As shown in fig. 1-3, a linear motion type door lock unlocking mechanism comprises a ratchet shaft 1, a pawl shaft 2 and a pawl linkage arm shaft 3 which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom, wherein a ratchet 4 capable of freely rotating is sleeved on the ratchet shaft 1, a lock bolt clamping groove is formed in the ratchet 4, a pawl 5 capable of freely rotating is sleeved on the pawl shaft 2, a pawl linkage arm 6 capable of freely rotating is sleeved on the pawl linkage arm shaft 3, the upper end of the pawl 5 is in locking engagement with the lower end of the ratchet 4, and the lower end of the pawl 5 is in locking engagement with the upper end of the pawl linkage arm 6; a pushing rod 7 is arranged on the side surface of the lower end of the pawl linkage arm 6, the lower end of the pawl linkage arm 6 is hinged with the pushing rod 7 through a connecting shaft 8, the connecting shaft 8 is parallel to the pawl linkage arm shaft 3, and the inner end part of the pushing rod 7 can push the pawl linkage arm 6 to rotate around the pawl linkage arm shaft 3; ratchet wheel return springs 9, pawl return springs 10 and pawl interlock arm return springs 11 are respectively sleeved on the ratchet wheel shaft 1, the pawl shaft 2 and the pawl interlock arm shaft 3.
The ratchet wheel shaft 1, the pawl shaft 2 and the pawl linkage arm shaft 3 are fixedly connected with the shell 12 and the cover plate 13 respectively, the ratchet wheel 4, the pawl 5, the pawl linkage arm 6 and the push rod 7 are all located in the inner cavity, a lock bolt inlet and a lock bolt outlet are formed in the shell 12 corresponding to the ratchet wheel 4, and a pressing opening is formed in the shell 12 corresponding to the outer end portion of the push rod 7.
The position corresponding to the push rod 7 in the inner cavity is provided with a guide sleeve 14, the guide sleeve 14 is fixedly connected with the shell 12 and the cover plate 13 respectively, the push rod 7 is positioned in the guide sleeve 14 and can freely slide in the guide sleeve 14, and the guide sleeve 14 is correspondingly communicated with the pressing opening.
A micro switch 15 is arranged on the circumferential side surface of the pawl 5 in the inner cavity, and the micro switch 15 is connected with an external connector through a wire harness.
Working principle:
when unlocking is required, the push rod 7 is pressed, the pawl linkage arm 6 rotates anticlockwise around the pawl linkage arm shaft 3, the pawl linkage arm 6 toggles the pawl 5 to rotate clockwise around the pawl shaft 2, the locking of the ratchet wheel 4 is released after the pawl 5 rotates, the ratchet wheel 4 rotates clockwise around the ratchet wheel shaft 1 under the action of the ratchet return spring 9, the lock plunger clamping groove is communicated with the lock plunger inlet and outlet, unlocking of the door lock is achieved, and when the pawl 5 rotates, the micro switch 15 is triggered to output an unlocking signal outwards;
after unlocking, the push rod 7 is released, the pawl linkage arm return spring 11 gives the pawl linkage arm 6 a force for enabling the pawl linkage arm 6 to rotate clockwise around the pawl linkage arm shaft 3, the pawl linkage arm 6 releases the poking of the pawl 5, the pawl return spring 10 gives the pawl 5 a force for enabling the pawl 5 to rotate anticlockwise around the pawl arm 2, but because the ratchet wheel 4 is in the unlocking position, the pawl linkage arm 6 and the pawl 5 cannot rotate freely, locking cannot be completed, when locking is carried out, the lock bolt enters the lock bolt clamping groove through the lock bolt inlet and outlet, the ratchet wheel 4 is pushed to rotate anticlockwise around the ratchet wheel shaft 1, and the pawl 5 rotating anticlockwise around the pawl arm 2 is matched, when the lock engagement position is reached, locking is completed, locking is achieved, at the moment, the pawl 5 and the pawl linkage arm 6 are reset, and the push rod 7 is ejected and reset by the pawl linkage arm 6.
Two riveting shafts 16 are arranged between the shell 12 and the cover plate 13, and two ends of each riveting shaft 16 are fixedly connected with the shell 12 and the cover plate 13 respectively, so that the connection strength between the shell 12 and the cover plate 13 is improved.
The joint of the rivet shaft 16 and the cover plate 13 is provided with a damper block 17.
The microswitch 15 is fixed on the housing 12 by a connection assembly 18, the connection assembly 18 consisting of a cross-slot pan head screw, a spring washer and a flat washer.
One end of the connecting shaft 8 is a limiting end, and the other end of the connecting shaft 8 is sleeved with a gasket 19.
The linear motion type door lock unlocking mechanism disclosed by the invention has the advantages of convenience in operation, small occupied space, portability, small size, practicability and the like, and the door lock is unlocked by utilizing the linear motion of the button.
