It should be noted that the described embodiments are only some embodiments of the present invention, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
Example 1
Referring to fig. 1 to 7, the present invention provides an intersecting bar-shaped grille which is convenient to hoist, comprising a hoist assembly 1 and grille units 2;
the grid unit 2 comprises a lower layer lifting bar 7, a lower layer grid bar 8, a middle layer grid bar 9 and an upper layer grid bar 10; the lower layer lifting strips 7 and the lower layer grating strips 8 are arranged on the bottom layer in parallel, the middle layer grating strips 9 are intersected with the lower layer lifting strips 7 and the lower layer grating strips 8 are arranged on the middle layer, and the upper layer grating strips 10 are intersected with the lower layer lifting strips 7, the lower layer grating strips 8 and the middle layer grating strips 9 and are arranged on the upper layer; the tops of the lower layer lifting bars 7 and the lower layer grid bars 8 are provided with first notch grooves 11 which can accommodate the middle layer grid bars 9 and the upper layer grid bars 10 at each intersection point; the bottom of the middle layer grating strip 9 is provided with a second notch groove 12 capable of accommodating the lower layer hoisting strip 7 and the lower layer grating strip 8 at each intersection point, the top of the middle layer grating strip 9 is provided with a third notch groove 13 capable of accommodating the upper layer grating strip 10 at each intersection point, and a first connecting part 14 for connecting materials at two sides of the intersection point is reserved between the second notch groove 12 and the third notch groove 13; the middle layer grating strip 9 is erected above the lower layer grating strip 8, so that the second notch groove 12 is meshed with the first notch groove 11; the bottom of the upper grid strip 10 is provided with a fourth notch groove 15 which can accommodate the lower lifting strip 7, the lower grid strip 8 and the middle grid strip 9 at each intersection point; the fourth notch groove 15, the first notch groove 11 and the third notch groove 13 are mutually meshed at each intersection point;
the lower layer grating strips 8, the middle layer grating strips 9 and the upper layer grating strips 10 are provided with hook hanging pieces 16 at the intersection points, the bottoms of the hook hanging pieces 16 are connected with the lower layer grating strips 8, and the tops of the hook hanging pieces are hooked on the upper layer grating strips 10; the lower layer lifting strip 7 is lifted below the lifting assembly 1.
The lower layer lifting strips 7, the lower layer grating strips 8, the middle layer grating strips 9 and the upper layer grating strips 10 are similar to mortise and tenon structures, and can be stably combined together through the engagement between the first notch groove 11 and the second notch groove 12, and the engagement between the third notch groove 13 and the fourth notch groove 15. In addition, in the structure, the materials on both sides of each grating strip are the same material, so that no appearance defects such as deflection dislocation, bending, gaps and the like occur on any grating strip at the intersection point, and the structure has extremely good integrity from the stress structure or appearance joint.
The stress principle is as follows: the lower lifting bars 7 support the middle and upper grid bars 9, 10 while the lower grid bars 8 hang under the upper grid bars 10.
Wherein, the lower layer lifting bars 7 and the lower layer grid bars 8 are basically identical in appearance, and the difference between the two is that: the lower layer lifting bars 7 are used for lifting and support the whole grid unit 2; the lower grid bar 8 is not used for lifting, and is hung under the upper grid bar 10 by the hook 16, so that the whole grid unit 2 has no supporting effect. Therefore, one grid unit 2 has fewer hoisting points, and only the lower hoisting strip 7 needs to be hoisted.
Specifically, the lower layer grating strips 8 are provided with hook holes at the intersection points, and the hook holes are respectively positioned at two sides of the first notch grooves 11 on two side walls of the lower layer grating strips 8; the bottom of the hooking piece 16 is provided with two connecting hooks which are respectively hooked in two hooking holes positioned on two side walls of the lower layer grating strip 8.
The hook 16 is preferably formed by bending a wire, but is not limited to other fire-resistant materials. Meanwhile, the hook 16 does not necessarily adopt an integral processing structure, and the use of a combined structure is not precluded.
In order to maintain the appearance integrity among the different grid units 2, preferably, the ends of the lower layer lifting bars 7, the lower layer grid bars 8, the middle layer grid bars 9 and the upper layer grid bars 10 are provided with connectors which are connected between the two lower layer lifting bars 7, the lower layer grid bars 8, the middle layer grid bars 9 and the upper layer grid bars 10 which are coaxially spliced.
Therefore, the lower layer lifting bars 7, the lower layer grating bars 8, the middle layer grating bars 9 and the upper layer grating bars 10 which are collinear among different grating units 2 can be aligned and connected, and no obvious dividing line appears.
Specifically, the hoisting assembly 1 comprises a screw 3, an upper layer hook 4, a keel 5 and a hoisting hook 6; the upper layer hook 4 is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the screw rod 3, the keel 5 is hooked on the upper layer hook 4, and the keel 5 is orthogonal to the upper part of the lower layer lifting strip 7; the lifting hook 6 is hooked on the keel 5, a hooking portion 18 is arranged at the bottom of the lifting hook 6, a lifting hole 19 matched with the hooking portion 18 is formed in the lifting point of the lower layer lifting strip 7, and the hooking portion 18 is hooked in the lifting hole 19 to lift the whole grid unit 2.
The hoisting position of the hoisting hook 6 can freely move on the keel 5, so that the position of the lower hoisting strip 7 is adjusted, and the hoisting direction of the whole grid unit 2 is adjusted.
Further, the lifting hook 6 is fixedly connected with the keel 5 through a self-tapping screw. After the hoisting azimuth adjustment is completed, the azimuth is completely locked through self-tapping screws, and the whole position of the grid unit 2 is kept stable.
Preferably, a group of first engagement slots 17 extending downwards from the bottom edge of the first notch groove 11 are respectively formed on two side walls of the lower grid strip 8; the two first engagement slots 17 of the same group on the same side wall of the lower layer grating strip 8 are matched with the first connecting parts 14 on the middle layer grating strip 9, the depth of the first engagement slots 17 is larger than or equal to the height of the first connecting parts 14, and the distance from the bottom ends of the first engagement slots 17 to the bottom surface of the lower layer grating strip 8 is equal to the height of the second notch grooves 12; the two groups of first engagement slots 17 are arranged in a staggered manner, so that the first connecting parts 14 of the middle layer grating strips 9 which are obliquely crossed with the lower layer grating strips 8 are inserted into the two groups of first engagement slots 17, the first connecting parts 14 are completely embedded into the first engagement slots 17, and the bottom surfaces of the middle layer grating strips 9 are completely flush with the bottom surfaces of the lower layer grating strips 8;
at each intersection point of the grid unit 2, the top edge of the fourth notch groove 15 is lapped on the bottom edge of the first notch groove 11, and the height of the fourth notch groove 15 is equal to the height between the bottom edge of the first notch groove 11 and the bottom surface of the lower grid strip 8, so that the upper grid strip 10 is completely flush with the bottom surfaces of the middle grid strip 9 and the lower grid strip 8.
The middle layer grating strip 9 is tightly fixed on the lower layer lifting strip 7 or the lower layer grating strip 8 by the biting action of the first biting slot 17 on the first connecting part 14, and the middle layer grating strip 9 is tightly 'pinched' on the lower layer lifting strip 7 or the grating strip through the first biting slot 17. With this structure, the internal combined structure of the grill unit 2 is very firm, and the integral structure of the grill unit 2 as a whole is good, and is not easily scattered.
Preferably, the whole of the grid unit 2 is regular hexagon. When the integral hoisting is carried out, the grid suspended ceilings of a whole piece are in a honeycomb-shaped layout structure, and can be perfectly jointed with each other. The lengths of all the grid bars in the regular hexagonal grid units 2 are relatively even, and particularly for the lower layer hoisting bars 7, the regular hexagonal grid units are convenient to intersect with all the middle layer grid bars 9 and the upper layer grid bars 10 in the least number, so that the hoisting is convenient.
Example two
The embodiment provides an installation method of an intersecting bar grating convenient to hoist, which comprises the following steps:
1) A hoisting assembly 1 is preassembled at a hoisting point selected from the roof of a building;
2) Hoisting the grid unit 2 below the hoisting assembly 1, and temporarily not fixing the azimuth of the grid unit;
3) Adjusting the lifting position of the lower lifting strip 7 so as to adjust the integral position of the grid unit 2;
4) Repeating the steps 1-3, installing each grid unit 2, and aligning the lower layer lifting bars 7, the lower layer grid bars 8, the middle layer grid bars 9 and the upper layer grid bars 10 which are spliced with each other among the grid units 2.
The hoisting structure can directly realize hoisting. After the lower layer lifting strips 7 are lifted, the middle layer grating strips 9 and the upper layer grating strips 10 are added one by one, and then the rest lower layer grating strips 8 are hung.
Specifically, the step 2) includes the following steps:
2-1A) hoisting the lower hoisting bar 7 below the hoisting assembly 1, and temporarily not fixing the hoisting direction;
2-2A), the middle layer grating strips 9 and the upper layer grating strips 10 are arranged on the lower layer hoisting strips 7 one by one in a erecting way;
2-3A) the lower grid bar 8 is buckled upwards at the intersection point of the middle grid bar 9 and the upper grid bar 10, and the hooking piece 16 is arranged, so that the lower grid bar 8 is hooked under the upper grid bar 10 and the middle grid bar 9.
Of course, a conventional installation method may be adopted, in which the grid unit 2 is installed on the ground, and then the whole is hoisted.
Specifically, the step 2) includes the following steps:
2-1B) mounting the middle layer grating strips 9 and the upper layer grating strips 10 on the lower layer hoisting strips 7 and the lower layer grating strips 8 on the ground one by one;
2-2B) the hooks 16 are mounted at the intersections of the lower layer grating strips 8 and the upper layer grating strips 10, so that the lower layer grating strips 8 are hooked under the upper layer grating strips 10 and the middle layer grating strips 9, and the whole assembly of the grating unit 2 is completed.
Specifically, the step 1) includes the following steps:
1-1) fixing the embedded screw 3 at a selected hoisting point and fixing the upper layer hook 4;
1-2) hooking keels 5 on the upper layer hooks 4 one by one, and adjusting the height of the upper layer hooks 4 to enable the keels 5 to be horizontal;
1-3) hanging a lifting hook 6;
and in the step 5), the position of the lower layer lifting strip 7 is adjusted by moving the lifting hook 6, and after the position is determined, the lifting hook 6 and the keel 5 are fixedly connected together by self-tapping screws, so that the position of the whole grid unit 2 is fixed.
Specifically, in the step 6), the alignment and the splicing are realized by inserting the connectors between the two mutually spliced lower layer hoisting strips 7, the lower layer grating strips 8, the middle layer grating strips 9 and the upper layer grating strips 10, so as to keep the appearance consistency among different grating units 2.
The invention provides an intersecting bar grid convenient to hoist and a mounting method thereof, which has a better hoisting structure and a more scientific mechanical structure, is more convenient to mount and can realize the mounting construction of grid bars in mid-air. And only a few lower layer lifting strips 7 need to be lifted, so that the lifting is simpler and more convenient.
The foregoing examples illustrate only a few embodiments of the invention and are described in detail herein without thereby limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the invention, which are all within the scope of the invention. Accordingly, the scope of protection of the present invention is to be determined by the appended claims.
