Description

Hydrogen fuel cell cooling liquid and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of fuel cells, and particularly relates to a hydrogen fuel cell cooling liquid and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The power supply voltage of the hydrogen fuel cell ranges from 300V to 600V, which is far higher than that of the traditional fuel automobile. GB/T18384.3-2015 part 3 of electric automobile safety requirement: personnel electric shock protection clearly prescribes the instantaneous insulation resistance: the minimum value of the alternating current insulation resistance is 0.5kΩ/V, and the minimum value of the direct current insulation resistance is 0.1kΩ/V, so the insulation resistance design of the hydrogen fuel cell stack is very important. Thus, the conductivity requirement of the hydrogen fuel cell coolant is less than or equal to 2 μs/cm, which is published in TCAS 548-2021, hydrogen fuel cell coolant. In the actual operation of the hydrogen fuel cell cooling system, the conductivity of the system can be increased along with the operation time, ions in metal and nonmetal pipelines in the system can be separated out, the conductivity is increased, and the system is required to be used in a matched way for deionization, so that the conductivity of the cooling liquid is stabilized within 2 mu s/cm. The hydrogen fuel cell coolant products have little report on the suppression of conductivity rise during the operation of the cooling system.
