The spray arm 41 is rotatably disposed on the top of the guide sleeve 33 through a collar, and the specific rotational connection structure is a mature technology in the prior art, and will not be described again.
In this embodiment, the pumping mechanism 4 and the diversion area 13 are disposed at the central portion of the bottom of the tank 1, and the backwater cavity 11 is disposed near the edge of the bottom of the tank 1 and beside the diversion area 13. Because the top of the diversion area 13 is covered by the baffle plate 3, by adopting the structure, even if the central part of the box body 1 is kept flat and an assembly structure which can block residues and backwater does not exist, the backwater effect and the slag collecting effect can be improved.
The bottom of the water return cavity 11 is downwards concave to form a slag collecting area 14 near the diversion area 13, a water outlet 141 is formed at the bottom of the slag collecting area 14, the lower part of the slag collecting basket 2 is accommodated in the slag collecting area 14, and the lower end of the slag collecting basket is arranged corresponding to the water outlet 141. The side wall of the slag collecting region 14, which is close to the diversion region 13, forms a diversion slope 142 which gradually slopes upwards along the water flow. The structure ensures that the water inlet 401 of the water pumping mechanism 4 and the backwater slag collecting position keep the shortest distance, and the water absorption capacity of the water pumping mechanism 4 can be furthest transmitted to the slag collecting basket 2, thereby improving the water flow of the slag collecting basket 2 and the slag collecting effect and backwater effect.
The backwater cavity 11 of this embodiment is a rectangular area, a first end of the rectangular area is arranged near one corner of the box 1, a second end of the rectangular area is arranged near the middle of the box 1, and the slag collecting area 14 is arranged near the first end of the rectangular area. This arrangement is advantageous for forming excellent filtering and slag collecting effects.
The bottom of the box 1 is provided with a heating element 5 located in the return chamber 11 and arranged close to the second end of the rectangular area. The inner bottom wall of the box body 1 gradually inclines downwards from the edge to the backwater cavity 11 to form a diversion surface 10. The upper surface of the filter plate 12 gradually slopes downwards from the edge to the slag collecting basket 2 to form a diversion slope 121. The bottom of the tank body 1 is provided with a water softener outlet 6 which is positioned outside the water return cavity 11 and is arranged near the first end of the rectangular area.
The lower end of the power output shaft 431 of the driving member 43 of the present embodiment is exposed at the bottom of the driving member 43 and connected with the drain impeller 7, the bottom of the driving member 43 is provided with a drain cavity 430 arranged around the drain impeller 7, and the drain cavity 430 is communicated with the drain port 141 through a water guide pipe 432. The structure can utilize the same driving mechanism to complete water return and drainage actions, and the integral structure is simplified. The side of the drainage chamber 430 is connected with a drain pipe for supplying water and draining, and the bottom of the box 1 is provided with a valve capable of communicating or blocking the drain pipe.
The bottom wall of the diversion area 13 in this embodiment is not higher than the bottom wall of the backwater cavity 11 and lower than the bottom of the slag collecting area 14 and the water outlet 141. The structure can further avoid bubbles from entering the backwater.
The cleaning method of the embodiment is completed by applying the cleaning method, and comprises the following steps:
(1) Water is fed into the box body 1, and water feeding is stopped after the water feeding amount meets the requirement;
the driving mechanism 4 operates, the power output shaft 431 rotates positively to drive the impeller assembly 42 to rotate positively, the impeller assembly 42 pumps water in the water return cavity 11 into the spray arm 41 through the diversion area 13 and sprays the water upwards, and the water falling after spraying is filtered by the filter plate 12 again and enters the water return cavity 11 after being collected by the slag collecting basket 2; in the process, the drainage impeller 7 idles and does not drain water;
(2) After the cleaning is finished, the driving mechanism 4 operates, the power output shaft 431 reversely rotates, and the water drainage impeller 7 drains the water in the water return cavity 11 through the water drainage port 141, the water guide pipeline 432 and the water drainage cavity 430; in this process, the impeller assembly 42 is reversed, and an air flow along the spray arm 41, the diversion area 13 and the water return cavity 11 is formed, and the air flow can improve the drainage speed and the drainage purity.
In this embodiment, the filtering structure at the bottom of the box body 1 can realize good sealing, so as to avoid residues from entering the water return cavity 11 to participate in water return.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 8 to 11, the filter plate 12 covers the top of the backwater cavity 11, the edge of the filter plate 12 is connected with a telescopic bonding sheet 8, a first magnetic member 81 is arranged at the outer edge of the bonding sheet 8, and a second magnetic member 82 which can attract the first magnetic member 81 is correspondingly arranged at the top edge of the backwater cavity 11.
The outer edge of the strap 8 is provided with a first catch groove 801 extending in the circumferential direction, and correspondingly, an inner ring 811 of the first magnetic member 81 is fitted in the first catch groove 801, and an outer ring 812 is exposed outside the first catch groove 801. The cross sections of the first clamping groove 801 and the inner ring 811 of the first magnetic member 81 are shaped into T-shaped structures which are matched with each other. A second clamping groove 111 arranged towards the edge of the filter plate 12 is formed in the top edge of the water return cavity 11, and the second magnetic piece 82 is embedded in the second clamping groove 111.
The top of the water return cavity 11 of this embodiment is provided with a lapping platform 112 with an L-shaped cross section, the second clamping groove 111 is disposed on the inner sidewall of the vertical portion of the L-shaped structure, and in the assembled state, the exposed sidewall of the second magnetic member 82 is flush with the inner sidewall of the vertical portion of the L-shaped structure. The above structure provides installation space for the filter plate 12 and maintains the flat shaping of the assembly surfaces therein to improve the sealing performance and avoid the existence of gaps where residue leakage is likely. In the assembled state, the outer peripheral wall of the outer ring 812 of the first magnetic member 81 is in agreement with the exposed side wall shape of the second magnetic member 82, the upper wall surface of the outer ring 812 of the first magnetic member 81 is flush with the upper wall surface of the edge of the strap 8, and the lower wall surface is flush with the lower wall surface of the edge of the strap 8. This configuration is advantageous for further improving the tightness between the edge of the filter plate 12 after installation and the top of the return water chamber 11.
The filter plate 12 of the present embodiment is a metal plate, the strap 8 is a rubber sheet, and the cross section of the strap 8 has an S-shaped structure. For ease of connection, the inner edge of the strap 8 is welded and/or snapped to the outer edge of the filter panel 12, the inner edge of the strap 8 overlapping above and/or below the filter panel 12 in the welded state of the strap 8 to the filter panel 12; in the state that the bonding jumper 8 is clamped with the filter plate 12, a bayonet 120 is formed in the filter plate 12, the inner edge of the bonding jumper 8 is lapped on the filter plate 12 and covers the bayonet 120, and clamping feet 83 which can be matched and clamped with the bayonet 120 are convexly arranged at the bottom of the bonding jumper 8. The strap 8 of this embodiment is connected to the filter plate 12 by a snap-fit connection.
In the description and claims of the present invention, terms indicating directions, such as "front", "rear", "upper", "lower", "left", "right", "side", "top", "bottom", etc., are used to describe various example structural parts and elements of the present invention, but these terms are used herein for convenience of description only and are determined based on the example orientations shown in the drawings. Because the disclosed embodiments of the invention may be arranged in a variety of orientations, the directional terminology is used for purposes of illustration and is in no way limiting, such as "upper" and "lower" are not necessarily limited to being in a direction opposite or coincident with the direction of gravity.
