Description

Puncture suturing device and use method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to a puncture suturing device and a using method thereof.
Background
Compared with the traditional operation, the laparoscopic operation is a newly developed minimally invasive operation method, has the advantages of small incision, quick recovery and small pain, and is a necessary trend of the future operation method development. In laparoscopic surgical treatment, it is necessary to provide puncture passages having diameters of 5mm to 15mm penetrating the tissues of the abdominal wall so that surgical instruments can enter the abdominal cavity from these puncture passages.
The abdominal wall puncture outfit is a passage for the laparoscopic surgical instruments to enter the abdominal cavity from outside the human body, the surgical instruments are operated outside the abdominal cavity, and the operations such as exploration, electrocoagulation, hemostasis, tissue separation, incision and the like are performed on pathological tissues by means of the passage. After the operation is finished, a defect in the shape of a 'well' is formed on the abdominal wall, and myofascial defect of the abdominal wall is an important cause of complications such as puncture infection, puncture incision hernia and the like after laparoscopic operation. Therefore, in order to avoid the risk complications described above, etc., as much as possible after the operation, the tissue is collected by using a fascia stapler at the end of the operation, and percutaneous suturing is usually performed.
However, the laparoscopic procedure described above requires switching between the abdominal wall puncture device channel and the fascia stapler, which is prone to risk of secondary trauma to the patient's wound during withdrawal of the puncture device channel and reinsertion of the obturator. Therefore, there is a need for a puncture outfit that can perform fascia suturing without pulling out the puncture outfit channel, and that can avoid the risk of secondary injury to the patient's wound.
