Fig. 1 is a schematic perspective view of a purlin structure for a photovoltaic bracket according to an embodiment of the present invention, where a connector, a photovoltaic module, and a photovoltaic bracket are not shown.
Referring to fig. 1, a purlin structure for a photovoltaic bracket according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a mounting seat 1 and a clamping plate 2. The mounting seat 1 comprises a protruding part 11 and a horizontal part 12, wherein one side surface of the protruding part 11 is fixedly connected with one side surface of the horizontal part 12, so that the horizontal part 12 is divided into a left half side 3 and a right half side 4. The horizontal part is detachably fixed on the photovoltaic bracket, the clamping plate 2 is propped against the protruding part 11, and the connecting piece 6 is penetrated between the clamping plate 2 and the mounting seat 1, so that clamping spaces for clamping and limiting the photovoltaic module 7 are formed at the left half side 3 and the right half side 4 respectively.
Fig. 2 is a schematic side view of a purlin structure for a photovoltaic bracket according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 2, in use, the horizontal portion 12 is first fixed to the photovoltaic bracket 5, and then two photovoltaic modules 7 are placed on the left half 3 and the right half 4, respectively. After the protruding part 11 abuts against the clamping plate 2, an installer sequentially passes one connecting piece 6 through the clamping plate 2, the protruding part 11 and the horizontal part 12, and the connecting piece 6 is in threaded fit so as to detachably fix the clamping plate 2 on the protruding part 11, so that adjacent photovoltaic modules are clamped in the left half side 3 and the right half side 4. Further, an installer can quickly and stably install the photovoltaic modules on the photovoltaic bracket 5 by providing a plurality of purlin structures between the adjacent photovoltaic modules 7.
Specifically, the side of the clamping plate 2 near the horizontal portion 12 is provided with a protrusion with an inclined side. Preferably, the cross section of the protrusions on the clamping plate 2 is in the shape of an isosceles trapezoid. The boss 11 is recessed near one side of the splint 2 and the recess in the boss 11 matches the projection on the splint 2. The clamping plate 2 and the protruding part 11 are matched in a concave-convex manner when being abutted, so that the stability of the clamping plate 2 when being connected with the protruding part 11 is improved.
In this embodiment, the purlin structure further includes an upper deck 8 and a lower deck 9. The side of the clamping plate 2 remote from the horizontal portion 12 is recessed at intervals so as to form a first recess region 21. The side of the horizontal portion 12 remote from the boss 11 is provided with a second recessed area 121. After sliding into the first recess areas 21, portions of the upper cover plate 8 are restrained at the surface of the clamping plate 2, thereby closing each of the first recess areas 21. After being drawn into the second groove region 121, a portion of the lower cover plate 9 is restrained at the surface of the horizontal portion 12, thereby closing the second groove region 121. Further, part of the upper cover plate 8 is protruded to form first clamping parts 81 symmetrically distributed on the surface of the upper cover plate 8, and each first clamping part 81 is in a hook shape. First protrusions 211 inclined toward the boss 11 are respectively provided on opposite inner side walls of the first groove region 21. After the upper cover plate 8 slides into the first groove area 21, the first clamping part 81 is lapped in an inclined space between the first protruding block and the inner side wall of the first groove area 21, so that the upper cover plate 8 is limited on the surface of the clamping plate 2.
The part of the lower cover plate 9 is protruded to form second clamping parts 91 symmetrically distributed on the surface of the lower cover plate 9, and each second clamping part 91 is in a hook shape. Second protrusions 1211 extending opposite to each other and parallel to the horizontal portion 12 are provided on opposite inner sidewalls of the second groove region 121. After the lower cover plate 9 slides into the second groove area 121, the second clamping portion 91 is lapped on the surface of the second protruding block, so that the lower cover plate 9 is limited on the surface of the horizontal portion 12.
Preferably, in order to further increase the strength of the mounting base 1, a plurality of cavities 13 are provided in each of the boss 11 and the horizontal portion 12. Wherein, referring to fig. 2, the boss 11 is located on the middle line of the horizontal part 12, the left half side 3 and the right half side 4 are symmetrically distributed about the boss 11, and the cavity 13 in the boss 11 and the cavity 13 in the horizontal part 12 are symmetrically distributed about the middle line of the boss 11, thereby forming a block-like body like a chevron. The horizontal portion 12 is provided at a side thereof with a connection hole 14 penetrating each cavity 13, and a connection member 6 is inserted into and out of the other end of the connection hole 14 from one end of the connection hole 14 in a horizontal direction, thereby detachably fixing the mount 1 to the photovoltaic bracket. The other connecting piece 6 penetrates from the first groove area 21 along the vertical direction, passes through the cavity 13 in the boss 11 and then penetrates from the second groove area 121. The two connecting pieces 6 are distributed in the cavity 13 in a staggered way and do not interfere with each other, and after each connecting piece 6 is arranged on the surface of the mounting seat 1, the two ends of the connecting piece 6 are fixed through locking pieces such as nuts. In the present invention, the connecting member 6 is a threaded fixing member such as a screw, a bolt, or the like, and the mount 1 is an integrally formed metal block.
In summary, according to the invention, the clamping space for clamping and fixing the photovoltaic modules is formed on the left half side and the right half side respectively through the clamping plates fixed on the mounting base, so that two adjacent photovoltaic modules can be assembled quickly. Further, the horizontal part and the protruding part which are integrally formed and the plurality of cavities arranged in the horizontal part and the protruding part further improve the strength of the whole mounting seat.
