when any one of the target data items is acquired, resetting the corresponding data item bitmap;
and after all the target data items in any one of the target ammeter are acquired, resetting the corresponding ammeter acquisition bitmap.

4. A bitmap-based electricity meter data collection method according to claim 3, wherein the data collection based on the bitmap data of the measurement points specifically comprises:
identifying the electric meters with the same serial numbers in a preset electric meter set to be measured as the target electric meter based on the electric meter measuring serial numbers;
