The novel shaft voltage measuring tool which is universally applicable to the hydraulic generator is simple in structure, the position of a person is not limited by the length of the measuring lead of the universal meter during measurement, the measuring person can adjust the length of the measuring rod according to actual conditions, the person is ensured to be far away from the rotating and electrified collecting ring, mechanical injury and electric shock injury are prevented, and the personal safety during measurement is ensured.

Background

When the running state of the generator changes or faults cause the shaft voltage to exceed the insulation strength of an oil film between the large shaft and the bearing, the large shaft and the bearing are discharged, so that the content of metal particles in the oil film is increased, the insulation strength of the oil film is reduced, the discharging phenomenon is easier to occur, further a chain reaction is formed, finally, the shaft current flows through the large-shaft grounding carbon brush to form a low-impedance loop, at the moment, the shaft current can reach hundreds of amperes, the energy is very high, the thermal effect accelerates the aging and deterioration of oil, and finally, the burning loss of a bearing bush and a shaft neck is caused, and therefore, the hydraulic generator is regulated to measure the shaft voltage in A repair or when necessary in the DL/596-2021 electric equipment preventive test procedure, and is generally measured in a startup test link after unit maintenance in production.

Carbon brush replacement: keeping the upper section of the measuring rod 1 in a retracted state, unscrewing the carbon brush seat 5 from the measuring rod 1, loosening the crimping type wiring terminal 9, and taking out the cylindrical carbon brush 10; taking out the new carbon brush, adjusting the length of the brush braid of the new carbon brush, and preferably, the length of the brush braid of the new carbon brush can be just connected to the crimping type wiring terminal 9, leading the brush braid 8 of the new carbon brush into the crimping type wiring terminal 9 through the through hole 11 and connecting the brush braid with the measuring lead 7, screwing the crimping screw of the crimping type wiring terminal 9, and screwing the brush holder 5 on the measuring rod 1.
Replacing a digital display voltmeter battery: and opening a button battery compartment on the surface of the digital display voltmeter 6, taking out the old battery, and replacing the new button battery.
