The advantages and features of the present invention will become more apparent from the following description. It should be noted that the drawings are in a very simplified form and are all to a non-precise scale, merely for convenience and clarity in aiding in the description of embodiments of the invention.
Fig. 1 is a cross-sectional view of a hand-holdable scram device according to an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 2 is a perspective view of the hand-holdable scram device according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the hand-holdable scram device includes: a handle body 110, a scram switch 120, and a communication cable 130; the emergency stop switch 120 is disposed on one side of the handle body 110, one end of the communication cable 130 is connected with the emergency stop switch 120, and the other end extends out of the handle body 110 from the side of the handle body 110 away from the emergency stop switch 120.
Specifically, the emergency stop switch 120 is connected to the communication cable 130, so as to transmit an emergency stop signal to a device connected thereto through the communication cable 130, thereby controlling the emergency stop of the device. The communication cable 130 may be a flexible cable, and has the characteristics of wear resistance, aging resistance, long service life, and the like. The connection mode of the emergency stop switch 120 and the communication cable 130 includes, but is not limited to, integral molding, welding, riveting, hooking, etc., as long as the two can be fixedly connected and cannot fall off.
Wherein the handle body 110 may be used to provide a portion for a user to hold, the handle body 110 may be configured and dimensioned to conform to the characteristics of a human hand. For example, the handle body 110 may be provided in a strip shape as a whole.
With continued reference to fig. 1 and 2, the emergency stop switch 120 is disposed above the handle body 110 for controlling whether an emergency stop operation is performed or not. In this embodiment, the scram switch 120 may include a switch button 121, and the scram of the device is controlled by pressing the switch button 121.
Further, in this embodiment, the inside of the handle body 110 is a hollow structure, the emergency stop switch 120 is disposed on one side of the handle body 110 and covers the hollow structure, one end of the communication cable 130 is connected to the emergency stop switch 120 and penetrates through the inside of the handle body 110, and the other end extends from the inside of the handle body 110 to be connected to a device. In the practical application process, the user may hold the handle body 110 and directly start the emergency stop switch 120 when the equipment is required to be stopped, and the start signal generated by starting the emergency stop switch 120 may be transmitted to the equipment through the communication cable 130 to control the equipment to stop. For example, the other end of the communication cable 130 may be used to connect with a rehabilitation training device, so that the hand-held emergency stop device may be used to implement an emergency stop function of the rehabilitation training device.
It should be noted that, the hand-holdable emergency stop device provided in this embodiment is not fixed on the device but not movable, and can be selectively held according to the requirement of the user, so that the user can control the start and stop of the device at any time, and accidents are prevented. Especially, when an emergency occurs, the user can control the equipment to stop rapidly, so that the safety of the equipment is improved.
Further, the other end of the communication cable 130 is used for connecting with a device, for example, a pluggable connector, and the pluggable connector is connected with the device (for example, rehabilitation training device) in a pluggable manner. That is, the hand-held emergency stop device can realize communication with equipment (such as rehabilitation training equipment) in a plug-in mode, so that the whole hand-held emergency stop device can be rapidly separated from products or equipment, the structure is simple, the disassembly and the installation are convenient, great convenience is brought to product maintenance, and the competitiveness of products is greatly improved.
Referring to fig. 1 with emphasis, the handle body 110 is provided with a first opening and a second opening opposite to each other at both ends in a length direction thereof, the emergency stop switch 120 may be disposed on the first opening, and the communication cable 130 may extend from the second opening. In this embodiment, the handle body 110 with a bar-shaped structure and the emergency stop switch 120 are disposed at the end of the handle body 110, which is beneficial for a user to hold the emergency stop device and is also convenient for the user to control the emergency stop switch 120 with one hand.
In this embodiment, the emergency stop switch 120 may include a fixing member to enable the emergency stop switch 120 to be mounted on the handle body 110 by using the fixing member. Specifically, the shape of the fixing piece is matched with the shape of the first opening, and the fixing piece extends into the first opening of the handle body 110 and is clamped with the first opening, wherein the fixing piece and the handle body 110 are specifically in interference fit, so that stability of the emergency stop switch 120 on the handle body 110 is improved.
Further, the communication cable 130 is knotted at a predetermined position to have a knotting part 131, the knotting part 131 of the communication cable 130 is located inside the handle body 110, and an outer diameter of the knotting part 131 is greater than an inner diameter of the second opening of the handle body 110, so that the knotting part 131 is difficult to be separated from the second opening. In this embodiment, the knotting portion 131 is used to control the shortest length of the communication cable 130 reserved in the handle body 110, so as to ensure that the communication cable 130 remains in a loose state when the shortest length of the handle body 110 is reserved.
In one embodiment, the length of the communication cable 130 from the connection point of the communication cable 130 and the emergency stop switch 120 to the knotting portion 131 is greater than or equal to the linear distance from the connection point to the knotting portion 131, so that the communication cable 130 and the emergency stop switch 120 are always in a connection state during use. That is, when the knotting portion 131 is just caught on the second opening and is difficult to be separated from the second opening, the communication cable 130 in the handle body 110 is still kept in a loose state. And when the communication cable 130 is pulled by an external force, the knotting part 131 can prevent the internal communication cable from being pulled out completely.
With continued reference to fig. 1, the handle body 110 may specifically include a housing 111 and a base 112, the housing 111 and the base 112 being connected along a length of the handle body. In this embodiment, the length of the housing 111 is greater than the length of the base 112, and the housing 111 is configured to provide a substantial portion of a user's hand. And, a first opening of the handle body 110 may be provided at an end of the housing 111 remote from the base 112, and a second opening may be provided in the base 112. Correspondingly, the emergency stop switch 120 is disposed at an end of the housing 111 away from the base 112, and the communication cable 130 extends from the base 112. Preferably, the length from the connection point of the communication cable 130 and the emergency stop switch 120 to the knotting portion 131 may be greater than or equal to the length of the housing 111 of the handheld body 110.
Wherein, the shell 111 and the base 112 can be bonded or clamped. For example, the housing 111 has an engaging opening, and the engaging member on the base 112 extends into the opening and closing opening and engages with the engaging opening. And an opening penetrating the base 112 along the length direction is provided in the base 112, and the opening forms a second opening of the handle body 110, so that the opening in the base 112 is in communication with the inner cavity of the housing 111.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the housing 111 is hollow, and the base 112 is connected to a side of the housing 111 away from the emergency stop switch 120 by means of fastening or bonding. At the junction, the outer diameter of the base 112 is equal to or slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the housing 111, providing an abutment surface for the knotter 131, i.e. the knotter 131 can abut against the surface of the base 112 facing the housing cavity.
In this embodiment, the end substrate of the side of the housing 111 away from the emergency stop switch 120 is bent toward the center to form a bent end portion substantially perpendicular to the extending direction of the housing 111 (i.e., the bending direction of the bent end portion is substantially perpendicular to the extending direction of the housing, and the bent end portion is, for example, a ring-shaped bent end portion), and a side groove (for example, a ring-shaped side groove) matching the bent end portion of the housing 111 is formed on the outer periphery of the end portion of the housing 112 where the base 112 is connected to the housing 111, so as to accommodate the bent end portion, thereby making the connection between the housing 111 and the base 112 more firm and less prone to drop, and enhancing the safety of use.
In another embodiment (not shown), the end of the housing on the side far from the emergency stop switch forms a clamping interface along the extending direction of the housing, the opposite end of the base forms a clamping groove, and the clamping interface and the clamping groove are clamped opposite to each other along the extending direction of the housing.
Generally, the housing 111 and the base 112 are used to splice to form the handle body 110, which is advantageous in improving the overall assembly flexibility of the emergency stop device, facilitating the disassembly and assembly of the emergency stop device, for example, for the communication cable 130 formed with the knotting portion 131, the assembly of the emergency stop device in the handle body 110 may be more convenient.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that in another embodiment of the invention, the housing is not a hollow structure, but is provided with at least one side opening; and/or the base is not a hollow structure, but is provided with at least one side opening; the communication cable extends from the side opening of the housing to the outer surface of the housing, extends into the base from the side opening of the base, and extends from one end of the base after being connected with the emergency stop switch. In order to increase the storage capacity of the communication cable, the shell and/or the base are provided with a plurality of side openings which are sequentially communicated, so that the communication cable can sequentially pass through the side openings. Further, in order to increase the storage capacity of the communication cable, grooves matched with the side openings may be formed on the outer surfaces of the housing and the base, so as to accommodate the communication cable extending from each side opening. The connection between the communication cable and the emergency stop switch can be realized without falling off.
The following explains the manner of assembling the hand-holdable scram device in the present embodiment with a specific example, including:
first, welding the emergency stop switch 120 and the communication cable 130;
then, the communication cable 130 is knotted at an appropriate distance to form the knotted portion 131; for example, the communication cable 130 may be knotted from its end to a position having a distance equal to or greater than the length of the housing 111 of the handheld body 110, that is, the length from the end of the communication cable to the knotting portion 131 may be equal to or greater than the length of the housing 111 of the handheld body 110;
next, the communication cable 130 is passed through the base 112 of the handheld body 110, specifically, the communication cable 130 is passed through the second opening in the base 112;
