Abstract

本发明属于电源设备技术领域,尤其为一种带有红外感应装置的LED驱动电源,包括壳体,壳体底部开设有散热槽,壳体两侧侧壁贯穿设置有导线孔,壳体上端中部设置有定位环,定位环顶端中部设置有面板,面板上表面设置有显示屏,面板中部开设有圆孔,圆孔内部设置有感应板,壳体内部设置有微控制器,感应板下方设置有红外传感器。本发明通过设置感应板、微控制器、红外传感器与显示屏,可以达到实现LED开启的智能化,无需手部碰触即可对LED进行操作,避免传统手部触摸开关启闭的方式,以免发生触电;通过设置固定环、外环与卡槽,可以达到为安装LED灯珠提供空间,使LED灯的占用空间更小,外形更加美观,结构安装更加紧凑、合理。

技术领域
本发明涉及电源设备技术领域,具体为一种带有红外感应装置的LED驱动电源。
背景技术
LED驱动电源是把电源供应转换为特定的电压电流以驱动LED发光的电源转换器,通常情况下:LED驱动电源的输入包括高压工频交流、低压直流、高压直流与低压高频交流等,而LED驱动电源的输出则大多数为可随LED正向压降值变化而改变电压的恒定电流源,由于LED使用的电源必须具有恒流功能,因此LED驱动电源通常用作LED供电使用。
现有技术存在以下问题:
1、现有的LED驱动电源在连接LED时,大多连接开关断开电源来控制LED的开启、关闭,但是传统开关必须手动拨动启动,一方面功能较为单一,另一方面存在触电的风险;
2、现有的LED驱动电源结构较为单一,在用于圆形LED灯的安装时,与LED连接时占用空间大,直接导致灯的体积增大。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种带有红外感应装置的LED驱动电源,解决了现今存在的功能较为单一,手部触摸启动存在触电的风险,且连接LED时占用空间大的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种带有红外感应装置的LED驱动电源,包括壳体,所述壳体底部开设有散热槽,所述壳体两侧侧壁贯穿设置有导线孔,所述壳体上端中部设置有定位环,所述定位环顶端中部设置有面板,所述面板上表面设置有显示屏,所述面板中部开设有圆孔,所述圆孔内部设置有感应板,所述壳体内部设置有微控制器,所述感应板下方设置有红外传感器,所述壳体外侧壁中部设置有固定环,所述固定环上表面边缘处设置有外环,所述外环上开设有卡槽。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述壳体呈内部中空的圆环状,所述壳体底部密封,所述散热槽贯穿壳体底部与外界相通。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述定位环插于壳体内部,所述定位环外侧壁紧贴壳体内壁,所述定位环内径尺寸与面板外径尺寸相适配,所述面板固定于定位环顶端内壁。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述感应板材质为玻璃,所述感应板外径尺寸与圆孔内径尺寸相适配,所述感应板内嵌固定于圆孔内部,所述红外传感器处于感应板下方。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述红外传感器通过电路与微控制器输入端电性连接,所述显示屏通过电路与微控制器输出端电性连接。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述固定环与壳体外侧壁固定连接,所述外环处于固定环上表面边缘处,所述外环与固定环一体式构造,所述外环与壳体侧壁之间形成间隙。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述卡槽贯穿外环,所述卡槽数量为若干组,所述卡槽在外环上呈圆周等距排布,所述外环与壳体两侧侧壁上均开设有导线孔,所述外环与壳体上导线孔的位置相对应。
与现有技术相比,本发明提供了一种带有红外感应装置的LED驱动电源,具备以下有益效果:
1、该一种带有红外感应装置的LED驱动电源,通过设置感应板、微控制器、红外传感器与显示屏,通过在感应板下方设置红外传感器,当使用者手部靠近感应板时,利用红外传感器发射红外线穿过感应板,红外线遇手部时光线折返,使红外传感器内部接收元件接收信号从而感应到手部覆盖动作,红外传感器传递信号至微控制器,微控制器再控制LED电路导通,实现LED开启的智能化,无需手部碰触即可对LED进行操作,避免传统手部触摸开关启闭的方式,以免发生触电。
2、该一种带有红外感应装置的LED驱动电源,通过设置固定环、外环与卡槽,通过在固定环上表面边缘处固定外环,使外环与壳体侧壁之间存在间隙,通过间隙为安装LED灯珠提供空间,使LED环绕于壳体外侧进行安装,同时借用卡槽缠绕LED灯珠之间的线路,增加LED灯珠安装的稳固性,使LED灯的占用空间更小,外形更加美观,结构安装更加紧凑、合理。

请参阅图1-4,本实施方案中:一种带有红外感应装置的LED驱动电源,包括壳体1,壳体1底部开设有散热槽2,用于壳体1内部散热,壳体1两侧侧壁贯穿设置有导线孔3,用于壳体1导线连接,壳体1上端中部设置有定位环4,定位环4顶端中部设置有面板5,面板5上表面设置有显示屏6,便于显示LED调节模式,面板5中部开设有圆孔7,圆孔7内部设置有感应板8,作为感应区域,壳体1内部设置有微控制器9,感应板8下方设置有红外传感器10,用于感应手部覆盖动作,壳体1外侧壁中部设置有固定环11,固定环11上表面边缘处设置有外环12,用于对LRED进行支撑,外环12上开设有卡槽13。
本实施例中,壳体1呈内部中空的圆环状,壳体1底部密封,散热槽2贯穿壳体1底部与外界相通,便于壳体1主体内部的热量从底部散发;定位环4插于壳体1内部,定位环4外侧壁紧贴壳体1内壁,定位环4内径尺寸与面板5外径尺寸相适配,面板5固定于定位环4顶端内壁,作为壳体1主体的面部结构,使壳体1主体自身组装更加稳固;感应板8材质为玻璃,感应板8外径尺寸与圆孔7内径尺寸相适配,感应板8内嵌固定于圆孔7内部,红外传感器10处于感应板8下方,便于红外传感器10发射红外线穿过感应板8感应使用者手部动作;红外传感器10通过电路与微控制器9输入端电性连接,显示屏6通过电路与微控制器9输出端电性连接,通过红外线传感器感应使用者动作,实现不接触即可开启、关闭与调节LED灯的照明模式,避免传统手部触摸开关启闭的方式,以免发生触电;固定环11与壳体1外侧壁固定连接,外环12处于固定环11上表面边缘处,外环12与固定环11一体式构造,外环12与壳体1侧壁之间形成间隙,通过间隙为安装LED灯珠提供空间,使LED环绕于壳体1外侧进行安装,使LED灯的占用空间更小,外形更加美观;卡槽13贯穿外环12,卡槽13数量为若干组,卡槽13在外环12上呈圆周等距排布,外环12与壳体1两侧侧壁上均开设有导线孔3,外环12与壳体1上导线孔3的位置相对应,利用卡槽13便于LED灯珠之间的线路缠绕,增加LED灯珠安装的稳固性。
本发明的工作原理及使用流程:使用者首先将壳体1内的线路穿过导线孔3连接LED灯珠,将LED灯珠置于外环12与壳体1之间的间隙处,并将LED灯珠之间的导线交替穿插在卡槽13内外侧,使LED灯珠环绕于壳体1外侧进行安装,装置在使用过程中,使用者手部靠近感应板8,利用红外传感器10发射红外线穿过感应板8,红外线遇手部时光线折返,使红外传感器10内部接收元件接收信号从而感应到手部覆盖动作,红外传感器10传递信号至微控制器9,微控制器9再控制LED电路导通,实现LED的开启、关闭与模式调节。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有红外感应装置的LED驱动电源,其特征在于:所述壳体(1)呈内部中空的圆环状,所述壳体(1)底部密封,所述散热槽(2)贯穿壳体(1)底部与外界相通。
