Then the multi-axis mechanical arm 21 picks up and transfers the picked gear to the upper part of the high-frequency induction heater 10 through the clamping mechanism, then the telescopic end of the electric push rod 33 continuously pushes the vertical sliding block 32 to move downwards along the mounting cylinder 31, the vertical sliding block 32 drives the clamping mechanism to downwards stretch the clamped gear into the high-frequency induction heater 10 for heating, meanwhile, the output shaft of the driving motor 34 drives the main spline shaft 37 to rotate, the main spline shaft 37 drives the clamping mechanism and the clamped gear to rotate fast, the gear is heated uniformly, and the heating treatment of the gear is completed.
Preliminary cooling treatment of this gear processing intelligent control manipulator:
after the heating treatment of the gear is completed, the telescopic end of the electric push rod 33 pulls the vertical slide block 32 to lift upwards along the mounting cylinder 31, the vertical slide block 32 drives the gear clamped by the clamping mechanism to be pulled out of the high-frequency induction heater 10, and drives the gear clamped by the clamping mechanism to be timely retracted upwards into the quenching cabin 5, meanwhile, the externally connected quenching oil spraying equipment sprays mist quenching oil into the quenching cabin 5 through the oil spraying ring pipe 51, so that the mist quenching oil is covered on the surface of the gear for preliminary cooling treatment, at the moment, the mist quenching oil is sprayed out of the oil spraying ring pipe 51 and then is covered on the surface of the gear in a low-concentration dispersion state, the mist quenching oil is quickly evaporated, and is not integrated into drops, meanwhile, the multi-shaft manipulator 21 drives the gear to be transferred to the upper side of the oil drainage mechanism through the clamping mechanism, and drives the output shaft of the motor 34 to drive the main spline shaft 37 to rotate in the process, and the main spline shaft 37 drives the clamped gear to slowly rotate, so that the gear and the mist quenching oil is uniformly contacted with the mist quenching oil to complete the preliminary cooling treatment of the gear.
During the spraying of the mist quenching oil into the quenching chamber 5 by the oil spraying ring pipe 51, the external shielding gas conveying equipment sprays shielding gas into the quenching chamber 5 through the lower spraying ring pipe 52 and the upper spraying ring pipe 53 respectively, the shielding gas sprayed from the upper spraying ring pipe 53 is sprayed downwards to the upper surface of the gear, the upper surface of the gear is isolated from oxygen, the mist quenching oil is guided to cover the upper surface of the gear, the mist quenching oil is prevented from escaping from the upper part of the quenching chamber 5, the shielding gas sprayed from the air spraying holes 522 of the lower spraying ring pipe 52 gathers towards the bottom of the quenching chamber 5 along the air guiding groove 521, the shielding gas forms a protective layer at the bottom of the quenching chamber 5, the outside air is effectively isolated from entering the quenching chamber 5, the mist quenching oil is guided to cover the lower surface of the gear, the mist quenching oil is prevented from escaping from the lower part of the quenching chamber 5, the mist quenching oil is prevented from entering the high-frequency induction heater 10, and the high-frequency induction heater 10 is prevented from being ignited and damaged.
Then the output shaft of the driving motor 34 drives the main spline shaft 37 to rotate, the main spline shaft 37 drives the clamping mechanism and the gears clamped by the clamping mechanism to rotate rapidly, meanwhile, the main spline shaft 37 drives the fan blades 39 connected with the shaft sleeve 36 to rotate, and smoke generated when the gears are contacted with quenching oil in the rotation process of the fan blades 39 is timely pumped upwards from the quenching cabin 5.
Complete cooling treatment of this gear processing intelligent control manipulator:
the multi-axis mechanical arm 21 drives the gear to be pulled out from the high-frequency induction heater 10 through the clamping mechanism and then transferred to the upper side of the fixed plate 74, the fixed plate 74 is inserted into the bottom of the quenching cabin 5, and the fixed plate 74 replaces shielding gas to isolate air from the bottom of the quenching cabin 5, so that external air is prevented from entering the quenching cabin 5.
After the preliminary cooling treatment of the gear is completed, the telescopic end of the electric push rod 33 pushes the vertical sliding block 32 to move downwards along the mounting cylinder 31 again, the vertical sliding block 32 drives the inserting rod 41 to be inserted into the auxiliary spline shaft 81 below the inserting rod through the spline groove 411, the auxiliary spline shaft 81 is pushed to drive the fixing plate 74, the supporting rod 73 and the bottom plug 71 to move downwards, the bottom plug 71 drives the second spring 72 to compress downwards, the vertical sliding block 32 pushes the gear into cooling liquid of the cooling pool 9 through the clamping mechanism, and the gear is completely cooled by the cooling liquid.
In the process that the auxiliary spline shaft 81 drives the fixed plate 74, the supporting rod 73 and the bottom plug 71 to move downwards, the auxiliary spline shaft 81 rotates rapidly along with the inserting rod 41, the auxiliary spline shaft 81 drives the blades 82 to stir in cooling liquid to form a vortex which flows downwards, when the fixed plate 74 passes through the first side groove 61 downwards, the first L-shaped through hole 711 is communicated with the lower pipeline of the L-shaped waste liquid pipe 6, cooling liquid flows through the L-shaped waste liquid pipe 6 to be discharged into external waste liquid recovery equipment, meanwhile, the external cooling liquid conveying equipment supplements cooling liquid to the cooling tank 9 in time, the cooling liquid level in the cooling tank 9 is ensured to always keep overflowing the liquid supplementing pipe 91, the phenomenon that the gear is soaked in the cooling liquid instantly is realized, quenching oil remained on the outer surface of the gear is rapidly leached out into the cooling liquid, the quenching oil directly flows downwards from the first side groove 61 along with the cooling liquid, the cooling liquid is prevented from being accumulated at the bottom of the gear for a long time, the second L-shaped through hole 741 of the fixed plate 74 leaves the first side groove 61, when the second L-shaped through hole 741 of the fixed plate 74 is communicated with the second side groove 62, the cooling liquid is completely leaves the L-shaped waste liquid 6, the electric liquid flowing downwards through the lower pipeline of the L-shaped waste liquid pipe 741 is completely, the cooling liquid is required to flow through the second side groove 741 is stopped, and the cooling liquid can flow through the bottom of the gear is more than the cooling liquid is more effectively improved, and the cooling liquid can flow through the bottom through the gear is more than the cooling liquid through the gear through hole through the L-hole.
