The tailing slurry in the tailing pond contains a large amount of water, and the water of the tailings is not discharged at will in the environment-friendly requirement, so that the tailing water needs to be recycled. And the cost of the return water is much lower than that of the new water, so that the cost can be saved. At present, domestic tailing pond backwater has two modes, namely, the backwater is pumped back to the concentrating mill directly from the inside of the tailing pond, and the backwater overflows to a backwater pond outside a dam through a flood drainage system and is pumped back to the concentrating mill.
