The blockchain-based cross-department information sharing system of claim 1, wherein the equity service module further comprises an equity update module, wherein the equity update service module is configured to monitor equity addition operations of the plurality of blockchain nodes, and update the equity database according to the equity addition operations.
6. A blockchain-based cross-department interest information sharing method, wherein the method is applicable to the system of any of claims 1-5, the steps comprising:
the rights access module accesses a plurality of department service systems to a plurality of block chain nodes;
the rights and interests judging module initiates rights and interests polling to a plurality of department business systems through the plurality of blockchain nodes so as to obtain rights and interests attribute judging results, and stores the rights and interests attribute judging results into a rights and interests database;
the right judging module receives the right inquiring request of any department service system, carries out right inquiring based on the right database according to the right inquiring request, and feeds back the right inquiring result to the department service system.
7. The method for sharing information between departments based on the blockchain according to claim 6, wherein the rights access module accesses a plurality of department service systems to a plurality of blockchain nodes, specifically:
accessing a plurality of department service systems into a plurality of blockchain nodes, wherein each blockchain node is correspondingly accessed into one department service system;
receiving consensus contracts of the plurality of department business systems and packaging the consensus contracts to the rights and interests chain service module;
the department business system comprises, but is not limited to, a personal and social business system, a medical insurance business system, a civil business system, a teaching principal business system, a residual connection business system and a arming business system;
the consensus contracts include, but are not limited to, information interaction content, information interaction form, and information interaction rules between the plurality of blockchain nodes.

The method for sharing information between departments based on blockchains according to claim 7, wherein the equity judgment module initiates equity polling to a plurality of department service systems through the plurality of blockchain nodes to obtain equity attribute judgment results, and stores the equity attribute judgment results in an equity database, specifically:
acquiring rights and interests person identity information;
based on the rights and interests information, polling the rights and interests attributes of the link points of the blocks according to the consensus contracts so as to confirm whether the rights and interests have corresponding rights and interests in the jurisdiction of the departments to the plurality of department business systems in a polling mode;
and receiving the rights and interests attribute judgment results fed back by the multiple department business systems, and storing the rights and interests personal information and the corresponding rights and interests attribute judgment results into a rights and interests database.

The blockchain-based cross-department information sharing method according to claim 8, wherein the equity judgment module receives equity query requests of any department service system, performs equity query based on the equity database according to the equity query requests, and feeds back equity query results to the department service system, specifically:
receiving a rights and interests inquiry request of any department service system, wherein the rights and interests inquiry request comprises rights and interests person identity information and rights and interests to be checked;
performing rights and interests inquiry in the rights and interests database according to the rights and interests identity information and the rights and interests to be checked so as to judge whether the rights and interests have the rights and interests to be checked or not;
if the equity person has the equity to be checked, feeding back yes to the department business system, otherwise feeding back no to provide business handling reference information to the department business system.
10. The blockchain-based cross-department information sharing method of claim 6, further comprising: and the equity updating service module monitors equity adding operation of the plurality of blockchain nodes and updates the equity database according to the equity adding operation.
