the chamber separating unit is positioned at the inner side of the box body (1), and comprises a heat exchange plate (2), a heat exchange cylinder (3) and a fixing plate (4), wherein the heat exchange plate (2), the heat exchange cylinder (3) and the fixing plate (4) are fixedly arranged at the inner side of the box body (1), the heat exchange plate (2) is positioned between the heat exchange cylinder (3) and the fixing plate (4), and the heat exchange plate (2), the heat exchange cylinder (3) and the fixing plate (4) sequentially divide the inner part of the box body (1) into a drying chamber, a heating chamber, a combustion chamber and a dust collecting chamber from top to bottom;
the heating unit is located the inboard of heating chamber and combustion chamber, and the heating unit includes electric heating piece (9) and kitchen (6), and electric heating piece (9) are located the heating chamber, and electric heating piece (9) and the inner wall fixed mounting of box (1), kitchen (6) are located the combustion chamber.

The multi-heat source fruit and vegetable drying apparatus according to claim 1, wherein: one side of the box body (1) is fixedly provided with a water inlet pipeline (10) and a water discharge pipeline (11), one ends of the water inlet pipeline (10) and the water discharge pipeline (11) extend into the heating chamber, and the water inlet pipeline (10) and the water discharge pipeline (11) are provided with one-way valves.
