本发明属于农药技术领域,具体属于一种防治澳洲坚果蓟马的生物农药。
背景技术
蓟马是澳洲坚果的主要虫害之一,蓟马以成虫或若虫聚集为害澳洲坚果花序、幼果、嫩梢和嫩叶,造成坐果率低、果实脱落或果皮褐斑、嫩叶狭长变小后卷、嫩梢生长受阻或发育不良。在我国为害澳洲坚果的蓟马主要有红带网纹蓟马(Selenothrips rubirocintusGiard)、榕蓟马(Gynaikothrips sp.)、色蓟马(Thrips coloratus Schmutz)以及茶黄蓟马(Scirtithrips doraslis Hood)等多种。其中,茶黄蓟马对澳洲坚果花序趋性最大,一条花序往往有上百头;其次是嫩梢嫩叶,1张叶片上有几头至数十头为害;再次是幼果,每个幼果上有几头至几十头。
化学药剂是防治农业病虫害的主要手段,通过喷施药剂可以防除澳洲坚果上的蓟马。随着现有药剂的长期使用,澳洲坚果蓟马对现有化学药剂已产生不同程度的抗性,果农为了达到较好的防治效果通常加大农药的施用剂量和施用次数,这就加大防治成本,同时也会加大澳洲坚果的农药残留量。
水杨酸甲酯,CAS:119-36-8,是冬青油的主要成分,别名柳酸甲酯,2-羟基苯甲酸甲酯。申请号CN201310496646.9,公开了一种含水杨酸甲酯和反式肉桂醛的植物源熏蒸杀虫剂,并具体公开了水杨酸甲酯和反式肉桂醛复配对防治蚊蝇等卫生害虫具有协同增效作用,另外,申请号CN201810650697.5,公开了一种杀蓟马植物精油组合物、制剂及其应用,并具体公开了冬青油(主要成分是水杨酸甲酯,其含量达99%以上)和牛至油组合使用时,可防治蓟马,并具有明显的增效作用,不易产生抗药性,是一种对人畜安全、对环境无污染的无公害植物源蓟马防控剂。
将不同农药品种成分进行复配是开发新型药剂的常用方法。在大多数情况下,农药品种的复配都是相加作用,真正具有增效作用的复配很少。发明人通过大量室内试验发现,将水杨酸甲酯与伊维菌素、天维菌素或金合欢醇复配时对防除澳洲坚果蓟马(比如茶黄蓟马)表现出增效作用。
目前,还未见有水杨酸甲酯与伊维菌素、天维菌素或金合欢醇复配的相关报道。

发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种防治澳洲坚果蓟马的生物农药,以解决随着现有药剂的长期使用,澳洲坚果蓟马对现有化学药剂已产生不同程度的抗性,果农为了达到较好的防治效果通常加大农药的施用剂量和施用次数,这就加大防治成本,同时也会加大澳洲坚果的农药残留量的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:
一种防治澳洲坚果蓟马的生物农药,其有效成分由水杨酸甲酯与伊维菌素、天维菌素或金合欢醇二元复配而成。
作为优选,所述水杨酸甲酯与伊维菌素的质量比为1-10:5-1。
作为优选,所述水杨酸甲酯与天维菌素的质量比为1-30:30-1。
作为优选,所述水杨酸甲酯与金合欢醇的质量比为1-9:7-1。
本发明还提供了所述防治澳洲坚果蓟马的生物农药在防治红带网纹蓟马、榕蓟马、色蓟马以及茶黄蓟马中的用途。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
(1)本发明水杨酸甲酯与伊维菌素、天维菌素或金合欢醇以一定质量比复配时,在一定质量比范围内对防除茶黄蓟马等澳洲坚果蓟马表现出增效作用,与单一有效成分相比,可以提高对澳洲坚果蓟马的防治效果,同时可以延缓害虫抗药性的产生和发展。
(2)本发明水杨酸甲酯、伊维菌素、天维菌素以及金合欢醇为植物源生物农药成分,对环境友好,可以降低环境压力。
具体实施方式
根据下述实施例,可以更好地理解本发明,实施例所描述的内容仅用于说明本发明,而不应当也不会限制权利要求书中所详细描述的本发明。
实施例:水杨酸甲酯复配室内生物活性试验
1.试验对象:茶黄蓟马(Scirtithrips doraslis Hood),采自澳洲坚果种植园内,在试验室内用新鲜干净的澳洲坚果嫩叶连续饲养多代,选择大小一致且健康的1龄若虫为试验对象。
2.供试药剂
98%水杨酸甲酯、94%伊维菌素、98%天维菌素(其天维菌素A和天维菌素B的质量比为8:2)、99%金合欢醇(CAS:4602-84-0);
将供试药剂先用二甲基亚砜溶解配制成单剂母液,再用0.1%吐温-80的水溶液稀释,设置多组配比,各单剂及每组配比混剂均按等比方法设置5个梯度质量浓度,备用。
3.试验方法:(参考《NY/T 1154.6-2006农药室内生物测定试验准则杀虫剂第6部分:杀虫活性试验浸虫法》);
将试虫浸入药液中10s,用滤纸吸取多余药液后转移至正常条件下饲养,每个处理重复4次,每重复浸虫20头,并设只含有二甲基亚砜和0.1%吐温-80的处理作为空白对照。处理后24h观察试虫的死亡情况,分别记录各处理的总虫数和死虫数,并以此计算出各处理的校正死亡率。

4.数据分析:用DPS软件对各处理药剂浓度对数值和各处理的校正死亡率几率值进行回归分析,计算各处理药剂的LC50,并根据孙云沛法计算混剂的共毒系数(CTC值)。

5.药效评价
根据计算的共毒系数(CTC)评价药剂的增效作用,CTC≤80为拮抗作用,80<CTC<120为相加作用,CTC≥120为增效作用,结果见表1-3。

从表2可以看出,在1-30:30-1的质量比内,水杨酸甲酯与天维菌素复配后对茶黄蓟马的共毒系数大于120,表现为增效作用。

综上所述,本发明水杨酸甲酯与伊维菌素、天维菌素或金合欢醇以一定质量比复配时,在一定质量比范围内对防除茶黄蓟马等澳洲坚果蓟马表现出增效作用,与单一有效成分相比,可以提高对澳洲坚果蓟马的防治效果,同时可以延缓害虫抗药性的产生和发展。
