The first obtaining unit 61 obtains "device information" from the device information management table 71a.
The second acquisition unit 62 acquires "sensor information" from the m air conditioners 11 to 1m and the n air cleaners 21 to 2n. The "sensor information" acquired by the second acquisition unit 62 is written in the sensor information management table 72.
The display control unit 63 displays a room icon corresponding to any one of the plurality of rooms on the operation display unit 80. The room icon contains "environment information" indicating the air environment of the room corresponding to the room icon, or "position information" indicating the position of the room corresponding to the room icon. For example, the display control section 63 controls the operation display section 80 to display "environment information" indicating the air environment of each room in a list based on "device information", "sensor information", and "position information".
For example, when an air conditioner and an air cleaner are provided in a certain room and room temperatures are obtained, a room temperature use representative value displayed as environmental information. The representative value may be calculated by taking an average value from sensor information of a plurality of devices, for example. By using sensor information of a plurality of devices, a failure of a device is easily detected. Further, the use object devices can be distinguished according to the kind of the sensor information. For example, sensor information of a device that detects a temperature near the ground near the room temperature may be preferentially used as the environmental information. This makes it possible to more faithfully display the environment actually perceived by the user in the space.
The environment determination unit 64 determines whether or not the air environment of the room needs to be improved based on the "environment information". The display control unit 63 controls the operation display unit 80 to display the determination result of the environment determination unit 64. Specifically, the display control unit 63 controls the operation display unit 80 to display the room icon corresponding to the room, and controls the operation display unit 80 to display the determination result of the environment determination unit 64 in the color of the room icon.
The selection receiving unit 65a, the operation instruction receiving unit 65b, and the output unit 65c are provided to receive a unified operation on a plurality of air conditioners.
The selection receiving unit 65a receives a first selection of selecting one or more of the plurality of rooms as a target room and a second selection of selecting any of the plurality of air conditioners as an operation target device via the touch panel 81. The selection receiving unit 65a receives the first selection in a state where the operation display unit 80 displays the room icon. When the selection receiving unit 65a receives the first selection, the display control unit 63 highlights the target room icon, which is the room icon corresponding to the target room. The selection receiving unit 65a receives the second selection in a state where the target room icon is highlighted on the operation display unit 80. When the selection receiving unit 65a receives the second selection, the display control unit 63 releases the highlighting of the non-installation-portion room icon, which is the target room icon corresponding to the room in which the operation target device is not installed, among the target rooms.
The operation instruction receiving unit 65b receives an operation instruction to an operation target device provided in the target room via the touch panel 81. The operation instruction receiving unit 65b receives an operation instruction in a state where the target room icon is highlighted on the operation display unit 80. When the operation instruction receiving unit 65b receives the operation instruction, the display control unit 63 controls the operation display unit 80 so that the operation state of the operation target device is displayed.
The output unit 65c outputs the first selection and the second selection received by the selection receiving unit 65a and the operation instruction received by the operation instruction receiving unit 65 b.
The third acquisition unit 66 acquires "status information" from the m air conditioners 11 to 1m and the n air cleaners 21 to 2n. The "status information" acquired by the third acquisition unit 66 is written in the device information management table 71a. The display control section 63 controls the operation display section 80 to display "status information".
The maintenance determination unit 67 determines whether or not maintenance work of the air conditioner is required based on the "status information". The display control section 63 controls the operation display section 80 to display the determination result of the maintenance determination section 67.
The report generating unit 68 generates a report indicating the history of changes in the air environment of the designated room in the building to be managed.
Next, a management screen 200 displayed on the operation display unit 80 will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 7. Fig. 7 is a diagram showing an example of the management screen 200.
As shown in fig. 7, the management screen 200 includes a display format switching area 210, a display range switching area 220, a management object display area 230, an attention calling area 240, and a unified operation area 250.
The display form switching area 210 includes a floor map (floor map) icon, a room list icon, and a device list icon. The layout icon is an icon for displaying the room icons in the management object display area 230 in a layout graphic form. The room list icon is an icon for displaying the room icons in a row and column form on the management object display area 230. The device list icon is an icon for displaying the operation status icons of the respective air conditioners in a row and column form on the management target display area 230. In the illustrated example, a room list icon is selected and highlighted by a touch operation.
The display range switching area 220 includes all icons, first floor east icons, second floor icons, third floor icons. The administrator can designate a predetermined floor or area using the icon displayed in the display range switching area 220. The display control unit 63 controls the operation display unit 80 to display the "environment information" of the rooms included only in the specified floor or the specified area in the building to be managed in a list. In the illustrated example, the first floor icon is selected and highlighted by a touch operation.
The management object display area 230 includes a room icon or an operation status icon according to the selection in the display mode switching area 210. The management object display area 230 in the illustrated example includes a first room icon 231, a second room icon 232, a third room icon 233, a fourth room icon 234, a fifth room icon 235, and a sixth room icon 236. The first to sixth room icons 231 to 236 represent "environment information" and "device operation information", respectively. For example, the first Room icon 231 indicates that the temperature of the Room 1 located in the eastern region of first floor is 20 ℃, the humidity is 75%, the air cleanliness (air quality) is 4, and the air conditioner and the air cleaner are in operation.
The display control unit 63 controls the first to sixth room icons 231 to 236 to be displayed based on the "position information". Specifically, the display control unit 63 controls such that room icons having similar types of positional information are displayed adjacent to each other. In the illustrated example, the first to third Room icons 231 to 233 corresponding to Room 1 to Room 3 including north in the "position information" in the Room information management table 71b shown in fig. 5 are arranged on the upper side of the screen. On the other hand, fourth Room icons 234 to sixth Room icons 236 corresponding to Room 4 to Room 6 in the south included in the "position information" are arranged on the lower side of the screen. In the Room information management table 71b shown in fig. 5, the first Room icon 231, the second Room icon 232, and the fourth Room icon 234 corresponding to Room 1, room 2, and Room 4 including the west are arranged on the left side of the screen. On the other hand, the third Room icon 233, the fifth Room icon 235, and the sixth Room icon 236 corresponding to Room 3, room 5, and Room 6, which are included in the "position information", are arranged on the right side of the screen. In this way, by displaying the room icons having similar types of position information close to each other, the "environment information" of the surrounding rooms having similar environments can be displayed close to each other.
As described above, the environment determination unit 64 determines whether or not the air environment of the room needs to be improved based on the "environment information". The display control unit 63 controls the operation display unit 80 to display the determination result of the environment determination unit 64 in the color of the room icon. In the illustrated example, since the temperature of the room exceeds the first threshold, it is determined that the air environment needs to be improved, and the third room icon 233 and the fourth room icon 234 are displayed in red. Further, since the temperature of the room is lower than the second threshold value, it is determined that the air environment needs to be improved, and the sixth room icon 236 is displayed in blue. The first room icon 231 and the second room icon 232 are determined not to need to improve the air environment, and are displayed in green. Since the air conditioner is not in operation, the fifth room icon 235 is displayed in gray.
When the administrator touches any one of the first room icon 231 to the sixth room icon 236, the management screen 200 is switched to a device operation screen (not shown). In the device operation screen, the administrator can remotely operate the air conditioner provided in the selected room.
The notice-call area 240 includes a temperature monitoring icon 241, an air quality monitoring icon 242, an error generation icon 243, and a maintenance/consumable change icon 244.
The display control unit 63 controls the operation display unit 80 to display an environment information icon corresponding to "environment information". When the environment determination unit 64 determines that the air environment of any room needs to be improved, the display control unit 63 controls the operation display unit 80 to highlight the specific environment information icon corresponding to the specific environment information determined to be improved. Only the temperature monitoring icon 241 and the air quality monitoring icon 242 correspond to one example of "environment information icon", respectively.
The temperature monitoring icon 241 is an environmental information icon corresponding to the temperature of the room. When the environment determination unit 64 determines that the temperature of any one of the rooms needs to be improved, the display control unit 63 controls the operation display unit 80 to highlight the temperature monitor icon 241 in red.
The air quality monitor icon 242 is an environmental information icon corresponding to the air cleanliness of the room. When the environment determination unit 64 determines that it is necessary to improve the air cleanliness of any one of the rooms, the display control unit 63 controls the operation display unit 80 to highlight the air quality monitor icon 242 in red.
The display control section 63 performs the following control: when a selection operation is performed on the specific environment information icon, only a room icon corresponding to the specific room determined to require improvement of the air environment is displayed in the management object display area 230. At this time, even if the display form of the room icon in the management object display area 230 is the layout form, the display control section 63 automatically switches it to the matrix form.
The display control section 63 controls the operation display section 80 to display a status information icon corresponding to "status information". When the maintenance determination unit 67 determines that any air conditioner requires maintenance work, the display control unit 63 controls the operation display unit 80 to highlight a specific state information icon corresponding to the specific state information determined to require maintenance work. The error occurrence icon 243 and the maintenance/consumable change icon 244 correspond to one example of "status information icon", respectively.
The error occurrence icon 243 is a status information icon corresponding to the presence or absence of an equipment abnormality. When the maintenance determination unit 67 determines that maintenance work related to an equipment abnormality needs to be performed on any air conditioner, the display control unit 63 controls the operation display unit 80 to highlight the error occurrence icon 243 in red.
The maintenance/consumable change icon 244 is a status information icon corresponding to whether maintenance is required. When the maintenance determination unit 67 determines that maintenance work related to maintenance is required for any air conditioner, the display control unit 63 controls the operation display unit 80 to highlight the maintenance/consumable part replacement icon 244 in red.
When the specific status information icon is selected, the display control unit 63 controls the management object display area 230 to display only the room icon corresponding to the specific room in which the specific air conditioner determined to require the maintenance work is provided. At this time, even if the display form of the room icons in the management object display area 230 is a matrix form in consideration of the convenience of maintenance work, the display control section 63 automatically switches it to a layout form.
The unified operation area 250 includes icons corresponding to devices capable of indicating unified operations. The icons included in the unified operation area 250 are, for example, icons corresponding to types of devices set in advance as devices that can be registered. In the unified operation area 250, icons corresponding to types of devices not registered in the device information management table 71a may not be displayed. In the present embodiment, the unified operation area 250 includes an air conditioner icon 251 and an air cleaner icon 252.
When the administrator touches the air-conditioning icon 251 or the air cleaner icon 252, a room icon corresponding to a room in which a device corresponding to the touched icon is registered among the room icons displayed in the management object display area 230 is highlighted. At the same time, a unified operation screen (not shown) is pop-up displayed on the screen 200. In this case, it is preferable to cancel the highlighting of the room icon of the device that is not registered to correspond to the touched icon. Thus, the administrator can confirm the room in which the air conditioner is actually operated.
In the unified operation screen, the administrator can perform unified operation on the air conditioners respectively provided in the rooms corresponding to the highlighted room icons among the rooms corresponding to the room icons displayed in the management object display area 230. Specifically, when the administrator touches the air-conditioning icon 251, the operation instruction receiving unit 65b receives a unified operation for air-conditioning, which is provided in each of the rooms corresponding to the highlighted room icon among the rooms corresponding to the room icon displayed in the management target display area 230. When the administrator touches the air cleaner icon 252, the operation instruction receiving unit 65b receives a unified operation on the air cleaners provided in the rooms corresponding to the highlighted room icon among the rooms corresponding to the room icons displayed in the management target display area 230.
The management screen 200 further includes a setting icon 260 and a report icon 270.
When the administrator touches the setting icon 260, the management screen 200 is switched to a setting screen (not shown). In the setting screen, the administrator can determine setting values such as the first threshold and the second threshold to be referred to by the environment determination unit 64.
When the administrator touches the report icon 270, the management screen 200 is switched to a report screen (not shown). As described above, the report generating unit 68 generates a report indicating the history of changes in the air environment of the designated room in the building to be managed. The display control section 63 controls the operation display section 80 to display the report generated by the report generation section 68 in a color corresponding to the color of the room icon.
The management screen 200 also includes a device selection icon 280. The device selection icon 280 is operated before starting to select the air conditioner that is the object of the unified operation.
Next, a device list screen will be described with reference to fig. 7 and 8. Fig. 8 is a diagram showing an example of a device list screen.
As shown in fig. 8, the equipment list screen includes an equipment list 290 indicating the operation status of each air conditioner. The device list 290 is displayed in the management object display area 230 shown in fig. 7. The device list 290 includes a first operation status icon 291 related to the air conditioner provided in Room l and a second operation status icon 292 related to the air conditioner provided in Room 2. When the unified operation is performed on the room list screen, the display control section 63 switches the room list screen to the device list screen. The administrator can immediately confirm that, for example, the unified closing operation is performed for the air cleaners of Room 1 and Room 2.
The air conditioner management program according to the embodiment causes a computer to function as the selection receiving unit 65a, the operation instruction receiving unit 65b, and the output unit 65c to manage a plurality of types of air conditioners installed in a building to be managed having a plurality of rooms. The selection receiving unit 65a receives a first selection of selecting one or more of the plurality of rooms as a target room and a second selection of selecting any of the plurality of air conditioners as an operation target device. The operation instruction receiving unit 65b receives an operation instruction for an operation target device provided in the target room. The output unit 65c outputs the first selection and the second selection received by the selection receiving unit 65a and the operation instruction received by the operation instruction receiving unit 65 b.
According to the embodiment, the air conditioner management device 40 and the air conditioner management program for receiving an operation instruction for an operation target device selected from a plurality of air conditioners are provided.
In particular, according to the embodiment, the administrator can smoothly perform the unified operation of the air conditioner that performs the unified on operation of the air conditioner for the room having the high room temperature or the unified off operation of the air purifier after selecting an arbitrary room following the touch operation of the device selection icon 280.
In addition, when the display form or the display range of the room icon in the management target display area 230 is switched, the display control unit 63 may change the display form of a specific room icon among the room icons to be displayed after the switching. For example, the display control unit 63 controls the room icons corresponding to the specific rooms determined to be in need of improvement of the air environment to be highlighted temporarily. For example, the display control section 63 controls as follows: the switching of the display form or the display range of the room icon in the management object display area 230 is slightly delayed, and the display form of a specific room icon among the room icons to be displayed after the switching is changed to the highlighting. Thus, the user can visually confirm the change. Thus, the user can easily grasp the presence of a room requiring improvement. The display control unit 63 also controls the room icons corresponding to the specific rooms in which the specific air conditioners determined to be required for maintenance are provided so as to be temporarily highlighted.
The above description of the embodiments has described preferred embodiments of the present invention, and therefore, various limitations that are technically preferred may be imposed, but the technical scope of the present invention is not limited to the description of the present invention, and is not limited to these embodiments. That is, the components in the above embodiments can be replaced with existing components or the like as appropriate, and various modifications including combinations with other existing components can be made.
