The unqualified cases have three cases, one of which is: if the conductivity measured value under the preset temperature condition (the reference temperature 25+/-1 ℃) is more than 10 mu S/cm, the relative error information of the water quantity is not required to be determined at the moment, and the judgment is unqualified; and the second is: if the relative error information of the water yield is more than 1.5%, the conductivity measurement value is not required to be determined at the moment, and the water yield is judged to be unqualified; thirdly, it is: the relative error information of the water yield is more than 1.5% when the conductivity measured value under the preset temperature condition (the reference temperature is 25+/-1 ℃) is more than 10 mu S/cm, and the two conditions are disqualified conditions, so that the judgment result is disqualified, and the water selling function of the automatic water selling machine is closed.
It can be understood that, in the result judging process, if any one of the detection is unqualified, the monitoring unit sends the closing instruction information to the controller unit so that the controller unit closes the water selling function of the water vending machine, and only if the water quality detection and the weighing detection are qualified, the automatic water vending machine can continue to normally operate.

According to the management rule of the forced checking metering appliance of the metering administrative department, the automatic water vending machine with the functions of automatic settlement and sales and related to trade settlement should be subjected to forced verification. The embodiment also provides technical support for online metering verification of the automatic water vending machine, and is convenient for each metering technical mechanism to detect and evaluate the metering performance and the water purifying function of the automatic water vending machine in use. Further, as shown in fig. 5, the structure of the real-time monitoring system for water quality and weight of the automatic water vending machine according to another embodiment of the present application is shown.
Compared with the real-time monitoring system provided by the embodiment, the embodiment can also replace an electronic balance by additionally arranging the weighing sensor (weighing module) on the filling platform, wherein the weighing sensor (weighing module) is arranged at the bottom of the filling platform and is used for acquiring mass information of the barrel and the water placed in the filling platform respectively and replacing the electronic balance to acquire mass data, so that the acquired mass data is uploaded to the monitoring unit for data processing, and a judgment result of weighing detection is obtained.
It should be noted that, when the weighing sensor (weighing module) is adopted to collect the mass data, the user cannot intuitively know the detailed data of the water purchase by only observing the weighing sensor (weighing module) because of the lack of the mass numerical display screen of the electronic balance, and can only know the detailed data through the display screen unit.
It can be understood that although the embodiment provides another scheme capable of performing centralized detection data acquisition, the embodiment is applied to an environment of automatic water vending machine water purchasing in a community, in which a water purchasing user is the old, and a part of the old has complex information quantity relative to a display screen unit, and the old is more prone to intuitively know the current water purchasing condition through a weighing value displayed on an electronic balance, so that the first embodiment of the application, as an optimal embodiment, can have higher universality.

A water quality and weight real-time monitoring system of an automatic water vending machine is characterized by comprising: the automatic water vending machine comprises a water quality detection unit for detecting the water quality of water stored in a water storage tank in real time, a weighing detection unit for weighing the water yield in real time, a controller unit for controlling the opening and closing of a water vending function of the automatic water vending machine, and a monitoring unit for acquiring data information of the water quality detection unit and the weighing detection unit, monitoring the data information and sending out instruction signals to the controller unit according to a monitoring result, wherein the monitoring unit respectively reads a flow meter display value and an actual water yield capacity value obtained based on the weighing detection unit, and calculates the relative error of the water yield; the water quality detection unit comprises a water storage tank externally connected with a conductivity meter, wherein the conductivity meter is used for measuring the conductivity of water quality in the water storage tank;
the automatic water vending machine is provided with a volumetric flowmeter;
the conductivity meter has a temperature compensation function;
the conductivity meter with temperature compensation function is equipped with special pure water measuring electrode;
the weighing detection unit comprises a temperature sensor arranged in the water storage tank and an electronic balance arranged on the filling platform;
the maximum weighing of the electronic balance is 30kg, and the actual dividing value is 0.1g.
2. The real-time monitoring system for water quality and weight of automatic water vending machine according to claim 1, further comprising a display screen unit, wherein the display screen unit is used for performing data interaction with the monitoring unit and displaying the interacted data in a display panel.
3. The real-time monitoring method for the water quality and the weight of the automatic water vending machine is characterized by being applied to the monitoring system of any one of the claims 1-2, and comprising the following steps:
acquiring data information acquired by a water quality detection unit and a weighing detection unit;
according to the data information, respectively calculating conductivity information of water quality at a preset temperature and relative error information of water yield;
respectively judging the water quality in the water storage tank and the water yield of the automatic water vending machine according to the conductivity information and the relative error information to obtain a judging result;
based on the judging result, sending an instruction signal to the controller unit so that the controller unit controls the operation of the automatic water vending machine according to the instruction signal;
and sending the data information and the judging result information to the display screen unit in real time, so that the display panel of the display screen unit displays the monitoring condition of the automatic water vending machine in real time.
4. The method for real-time monitoring the water quality and the weight of the automatic water vending machine according to claim 3, wherein the calculating the relative error information of the conductivity information and the water yield of the water quality at the preset temperature according to the data information comprises the following steps:
the preset temperature is set by adjusting the constant of a conductivity cell of the conductivity meter to be matched with a special pure water measuring electrode arranged on the conductivity meter;
converting the actual temperature compensation of the water stored in the water storage tank into a preset temperature condition by utilizing the temperature compensation function of the conductivity meter, and acquiring a conductivity measured value under the preset temperature condition;
calculating actual water outlet capacity information according to temperature information measured by a temperature sensor and mass information measured by an electronic balance;
and acquiring water selling quantity display information of a volumetric flowmeter of the water selling machine, and calculating relative error information of water yield based on the actual water outlet capacity information and the water selling quantity display information.

A method for monitoring the quality and weight of an automatic water vending machine according to claim 3, wherein the step of sending a command signal to the controller unit based on the determination result to cause the controller unit to control the operation of the automatic water vending machine according to the command signal comprises:
if the measured value of the conductivity under the preset temperature condition is not greater than a first preset value and the relative error information of the water yield is not greater than a second preset value, the judgment result is qualified, and the automatic water vending machine operates normally;
if the measured value of the conductivity under the preset temperature condition is larger than a first preset value, or the relative error information of the water yield is larger than a second preset value, or if the measured value of the conductivity under the preset temperature condition is larger than the first preset value and the relative error information of the water yield is larger than the second preset value, the result is judged to be unqualified;
if the judging result is unqualified, sending an instruction signal for stopping operation to the controller unit so that the controller unit stops the automatic water vending machine according to the instruction signal, and sending an alarm signal to the part with the unqualified judging result so that the monitoring unit can timely maintain and refurbish the unqualified part of the automatic water vending machine according to the alarm signal.
