Detailed Description
The present application is described in further detail below in conjunction with figures 1 to 8.
The embodiment of the application discloses a medical data acquisition and management method.
Referring to fig. 1, the medical data acquisition management method includes:
s1, acquiring a sickbed image of a preset sickbed;
the preset sickbed can be a single sickbed and can be used for treating preset diseases, the sickbed image can be obtained through shooting by a camera, and the preset sickbed is a temporary sickbed and is only used for temporary examination of patients, but not used for long-time rest of the patients.
S2, judging whether a preset sickbed has a treatment object or not based on the sickbed image;
that is, through an image recognition algorithm, whether a human body exists on a preset sickbed in a sickbed image is judged, if so, the existence of a treatment object is proved, otherwise, the existence of the treatment object is not proved. Of course, the face image of the person on the preset patient bed can be identified in a face recognition mode, and compared with the image of the patient recorded in the system, if the comparison and the matching are successful, the existence of the treatment object is proved, and otherwise, the treatment object does not exist.
S3, if the information exists, acquiring the required medicine information of the treatment object;
if a treatment object exists, the patient on the patient bed is proved to need to be treated, so that the required medicine information of the treatment object is acquired at the moment, wherein the required medicine information is information stored in an acquisition management system after the type of medicine which needs to be used, namely the name of the medicine and the corresponding quantity of the medicine, is determined by a doctor before the treatment object is treated.
The system also stores identity information of the required medicine information corresponding to the treatment object, such as a face pre-stored image of the treatment object, and after the face image of the treatment object is acquired, the face image is matched with the face pre-stored image, so that the corresponding required medicine information can be obtained. Of course, no subsequent operations are required if no subject is present.
S4, acquiring a medicine type and the medicine quantity corresponding to the medicine type based on the required medicine information;
that is, the type of the medicine in the required medicine information and the corresponding medicine number of the type of the medicine can be read after the required medicine information is obtained.
S5, acquiring a medicine taking control instruction based on the medicine type and the medicine quantity;
that is, the medication intake control instruction is generated according to the type and the number of the medicines, that is, the medication intake control instruction includes the type and the number of the medicines.
S6, controlling a preset medicine taking device to take medicine based on the medicine taking control instruction;
the medicine taking device can be a mechanical arm, medicines required by a preset sickbed are stored in different preset areas, the system stores all medicine taking coordinates of the preset areas, and meanwhile, the medicine type corresponding to each medicine taking coordinate is stored.
Therefore, after the medicine taking control instruction is obtained, the medicine taking device can be controlled to move to the corresponding medicine taking coordinate according to the medicine type, the medicine in the preset area is grabbed, medicine taking can be carried out according to the requirement of a treatment object, a doctor is not required to take medicine, the probability of occurrence of quantity error conditions in the medicine taking process can be reduced, the fact that the actual medicine consumption of a patient is identical with the actual requirement consumption as much as possible can be ensured, and the probability of occurrence of potential safety hazards is reduced. Of course, if the patient does not leave the patient's bed within a preset time after the patient has taken his or her medicine on the preset bed, the action of taking the medicine is not triggered any more.
Referring to fig. 2, in order to improve accuracy of physical state supervision of a treatment object during a medical treatment as much as possible, and further improve safety of the treatment object during the treatment, in another embodiment, after controlling a preset medicine taking device to take medicine based on a medicine taking control instruction, the method further includes:
s11, acquiring doctor information of a preset sickbed;
that is, facial images of a doctor who performs treatment on a preset sickbed are recognized by means of image recognition, so that identity information of the doctor is determined, and meanwhile, ongoing operations of the doctor are recorded through a camera, namely, the doctor information comprises the identity information of the doctor and ongoing operations.
Of course, the identity of the doctor can be determined by the system identifying the identity tag by wearing the identity tag.
S12, judging whether a doctor injects a medicine for a treatment object or not based on doctor information;
that is, by recognizing the operation performed by the doctor photographed by the camera, it is judged whether the recognized operation is identical to the preset operation, if so, it is proved that the doctor has injected the medicine for the treatment object, otherwise, it is proved that there is no injection.
Of course, the judgment mode can also judge whether the injector exists in the doctor's hand or not and judge whether the distance between the injector and the treatment object is smaller than or equal to the distance threshold value, if the injector exists in the doctor's hand and the distance between the injector and the treatment object is smaller than or equal to the distance threshold value, the doctor is proved to inject the medicine for the treatment object, otherwise, the doctor is not injected.
S13, if so, acquiring body response data of the treatment object;
if there is no injection, no subsequent acquisition of body response data is required at this time. If the medicine is injected, body response data of the treatment object are acquired, wherein the body response data comprise blood pressure, heart rate, blood oxygen, body temperature and the like, and the acquisition modes of the data can be monitored by corresponding monitoring instruments.
S14, judging whether the body response data is matched with preset data or not;
that is, after the medicine is injected, the body response data is compared with the preset data in a preset time period, and all the body response data are judged to be the same as all the preset data, if yes, the matching is proved, and otherwise, the matching is not carried out.
The preset data are the fluctuation ranges of the data parameters of the body after the corresponding medicines are injected into the preset human body, and if the parameters in the body response data are all in the fluctuation ranges, the parameters are the same.
S15, if the body response data are not matched, acquiring unmatched body response data as abnormal data;
if the body response data is not matched with the preset data, the data which is not matched with the preset data in the body response data is recorded and displayed as abnormal data, and the abnormal data can be sent to a display arranged at the position of a preset sickbed for displaying.
S16, acquiring emergency measure prompt information based on abnormal data;
and finally, generating emergency measure prompt information according to the abnormal data, wherein the emergency measure prompt information can comprise the abnormal data, prompt a doctor to treat according to the abnormal data, and can also comprise the abnormal data and method information corresponding to the abnormal data, and the method information can be historical data stored in the system.
Therefore, by the mode, a doctor can conveniently and timely process the problems occurring in the treatment process of the treatment object, and then the doctor can better solve the problems occurring in the treatment object according to the data provided by the experience combination system of the doctor, and the probability of medical accidents can be reduced.
Referring to fig. 3, in order to improve the safety of the treatment subject as much as possible, in another embodiment, after acquiring the body response data of the treatment subject, further includes:
s21, acquiring historical disease information of a treatment object;
the acquiring method may be that after the identity information of the treatment object is acquired, the patient database in the hospital is matched according to the identity information, so as to acquire the historical case data of the patient, and further, according to the historical case data, the historical disease information of the treatment object can be acquired, wherein the historical disease information includes the disease name, whether the patient heals or not, and other data.
Of course, in addition to being obtained from the patient database, the accuracy of obtaining the historical disease information can be further improved by storing the cases of other hospitals provided by the subject.
S22, judging whether related data related to body reaction data exist in the historical disease information;
that is, the keywords in the disease names in the historical disease information are acquired and compared with the keywords in the body response data to judge whether the keywords are matched, if so, the keywords related to the body response data are proved to exist, and otherwise, the keywords are proved to not exist.
For example, if the disease name keyword in the historical disease information is heart disease, the associated data associated with the disease name keyword in the body reaction data is heart rate, and likewise, if the keyword in the body reaction data is heart rate, the associated data in the historical disease information is heart disease.
S23, if the associated data exist, acquiring a priority instruction to display the associated data preferentially;
s24, if the associated data does not exist, the priority instruction is not acquired.
Therefore, if the associated data exists, a priority instruction is acquired, wherein the priority instruction comprises data corresponding to the associated data in the body reaction data, such as heart rate. And when the priority instruction is acquired, the associated data are preferentially displayed, namely, the body response data corresponding to the associated data are preferentially displayed.
The display mode can be to move the associated data to the uppermost part of the screen for display, or to move the associated data to a separate window for display, so that a doctor can be prompted to pay more attention to view the associated data.
If the associated data does not exist, the body reaction data does not need to be observed preferentially, so that a priority instruction does not need to be acquired, and further, by the mode, a doctor can be warned, and further, a medical object can be observed more carefully, and the safety in the treatment process can be further improved.
Referring to fig. 4, in order to determine whether a subject can inject a therapeutic drug, and to improve therapeutic safety, in another embodiment, before controlling a preset drug delivery device to deliver a drug based on a drug delivery control instruction, the method further includes:
s31, acquiring preoperative detection data of a treatment object;
the detection data of the treatment object stored by the system before the drug injection is performed, and the detection items corresponding to the detection data to be acquired can be stored according to actual conditions.
S32, judging whether the preoperative detection data are matched with preset safety data or not;
the preset safety data is the data with the minimum requirement for surgery or treatment, if the preoperative detection data is matched with the preset safety data, the treatment object is proved to be capable of carrying out the current treatment, otherwise, the drug injection treatment cannot be carried out.
S33, if the two types of information are not matched, acquiring safety early warning prompt information;
s34, if the medicine taking control instruction is matched, executing the step of controlling the preset medicine taking device to take medicine.
If the preoperative detection data are not matched with the preset safety data, the fact that the treatment object cannot perform drug injection at the moment is proved, so that safety precaution prompt information is acquired at the moment for preventing safety accidents, and the safety precaution prompt information is sent to a display at a preset sickbed for displaying, so that a doctor is reminded of potential safety hazards of the treatment object, and the doctor can choose whether to continue treatment after evaluation.
If the preoperative detection data is matched with the preset safety data, the treatment object is proved to be in accordance with the treatment condition, so that the step of controlling the preset medicine taking device to take medicine based on the medicine taking control instruction is continuously executed at the moment. Therefore, the probability of dangerous situations caused by misinjection of the treatment object which does not meet the condition of drug injection can be reduced as much as possible.
Referring to fig. 5, in order to further reduce the probability of occurrence of a medical accident, in another embodiment, before acquiring the required drug information of the treatment object, further includes:
s41, acquiring the current time and the operation time of a treatment object;
s42, judging whether the current time is matched with the operation time or not;
s43, if the time error prompt information is not matched, acquiring the time error prompt information;
s44, if the information is matched, executing the step of acquiring the required medicine information of the treatment object.
Specifically, before the required medicine information is acquired, the current time is firstly acquired through a time timer, then the operation time of the treatment object is acquired, the operation time can be acquired by storing the operation time of each treatment object needing to be operated in a system and the operation time of each treatment object needing to be treated in a preset sickbed in a stored mode, and the identity information of the treatment object is correspondingly stored in each stored operation time.
After the identity information of the treatment object is acquired through face recognition or other modes, the identity information is matched with the identity information stored in the system, so that the corresponding operation time can be acquired.
And then judging whether the current time is matched with the operation time or not in a treatment object for treating by a preset sickbed, wherein the judging mode can be to judge whether other operation time exists between the current time and the operation time, if not, the current time is proved to be matched with the operation time, and otherwise, the current time is not matched with the operation time.
Of course, in order to further improve the accuracy of the judgment, if no other operation time exists between the current time and the operation time, the difference between the current time and the operation time is obtained at this time, and whether the difference is within the preset duration difference range is judged, if yes, the current time is proved to be matched with the operation time, otherwise, the current time is not matched with the operation time.
If the current time is not matched with the operation time, the fact that the current treatment object is not treated at the moment is proved, so that time error prompt information is acquired at the moment, and a doctor can be reminded. If the current time matches the surgical time, it is proved that the treatment of the treatment object can be continued at this time, so the step of acquiring the required medicine information of the treatment object is performed at this time.
Therefore, the accuracy of identity confirmation of the treatment object can be improved through the mode, the probability of medical accidents can be reduced, and the safety in the medical treatment process is further improved.
Referring to fig. 6, in order to facilitate teaching of the treatment process, in another embodiment, after controlling the preset medicine taking device to take medicine based on the medicine taking control command, the method further includes:
s51, acquiring an operation video image;
and shooting and acquiring an image for performing surgical treatment, namely a surgical video image, through a camera.
S52, acquiring operation evaluation feedback information based on an operation video image;
after the surgical video image is acquired, the surgical video image is sent to a preset video evaluation node, the treatment steps in the surgical video image are scored by professional medical staff, namely, whether the error exists in the treatment process or not is judged, if the error exists, the error exists is recorded, and after the error exists, the information of the system, namely, the surgical evaluation feedback information is uploaded.
S53, judging whether an operation accident exists or not based on operation evaluation feedback information;
the number of error conditions in the operation evaluation feedback information is obtained, and the score is deducted according to the number, so that the final score of the operation video image is obtained, whether the final score is larger than or equal to a preset score is judged, and the preset score can be set according to actual conditions. If the final score is greater than or equal to the preset score, the surgical accident is proved to be absent, otherwise, the surgical accident is proved to be absent.
S54, if the video storage path does not exist, acquiring a preset first video storage path;
if no surgical accident exists, a preset first video storage path is obtained, wherein the first video storage path refers to a pre-opened path for storing surgical video images without surgical accidents.
S55, acquiring a first storage space based on the first video storage path to store operation video images;
after the first video storage path is obtained, a first storage space which is started in advance can be obtained, so that surgical video images without surgical accidents can be stored in the first storage space, and further, the viewing is convenient.
S56, if so, acquiring a preset second video storage path;
if the surgical accident exists, a preset second video storage path is acquired, wherein the second video storage path refers to a pre-opened path for storing surgical video images of the surgical accident.
S57, acquiring a second storage space based on a second video storage path to store operation video images;
after the second video storage path is acquired, a pre-started second storage space can be acquired, so that surgical video images with surgical accidents can be stored in the second storage space, and further, the viewing is convenient.
Through the mode, the acquired operation video images can be automatically classified and stored, the operation is convenient, the video can be conveniently searched in the subsequent teaching process, and the difficulty degree of searching can be reduced.
Referring to fig. 7, in order to facilitate solving a problem existing in the surgical video image teaching process, in another embodiment, after storing the surgical video image, the method further includes:
s61, when the operation video image is played, obtaining watching feedback information of the operation video image;
