Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical appliances, in particular to an electric snare with a string bag function.
Background
With the widespread development of endoscopic treatment, EMR and ESD under endoscopy are becoming more popular. EMR, endoscopic submucosal dissection and resection, is an endoscopic operation technique for separating a lesion from its lamina propria into a pseudopedicle polyp by endoscopic measures (injection and suction) on flat and raised lesions (early gastrointestinal cancers, flat adenomas) and wide-base sessile polyps, and then using snare or electrotomy techniques to strip the mucosa where the lesion is located to achieve the purpose of treatment or to assist in diagnosis by performing mass tissue biopsy. Usually the lower EMR procedure is performed to resect a lesion polyp of 20mm or less.
In a conventional procedure, the snare is passed through an endoscope into a human body lumen, and the diseased tissue is removed from the endoscope after snare stripping. Then the foreign body forceps are used for entering the cavity of the human body through the endoscope, and the cut lesion assembly is grasped. Therefore, the snare and the foreign body forceps can be frequently and alternately moved into and out of the endoscope, and after the alternate instruments are completed, the diseased tissue just cut off by the electric current of the snare in the body is required to be searched and grasped again. Thus, the operation time is prolonged intangibly, the medical cost of the patient is increased, the workload of medical staff is increased, and the operation risk is increased.
Disclosure of Invention
Therefore, the invention aims to provide the electric snare with the string bag function, and the pathological tissues which are just cut off by the electric current in the body are not required to be searched and grabbed again, so that the operation time is shortened, the medical cost of a patient is reduced, the workload of medical staff is reduced, and the operation risk is reduced.
The invention solves the technical problems by the following technical means:
the electric snare with the string bag function comprises a handle, wherein a push-pull piece is arranged on the handle in a sliding manner, an outer sheath pipe is communicated with the end part of the handle, a flexible pipe is fixedly communicated with the end part of the outer sheath pipe far away from the handle, a traction rope is movably arranged in the flexible pipe, the outer sheath pipe and the handle in a penetrating manner, one end of the traction rope is fixedly connected with the push-pull piece, the other end of the traction rope penetrates out of the flexible pipe to be fixedly connected with a snare, and a flexible net is fixedly connected on the snare; an electrode is arranged on the push-pull piece and is electrically connected with the traction rope.
Further, the snare is oval, the long axis of snare is in on a straight line with the haulage rope, the snare is provided with V type kink in the one end that keeps away from the haulage rope. According to the technical scheme, the snare is designed to be elliptical, and the long axis of the snare and the traction rope are positioned on the same straight line, so that the snare can be conveniently opened or closed; and one end of the snare, which is far away from the traction rope, is provided with a V-shaped bending part, so that the snare can be completely closed in the process of being pulled to be smaller and closed, focal tissues are clamped, and then the focal tissues are resected by electrifying the snare.
Further, the snare is of a hollow structure, an annular opening communicated with the hollow is formed in the outer side face of the snare, and the flexible net is fixed in the annular opening. The flexible net can be hidden and does not occupy space and is fixedly arranged on the ring sleeve, so that a connector at the joint is avoided; and when the snare is used for sleeving the focus part, the inner side surface of the snare can be fully contacted with focus tissues, and when the snare is electrified, the focus part is resected, and the flexible net can not influence the snare.
Further, the push-pull piece comprises a sliding block which is arranged on the handle in a sliding manner, one end, far away from the outer sheath tube, of the handle and finger rings are arranged on two sides of the sliding block, a fixed block is arranged on one side, close to the snare, of the sliding block, and the electrode is fixedly arranged on the fixed block. The setting of this technical scheme, medical staff can wear to establish the thumb in the ring of handle tip, and forefinger and middle finger wear to establish in two rings of slider, and the opening or the closure of slip slider control snare for whole snare can operate when using single hand, more convenient.
Further, a sliding groove is formed in the handle, the sliding block is arranged in the sliding groove in a sliding mode, and the part of the traction rope located in the handle is arranged in the sliding groove. The setting of this technical scheme makes things convenient for the slip of slider to and the installation of haulage rope.
Further, the hauling rope is a stainless steel wire, one end of the stainless steel wire is electrically connected with the electrode, and the stainless steel wire is fixedly connected with the snare. The stainless steel wire has certain hardness, and is more rapid when pushing or pulling the ring sleeve.
Further, a rotating wheel is arranged between the handle and the outer sheath, one end of the rotating wheel is fixedly connected with the outer sheath, and the other end of the rotating wheel is rotationally connected with the handle. According to the technical scheme, the rotating wheel can be rotated, the rotating wheel is adjusted to enable the snare to be driven to rotate through the outer sheath tube and the flexible tube, so that the direction of the snare is controlled until focus tissues are wrapped around the snare, and therefore the snare and focus parts can be accurately positioned more conveniently, and operation is more convenient.
Further, the flexible net is woven by an insulating material, and the insulating material is ceramic cotton. When the focus part is cut off by the snare, the cut focus part is mainly covered by the flexible net after the focus part is cut off by the snare, and the ceramic cotton is soft, has good insulativity and high temperature resistance, and is a good flexible net manufacturing material.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
when the endoscope is used, the flexible pipe enters the cavity of a human body through the endoscope, and after focal tissues are found, the sliding block on the finger ring is pushed forward, so that the snare and the flexible net are driven to extend out of the flexible pipe together; then the direction of the snare is controlled by adjusting the rotating wheel until the focal tissue is covered by the snare circumference, then the sliding block is pulled backwards to tighten the snare and cut the focal tissue by electrifying the electrode, and the originally opened flexible net becomes a net bag gradually along with the reduction of the snare, and the net bag cuts the focal tissue and is taken out from the body along with the instrument. The excision and the taking-out processes of the whole focus tissue can be completed once without searching and grabbing the lesion tissue which is just cut off by the electric current of the snare in the body, thereby reducing the operation time, reducing the medical cost of patients, reducing the workload of medical staff and reducing the operation risk.
