Abstract
The invention discloses a degradable plastic master batch, which comprises biodegradable polyester, starch, a degradation agent, a plasticizer, an active agent and a lubricant, wherein the raw materials in parts by weight of the plastic master batch are respectively the biodegradable polyester: 40-50 parts; starch: 20-30 parts of a lubricant; degradation agent: 5-15 parts; and (3) a plasticizer: 1-5 parts; active agent: 1-3 parts; and (3) a lubricant: 1-2 parts. The degradable plastic master batch adopts the plant long fibers, can not influence the environment after being decomposed, ensures that the fiber structure of the plant long fibers is not damaged in an injection process mode, is nontoxic, harmless, clean and pollution-free, and has low cost and simple process.

The degradation agent comprises plant long fiber, paper pulp and resin, wherein the specific gravity of the natural plant long fiber, paper pulp and resin is 5:2:1.
The plant long fiber comprises the following preparation steps:
step one, drying plant long fibers;
and step two, performing an injection process on the dried plant long fibers.
The temperature of the plant long fiber in the first step is more than 120 ℃, the time is more than 3 hours, and the highest temperature of the plant long fiber in the second step is within 180 ℃.
