Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the present application will be further described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the present application.
The call connection method provided by the embodiment of the application can be applied to an application environment shown in fig. 1. Wherein the first terminal 102 communicates with the second terminal 104 via a network. The first terminal 102 may send a call request carrying a private call instruction to the second terminal after receiving the trigger signal of the private call option, and the second terminal 104 may receive the call request, and disconnect the connection with the speaker device and establish a call link with the first terminal according to the private call instruction in the first call request when detecting the confirmation information of the user on the call request, so that the first terminal establishes a call link with the second terminal when the second terminal accepts the call request. The first terminal 102 and the second terminal 104 may be, but not limited to, various personal computers, notebook computers, smart phones, tablet computers, internet of things devices and portable wearable devices, and the internet of things devices may be smart speakers, smart televisions, smart air conditioners, smart vehicle devices, and the like. The portable wearable device may be a smart watch, smart bracelet, headset, or the like.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, a call connection method is provided, and the method is applied to the first terminal in fig. 1 for illustration, and includes the following steps:
step S202, a privacy call instruction is sent to the second terminal in response to the triggering signal of the privacy call option.
The privacy call option can be a call option on a terminal held by the user, the privacy call option can be set in a call interface and a dial interface in the terminal held by the user, and if the user holds the first terminal, the privacy call option can be triggered by clicking or the like at the first terminal. For example, the user may select to trigger the privacy call option before the call, and in one embodiment, in response to a trigger signal for the privacy call option, the sending a privacy call instruction to the second terminal includes: before a call, responding to a trigger signal of a privacy call option, and sending a call request carrying a privacy call instruction to a second terminal; and under the condition that the second terminal receives the call request, establishing a call link with the second terminal, and indicating the second terminal to disconnect from the sound amplifying equipment based on the privacy call instruction. In this embodiment, the user inputs the number of the second terminal 104 in the dialing interface in the first terminal and selects the privacy call option, and then the first terminal 102 responds to the triggering signal of the user for the privacy call option and sends a call request carrying a privacy call instruction to the second terminal 104, so that the second terminal 104 can make a call with the first terminal 102 in a privacy manner.
Step S204, when the second terminal receives the privacy call instruction, the privacy call instruction is used for indicating the second terminal to disconnect from the sound amplifying device in the call process with the first terminal.
The second terminal 104 may be a terminal to which a loudspeaker is connected. The amplifying device may be a speaker, a voice assistant, and the like, and the second terminal 104 may perform voice output through the amplifying device under a normal call condition. When the private call is required, the second terminal 104 may receive a call request including a private call instruction sent by the first terminal 102, and the second terminal 104 may prompt the user to call by displaying a call request interface, where the call request interface may further include a confirmation option for the call request, and the user may confirm the call request including the private call instruction in the call request interface. The call request interface may display a prompt message corresponding to the private call, for example, the second terminal 104 may display information that the incoming call is the private call in the call request interface, so as to prompt the user to answer the call as the private call. After the user clicks on the second terminal 104 to answer, the user accepts the call request sent by the first terminal 102, and if the second terminal 104 accepts the call request, the first terminal 102 may establish a call link with the second terminal. After the second terminal 104 receives the call request, the second terminal 104 may disconnect from the amplifying device according to the private call instruction in the call request, so that the second terminal 104 cannot output voice through the amplifying device during the call with the first terminal 102, but can output call voice through the earphone, the headphone, and the like, thereby ensuring the call privacy with the first terminal 102. It should be noted that, in the above privacy call mode, the first terminal 102 may also disconnect from the speaker device, so as to ensure the privacy of the call process.
In the call connection method, when the first terminal receives the triggering signal of the privacy call option, the privacy call instruction is sent to the second terminal, and when the second terminal receives the privacy call instruction, the second terminal disconnects the second terminal from the sound amplifying device under the instruction of the privacy call instruction. Compared with the traditional mode of directly calling through the public address equipment when the terminal of the user is connected with the public address equipment, the privacy calling option is set in the terminal, so that the answering party can call with the calling party after the connection between the answering party and the public address equipment is disconnected, and the effect of improving the calling privacy is achieved.
In one embodiment, after establishing the call link with the second terminal, the method further includes: receiving a call mode switching request sent by a second terminal, and displaying mode switching inquiry information in a call interface; responding to the confirmation operation of the mode switching inquiry information, and sending feedback information for confirming switching to the second terminal; the feedback information confirming the handover is used to instruct the second terminal to allow reconnection of the speaker device to output the talking voice through the speaker device.
In this embodiment, the second terminal 104 may perform a privacy call with the first terminal 102 when receiving the privacy call request sent by the first terminal 102, and in the privacy call process, the user cannot output a call voice by using a speaker, a bluetooth speaker, or other sound amplifying device, so that in the privacy call process, the second terminal 102 disconnects the sound amplifying device. During a call, the second terminal 104 may send a handover request to the first terminal 102 when it wants to reuse the loudspeaker device for call voice output. The first terminal 102 may receive the call mode switching request sent by the second terminal 104, and display the mode switching query information in the call interface, so as to prompt the user to confirm the mode switching query information displayed in the call interface, where the first terminal 102 may send feedback information for confirming switching to the second terminal 104 in response to the confirmation operation of the user on the mode switching query information. After receiving the feedback information for confirming the switching, the second terminal 104 may determine that the first terminal 102 has agreed to switch the call mode, where the second terminal 104 may reconnect the speaker device according to the feedback information for confirming the switching, and resume the normal call mode, so that the second terminal 104 may output the call voice through the connected speaker device. After the second terminal 104 switches the call mode and reconnects the speaker device, the call voice may be output by a non-speaker device.
Through the embodiment, the first terminal 102 may receive the call mode switching request from the second terminal 104, and instruct the second terminal 104 to reconnect the amplifying device after receiving the confirmation information of the user for the call mode switching request, and through the process that the call mode can be switched only by the private call party, the security of the private call is ensured.
In one embodiment, further comprising: displaying a system configuration page; and enabling a preset privacy call function based on the system configuration page, and displaying privacy call options in a dialing interface and/or a call interface of the first terminal under the condition that the privacy call function is enabled.
In this embodiment, a system configuration page may also be provided in the first terminal 102, where the first terminal 102 may perform corresponding configuration for the privacy call function. For example, when the user needs to configure the privacy call function, the system configuration page may be opened, the first terminal 102 may display the system configuration page, the user may enable the preset privacy call function based on the system configuration page, for example, enable the privacy call function by clicking a corresponding enable button in the system configuration page, and after the privacy call function is enabled, the privacy call option may be displayed at one or both of the dialing interface and the call interface of the first terminal 102, and the user may perform privacy call with other terminals by clicking the privacy call option. In addition, the user may disable the privacy call function. For example, the user may click on a corresponding disable button in the system configuration page, so that the first terminal 102 disables the privacy call function in response to the disable operation of the user, and hides the privacy call option from the dial interface and the call interface of the first terminal 102.
Through the embodiment, the first terminal 102 can enable or disable the privacy call function according to the interests of the user, so that the flexibility of privacy call is improved.
In one embodiment, sending a privacy call instruction to the second terminal in response to a trigger signal for a privacy call option includes: and in the process of communicating with the second terminal, responding to a trigger signal aiming at the privacy communicating option in the communicating interface, and determining to send a privacy communicating instruction to the second terminal.
In this embodiment, the second terminal 104 is connected to a speaker device. The first terminal 102 may establish a normal call link with the second terminal 104, and in a normal call mode, the second terminal 104 may freely select a device that outputs call voice, for example, by outputting voice through a speaker device or by outputting voice through a device such as a handset. When the first terminal 102 performs the normal call mode with the second terminal 104, the privacy call option can be displayed on the call interface, so that the user can be prompted to switch to the privacy call mode.
In the call process, the user may trigger the privacy call option in the call interface, and when the first terminal 102 receives the trigger signal of the user on the privacy call option, it may be determined that the user wants to switch to the privacy call mode, and then the first terminal 102 may send a privacy call instruction to the second terminal 104, where the privacy call instruction may be used to instruct the second terminal 104 to disconnect from the public amplifying device. For example, when the second terminal 104 receives the privacy call instruction sent by the first terminal 102 during the normal call with the first terminal 102, the second terminal 104 may disconnect from the speaker device based on the instruction, so as to switch to the privacy call mode to perform the call.
In the call connection method, when the first terminal receives the trigger signal of the privacy call option, the second terminal sends the privacy call instruction to the second terminal, and when the second terminal receives the call request, the second terminal disconnects the sound amplifying equipment and performs the call with the first terminal. Compared with the traditional mode of directly calling through the public address equipment when the terminal of the user is connected with the public address equipment, the privacy call option is set in the call interface of the terminal, and the calling party can be switched to the privacy call at any time in the normal call process, so that the answering party can continue to call with the calling party after the connection with the public address equipment is disconnected when the calling party is switched from the normal call to the privacy call, and the effect of improving the call privacy is achieved.
In one embodiment, after sending the privacy call instruction to the second terminal, the method further includes: receiving a call mode switching request sent by a second terminal, and displaying mode switching inquiry information in a call interface; responding to the confirmation operation of the mode switching inquiry information, and sending feedback information for confirming switching to the second terminal; the feedback information for confirming the switching is used for indicating the second terminal to reconnect the amplifying device so as to output the talking voice through the amplifying device.
In this embodiment, after the first terminal 102 and the second terminal 104 switch from the normal call mode to the private call mode, the second terminal 104 may request to switch to the normal call mode, the second terminal 104 may send a call mode switching request to the first terminal 102, after the first terminal 102 receives the call mode switching request sent by the second terminal 104, the first terminal 102 may display the mode switching query information in the call interface, the user may perform a corresponding confirmation operation according to the mode switching query information, for example, click on an ok button, etc., after the user confirms the mode switching query information, the first terminal 102 responds to the confirmation operation of the user on the mode switching query information, and sends feedback information for confirming the switch to the second terminal 104, and after the second terminal 104 receives the feedback information for confirming the switch, the second terminal 104 may reconnect to the speaker, so that the second terminal 104 may output the call voice through the speaker again.
Through the embodiment, the second terminal 104 can reconnect the sound amplifying device when the first terminal 102 agrees to switch the call mode, so that the security of the private call is improved.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, a call connection method is provided, and the method is applied to the second terminal in fig. 1 for illustration, and includes the following steps:
step S302, a privacy call instruction sent by a first terminal is received.
The second terminal 104 may be connected to a speaker device, which may be a speaker, a voice assistant, or the like. The privacy call option may be a call option on a terminal held by the user, where the privacy call option may be set in a call interface and a dial interface in the terminal held by the user, and the user may trigger the privacy call option by clicking or the like in the first terminal 102. For example, the user may select to trigger a private call option before a call, and in one embodiment, receive a private call instruction sent by the first terminal; responding to the operation of receiving the call request by the user, disconnecting the connection with the sound amplifying equipment according to the privacy call instruction, and comprising the following steps: receiving a call request of a privacy call instruction sent by a first terminal before a call; and responding to the operation of receiving the call request by the user, establishing a call link with the first terminal and disconnecting the connection with the sound amplifying equipment according to the privacy call instruction.
Step S304, responding to the operation of receiving the call request by the user, and disconnecting the public address equipment according to the privacy call instruction.
The second terminal 104 may perform voice output through a speaker device under a normal call condition. After the user clicks and listens in the second terminal 104, the user accepts the call request sent by the first terminal 102, and at this time, the second terminal 104 responds to the operation of accepting the call request by the user, and can establish a call link with the first terminal 102, and disconnect the connection between the second terminal 104 and the amplifying device according to the instruction of the privacy call instruction in the call request. For example, the second terminal 104 may disconnect from the speaker device before establishing a call link with the first terminal 102, or the second terminal 104 may disconnect from the speaker device and establish a call link with the first terminal 102 at the same time. Therefore, the second terminal 104 cannot output voice through the sound amplifying device in the process of communicating with the first terminal 102, but can output communication voice through a receiver, an earphone and the like, so that the privacy of communication with the first terminal 102 is ensured.
In the call connection method, when the first terminal receives the trigger signal of the privacy call option, a call request carrying the privacy call instruction is sent to the second terminal, and when the second terminal receives the call request, the first terminal establishes a call link with the second terminal and the second terminal disconnects the call link with the sound amplifying equipment under the instruction of the privacy call instruction.
In addition, in one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, fig. 4 is a flow chart illustrating a step of establishing a privacy call in one embodiment. The scenario may be a procedure in which user a establishes a call link when initiating a private call to user B. Comprising the following steps: user a connects to bluetooth speaker in advance; enabling a privacy call to a user A by a user B; a is prompted by popup window/alarm and the like, and after A is accepted, the Bluetooth speaker is disconnected because of answering the privacy call; when a call is established, the user cannot connect to the speaker again without permission from other parties, and both parties can talk over the telephone, so that privacy is maintained.
The following takes an example of an application embodiment: the user A is driven and the friends go out, the mobile phone of the user A is connected to the automobile loudspeaker, the user B starts the privacy call to the user A, the loudspeaker is automatically disconnected after the user A receives the call, and the call is carried out through the mobile phone, so that the call contents of the two parties cannot be leaked. In another application embodiment, the user a may be a party with a friend at home, the mobile phone of the user a is connected to the speaker, the user B initiates a privacy call to the user a, and after the user a accepts the call, the speaker may be automatically disconnected, and the call is performed through the mobile phone, so that the privacy of the two parties can be protected.
In one embodiment, after establishing a call link with the first terminal and disconnecting the connection with the sound amplifying device according to the privacy call instruction, the method further includes: responding to the call mode switching operation, and sending a call mode switching request to the first terminal; and if receiving feedback information of confirmation switching returned by the first terminal based on the call mode switching request, reconnecting the sound amplifying equipment so as to output call voice through the sound amplifying equipment.
In this embodiment, the second terminal 104 cannot use the speaker device to output voice during the private call, and when the user wants to switch back to the normal call mode, the second terminal 104 may initiate a call mode switching operation, and in response to the call mode switching operation of the user, the second terminal 104 may send a call mode switching request to the first terminal 102. The first terminal 102 may receive the call mode switching request sent by the second terminal 104, and display the mode switching query information in the call interface, so as to prompt the user of the first terminal 102 to confirm the mode switching query information displayed in the call interface, where the first terminal 102 may send feedback information for confirming switching to the second terminal 104 in response to the confirmation operation of the user on the mode switching query information.
By means of the embodiment, the second terminal 104 needs to obtain the confirmation of the first terminal 102 of the private call initiator when the call mode is to be switched, so that the call safety is ensured.
In one embodiment, a privacy call instruction sent by a first terminal is received; responding to the operation of receiving the call request by the user, disconnecting the connection with the sound amplifying equipment according to the privacy call instruction, and comprising the following steps: receiving a privacy call instruction sent by a first terminal in the call process with the first terminal; and responding to the operation of receiving the call request by the user, and disconnecting the public address equipment according to the privacy call instruction.
For example, when the second terminal 104 receives the privacy call instruction sent by the first terminal 102 during the normal call with the first terminal 102, the user of the second terminal 104 may confirm the privacy call instruction, and when the second terminal 104 detects the confirmation operation of the user for the privacy call, the connection between the second terminal 104 and the speaker device may be disconnected based on the instruction, so as to switch to the privacy call mode for performing the call.
In the call connection method, when the first terminal receives the trigger signal of the privacy call option, the second terminal sends the privacy call instruction to the second terminal, and when the second terminal receives the call request, the second terminal disconnects the public address equipment and performs the call with the first terminal. Compared with the traditional mode of directly calling through the public address equipment when the terminal of the user is connected with the public address equipment, the privacy call option is set through the call interface in the terminal, and the calling party can be switched to the privacy call at any time in the normal call process, so that the answering party can continue to call with the calling party after the connection with the public address equipment is disconnected when the calling party is switched from the normal call to the privacy call, and the effect of improving the call privacy is achieved.
In one embodiment, after disconnecting from the sound amplifying device according to the privacy talking instruction, the method further comprises: responding to the call mode switching operation, and sending a call mode switching request to the first terminal; and if receiving feedback information of confirmation switching returned by the first terminal based on the call mode switching request, reconnecting the sound amplifying equipment so as to output call voice through the sound amplifying equipment.
In this embodiment, after the first terminal 102 and the second terminal 104 switch from the normal call mode to the private call mode, the second terminal 104 may request to switch to the normal call mode, and the user may trigger a call mode switching request in the call interface of the second terminal 104, so that the second terminal 104 may send a call mode switching request to the first terminal 102, after the first terminal 102 receives the call mode switching request sent by the second terminal 104, the first terminal 102 may display a mode switching query message in the call interface, and the user may perform a corresponding confirmation operation according to the mode switching query message, for example, click an approval button, etc., and after the user confirms the mode switching query message, the first terminal 102 responds to the confirmation operation of the user on the mode switching query message and sends feedback information for confirming the switch to the second terminal 104, and after the second terminal 104 receives the feedback information for confirming the switch, the second terminal 104 may reconnect to the speaker, so that the second terminal 104 may output the voice through the speaker again.
Through the embodiment, the second terminal 104 can reconnect the sound amplifying device when the first terminal 102 agrees to switch the call mode, so that the security of the private call is improved.
In one embodiment, the user may also switch modes during the call. Fig. 5 is a flowchart illustrating a procedure of establishing a private call according to another embodiment. The user A can be connected with the loudspeaker, the user B establishes a call with the loudspeaker, the loudspeaker is still connected at the moment, the B can request to switch modes to privacy call, the terminal of the A can be prompted in a pop-up/alarm mode, and after the terminal of the A is accepted, the loudspeaker can be disconnected, so that the two parties can talk in a telephone receiver and the like, and privacy is protected.
In an application embodiment, the user a may be in an office together with a colleague, where a may be in a state of being connected to a speaker, where the user a listens to a normal call of the user B, and performs voice output through the speaker, and the user B may select to switch to a private call, for example, click a private call button in a call interface, where the speaker of a is automatically turned off after receiving the above private call request, and where the session is performed through the terminal itself, so as to ensure that the privacy will not leak.
The process of switching from the private call to the normal call may be as shown in fig. 6, and fig. 6 is a flowchart illustrating a procedure of recovering the normal call in one embodiment. The user B can initiate normal call to the user A, the user B answers the call and outputs voice through the loudspeaker, the user A switches to the privacy call mode, the user B can receive corresponding prompts, for example, the prompt loudspeaker can be disconnected due to the fact that the privacy call is received, and when the user B receives the information, the loudspeaker can be automatically closed, and the call is carried out through the terminal. When user B wants to turn on the speaker, a request to switch to normal conversation may be sent to user a, and after a accepts, the speaker of B will automatically turn on.
The complete flow of the call may be shown in fig. 7, and fig. 7 is a schematic flow diagram of the call step in one embodiment. The method comprises the following steps: user a is connected to the speaker; the user B establishes a call link with the user A; user B is connected to the speaker; user a sends "switch to privacy call" to B; b, prompting the information of 'receiving privacy call and disconnecting the loudspeaker', wherein after receiving the information, the loudspeakers of the two parties are automatically disconnected, and the telephone is carried out through the terminal; when user a sends "switch to normal call", user B can connect the speaker automatically after accepting, eventually until the call ends.
Based on the above structure and flow, the overall flow of the privacy call can be shown in fig. 8, and fig. 8 is a schematic flow diagram of the call steps in yet another embodiment. Including normal call schemes and private call schemes. Firstly, whether a privacy call is initiated or not is detected, if not, a normal call scheme is carried out; if so, a privacy call scheme is entered, in which the second terminal 104 detects whether the speaker is connected when receiving a call, if so, the speaker is disconnected, and if not, the privacy call is continued by the second terminal 104, for example, the mobile phone itself. In the privacy call process, the privacy call mode can be switched to the normal call mode, the loudspeaker is in a disconnected state in the privacy call process, any terminal in the call can request to be switched to the normal mode, the loudspeaker is reconnected, and if the other end does not agree, the loudspeaker is not allowed to be connected; if both the first terminal 102 and the second terminal 104 agree to switch to the normal mode, the terminal in the call is allowed to reconnect to the speaker.
Through the embodiment, the privacy call option is set in the terminal, so that the answering party can call with the calling party after the connection with the sound amplifying equipment is disconnected, and the effect of improving the call privacy is achieved.
