Working principle: when the head of the fiber harness is clamped, under the action of the distance adjusting mechanism 10, the abutting plate 1102 and the rotating plate 1104 penetrate through the gap between the cutting knife 905 and the cutting groove 906, so that the abutting plate 1102 supports the fiber harness, the second motor 1101 is started, the output shaft of the second motor 1101 rotates to drive the rotating shaft 1103 to rotate, the rotating plate 1104 rotates, the head of all the fiber harnesses is clamped until the fiber harnesses, the rotating plate 1104 and the abutting plate 1102 are tightly attached, and the conveying mechanism 5 is matched, the distance adjusting mechanism 10 is started, and the fiber harness is pulled to a reasonable position; the setting of fixture 11 can carry out the centre gripping to the head of all fiber pencil, and cooperation adjustable distance mechanism 10, transport mechanism 5 are with fiber pencil pulling to reasonable position, and simultaneously when cutting, cooperation stop gear 6 can guarantee the alignment of fiber pencil, the cutting of being convenient for.

Working principle: after the fiber harness passes through the through hole 602, the fiber harness passes through the circular ring 1202 and the limiting cotton 1203 along the supporting rod 1201, the limiting cotton 1203 clamps the head of the fiber harness, the clamping piece 12 can ensure that the head is at the same position after the fiber harness is cut off, the clamping mechanism 11 is favorable for clamping the head, and meanwhile, the setting of the limiting cotton 1203 can buffer the force after the fiber harness is cut off, so that the movement amplitude of the fiber harness is avoided.

a plurality of wire inlets (3) and wire outlets (4) are formed in the shaping box (1), a conveying mechanism (5) is arranged on the shaping box (1), and the conveying mechanism (5) is used for forcing a fiber harness to be conveyed from the wire inlets (3) to the wire outlets (4);
a limiting mechanism (6) for limiting the movement of the head of the fiber harness is arranged on the inclined plate (2);
the inclined plate (2) is provided with a supporting frame (7), the supporting frame (7) is provided with a driving mechanism (8) and a cutting mechanism (9), the cutting mechanism (9) is used for cutting a fiber harness, and the driving mechanism (8) is used for driving the limiting mechanism (6) and the cutting mechanism (9) to synchronously move;
the inclined plate (2) is provided with a distance adjusting mechanism (10), the distance adjusting mechanism (10) is provided with a clamping mechanism (11) used for clamping the head of the fiber wire harness and capable of penetrating through the cutting mechanism (9), the cutting mechanism (9) is located between the limiting mechanism (6) and the clamping mechanism (11), and the distance adjusting mechanism (10) is used for adjusting the distance between the cutting mechanism (9) and the clamping mechanism (11) so as to meet the cutting length of the head of the fiber wire harness.

The fiber product cutting device according to claim 1, wherein the conveying mechanism (5) comprises a first motor (501) arranged on the shaping box (1), a driving shaft (502) is connected to an inner bearing of the shaping box (1), an output shaft of the first motor (501) is connected with the driving shaft (502), a driven shaft (503) is connected to an upper bearing of the shaping box (1) at the outlet (4), a driving gear (504) is fixedly sleeved on the driving shaft (502), a driven gear (505) meshed with the driving gear (504) is fixedly sleeved on the driven shaft (503), and rollers (506) corresponding to the outlet (4) are fixedly sleeved on the driving shaft (502) and the driven shaft (503).
