Claims (7)
1. The operation supervision system of the print control instrument based on data analysis is characterized by comprising an operation supervision platform, wherein the operation supervision platform is in communication connection with a user side, a projection module, a capping module, a verification analysis module, a period management module, an abnormality analysis module and a storage module;
the user performs identity authentication through the user side, selects a printing type through the user side after the identity authentication, and then places a file to be stamped in a scanning area of the printing control instrument; projecting a seal pattern onto the surface of a file to be sealed through a projection module, moving the file until the seal projection pattern is positioned in a seal area of the file, shooting an image of the file, marking the shot image as a projection image, sealing through a sealing module, shooting the image of the file after sealing is finished, marking the shot image as a sealing image, and transmitting the projection image and the sealing image to a verification analysis module through the sealing module;
the verification analysis module is used for verifying and analyzing the seal position of the stamped image, when the verification analysis result is unqualified, the verification analysis module sends a re-stamping signal to the operation supervision platform, the operation supervision platform sends the re-stamping signal to the user terminal after receiving the re-stamping signal, and the user readjust the file position and stamp after receiving the re-stamping signal;
the period management module is used for periodically managing the operation state of the printing control instrument: generating a management period, acquiring primary data, multiple data and failure data in the management period, performing numerical calculation to obtain an operation coefficient of the printing control instrument in the management period, and judging whether the operation state of the printing control instrument in the management period meets the requirement or not according to the numerical value of the operation coefficient;
the abnormality analysis module is used for analyzing the reasons of abnormal operation of the printing control instrument and marking abnormal characteristics.

The system of claim 1, wherein the verification analysis module performs a verification analysis of the stamp location of the stamped image comprises: amplifying the projection image and the capping image into pixel grid images, carrying out gray level conversion, overlapping the projection image and the capping image, marking the absolute value of the gray level difference value of the pixel grid overlapped by the projection image and the capping image as the gray level difference value of the pixel grid of the capping image, acquiring a gray level difference threshold value through a storage module, and comparing the gray level difference value with the gray level difference threshold value: if the gray difference value is smaller than the gray difference threshold value, marking the corresponding pixel grid as qualified again; if the gray difference value is greater than or equal to the gray difference threshold value, marking the corresponding pixel grid as a deviation grid; marking the ratio of the number of the deviation cells to the number of the pixels of the capped image as a deviation coefficient, acquiring a deviation threshold value through a storage module, comparing the deviation coefficient with the deviation threshold value, and judging whether the verification analysis result of the file is qualified or not through a comparison result.

The system of claim 2, wherein the means for comparing the deviation factor to the deviation threshold comprises: if the deviation coefficient is smaller than the deviation threshold, judging that the verification analysis result is qualified, sending a verification qualified signal to the operation supervision platform by the verification analysis module, and sending the verification qualified signal to the user side after the operation supervision platform receives the verification qualified signal; if the deviation coefficient is larger than or equal to the deviation threshold value, judging that the verification analysis result is not qualified.

A system for supervising the operation of a print controller based on data analysis according to claim 3, wherein the primary data acquisition process comprises: marking the number of stamping times of the files with the stamping completed and qualified verification analysis results as the stamping value of the files, and marking the number of files with the stamping value of one as primary data; the process for acquiring the multiple data comprises the following steps: acquiring a cover number threshold value through a storage module, marking the number of files with the cover number smaller than the cover number threshold value as a multi-cover value, and marking the difference value between the multi-cover value and primary data as multiple data; the acquisition process of the failure data comprises the following steps: and marking the files with the covering number not smaller than the covering number threshold value or failed in sealing as failed files, and marking the number of the failed files as failed data.

The system of claim 4, wherein the specific process for determining whether the operation state of the printing control instrument in the management period meets the requirement comprises: the operation threshold value is obtained through the storage module, and the operation coefficient of the printing control instrument in the management period is compared with the operation threshold value: if the operation coefficient is greater than or equal to the operation threshold value, judging that the operation state of the printing control instrument in the management period meets the requirement, and sending an operation normal signal to an operation supervision platform by the period management module; if the operation coefficient is smaller than the operation threshold value, the operation state of the printing control instrument in the management period is judged to be not satisfied, the period management module sends an operation abnormal signal to the operation supervision platform, and the operation supervision platform sends the operation abnormal signal to the abnormality analysis module after receiving the operation abnormal signal.

The system of claim 5, wherein the anomaly analysis module analyzes the cause of the anomaly in operation of the printer comprising: marking the number of files with unqualified verification analysis results corresponding to the seal types as abnormal values of the seal types, establishing an abnormal set of all abnormal values of the seal types, performing variance calculation on the abnormal set to obtain an abnormal coefficient, acquiring an abnormal threshold value through a storage module, and comparing the abnormal coefficient with the abnormal threshold value: if the anomaly coefficient is greater than or equal to the anomaly threshold, marking the anomaly characteristic of the printing control instrument as capping anomaly, marking the printing type with the largest value of the anomaly value as anomaly type, sending the anomaly type to an operation supervision platform, and sending the anomaly type to a mobile phone terminal of a manager after the operation supervision platform receives the anomaly type; if the abnormality coefficient is smaller than the abnormality threshold, the abnormality characteristic of the printer is marked as projection abnormality, the abnormality analysis module sends a projection abnormality signal to the operation supervision platform, and the operation supervision platform sends the projection abnormality signal to a mobile phone terminal of a manager after receiving the projection abnormality signal.
7. A data analysis based print controller operation monitoring system according to any of claims 1-6, characterized in that the working method of the data analysis based print controller operation monitoring system comprises the steps of:
step one: the user performs identity authentication through the user side, selects a seal type through the user side after the identity authentication, and performs seal through the seal module;
step two: checking and analyzing the seal position of the stamped image: amplifying the projection image and the capping image into pixel grid images, carrying out gray level conversion, overlapping the projection image and the capping image, obtaining a deviation coefficient of the capping image, and judging whether a verification analysis result is qualified or not according to the deviation coefficient;
step three: and periodically managing the operation state of the printing control instrument: generating a management period, acquiring primary data, multiple data and failure data in the management period, performing numerical value calculation to obtain an operation coefficient, and judging whether the operation state of the printing control instrument in the management period meets the requirement or not through the operation coefficient;
step four: analyzing the reasons of abnormal operation of the printing control instrument: and marking the number of files with unqualified verification analysis results corresponding to the seal types as abnormal values of the seal types, establishing an abnormal set of all abnormal values of the seal types, performing variance calculation on the abnormal set to obtain an abnormal coefficient, and marking the abnormal characteristic as capped abnormality or projection abnormality through the numerical value of the abnormal coefficient.
