In order to solve the problem that in the current process of logging in an intercom application by a user by using a mobile intercom terminal, errors are easy to occur, so that user experience is poor, the application provides a login method of an intercom terminal, which is applied to a server, and referring to fig. 1, a flow diagram of the login method of the intercom terminal provided by an embodiment of the application is shown, and the method comprises the following steps S1-S3.
Step S1: receiving a login verification request of an intercom terminal, and determining configuration of a plurality of communication channels between the intercom terminal and the intercom terminal; the login authentication request includes device identification information of the intercom terminal.
In the steps, after a user opens the intercom terminal, the intercom terminal detects whether the network state of the user meets the requirement of logging in an intercom platform; when the network state of the intercom terminal meets the login requirement, the intercom terminal sends a login verification request to a server; after receiving a login verification request of the intercom terminal, the server provides a communication service address and a communication port between the server and the intercom terminal; wherein the communication service address and the communication port are the configuration of the communication channel; after the communication service address and the communication port are successfully provided, the server starts to check the login verification request of the intercom terminal in the next step.
The communication service address and the communication port are set by the server according to the type of the provided communication service. The talkback terminal sending the login verification request to the server is a talkback terminal provided with the talkback platform, and the talkback terminal establishes a corresponding account on the talkback platform by using the equipment identification information. If the configuration of the communication channel cannot be provided between the intercom terminal and the server, repeating the provision operation of the configuration of the communication channel; when the number of times of the providing operation reaches a preset value and the last result of the providing operation is that the configuration of the communication channel cannot be provided, rejecting the login verification request of the intercom terminal; meanwhile, the intercom terminal also stops logging in the application.
The reason why the server cannot provide the communication service address and the communication port may be that the function of the communication service provided by the server fails.
The login request of the intercom terminal includes equipment identification information of the intercom terminal, where the equipment identification information may be an integrated circuit card identification code ICCID of a SIM card in the intercom terminal, an international mobile subscriber identification code IMSI, or an IMEI of the intercom terminal. When the intercom terminal sends a login verification request, encrypting equipment identification information by adopting a hash algorithm, such as MD5; and sending the encrypted equipment identification information to a server.
When the talkback terminal sends a login verification request, the digits of the equipment identification information are carried in the request and sent to the server, so that the server can quickly identify the type of the equipment identification information. For example, the device identification information is an integrated circuit card identification code ICCID of the SIM card, and the login authentication request includes an encrypted ICCID number and a number of bits 20 of the ICCID number.
Step S2: based on the equipment identification information of the talkback terminal, the service states of the configuration of the communication channels are determined.
In the above steps, the server verifies whether the model of the intercom terminal is adapted to the intercom platform according to the device identification information of the intercom terminal, and further verifies whether the service states of the configuration of the plurality of communication channels between the intercom terminal and the server are normal, namely, verifies whether the plurality of communication channels between the intercom terminal and the server can normally communicate.
Step S3: if the service states of the configuration of the communication channels are normal, the login verification request of the intercom terminal is passed.
In the above step, if the service states of the configuration of the plurality of communication channels are all normal, that is, the plurality of communication channels between the intercom terminal and the server can normally communicate, the model of the intercom terminal is adapted to the intercom platform; the server successfully logs in the intercom platform through a login verification request of the intercom terminal.
The login verification process of the intercom terminal is opposite to the process of establishing a stable and long-term communication channel between the intercom terminal and the server. Wherein the communication channel is established according to the communication service address and the communication port.
In one possible implementation, the plurality of communication channels with the intercom terminal includes a first communication channel and a second communication channel; based on the equipment identification information of the intercom terminal, determining the service state of the configuration of a plurality of communication channels specifically comprises: based on the equipment identification information of the intercom terminal, performing a first verification operation on a login verification request of the intercom terminal to verify whether the configured service state of the first communication channel is normal or not; and if the verification result is that the first communication token is sent to the talkback terminal, determining that the configured service state of the first communication channel is normal.
In the above example, the communication channels include an MQTT (Message Queuing Telemetry Transport, message queue telemetry transport) service communication channel and a platform service communication channel. The first communication channel is an MQTT service communication channel, and the second communication channel is a platform service communication channel. After receiving the login verification request of the intercom terminal, the server determines the ip address of the communication service and configures a communication service port for the intercom terminal. The ip addresses of the plurality of communication services may be the same ip address, and one communication service corresponds to one communication port.
The MQTT service communication channel is an instant communication channel for communicating on-line and off-line messages of the same group of intercom terminals between the intercom terminals and the server; the platform service communication channel is a communication channel for the intercom terminal to send a message to the server.
The step of the server verifying the configured service state of the first communication channel comprises the following steps: decrypting the equipment identification information and checking the decrypted equipment identification information; and if the verification is successful, the first communication token is sent to the intercom terminal. The server sends the first communication token to the intercom terminal that the service state of the configuration embodied as the first communication channel is normal.
It should be noted that, the communication channel between the intercom terminal and the server also includes an intercom service communication channel, that is, the intercom terminal realizes communication with other intercom terminals through the communication channel.
For example, the verification method of the service status of the configuration of the first communication channel may be JWT (JSON Web Token) authentication method.
The server decodes the equipment identification information and verifies the decoded equipment identification information; creating a JWT by using a secret key, and sending the JWT to the intercom terminal; after receiving the JWT, the intercom terminal stores the JWT locally, and carries the JWT in the message when sending the message to the server through the first communication channel; after the server authenticates the JWT, the message sent by the talkback terminal is processed.
In one possible implementation manner, determining service states of configurations of the plurality of communication channels based on the device identification information of the intercom terminal further includes: based on the equipment identification information of the intercom terminal, performing a second verification operation on the login verification request of the intercom terminal to verify whether the configured service state of the second communication channel is normal or not; and if the verification result is that the second communication token is sent to the talkback terminal, determining that the configured service state of the second communication channel is normal.
In the above example, the step of the server verifying the configured service state of the second communication channel is: decrypting the equipment identification information and checking the decrypted identity verification information; and if the verification is successful, sending a second communication signaling card to the intercom terminal. The server sends the second communication token to the intercom terminal, wherein the service state of the configuration of the second communication channel is normal.
For example, the verification method of the service status of the configuration of the second communication channel may be a Token authentication method.
The server decodes the equipment identification information, verifies the decoded equipment identification information, generates an encrypted Token, and sends the Token to the intercom terminal; after receiving the Token, the intercom terminal stores the Token locally, and carries the Token in the message when sending the message to the server through the second communication channel; the server decrypts the Token and verifies the signature; and after the verification is successful, processing the message sent by the intercom terminal.
Token tokens consist of a user unique identification, a time stamp of the login verification time, and a signature. The accuracy of the time stamp is in the second level, so as to avoid repeated calculated Token values caused by the simultaneous login of a plurality of intercom terminals in one second, the server creates two Token generation paths, and the inquired intercom terminal is unique when the Token of the intercom terminal is verified later.
In one possible implementation manner, if a first type of communication channel exists in the plurality of communication channels, the first type of communication channel is a communication channel whose configured service state is abnormal after the first verification, and the method further includes: based on the equipment identification information of the intercom terminal, repeatedly performing corresponding verification operation on the login verification request of the intercom terminal so as to repeatedly verify whether the configured service state of the first type of communication channel is normal or not; if the number of verification operations reaches the preset number, and the configured service state of the first type of communication channel is determined to be abnormal according to the verification result of the last verification, rejecting the login verification request of the intercom terminal.
In the above example, the server repeatedly performs the service state verification operation on the configuration of the first type of communication channel, so as to determine that the first type of communication channel cannot normally communicate, so as to avoid the situation that the intercom terminal cannot log on the intercom platform due to temporary abnormal service state of the configuration of the communication channel caused by sudden failure as far as possible.
For example, the server verifies the service status of the configuration of a certain communication channel for the first time, and the verification result is that the communication token is refused to be sent to the talkback terminal, and the service status of the configuration of the communication channel is determined to be abnormal; the server repeatedly performs service state verification operation on the configuration of the communication channel until the number of verification operations reaches three, and stopping verifying the service state of the configuration of the communication channel; if the last verification result is still refusal to send the communication token to the intercom terminal, determining that the communication channel cannot normally communicate; rather than temporary failure of the communication channel due to sudden temporary failure, such as network signal fluctuations; rejecting the login verification request of the intercom terminal; meanwhile, the intercom terminal also stops logging in the application.
That is, if a communication channel cannot be established between the intercom terminal and the server, repeating the operation of establishing the communication channel; when the number of times of the communication channel establishment operation reaches a preset value and the last time of the communication channel establishment operation ends in failure, rejecting the login verification request of the intercom terminal.
The reason that the verification result is that the communication token is refused to be sent to the intercom terminal may be that the model of the intercom terminal is not matched with the intercom platform, i.e. the equipment identification information of the intercom terminal cannot pass the verification; the service state of the intercom platform is abnormal, and the intercom service function cannot be realized.
In one possible implementation manner, after passing the login verification request of the intercom terminal, the method further includes: receiving timing information of the intercom terminal to verify the login state of the intercom terminal; if the timing message sent by the intercom terminal is not received after the preset time, determining that the login state of the intercom terminal is abnormal, and processing a plurality of communication channels of the intercom terminal.
In the above example, it is specified that the intercom terminal transmits an online message to the server at preset time intervals, and the server verifies the login state of the intercom terminal according to the received message; if the server does not receive the message of the intercom terminal after the preset time interval, determining that the login state of the intercom terminal is abnormal, and processing each communication channel of the intercom terminal, so that the waste of network resources is avoided.
For example, after the intercom terminal logs on to the intercom platform, the time interval set by the server is 3 minutes, and then the intercom terminal needs to send a message to the server every 3 minutes to inform the server that the intercom terminal is "online".
When a long connection is established between the intercom terminal and the server, it is necessary to verify the connection state between the intercom terminal and the server at regular time. If the talkback terminal and the server are connected for a long time, and no message is transmitted between the talkback terminal and the server beyond the preset time, the server disconnects the connection relationship between the talkback terminal and the talkback equipment, namely disconnects the communication channel between the talkback terminal and the talkback equipment, and the network resource waste is avoided.
The verification method of the login state of the intercom terminal may be that the intercom terminal periodically transmits a fixed message to the server to inform the server that the intercom terminal is "on line"; the server may also query the login status of the intercom terminal at regular time, that is, the server sends a fixed message to the intercom terminal at regular time, and after receiving the fixed message, the intercom terminal sends the same fixed message to the server.
In one possible implementation manner, the timing message includes a message content and a message sending time, and if the timing message sent by the intercom terminal is not received after a preset time, determining that the login state of the intercom terminal is abnormal, and processing a plurality of communication channels with the intercom terminal specifically includes: inquiring message sending records of a plurality of timing messages of the intercom terminal, wherein the message sending records comprise message sending time of the plurality of timing messages, and the message sending time is determined based on the message sending time; determining an abnormal type of a login state of the intercom terminal based on the message sending record; a processing method for a plurality of communication channels is determined based on an abnormality type of a login state of the intercom terminal.
In the above example, when the talkback terminal sends the timing message to the server, the sending time of the timing message is carried in the timing message, and after the server receives the timing message, the time consumed by the talkback terminal to send the timing message is calculated according to the sending time of the message and the time of receiving the timing message, and the network condition of the talkback terminal is judged according to the calculated time.
And when the server detects that the time consumed by the intercom terminal for sending the timing message is longer than the preset time length, sending a prompt message to the intercom terminal so as to prompt the user that the current network state is poor.
For example, if the preset duration is 5 seconds and the server detects that the time spent by the intercom terminal sending the timing message is 6 seconds, a prompt message is sent to the intercom terminal to prompt the user that the current network state is poor.
If the server does not receive the timing information of the intercom terminal after the preset time interval, calling the history record of the timing information sent by the intercom terminal, and judging the reason that the timing information is not sent by the intercom terminal according to the history record of the timing information sent by the intercom terminal; the reason why the intercom terminal does not send the timing message at present is that the network state is poor, the timing message can not be sent out, or the intercom terminal is powered off; determining the abnormal type of the login state of the intercom terminal, and further determining a processing method of a plurality of communication channels between the intercom terminal and the intercom terminal; the processing method of the communication channel comprises closing the communication channel or disconnecting the communication channel.
In one possible implementation manner, determining an exception type of a login state of the intercom terminal based on the message sending record specifically includes: drawing a timing message curve based on message sending time of a plurality of timing messages; calculating a network index of the intercom terminal based on the timing message curve; if the network index of the intercom terminal is smaller than or equal to a preset value, determining that the abnormal type of the login state of the intercom terminal is disconnection; if the network index of the intercom terminal is larger than the preset value, determining that the abnormal type of the login state of the intercom terminal is invalid connection.
In the step, if the server does not receive the timing information of the intercom terminal after the preset time interval, the history record of the intercom terminal sending the timing information is called from the database; drawing a timing message curve by taking the sending sequence of the timing messages as an abscissa and the time consumed by each time of sending the timing messages by the intercom terminal as an ordinate; and calculating the variance of the curve according to the timing message curve, and taking the calculated variance of the curve as the network index of the intercom terminal.
The preset value is a standard network index of the intercom terminal, and when the network index of the intercom terminal is lower than the preset value, the network state of the intercom total section is normal; when the network index of the intercom terminal is higher than a preset value, the network state of the intercom terminal is poor.
When the network state of the intercom terminal is normal, the server judges that the reason that the intercom terminal does not send the timing message at the time is that the intercom terminal is powered off, and determines that the abnormal type of the login state of the intercom terminal is disconnection; the server disconnects the communication channel with the intercom terminal.
When the network state of the intercom terminal is poor, the server judges that the reason that the intercom terminal does not send the timing message at the time is that the network state is poor, the timing message cannot be sent, and the abnormal type of the login state of the intercom terminal is determined to be invalid connection; the server closes the communication channel with the intercom terminal. When the network state of the intercom terminal is recovered and the timing message is sent to the server again, the server opens a communication channel between the intercom terminal and the intercom terminal, and authentication of the intercom terminal is not needed again.
After a certain intercom terminal logs in an intercom platform, grouping the intercom terminals by a server according to grouping information of a main intercom terminal, wherein the main intercom terminal is an intercom terminal with grouping authority; and synchronously transmitting the login information of the intercom terminal to other intercom terminals in the same group so as to inform the other intercom terminals that the intercom terminal is online. When the intercom terminal exits the intercom platform, the server synchronously transmits the exit login information of the intercom terminal to other intercom terminals in the same group so as to inform the other intercom terminals that the intercom terminal is offline.
