Detailed Description
At least the following matters will be made clear from the description of the present specification and drawings.
An absorbent article having a longitudinal direction, a transverse direction, and a thickness direction orthogonal to each other, comprising: a skin side sheet; a non-skin side sheet; an absorbent core provided between the skin-side sheet and the non-skin-side sheet in the thickness direction; a stretchable sheet provided between the skin-side sheet and the non-skin-side sheet in the thickness direction and stretchable in the lateral direction; a sweat-absorbent sheet which is provided on the outer side in the longitudinal direction between the skin-side sheet and the stretchable sheet in the thickness direction; and a pair of three-dimensional gather portions having a lower liquid permeability than the skin-side sheet, the pair of three-dimensional gather portions being provided on the skin side than the sweat-absorbent sheet and being capable of rising toward the skin side by the elastic member for the three-dimensional gather portions that stretches in the longitudinal direction, wherein the absorbent article has, in a developed state, in a plan view: a central region sandwiched by the pair of three-dimensional gather portions and in which the sweat absorbing sheet and the stretchable sheet overlap; and a gather region where the three-dimensional gather portion, the sweat absorbing sheet, and the stretchable sheet overlap, wherein the gather region has a low extension portion where a force required for the transverse extension unit length is smaller than the central extension force when the force required for the transverse extension unit length of the central region is set as the central extension force.
According to such an absorbent article, the contraction of the stretchable sheet in the central region makes it easy for the sweat-absorbent sheet to approach the skin, and the surface of the sweat-absorbent sheet to be uneven, so that the contact area with the skin of the wearer is reduced, the liquid holding capacity per unit area of the sweat-absorbent sheet is increased, and sweat absorption is facilitated. In addition, even in a state where the sweat-absorbent sheet absorbs a large amount of sweat, the gather area can easily block the sweat of the sweat-absorbent sheet from returning to the skin side by the three-dimensional gather portion having lower liquid permeability than the sweat-absorbent sheet is provided on the skin side, and the gather area can make the sweat-absorbent sheet weaker toward the skin side than the central area by the low extension portion, so that the possibility of returning the sweat absorbed by the sweat-absorbent sheet to the skin side can be reduced.
In the absorbent article, the low elongation portion is preferably a non-elongated portion.
According to such an absorbent article, since the portion that does not exert a force for bringing the sweat-absorbent sheet close to the skin is provided, the sweat absorbed by the sweat-absorbent sheet can be reduced from returning to the skin side.
In the absorbent article, it is preferable that a joining portion where the skin side sheet is joined to the sweat-absorbent sheet and a non-joining portion where the skin side sheet is not joined to the sweat-absorbent sheet are provided between the skin side sheet and the sweat-absorbent sheet adjacent to each other in the thickness direction.
According to such an absorbent article, a separate portion can be provided between the skin-side sheet and the sweat-absorbent sheet, and sweat absorbed by the sweat-absorbent sheet is less likely to return to the skin-side sheet.
In the absorbent article, it is preferable that the low-elongation portion is a non-elongated portion, and the low-elongation portion overlaps the non-joined portion in a plan view.
According to such an absorbent article, the sweat absorbed by the sweat absorbing sheet is less likely to return to the skin side because the sweat absorbing sheet is provided at a portion separated between the skin side sheet and the sweat absorbing sheet at a portion where the force of bringing the sweat absorbing sheet closer to the skin is not applied.
In the absorbent article, it is preferable that the sweat-absorbent sheet has a portion which does not overlap with the stretchable sheet in a plan view.
According to such an absorbent article, the portion of the absorbent sheet that does not overlap the stretchable sheet in a plan view is a portion that is difficult to approach the skin side through the stretchable sheet, and therefore sweat absorbed by the absorbent sheet can be made difficult to return to the skin side.
In the absorbent article, it is preferable that the sweat-absorbent sheet does not overlap the absorbent core in a plan view.
According to such an absorbent article, excrement absorbed by the absorbent core can be prevented from moving toward the sweat-absorbent sheet and returning from the sweat-absorbent sheet to the skin side.
In this absorbent article, the absorbent article preferably includes: 1 st waistline portion; a 2 nd waistline portion; and a crotch portion provided between the 1 st waistline portion and the 2 nd waistline portion, wherein the 1 st waistline portion includes a 1 st sweat-absorbent sheet and the stretchable sheet, the 2 nd waistline portion includes a 2 nd sweat-absorbent sheet, the three-dimensional gather portion, the 1 st sweat-absorbent sheet, and the stretchable sheet overlap each other in the gather region when viewed from above, the three-dimensional gather portion overlaps the 2 nd sweat-absorbent sheet, the 1 st sweat-absorbent sheet overlaps the stretchable sheet in the central region when viewed from above, and the gather region in the 1 st waistline portion has the low-elongation portion.
According to such an absorbent article, sweat is easily absorbed in the central region of the 1 st waistline portion, and the gather region in the 1 st waistline portion reduces the return of sweat from the sweat-absorbent sheet to the skin side, while the gather region makes it difficult for sweat held by the 2 nd sweat-absorbent sheet to return to the skin side by the three-dimensional gather portion having lower liquid permeability than that of the 2 nd sweat-absorbent sheet even in the 2 nd waistline portion without the stretchable sheet.
In the absorbent article, the absorbent article is preferably a developed disposable diaper, and the absorbent article includes: abdomen side waistline portion; a back waistline portion; and a crotch portion provided between the abdomen-side waistline portion and the back-side waistline portion, wherein the stretchable sheet is a back-side stretchable sheet disposed on the back-side waistline portion, and the sweat-absorbent sheet is a back-side sweat-absorbent sheet disposed on the back-side waistline portion.
Generally, when a wearer wears a developed disposable diaper in a state of lying on his/her back, the back waistline portion is inserted under the back of the wearer, and then the crotch portion and the abdomen waistline portion are arranged so as to cover the crotch and abdomen of the wearer, thereby bringing the wearer into a wearing state. According to such an absorbent article, the back waist portion is provided with the back stretchable sheet and the back sweat-absorbent sheet, so that the rigidity is higher than in the case where the back stretchable sheet and the back sweat-absorbent sheet are not provided, and the absorbent article can be easily inserted into the lower side behind the wearer when worn.
In the absorbent article, it is preferable that the absorbent article has a pair of folding lines along the longitudinal direction, the pair of folding lines being folding lines for folding both side ends of the lateral direction with the skin side as an inner side in the packaged state, the lateral direction being such that a side end of one side of the back side sweat-absorbent sheet is provided on an outer side than the folding line on one side, and a side end of the other side of the back side sweat-absorbent sheet is provided on an outer side than the folding line on the other side.
According to such an absorbent article, when a wearer wears a developed disposable diaper while lying on his/her back, the back waistline portion is inserted under the back of the wearer in a state where the pair of folding lines are developed, and therefore, by providing the back sweat-absorbent sheet so as to span the pair of folding lines, the state where the pair of folding lines are developed is easily maintained by the rigidity of the back sweat-absorbent sheet, and the back waistline portion is easily inserted under the back of the wearer.
In the absorbent article, the back side sweat-absorbent sheet preferably has a fiber density higher than that of the absorbent core.
According to such an absorbent article, the rigidity of the back side absorbent sheet can be improved as compared with the case where the fiber density of the back side absorbent sheet is lower than that of the absorbent core, and therefore, the back side absorbent sheet can be easily inserted into the lower side of the back of the wearer when worn by the rigidity of the back side absorbent sheet.
In the absorbent article, the abdomen-side waist area preferably has an abdomen-side sweat absorbing sheet, and the three-dimensional gather portion preferably overlaps the abdomen-side sweat absorbing sheet in a plan view.
According to such an absorbent article, not only sweat in the back side waistline portion but also sweat in the abdomen side waistline portion can be absorbed, and sweat absorbed by the abdomen side sweat absorbing sheet can be made difficult to return to the skin side by overlapping the three-dimensional gather portion with the abdomen side sweat absorbing sheet in a plan view. In addition, when such an absorbent article is worn, since the abdomen-side waistline portion is provided with the abdomen-side sweat absorbing sheet, the rigidity of the abdomen-side waistline portion increases, and bending of the abdomen-side end portion of the abdomen-side waistline portion and twisting of the abdomen-side end portion of the abdomen-side waistline portion due to movement of the wearer can be reduced.
In the absorbent article, the length of the front side sweat-absorbent sheet in the longitudinal direction is preferably smaller than the length of the back side sweat-absorbent sheet in the longitudinal direction.
According to such an absorbent article, sweat on the abdomen and back is absorbed by the abdomen-side absorbent sheet and the back-side absorbent sheet, and on the other hand, the back-side absorbent sheet increases the rigidity of the back waistline portion as compared with the case where the length of the back-side absorbent sheet in the longitudinal direction is smaller than that of the abdomen-side absorbent sheet, and when the wearer lying on the back is wearing the absorbent article, the absorbent article is easily inserted into the lower side of the back of the wearer. In addition, when the length in the longitudinal direction of the abdomen-side absorbent sheet is longer than the length in the longitudinal direction of the back-side absorbent sheet, the rigidity of the abdomen-side waistline portion becomes low, and the skin feel of the abdomen-side waistline portion during wearing is easily improved.
In the absorbent article, it is preferable that in the developed state, the ventral sweat-absorbing sheet is disposed outside the ventral end portion of the absorbent core, the dorsal sweat-absorbing sheet is disposed outside the dorsal end portion of the absorbent core, and a distance between the ventral end portion of the absorbent core and the dorsal end portion of the ventral sweat-absorbing sheet is smaller than a distance between the dorsal end portion of the absorbent core and the ventral end portion of the dorsal sweat-absorbing sheet.
According to such an absorbent article, the excrement absorbed by the absorbent core can be prevented from moving toward the sweat-absorbent sheet and returning from the sweat-absorbent sheet to the skin side, and the absorbent core can be disposed on the abdomen side longer, so that the excrement such as urine excreted toward the front side can be absorbed, and thus leakage of the excrement from the absorbent article can be prevented, and sweat of the wearer can be absorbed by the sweat-absorbent sheet.
In the absorbent article, it is preferable that the back side waistline portion includes a fastening tape provided at the lateral end portion, the non-skin side surface of the abdomen side waistline portion includes a target member engageable with the fastening tape, the abdomen side waistline portion includes an abdomen side sweat-absorbing sheet, and the target member includes a portion overlapping the abdomen side sweat-absorbing sheet in a plan view.
According to such an absorbent article, the rigidity of the target member can be improved, and therefore, the target member can be easily held in a planar shape, and the fastening tape can be easily fastened to the target member.
In the absorbent article, it is preferable that the abdominal side sweat-absorbent sheet is separated from the absorbent core in the longitudinal direction, and the target member is provided so as to span a portion where the abdominal side sweat-absorbent sheet is separated from the absorbent core.
According to such an absorbent article, by providing the target member between the abdomen-side sweat absorbing sheet and the absorbent core separated in the longitudinal direction, the difference in rigidity of the separated portion can be alleviated, and the deformation of the abdomen-side waistline portion can be reduced.
In the absorbent article, it is preferable that the outer end portion of the abdomen-side sweat absorbing piece is located at the same position as the outer end portion of the abdomen-side waistline portion, and the outer end portion of the back-side sweat absorbing piece is located at the same position as the outer end portion of the back-side waistline portion.
According to such an absorbent article, the abdominal-side sweat-absorbing sheet and the back-side sweat-absorbing sheet can be disposed in a wider range than in the case where the outer end portion of the abdominal-side sweat-absorbing sheet is disposed inside the end portion of the abdominal-side waistline portion and the outer end portion of the back-side sweat-absorbing sheet is disposed inside the end portion of the back-side waistline portion, respectively, and therefore more sweat can be absorbed.
In the absorbent article, it is preferable that the color of the sweat-absorbent sheet is different from the color of the skin-side sheet, the absorbent core, the stretchable sheet, and the three-dimensional gather portion.
According to such an absorbent article, the wearer or the person wearing the absorbent article can easily recognize the installation condition of the sweat-absorbent sheet.
= = = this embodiment= = =
Hereinafter, as an example of the absorbent article, a so-called tape-type (open-type) developed disposable diaper 1 (hereinafter also simply referred to as "diaper 1") will be described. However, the diaper 1 according to the present invention can be used as an absorbent article such as a pants-type disposable diaper or a pair of physiological pants.
Structure of disposable diaper 1
Fig. 1 is a plan view of the diaper 1 according to the present embodiment, as viewed from the skin side, in an extended state. Fig. 2A is a schematic diagram illustrating the configuration of the cross section at A-A in fig. 1, fig. 2B is a schematic diagram illustrating the configuration of the cross section at the center line CL in fig. 1, and fig. 2C is a schematic diagram illustrating the configuration of the cross section at B-B in fig. 1. The developed state of the diaper 1 is a state in which the entire diaper 1 is developed into a planar shape. The extended state of the diaper 1 is a state in which the diaper 1 is extended to such an extent that wrinkles generated in the diaper 1 are not substantially visually recognized, and is a state in which the diaper 1 is extended until the dimensions of the respective members (for example, the skin-side sheet 3 and the like described later) constituting the diaper 1 match or come close to the dimensions of the individual members. In the following description, the diaper 1 in the developed state and the extended state of fig. 1 is described, but the extended state is not necessarily the extended state, and may be a natural state. Fig. 2A, 2B, and 2C show cross sections of the respective portions in fig. 1, and visually identifiable portions on the longitudinal abdomen side of the cross sections are partially omitted for convenience.
The diaper 1 has a longitudinal direction, a transverse direction, and a thickness direction which are orthogonal to each other in an expanded and extended state shown in fig. 1 and the like, and has a back waistline portion 1A, a crotch portion 1C, and an abdomen waistline portion 1B arranged from one side in the longitudinal direction. In addition, the longitudinal direction is also referred to as "longitudinal direction". The thickness direction is the direction in which the members constituting the diaper 1 are laminated, and the side that contacts the wearer is referred to as the "skin side" and the opposite side is referred to as the "non-skin side". As shown in fig. 1 and the like, the diaper 1 has a laterally symmetrical shape. In fig. 1 and the like, the center line C-C is the center in the lateral direction, and the center line CL is the center in the longitudinal direction.
In the diaper 1, the back waistline portion 1A (1 st waistline portion) is a back side member that covers the back side of the wearer, the abdomen side waistline portion 1B (2 nd waistline portion) is a abdomen side member that covers the abdomen side of the wearer, and the crotch portion 1C is a member that is disposed under the crotch of the wearer. In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the back waistline portion 1A is located on the back side from the center line CL, and includes a maximum width region. The abdomen-side waist area 1B is located on the abdomen side with respect to the longitudinal center line CL and includes a maximum width region. The crotch portion 1C is located longitudinally between the back-side waistline portion 1A and the abdomen-side waistline portion 1B, and is a portion having a lateral length smaller than the maximum width portion of the back-side waistline portion 1A and a lateral length smaller than the maximum width portion of the abdomen-side waistline portion 1B.
The diaper 1 has: an absorber 2 for absorbing excreta such as urine; a liquid-permeable skin-side sheet 3 covering the absorbent body 2 from the skin side; a liquid-impermeable leakage-proof sheet 4 covering the absorbent body 2 from the non-skin side; an outer sheet 5 covering the leakage preventing sheet 4 from the non-skin side and forming the outer shape of the diaper 1; a pair of three-dimensional gather portions 6 provided in a lateral pair on the skin-side sheet 3; a fastening tape 10; and a target member 15. The members are joined at A1 to A9 by an adhesive means such as a hot melt adhesive.
A fastening tape 10 is fixed to each end portion of the back waistline portion 1A on the lateral outer side in the adhesive region A7. The fastening tape 10 has a fastening portion 11. The fastening tape 10 is, for example, a nonwoven fabric member, and extends in the lateral direction. The fastening portion 11 (for example, a hook member of the fastening device) is fixed to the skin side surface of the portion of the fastening tape 10 extending laterally outward from the back waistline portion 1A in the adhesive region A8.
The target member 15 is a target belt that engages the engagement portion 11. A target member 15 for fastening the fastening portion 11 is provided on the non-skin side surface of the lateral center portion of the abdomen-side waist portion 1B. The target member 15 has a substantially rectangular shape, and is formed of, for example, a nonwoven fabric, and is bonded and fixed to the outer sheet 5 in the bonding region A9. A part of the target member 15 overlaps with the absorber 2 in plan view.
In order to form the wearing state of the diaper 1, that is, in order to form a state in which the diaper 1 is worn by a wearer, the diaper 1 in the developed state is put on the wearer, folded in half at the substantially center (the vicinity of the center line CL) in the longitudinal direction, and a pair of back waistline portions 1A on the back waistline portion 1A side are folded back with the lateral end portions as the inner sides. The fastening portion 11 of the fastening tape 10 is fastened to the target member 15 on the non-skin side surface of the abdomen-side waist belt 1B. The fastening tape 10 and the target member 15 are not limited to this, and for example, the fastening portion 11 may be fastened directly to the exterior sheet 5 of the abdomen-side waist portion 1B, or an adhesive tape may be provided on the fastening tape 10 instead of the fastening portion 11, instead of providing the target member 15.
The skin side sheet 3 includes a1 st skin side sheet 31 and a 2 nd skin side sheet 32. The 1 st skin-side sheet 31 and the 2 nd skin-side sheet 32 may be sheet members such as a hot air nonwoven fabric or a spun-bonded nonwoven fabric, respectively. The 1 st skin-side sheet 31 is provided on the skin side of the 2 nd skin-side sheet 32, and has a longitudinal length substantially equal to the longitudinal length of the diaper 1 and is provided between the pair of three-dimensional gather portions 6 in the lateral direction. Since the 1 st skin side sheet 31 is the portion that comes into contact with the skin of the wearer most closely, it is preferable that the 1 st skin side sheet 32 is softer and has better feel to the skin. The 2 nd skin-side sheet 32 is adjacent to the 1 st skin-side sheet in the thickness direction and is joined to the adhesive region A1. The length of the 2 nd skin-side sheet 32 in the longitudinal direction is substantially the same as the length of the diaper 1 in the longitudinal direction, and is longer than the length of the 1 st skin-side sheet 31 and the length of the absorbent body 2 in the transverse direction.
The leakage preventing sheet 4 and the exterior sheet 5 are non-skin side sheets provided on the non-skin side of the absorbent body 2. The leakage preventing sheet 4 is joined to the skin-side sheet 32 and the absorbent body 2 via the adhesive region A4, and a part of the leakage preventing sheet 4 is fixed to the adhesive region A4 together with the back side sweat absorbing sheet 9A, the abdomen side sweat absorbing sheet 9B, and the stretchable sheet 8. The exterior sheet 5 is joined to the leakage preventing sheet 4 via the adhesive region A6, and joined to the three-dimensional gather portion 6 via the adhesive region A5, and a part of the exterior sheet 5 is fixed to the adhesive region A5 together with the fastening tape 10. As the leakage preventing sheet 4, a sheet member such as a resin film such as a polyethylene film may be exemplified, and as the exterior sheet 5, a soft sheet member such as an SMS nonwoven fabric (spunbond/meltblown/spunbond nonwoven fabric) may be exemplified.
The absorber 2 has a rectangular shape long in the longitudinal direction and disposed over the back-side waistline portion 1A, the crotch portion 1C, and the abdomen-side waistline portion 1B. The absorber 2 has: an absorbent core 21 having a predetermined shape for absorbing excrement such as urine; and a liquid-permeable core wrap sheet 22 covering the absorbent core 21 from both the skin side and the non-skin side in the thickness direction. As a material suitable for the core wrap sheet 22, tissue, nonwoven fabric, or the like can be exemplified. However, these core-wrap sheets 22 are not necessarily constituted.
The absorbent core 21 has a substantially hourglass shape in plan view as an example of the predetermined shape. As the liquid-absorbent material constituting the absorbent core 21, for example, liquid-absorbent fibers such as pulp fibers, liquid-absorbent particles such as superabsorbent polymers (so-called SAP), and the like can be used. In addition, a liquid-absorbent material other than the liquid-absorbent fibers and the liquid-absorbent particulate matter may be contained.
The pair of three-dimensional gather portions 6 includes: an elastic member 61 (for example, a rubber thread) for a three-dimensional gather portion that stretches in the longitudinal direction; and a pair of fixing portions 6m for fixing the three-dimensional gather portion 6 to the 2 nd skin-side sheet 32 (skin-side sheet 3). The elastic member 61 for the three-dimensional gather portion may be exemplified by a rubber wire, and is fixed to the three-dimensional gather portion 6 in a longitudinally stretched state by a hot melt adhesive or the like. The fixing portion 6m is a portion for fixing the three-dimensional gather portion 6 to the diaper 1, and the three-dimensional gather portion 6 is fixed to the diaper 1 by ultrasonic bonding or bonding by an adhesive such as a hot-melt adhesive. The pair of fixing portions 6m are respectively formed along the longitudinal direction of the pair of three-dimensional gather portions 6, and the rear-side end portions and the abdomen-side end portions in the longitudinal direction are fixed with a larger width than the central portion. The region of the three-dimensional gather portion 6 from the end portion of the central portion in the longitudinal direction to the portion where the fixing portion 6m is provided from the inner side in the lateral direction is the standing portion 6s where the fixing portion 6m is not provided. The rising portion 6s can rise toward the skin side by contraction of the three-dimensional gather portion elastic member 61, and serves as a leakage preventing wall. By providing the three-dimensional gather portion 6, the possibility of leakage of excrement from the lateral direction of the diaper 1 is reduced.
A pair of leg hole elastic members 7 (for example, rubber threads) that can expand and contract in the longitudinal direction are provided at both lateral sides of the diaper 1, mainly at the crotch portion 1C, so as to extend along the leg holes of the wearer. Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, in the unfolded and extended state, the leg hole elastic members 7 are provided at positions laterally outside the three-dimensional gather portion elastic members 61. The leg elastic members 7 are fixed to the non-skin side surface of the three-dimensional gather portion 6 in a state of being elongated in the longitudinal direction. Thus, in the worn state, the lateral side portions of the diaper 1 are fitted to the leg bands of the wearer, and leakage of excrement can be suppressed.
The number, shape, material, and the like of the three-dimensional gather portion elastic members 61 and the leg hole elastic members 7 are not limited to those shown in fig. 1 and the like. For example, the number of the elastic members 61 for the three-dimensional gather portion and the number of the leg elastic members 7 may be arbitrarily set, and filament-shaped polyurethane stretchable fibers, stretchable films formed by melting thermoplastic elastomer resins into film-like films, or stretchable nonwoven fabrics composed of stretchable fibers may be used.
The back waistline portion 1A includes a stretchable sheet 8 and a back sweat-absorbent sheet 9A. On the other hand, the abdomen-side waist area 1B is not provided with a stretchable sheet stretching in the lateral direction, but is provided with an abdomen-side sweat absorbing sheet 9B.
The stretchable sheet 8 is provided between the skin-side sheet 3 (the 1 st skin-side sheet 31 and the 2 nd skin-side sheet 32) and the non-skin-side sheet (the leakage preventing sheet 4 and the exterior sheet 5). Specifically, the stretchable sheet 8 is disposed between the back side sweat-absorbing sheet 9A and the leakage preventing sheet 4 in the thickness direction at the central portion of the diaper 1 at a position above the back side absorbent core 21 in the longitudinal direction and at a position inside the fastening tapes 10 in the lateral direction, and is fixed to the back side sweat-absorbing sheet 9A in the adhesive region A3. The stretchable sheet 8 has a portion that overlaps the three-dimensional gather portion 6 in a plan view. The stretchable sheet 8 is a substantially rectangular sheet-like stretchable member, and has a longitudinal length smaller than that of the fastening tape 10 and a lateral length greater than that of the absorbent body 2. The stretchable sheet 8 is a stretchable sheet-like polyurethane material stretchable in the lateral direction, and is a portion that becomes so-called waist gathers when worn. By contraction of the stretchable panel 8, the back waistline portion 1A is fitted to the skin of the wearer, and the possibility of leakage of excrement from the back side is reduced. The stretchable sheet 8 is not limited to polyurethane, and a stretchable film formed by melting a thermoplastic elastomer resin and forming the same into a film shape or a stretchable nonwoven fabric sheet composed of stretchable fibers may be used, or a stretchable sheet formed by bonding a nonwoven fabric and a rubber yarn may be used.
The back side sweat absorbing sheet 9A is provided at an end portion on the back side in the longitudinal direction (an end portion on the back side waistline portion 1A side in the longitudinal direction). The back sweat absorbing sheet 9A is provided between the skin side sheet 3 (the 1 st skin side sheet 31, the 2 nd skin side sheet 32) and the stretchable sheet 8 in the thickness direction at a position inside the fastening tapes 10 in the lateral direction and at a position outside the absorber 2 in the longitudinal direction at the central portion of the diaper 1. In addition, in plan view, there is a portion overlapping the three-dimensional gather portion 6 and the stretchable sheet 8. Specifically, the adhesive area A2 with the 2 nd skin-side sheet 32 and the adhesive area A3 with the stretchable sheet are fixed. The back side sweat-absorbent sheet 9A is a sheet that easily absorbs sweat, and is formed as a sheet containing hydrophilic fibers (water-absorbent fibers). Specifically, the back sweat-absorbent sheet 9A having a skin-side layer mainly composed of hydrophobic fibers and containing a small amount of hydrophilic fibers and a non-skin-side layer mainly composed of hydrophilic fibers is exemplified. The back-side sweat absorbing sheet 9A absorbs sweat from the hydrophilic fibers of the skin-side layer, so that the sweat permeates and diffuses into the non-skin-side layer, and the absorbed sweat is easily retained by the hydrophobic fibers of the skin-side layer.
Preferably, the back side sweat-absorbent sheet 9A is different in color from the skin side sheet 3 (the 1 st skin side sheet 31, the 2 nd skin side sheet 32), the absorbent core 21, the stretchable sheet 8, and the three-dimensional gather portion 6. In the diaper 1, the 1 st skin-side sheet 31, the 2 nd skin-side sheet 32, the absorbent body 2 (the absorbent core 21 and the core wrap sheet 22), the stretchable sheet 8, and the three-dimensional gather portion 6 are each white in color, and the back side sweat-absorbent sheet 9A is green. This makes it easy for the wearer or the person wearing the diaper 1 to recognize that the back side sweat absorbing sheet 9A is provided as a member for absorbing sweat. The term "different colors" means that the color of the back sweat-absorbent sheet 9A differs from the color of the skin-side sheet 3 or the like by at least 2 hues in the hue circle of the ostwald color scale system.
The abdomen-side sweat absorbing patch 9B is provided at an end portion on the abdomen side in the longitudinal direction (an end portion on the abdomen-side waistline portion 1B side in the longitudinal direction). The abdomen-side absorbent sheet 9B is located at the central portion of the diaper 1 in the lateral direction and at a position outside the absorber 2 in the longitudinal direction. Specifically, the adhesive area A2 with the 2 nd skin-side sheet 32 and the adhesive area A4 with the leakage preventing sheet 4 are fixed. The abdomen-side sweat absorbing sheet 9B is a sheet that absorbs sweat easily, like the back-side sweat absorbing sheet 9A, and is formed as a sheet containing hydrophilic fibers (water absorbing fibers). Specifically, the abdominal side sweat-absorbent sheet 9B having a skin side layer mainly composed of hydrophobic fibers and containing a small amount of hydrophilic fibers and a non-skin side layer mainly composed of hydrophilic fibers is exemplified. The abdomen-side sweat absorbing sheet 9B absorbs sweat from the hydrophilic fibers of the skin-side layer, so that the sweat permeates and diffuses into the non-skin-side layer, and the absorbed sweat is easily retained by the hydrophobic fibers of the skin-side layer.
Preferably, the abdominal side sweat absorbing sheet 9B is different in color from the skin side sheet 3 (the 1 st skin side sheet 31, the 2 nd skin side sheet 32), the absorbent core 21, and the three-dimensional gather portion 6. In the diaper 1, the 1 st skin-side sheet 31, the 2 nd skin-side sheet 32, the absorbent body 2 (the absorbent core 21 and the core wrap sheet 22), and the three-dimensional gather portion 6 are each white in color, and the abdominal-side sweat-absorbent sheet 9B is green. This makes it easy for the wearer or the person wearing the diaper 1 to recognize that the abdomen-side sweat absorbing sheet 9B is provided as a member for absorbing sweat. The term "different colors" means that the color of the abdominal side sweat-absorbent sheet 9B differs from the color of the skin side sheet 3 or the like by at least 2 hues in the hue circle of the ostwald color scale system.
With respect to the central region X and the pleat region Y >
As shown in fig. 1 and the like, the back waistline portion 1A of the diaper 1 has a central region X sandwiched by a pair of three-dimensional gather portions 6 in plan view and in which the back side absorbent sheet 9A overlaps the stretchable sheet 8, and a gather region Y in which the three-dimensional gather portions 6 overlap the back side absorbent sheet 9A. The central region X is a region including the center of the diaper 1 in the lateral direction where the back side absorbent sheet 9A overlaps the stretchable sheet 8 in a plan view. Fig. 3 is a diagram illustrating the arrangement of the stretchable sheet 8 and the sweat absorbing sheets 9A and 9B. In fig. 3, the fixing portion 6m of the three-dimensional gather portion 6 is omitted for convenience. The sweat absorbing sheets 9A and 9B are shown as solid lines and diagonally downward left-hand diagonal lines, and the stretchable sheet 8 is shown as solid lines and diagonally downward right-hand diagonal lines. The target member 15 is also indicated by 3 oblique lines which are drawn in solid lines and are obliquely downward to the right. Fig. 4 is an enlarged view of one side in the lateral direction of fig. 2A.
In the central region X, the back side sweat-absorbent sheet 9A fixed to the stretchable sheet 8 in the adhesive region A3 is easily brought close to the skin of the wearer by contraction of the stretchable sheet 8 in the worn state, and at the same time, the back side sweat-absorbent sheet 9A is contracted in the lateral direction, whereby the liquid holding capacity of the back side sweat-absorbent sheet 9A per unit area at the central portion of the back side waistline portion 1A can be increased, and more sweat can be easily absorbed. In addition, the back side sweat-absorbent sheet 9A is contracted in the lateral direction by the contraction of the stretchable sheet 8, so that irregularities are easily formed on the surface of the back side sweat-absorbent sheet 9A, and the installation area toward the skin of the wearer is reduced. Thus, since a gap is easily provided between the skin of the wearer and the rear sweat-absorbent sheet 9A, the air permeability can be improved.
The three-dimensional gather portion 6 has a liquid permeability lower than that of the skin-side sheet 3. In the present embodiment, the 1 st skin side sheet 31 and the 2 nd skin side sheet 32 are provided as the skin side sheet 3, and the three-dimensional gather portion 6 has a lower liquid permeability than the 1 st skin side sheet 31 and the three-dimensional gather portion 6 has a lower liquid permeability than the 2 nd skin side sheet 32. Even when compared with a structure in which the 1 st skin-side sheet 31 and the 2 nd skin-side sheet 32 are superimposed, the three-dimensional gather portion 6 has lower liquid permeability.
The liquid permeability was measured by the following method.
Rectangular shaped sheets of a predetermined size (for example, 40mm×40 mm) were produced from each sheet as a sample, and between an upper cylinder (made of glass) having an inner diameter of 35mm and a lower cylinder (made of glass) having an inner diameter of 35mm, the sample was sandwiched between upper and lower plates (made of silicon) by 2 spacers, and the chucks were fitted to annular flange portions provided at the lower ends of the upper cylinder and the upper ends of the lower cylinder, so that the upper and lower cylinders were fixed in a direction perpendicular to the work table. Next, a predetermined amount (for example, 50 g) of physiological saline (saline having a concentration of 0.9%) was poured from the upper cylindrical portion at a time, and the number of seconds of physiological saline permeation through the sample was measured. The time from the introduction of the physiological saline until the disappearance of the liquid on each sample was measured, and the liquid permeability was higher as the time was shorter, and the liquid permeability was lower as the time was longer.
Further, when the force required to extend the central region X in the transverse direction by the unit length is set as the central extension force Fx, the gather region Y has a low extension portion N smaller than the central extension force Fx, which is required to extend the unit length in the transverse direction. That is, when the force required to elongate the low elongation portion N in the transverse direction by a unit length is set as the low elongation force Fn, the low elongation force Fn is smaller than the central elongation force Fx (Fn < Fx). In addition, the force required to extend the unit length in the transverse direction is equal to the force required to contract the unit length in the transverse direction for each region.
The comparison of the force (Fx) required to extend the central region X in the transverse direction by unit length and the force (Fn) required to extend the low-elongation portion N in the transverse direction by unit length can be performed by a known method. For example, all or a part of the region including the center in the lateral direction and all or a part of the low elongation portion N among the central region X are cut out from the back-side waistline portion 1A, respectively, as samples. Then, both ends of each sample were held by a jig of the tensile tester. The load obtained in a state in which the sample was elongated by separating the clamps by a unit length was measured. Further, a value obtained by dividing the load of each sample by the length of each sample in the up-down direction may be compared.
The low elongation portion N is explained. The low elongation portion N is also an area N where the stretchable panel 8 and the back-side absorbent sheet 9A are not joined at the adhesive area A3. As shown in fig. 4 and the like, the stretchable sheet 8 is joined to the back side sweat-absorbent sheet 9A via the adhesive region A3. Since the region N (fig. 3, etc.) of the stretchable sheet 8 at the lateral end portion of the diaper 1 is not provided with the adhesive region A3, the region N is a region where the three-dimensional gather portion 6, the stretchable sheet 8, and the back side sweat-absorbent sheet 9A overlap in plan view, and is a portion where the stretchable sheet 8 is not joined to the back side sweat-absorbent sheet 9A. Specifically, during the manufacturing process, an adhesive such as a hot melt adhesive is provided between the regions N in the lateral direction of the stretchable sheet 8, and each region N of the stretchable sheet 8 in a laterally stretched state is gripped and bonded to the non-skin side surface of the back side sweat-absorbent sheet 9A of a predetermined size, and then bonded to the skin side surface of the leakage-proof sheet 4 via the adhesive region A5. Therefore, since no adhesive such as a hot melt adhesive is provided in the region N, the region N of the stretchable sheet 8 becomes a portion that is not joined to the back side sweat-absorbent sheet 9A. As a result, the region N of the stretchable panel 8 is in a contracted state (natural state) without imparting a stretchable force to the diaper 1. That is, the region N of the diaper 1 is a non-elongated portion.
Further, since the gather region Y includes the three-dimensional gather portion 6 at a position closer to the skin than the back-side absorbent sheet 9A and is fixed by the fixing portion 6m, a low-elongation portion having a smaller unit length in the lateral direction than the central region X may be provided by overlapping a plurality of members such as the three-dimensional gather portion 6. Further, the low elongation portion may be provided by reducing the elongation force of the portion of the stretchable sheet 8 corresponding to the gather region in advance. For example, the stretchable sheet 8 may be used, in which a plurality of rubber threads are arranged in the lateral direction at a portion corresponding to the central region X and a smaller number of rubber threads are arranged at a portion corresponding to the gather region Y than the central region X.
In the state where the back side sweat-absorbent sheet 9A absorbs sweat and the absorbed sweat spreads in the lateral direction of the back side sweat-absorbent sheet 9A, the three-dimensional gather portion 6 having lower liquid permeability is provided in the gather region Y at a position closer to the skin side than the back side sweat-absorbent sheet 9A, whereby the three-dimensional gather portion 6 in the gather region Y makes it difficult for sweat to pass through to the skin side. Further, since the gather region Y having the low extension portion N has a weaker extension force (contraction force) than the central region X, the force of bringing the back-side sweat-absorbent sheet 9A closer to the skin side is weaker, and thus the possibility of pressing the back-side sweat-absorbent sheet 9A to the skin side is reduced. Thus, the possibility that sweat temporarily absorbed by the back side sweat-absorbent sheet 9A returns to the skin side in the gather region Y can be reduced. That is, in the central region X, the back side sweat-absorbent sheet 9A is easily brought closer to the skin side by an elongation force larger than that in the gather region Y, and more sweat is absorbed, and in this case, even in the gather region Y having the low elongation portion N, the force with which the back side sweat-absorbent sheet 9A is brought closer to the skin side is weak, and in the gather region Y, the three-dimensional gather portion 6 having low liquid permeability is provided at a position closer to the skin side than the back side sweat-absorbent sheet 9A, so that the possibility that sweat absorbed by the back side sweat-absorbent sheet 9A returns to the skin side can be reduced. Further, since the region N of the diaper 1 is a portion that does not extend, a portion that does not exert a force for bringing the back-side sweat-absorbent sheet 9A closer to the skin side can be provided in the gather region Y, and thus the possibility that sweat absorbed by the back-side sweat-absorbent sheet 9A returns to the skin of the wearer can be more easily reduced.
Further, it is preferable that a joining portion (joining region A2) where the skin side sheet 3 is joined to the back side absorbent sheet 9A and a non-joining portion B2 where the skin side sheet 3 is not joined to the back side absorbent sheet 9A are provided between the skin side sheet 3 (the 2 nd skin side sheet 32) and the back side absorbent sheet 9A which are adjacent to each other in the thickness direction. Specifically, as shown in fig. 4 and the like, between the 2 nd skin-side sheet 32 and the back-side absorbent sheet 9A, the back-side absorbent sheet 9A is joined to the 2 nd skin-side sheet 32 in the joining region A2, and therefore, the joining region A2 is a joining portion, and the end portion in the lateral direction of the back-side absorbent sheet 9A has a so-called dry edge portion where an adhesive joined to the 2 nd skin-side sheet 32 is not provided, and the dry edge portion is a non-joining portion B2. By the non-joined portion B2, a separate portion is easily provided between the skin-side sheet 3 (the 2 nd skin-side sheet 32) and the back-side sweat-absorbent sheet 9A, and sweat absorbed by the back-side sweat-absorbent sheet 9A is less likely to move toward the skin-side sheet 3 (the 2 nd skin-side sheet 32), so that the possibility of sweat returning from the back-side sweat-absorbent sheet 9A to the skin of the wearer can be reduced. The non-joined portion between the back side absorbent sheet 9A and the 2 nd skin side sheet 32 is not limited to the configuration formed by the dry edge portion. For example, the joining portion and the non-joining portion may be provided in accordance with an adhesive pattern (stripe shape, spiral shape, or the like) in the case where the back side absorbent sheet 9A and the 2 nd skin side sheet 32 are joined by an adhesive.
Further, it is more preferable that the region N overlaps the non-joined portion B2 in a plan view. Since the stretching force of the stretchable sheet 8 is not applied to the region N, the back side sweat-absorbent sheet 9A is not applied to the skin side, and thus the skin side sheet 3 (the 2 nd skin side sheet 32) and the back side sweat-absorbent sheet 9A are easily separated by overlapping the region N with the non-joined portion B2. Thus, sweat absorbed by the back side sweat absorbing sheet 9A can be made difficult to return to the skin side.
Regarding the back side sweat-absorbing sheet 9A and the stretchable sheet 8, it is preferable that the back side sweat-absorbing sheet 9A has a portion that does not overlap the stretchable sheet 8 in a plan view. As shown in fig. 3, the back side sweat absorbing sheet 9A of the diaper 1 is larger than the stretchable sheet 8. The opposite ends of the back-side sweat-absorbing sheet 9A are disposed outside the opposite ends of the stretchable sheet 8, and the end portion of the back-side sweat-absorbing sheet 9A that is outside the end portion of the stretchable sheet 8 that is outside the end portion of the back-side sweat-absorbing sheet that is outside the back-side sweat-absorbing sheet. Since the back side sweat-absorbing sheet 9A is provided on the skin side of the stretchable sheet 8, a force for bringing the back side sweat-absorbing sheet 9A close to the skin side is applied in response to contraction of the stretchable sheet 8. At this time, the portion of the back side sweat-absorbent sheet 9A that does not overlap the stretchable sheet 8 is a portion where the force to bring the back side sweat-absorbent sheet 9A closer to the skin side is less likely to act than the portion of the back side sweat-absorbent sheet 9A that overlaps the stretchable sheet 8 in a plan view, and therefore sweat absorbed by the back side sweat-absorbent sheet 9A can be made less likely to return to the skin side.
Regarding the back-side sweat-absorbent sheet 9A and the absorbent core 21, it is preferable that the back-side sweat-absorbent sheet 9A does not overlap the absorbent core 21 in a plan view. This reduces the possibility that the excrement absorbed by the absorbent core 21 moves toward the back side sweat sheet 9A and the excrement absorbed by the back side sweat sheet 9A is transferred to the skin of the wearer. In the diaper 1, not only the back waistline portion 1A but also the abdomen-side waistline portion 1B is provided with an abdomen-side sweat absorbing sheet 9B. More preferably, the abdominal side sweat-absorbent sheet 9B does not overlap the absorbent core 21 in plan view, as in the back side sweat-absorbent sheet 9A.
In addition, in the case where the diaper 1 is a so-called tape-type (open-type) disposable diaper, the back waistline unit 1A preferably includes the stretchable sheet 8 and the back sweat-absorbent sheet 9A. Generally, when a wearer lying on his/her back wears a developed disposable diaper, first, the back waistline portion 1A is inserted under the back of the wearer, and the back of the wearer is covered with the back waistline portion 1A. Next, the crotch portion 1C and the abdomen-side waist portion 1B are disposed so as to cover the crotch and abdomen of the wearer, and are appropriately fastened by the fastening tape 10 or the like, whereby the diaper 1 is put on. In such a developed disposable diaper, since the back waistline portion 1A includes the stretchable sheet 8 and the back sweat-absorbent sheet 9A, the rigidity is higher than in the case where the stretchable sheet 8 and the back sweat-absorbent sheet 9A are not provided, and the back waistline portion 1A is easily inserted into the lower side of the back of the wearer when the disposable diaper is worn.
In general, the developed disposable diaper 1 shown in fig. 1 and the like has a pair of folding lines F, F for folding lateral side end portions with the skin side as the inner side. The pair of folding lines F, F are folding lines along the longitudinal direction, and in the packaged state, the lateral side end portions are folded toward the lateral inner side by the pair of folding lines F, F, and are folded with the skin side as the inner side by the longitudinal center line CL. In such a diaper 1, it is preferable that the side end of one side of the back-side sweat-absorbent sheet 9A is provided outside the fold line F of one side in the lateral direction, and the side end of the other side of the back-side sweat-absorbent sheet 9A is provided outside the fold line F of the other side in the lateral direction.
When a wearer lying on his/her back wears an unfolding type disposable diaper (diaper 1), first, a portion where a center line CL in the longitudinal direction is folded is unfolded, and then, the lateral end portions of the diaper 1 are unfolded at a pair of folding lines F, whereby the diaper 1 is unfolded as shown in fig. 1 and the like. In this case, a so-called fold is formed at the pair of fold lines F, and the lateral end portions of the diaper 1 are easily folded at the fold lines F. In contrast, since the diaper 1 is provided such that the back-side sweat-absorbent sheet 9A spans the pair of folding lines F, F, the rigidity of the back-side waistline portion 1A increases due to the rigidity of the back-side sweat-absorbent sheet 9A, and it is easy to maintain a state in which the pair of folding lines F, F are respectively unfolded. Thus, the wearer can easily insert the back waistline portion 1A to the lower side of the wearer's back.
Further, it is preferable that the fiber density of the back side absorbent sheet 9A is greater than that of the absorbent core 21. Since the fiber density of the back-side sweat-absorbent sheet 9A is high, the rigidity of the back-side sweat-absorbent sheet 9A can be improved as compared with the case where the fiber density of the back-side sweat-absorbent sheet 9A is smaller than that of the absorbent core 21. If the rigidity of the back side sweat-absorbent sheet 9A is increased, the rigidity of the back side waistline portion 1A can be further increased, and therefore, the back side waistline portion 1A can be easily inserted to the lower side behind the wearer in a state where the back is lying flat.
The comparison of the fiber densities of the back side absorbent sheet 9A and the absorbent core 21 can be performed by a known method. For example, the fiber densities of the back side sweat-absorbent sheet 9A and the absorbent core 21 are measured uniformly, and in the case of unevenness, a plurality of portions are measured and compared with the average density. As a method for comparing the fiber densities, for example, the back side absorbent sheet 9A and the absorbent core 21 are cut out of the diaper 1 as samples of a predetermined size, the area and mass of each sample are measured, and the basis weight (g/m 2 ). The thickness of each sample was also measured by the method described above, and the basis weight (g/m 2 ) Divided by the thickness (m), the density (g/m) 3 )。
Further, as shown in fig. 1 and the like, the abdomen-side waist area 1B preferably has an abdomen-side sweat absorbing sheet 9B. Not only the back side waistline portion 1A but also the abdomen side waistline portion 1B includes the back side sweat-absorbing sheet 9A, and thereby sweat in the abdomen is easily absorbed in addition to the back portion. In addition, it is preferable that the three-dimensional gather portion 6 overlaps the abdominal side sweat absorbing sheet 9B in a plan view. As shown in fig. 2C, the three-dimensional gather portion 6 overlaps the abdominal side sweat sheet 9B in a plan view in a region Z. In the region Z, the three-dimensional gather portion 6 having lower liquid permeability is provided on the skin side than the abdominal side sweat-absorbent sheet 9B, whereby the penetration of sweat absorbed by the abdominal side sweat-absorbent sheet 9B to the skin side than the three-dimensional gather portion 6 can be reduced, and the possibility of sweat returning to the skin of the wearer can be reduced. Further, by providing the abdomen-side waist area 1B with the abdomen-side sweat absorbing patch 9B, the rigidity of the abdomen-side waist area 1B can be improved. This reduces the possibility that the abdomen-side end of the abdomen-side waist part is bent or the abdomen-side end of the abdomen-side waist part is twisted according to the movement of the wearer.
In addition, the back waistline portion 1A preferably includes a back-side sweat-absorbing sheet 9A and a stretchable sheet 8, while the abdomen-side waistline portion 1B preferably includes an abdomen-side sweat-absorbing sheet 9B and does not include a stretchable sheet. The abdomen-side waist part 1B is a part covering the abdomen of the wearer, and the abdomen of the wearer is rounded in comparison with the back, and thus, the skin feel is easily perceived. Therefore, the absence of the stretchable panel in the abdomen-side waist portion 1B can reduce the uncomfortable feeling to the wearer due to the high rigidity of the abdomen-side waist portion 1B when the stretchable panel is provided in the abdomen-side waist portion 1B.
When the back waistline portion 1A includes the back sweat-absorbent sheet 9A and the abdomen waistline portion 1B includes the abdomen sweat-absorbent sheet 9B, it is preferable that the outer end of the back sweat-absorbent sheet 9A is located at the same position as the end of the back waistline portion 1A and the outer end of the abdomen sweat-absorbent sheet 9B is located at the same position as the end of the abdomen waistline portion 1B in the longitudinal direction. Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, the outer end in the longitudinal direction of the back side absorbent sheet 9A is along the outer end in the longitudinal direction of the back side waistline portion 1A, and the outer end in the longitudinal direction of the abdomen side absorbent sheet 9B is along the outer end in the longitudinal direction of the abdomen side waistline portion 1B. Accordingly, the back side sweat-absorbing sheet 9A and the abdominal side sweat-absorbing sheet 9B can be provided in a larger range than in the case where the outer end portion of the back side sweat-absorbing sheet 9A is provided inside the end portion of the back side waistline portion 1A and the outer end portion of the abdominal side sweat-absorbing sheet 9B is provided inside the end portion of the abdominal side waistline portion 1B in the longitudinal direction, and thus more sweat can be absorbed.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 3, the length L9B in the longitudinal direction of the ventral absorbent sheet 9B is smaller than the length L9A in the longitudinal direction of the dorsal absorbent sheet 9A (L9B < L9A). The abdomen-side waistline portion 1B and the back-side waistline portion 1A are provided with the abdomen-side sweat absorbing sheet 9B and the back-side sweat absorbing sheet 9A, respectively, so that sweat on the abdomen and the back of the wearer can be absorbed, while the length L9B of the abdomen-side sweat absorbing sheet 9B is smaller than the length L9A of the back-side sweat absorbing sheet 9A in the longitudinal direction (L9B < L9A), and compared with the case where the length L9B of the abdomen-side sweat absorbing sheet 9B is equal to or longer than the length L9A of the back-side sweat absorbing sheet 9A in the longitudinal direction (L9B is equal to or greater than L9A), the rigidity of the back-side waistline portion 1A can be easily inserted to the lower side of the back of the wearer lying on the back, and the rigidity of the abdomen-side waistline portion 1B can be reduced, so that the skin touch feeling with the abdomen of the wearer can be improved.
As shown in fig. 3, the back side sweat-absorbent sheet 9A is preferably disposed outside the back side end of the absorbent core 21 and the abdomen side sweat-absorbent sheet 9B is preferably disposed outside the abdomen side end of the absorbent core 21 in the longitudinal direction. The possibility that the excreta absorbed by the absorbent core 21 moves to the back side sweat-absorbent sheet 9A and the abdominal side sweat-absorbent sheet 9B and moves to the back side sweat-absorbent sheet 9A and the abdominal side sweat-absorbent sheet 9B to reach the skin of the wearer can be reduced. At this time, it is preferable that the distance Db between the abdomen-side end of the absorbent core 21 and the back-side end of the abdomen-side sweat piece 9B is smaller than the distance Da between the back-side end of the absorbent core 21 and the abdomen-side end of the back-side sweat piece 9A (Db < Da). By providing this, the absorbent core 21 can be disposed in a long region of the abdomen-side waist portion 1B in the longitudinal direction, and thus, excrement such as urine excreted toward the front side can be easily absorbed. That is, the possibility of leakage of excreta excreted toward the front side to the outside of the diaper 1 can be reduced, and sweat of the wearer can be absorbed by the sweat-absorbing sheets 9A, 9B.
In the case where the abdomen-side waist area 1B is provided with the target member 15, it is preferable that the abdomen-side waist area 1B has a portion where the target member 15 overlaps the abdomen-side sweat absorbing sheet 9B in a plan view, as shown in fig. 3. In the diaper 1, the outer end portion in the longitudinal direction of the target member 15 overlaps the inner end portion in the longitudinal direction of the abdominal side sweat-absorbent sheet 9B in a plan view. As a result, the rigidity of the target member 15 increases, and the target member 15 is easily held in a planar shape, so that the fastening tape 10 is easily fastened to the target member 15 when the diaper 1 is worn.
In the longitudinal direction of the abdomen-side waist area 1B, the abdomen-side sweat patch 9B is separated from the absorbent core 21 by a length Db. At this time, it is more preferable that the target member 15 is provided so as to span the portion (the region of the length Db) where the ventral absorbent sheet 9B is separated from the absorbent core 21. In the longitudinal direction, the portion (region of length Db) of the ventral absorbent sheet 9B separated from the absorbent core 21 is a portion that is easily bendable because of low rigidity. Accordingly, by disposing the target member 15 in a region that spans the portion of the ventral absorbent sheet 9B that is separated from the absorbent core 21, deformation due to the difference in rigidity of the separated portion can be alleviated.

The above-described embodiments are for facilitating understanding of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the present invention. The present invention is capable of modification and improvement without departing from its spirit and naturally includes equivalent constructions.
In the above embodiment, the low elongation portion N is provided in a part of the gather region Y, but is not limited thereto. The low elongation portion N may be provided in the entire area of the gather area Y. The following constitution may be adopted: not only the entire area of the gather area Y has a low elongation portion N, but also a portion of the central area X has a low elongation portion N. Even in such a case, by making the force (Fn) required to extend the low extension portion N by a unit length smaller than the force (Fx) to extend the central region X including the center in the lateral direction, the rear side sweat-absorbent sheet 9A is brought closer to the skin side than the low extension portion N in the central region X with an extension force larger than the low extension portion N, and more sweat is absorbed, and by providing the three-dimensional gather portion 6 having low liquid permeability at a position closer to the skin side than the rear side sweat-absorbent sheet 9A in the gather region Y, the sweat absorbed by the rear side sweat-absorbent sheet 9A is made difficult to return to the skin side, and by providing the low extension portion N, the force to bring the rear side sweat-absorbent sheet 9A closer to the skin side is reduced, and the possibility that sweat of the rear side sweat-absorbent sheet 9 returns to the skin side can be reduced.
In the above embodiment, the constitution is as follows: the back waistline portion 1A (1 st waistline portion) includes a back sweat-absorbent sheet (1 st sweat-absorbent sheet) 9A and a stretchable sheet 8, and the abdomen waistline portion 1B includes an abdomen sweat-absorbent sheet (2 nd sweat-absorbent sheet) 9B, but is not limited thereto. The structure may be as follows: the abdomen-side waistline portion is a 1 st waistline portion, and includes an abdomen-side sweat-absorbing sheet (1 st sweat-absorbing sheet) and an stretchable sheet, and the back-side waistline portion is a 2 nd waistline portion, and includes a back-side sweat-absorbing sheet (2 nd sweat-absorbing sheet) and does not include the stretchable sheet. In this case, the following structure may be adopted: in the gather region, the three-dimensional gather portion, the abdominal side sweat-absorbent sheet, and the stretchable sheet overlap in a plan view, and the three-dimensional gather portion overlaps the back side sweat-absorbent sheet, and in the central region, the abdominal side sweat-absorbent sheet overlaps the stretchable sheet in a plan view, the gather region of the abdominal side waistline portion has a low extension portion. Even in such a case, in the gather region, the abdomen-side sweat absorbing piece of the abdomen-side waistline portion (1 st waistline portion) is restrained from approaching the skin of the wearer by the low extension portion of the abdomen-side waistline portion (1 st waistline portion), and the sweat of the back-side sweat absorbing piece of the abdomen-side waistline portion (1 st waistline portion) and the back-side waistline portion (2 nd waistline portion) overlapping the three-dimensional gather portion in a plan view can be reduced from returning to the skin side. The back waistline portion and the abdomen waistline portion may each include a sweat absorbing sheet and a stretchable sheet.
