasons is used for indicating that the inspector cannot perform the inspection on the target supervision object.
And c2, responding to a third selection operation aiming at the target alternative reason, and receiving the proving material and the entered description information uploaded by the target task execution object.
Here, the descriptive information and the certification material are used to assist in certifying that the target regulatory object cannot be inspected due to the target candidate cause; wherein, the specific information content of the above description information and the specific accessory content of the above proof material can be determined according to the target alternative reason actually selected by the task execution object; the embodiment of the present application is not limited in any way with respect to the specific information content of the above description information and the specific accessory content of the above certification material.
And c3, responding to the submitting operation aiming at the received proving material and the received explanatory information, storing the proving material and the explanatory information as a task completion result of the target supervision task into a task database corresponding to the target task type, and updating the task state corresponding to the target supervision task into a completed state.
For example, as shown in fig. 4c, if the inspector selects "outage" from the candidate reasons as the target candidate reason, the inspector is required to enter relevant description information about explaining that the food enterprise x1 is in an outage state, such as a starting time of outage of the food enterprise x1 (i.e., the target supervision object), an outage reason, and the like, in a description information column in the page display area 404; in addition, based on the target alternative reason selected by the inspector and the entered description information, the inspector needs to click a control "uploading of the accessory of the proving material" in the page display area 404, and upload related accessory information for proving that the food enterprise x1 is in a production stopping state; after the entry of the above description information and the uploading of the related accessory information (i.e. the proving material) are completed, the intelligent management platform responds to the click operation (i.e. the submitting operation) of the inspector on the submitting button, and can confirm that the target supervision task w1 is completed, but the description information and the proving material which are stored in the task database and are not complete target supervision list but can not be checked on the target supervision object are stored.
As can be seen from the contents of the steps S401-S403 and the steps c1-c3, after completing the supervisory task, the intelligent management platform stores the task completion result of the supervisory task into a task database of a corresponding task type, that is, the intelligent management platform stores the supervisory task which is already created (which may be completed or is being executed) in a classified manner according to different task types and through task databases of different task types respectively; based on this, in the embodiment of the present application, as an optional embodiment, the supervisory task stored in the intelligent management platform may be further queried according to the method described in the following steps d1-d 3:
and d1, displaying task query entries corresponding to the supervision tasks of various different task types in a third user interface of a third user.
Here, the third user characterizes the user having any one of the management rights, that is, the third user may be the first user or an inspector (i.e., a task execution object); any user who is in butt joint with the intelligent management platform can inquire and check the supervision task meeting the own requirements from the intelligent management platform.
It should be noted that, similar to the task creation portal, in the third user interface, each task type of supervisory task corresponds to one task query portal, that is, the number of the task query portals displayed in the third user interface may be determined according to the number of task types corresponding to the supervisory task; the task query portal may be a virtual control/virtual button displayed in the third user interface, and the embodiment of the present application is not limited in any way, for the specific number of displays and the specific display form of the task query portal.
And d2, responding to clicking operation aiming at the first task query entrance, and displaying a task query page for querying the supervision task of the first task type in the third user interface.
Specifically, taking an example that the first task query entry is a task query entry corresponding to a daily task type, the intelligent management device responds to clicking operation aiming at the first task query entry, and a task query page for querying daily supervision tasks is displayed in a third user interface.
And d3, responding to task query condition setting operation aiming at the task query page, querying a first supervision task conforming to all set task query conditions from all stored supervision tasks of the first task type, and displaying each queried first supervision task in the task query page.
Here, the specific page setting in the task query page may refer to the plan query page shown in fig. 3, for example, the task query page may also include a "query" control, a "reset" control and a "show" control shown in fig. 3, where, at this time, the third user may check and set one or more task query conditions by clicking the "show" control in the task query page, so that the intelligent management platform may query, according to all task query conditions set by the third user, a first supervision task conforming to the task query conditions from the supervision tasks of the first task type.
Specifically, the specific task query method described in the above steps d1-d3 may refer to the specific plan query method described in the above steps a1-a3, and the repetition is not repeated here.
In addition to the first user having task creation authority, the inspector having task execution authority (i.e., task execution object), and the second user having task auditing authority, the intelligent management platform may also respectively interface with different users having data management authority (including, but not limited to, authority of data deletion, addition, modification, query, etc.) for any of the above-mentioned types of original data based on that the intelligent management platform stores a plurality of different types of original data (e.g., original data corresponding to each task element that needs to be referred to when creating a supervisory task).
Specifically, in the embodiment of the present application, for the task element "supervision matters", as an alternative embodiment, fig. 5a shows a flowchart of a method for managing relevant data of supervision matters provided in the embodiment of the present application, where, as shown in fig. 5a, the method includes steps S501 to S505; specific:
s501, in a fourth user interface of a fourth user, displaying a matter management entry for the relevant data of the supervision matters.
Here, the fourth user characterizes the user having the management right to the relevant data of the supervision matters; the item management portal is similar to the plan management portal and is also used to characterize portal controls/portal buttons displayed on the fourth user interface.
It should be noted that, the fourth user is different from the first user having the task creation authority, the inspector having the task execution authority, and the second user having the task auditing authority, that is, the first user, the inspector, and the second user only have viewing authority for the relevant data of the administrative matters, but do not have deeper data management authority for deletion, addition, modification, and the like of the relevant data of the administrative matters.
S502, responding to clicking operation aiming at the item management entrance, and displaying an item list for displaying a plurality of different supervision items in the fourth user interface.
Here, the specific item content of the supervision item may be determined according to the supervision plan, the supervision task, the specific inspection information in the created inspection list, and the like, which are previously formulated; the embodiments of the present application are not limited in any way as to the specific matters of the regulatory matters.
Specifically, fig. 5b shows an interface schematic diagram of a displayed item list provided in the embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 5b, after the intelligent management platform responds to the click operation of the item management portal by the fourth user, an item list 500 including a plurality of different supervision items may be displayed in the fourth user interface 204, taking the supervision item s2 displayed in the item list 500 as an example, the fourth user may click a modification button behind the supervision item s2 to modify the specific item content in the currently displayed supervision item s2; the delete button behind the supervision item s2 may be clicked to delete the supervision item s2 from the intelligent management platform; in addition, the fourth user may input a keyword in the item query column, and then control the intelligent management platform to display the queried related supervision items in the item list 500 by clicking the query button (i.e. the fourth user may perform multiple management operations such as modifying, querying, deleting the supervision items stored in the intelligent management platform).
S503, responding to the item deleting operation of the target supervision item in the item list, and judging whether other sub items except the main item are included in the target supervision item.
Here, there may be a difference in the range and the hierarchy based on the item division, and thus, in the intelligent management platform, the supervision item may include only one main item, or may include one main item and a plurality of sub items at the same time.
Based on this, when the intelligent management platform receives the item deleting operation of the fourth user on the target supervision item, it will determine whether the fourth user currently indicates that the deleted target supervision item includes two or more items (i.e. whether the fourth user includes other sub items except the main item), so as to avoid that the fourth user directly deletes the complete supervision item under the condition that the sub items are not seen (which is equivalent to that all item contents of the supervision item are not seen), thereby effectively reducing the misoperation rate of the fourth user on the relevant data of the supervision item.
S504, if the fact that only the main event item is included in the target supervision event is determined, executing the event deleting operation aiming at the target supervision event is allowed.
And S505, if the sub-items are included in the target supervision item, refusing to execute the item deleting operation aiming at the target supervision item.
Taking the supervision task in the food safety field as an example, the basic information 510 of the master event item in the supervision item s2 in the food safety field may be: the basic information of the main item, "supervision of food-related products with higher risk", in the basic information 520 of the sub item, the sub item r1 may be: "check on food-related production with higher risk", sub-item r2 may be: "check food-related products with higher risk of convection"; if the fourth user clicks to delete the target supervision item is the supervision item s2, the intelligent management platform does not delete the supervision item s2 directly (i.e. refuses to execute the item deletion operation for the supervision item s 2) because the supervision item s2 includes sub items other than the main item.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 5b, when a sub-item exists in the administrative item, the intelligent management platform displays a control for the newly added sub-item (i.e., "+newly added sub-item" shown in fig. 5 b) in the display page of the administrative item, and also displays a corresponding view button, a modification button and a deletion button behind each sub-item, so as to support the fourth user to perform the newly added operation, the view operation, the modification operation and the deletion operation of the sub-item in each administrative item.
It should be noted that, for the fourth user (i.e., the user having the management authority for the related data of the supervision matters), in the intelligent management platform, the fourth user may perform operations such as querying, deleting, etc. on the supervision matters stored in the intelligent management platform according to the manners described in S501-S505, and may create a supervision matters in the intelligent management platform, or modify related data such as sub-matters in the existing supervision matters, and the embodiment of the present application is not limited in any way for a specific data management operation that the fourth user can perform on the related data of the supervision matters in the intelligent management platform.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the present application, for the task element "supervision object scope", as an alternative embodiment, fig. 6a shows a flowchart of a method for managing relevant data of the supervision object scope provided in the embodiment of the present application, where, as shown in fig. 6a, the method includes steps S601 to S606; specific:
s601, in a fifth user interface of a fifth user, displaying a grid management portal for managing the related data of the scope of the supervision object.
Here, the fifth user characterizes the user having the management authority for the related data of the supervision object scope; the grid management portal is similar to the plan management portal and is also used to characterize portal controls/portal buttons displayed on the fifth user interface.
S602, responding to clicking operation aiming at the grid management entrance, and displaying the supervisors corresponding to different supervision objects in the fifth user interface.
Here, when the above-mentioned supervisory party is actually displayed, the intelligent management module may enable the fifth user to quickly lock a plurality of supervisory parties included in the target area under the condition of knowing the target area by selecting the target area layer by layer according to a specific administrative division manner of the provincial and urban area, so as to improve the query efficiency of the fifth user for the supervisory party.
Specifically, fig. 6b shows an interface schematic diagram of querying grid data provided in the embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 6b, after the intelligent management platform responds to the click operation of the fifth user on the grid management portal, a specific region capable of being selected layer by triangle identifier is displayed in the fifth user interface 205, and when the fifth user selects the P1 region of the P city as the target region, the intelligent management platform displays a plurality of supervisors contained in the P1 region in the fifth user interface 205: supervisor f1, supervisor f2, supervisor f3, etc.
And S603, responding to clicking operation aiming at a target supervisor, and displaying grid management data corresponding to the target supervisor in the fifth user interface.
Here, the mesh management data includes: a map area corresponding to the place where the target supervisor is located, and a plurality of grid areas marked in the map area; each of the grid areas is used to represent a range of a type of supervision object that is partitioned.
For example, as shown in fig. 6b, after the fifth user selects the supervisor f2 as the target supervisor (i.e., clicks on the supervisor f 2), the intelligent management platform displays a map area 610 corresponding to the location of the supervisor f2 (P city P1 area) in the fifth user interface 205, where a plurality of marked grid areas (i.e., each irregularly shaped gray grid area displayed in the map area 610) are displayed in the map area 610, and one or more supervision objects may be included in each grid area.
And S604, responding to clicking operation for a third control, and displaying a grid drawing page corresponding to the place of the target supervisor in the fifth user interface.
Here, the third control characterizes a grid addition control displayed behind the target supervisor.
For example, as shown in fig. 6b, the intelligent management platform responds to the click operation of the fifth user on the third control 600, and displays a grid drawing page corresponding to the place where the target supervisor (i.e., supervisor f 2) is located in the fifth user interface 205; wherein, the grid drawing page comprises: a place input box 611 for querying the target place, a start drawing control 612 for characterizing a start drawing grid, and an end drawing control 613 for characterizing an end drawing grid.
S605, responding to the query operation aiming at the target place, and displaying a target map area corresponding to the target place in the grid drawing page.
Here, the target site is located within jurisdiction of the target supervisor's site.
For example, as shown in fig. 6b, in response to the target location input by the fifth user in the location input box 611 being "g location", the intelligent management platform displays the target map area corresponding to the g location in the grid drawing page, at this time, the fifth user clicks the start drawing control 612, and drawing of the newly added grid in the target map area can be started.
And S606, responding to the grid drawing operation aiming at the target map area, and storing the target grid drawn in the target map area to the grid management data corresponding to the target supervisor.
For example, as shown in fig. 6b, if the fifth user clicks the end drawing control 613 after drawing the grid 601, it may be determined that the target grid drawn by the fifth user is the grid 601, and it is determined that the grid 601 includes the supervision object range: and the object t1 and the object t2 store the drawn grid 601 as newly added grid data into grid management data corresponding to the supervisor f2 (namely, the target supervisor).
Specifically, as an alternative embodiment, after the step S603 is performed, the specific supervision object included in the existing mesh data may be further checked in the manner described in the following steps e1-e 2:
and e1, responding to clicking operation for a first grid area in the grid areas, and displaying a plurality of object identifications in the first grid area.
Here, the object identification is used to identify a supervision object located within the first grid region.
For example, taking the grid 601 drawn in fig. 6b as the first grid area currently clicked by the fifth user as an example, at this time, in response to the clicking operation of the fifth user on the grid 601, the intelligent management platform displays the object identifier corresponding to the object t1 (for example, the specific identifier shape may be a star shape as shown in fig. 6b or other shapes) and the object identifier corresponding to the object t2 in the grid 601; where object t1 and object t2 are both supervision objects located within the grid 601 area.
And e2, responding to clicking operation aiming at a first object identifier in the plurality of object identifiers, and switching and displaying a main body information list corresponding to a first supervision object in the fifth user interface.
Here, the first administrative object characterizes the first object identifying the identified administrative object.
For example, taking the grid 601 drawn in fig. 6b as the first grid area currently clicked by the fifth user, if the fifth user clicks the object identifier of the object t1 in the grid 601, the intelligent management platform, in response to this clicking operation, switches and displays the content of the currently displayed grid area as the main body information list (for example, the geographic location coordinate information of the object t1, the corresponding supervisor information, etc.) corresponding to the object t1 (i.e., the first supervisor object) in the fifth user interface 205.
Based on the same inventive concept, the present application further provides a management device corresponding to the management method of the supervisory task, and since the principle of the management device for solving the problem in the embodiments of the present application is similar to that of the management method of the supervisory task in the embodiments of the present application, the implementation of the management device may refer to the implementation of the management method of the supervisory task, and the repetition is omitted.
